Clean and quick I’ll give them that, but this location is truly unprofessional. Not once but THREE times they messed up my appointment. If it wasn’t wrong date, it’s was wrong paperwork, like how are you going to call 10+ times to confirm and when I get there you don’t yet have approval from my insurance. Make it make sense. please don’t waste your time here, it’s happened to my whole family at this point! what are you guys doing in that office…

I went in today for my check up and cleaning was seen by Dr Martinez, it was very busy, He explained in detail what I needed. Even though they were so busy I was given the time and importance as a new customer. Thank you Dr. Martinez! Valerie whom I later learned was the manager went over my insurance costs. She also went into detail what I needed she was very attentive and addressed all my questions. Such great customer service! Esmeralda helped me schedule my next appointment. Thank you for making this experience so positive! Will make sure to send my friends and family.

After 3 weeks, I'm still in pain. Getting ready for another dentist appointment now ( at a different dentist). To fix the issue, I didn't feel I had before. Incomplete work, but yet I paid, out of pocket, aside from my insurance- go figure. I was warned.....

This office is full of the most incompetent people working the front desk. No one ever knows what’s going on, staff are constantly coming late after picking up Starbucks drinks. Their front desk scheduled me for an appointment that should have been a follow up appointment after a procedure. I arrived for my appointment and was left sitting for over 30 minutes while they called in every single person in before me. Once I asked to reschedule I was told I was scheduled for a 6 month check up and they left me sitting because they had no staff to do x rays. Nothing was communicated to me. Instead the front desk workers sat there communicating about their personal lives. I’ve tried to give this office a chance and some of the workers are truly great. But the ones who suck at their job should genuinely just stop coming. I wouldn’t come back to this dentist if it was the last dentist on earth.

My first visit was with Dr. Mehta and he did my treatment and he numbed me really well and took my pain away. Lifesaver! I then saw Dr. Martinez and he also did my treatment really well when I came back and he did my exam he was very nice Loved the receptionist Esmeralda and Amaris and they were so nice to me and Jamie the coordinator was so nice and let me know everything off the bat Valerie the manager was so sweet and she treated me well. 10 stars for this office!

Terrible customer service. My 3 year old had a cleaning scheduled we waited nearly a whole hour to never be called (50 minutes). Not even a “sorry for the wait” nothing from the secretaries or assistants…. Common courtesy to provide updates to patients. We made it to our appointment 15 minutes early too. Taking our business elsewhere. You people do realize some people take time off work/kids leave school to go to the dentist at a scheduled time. 10 minute wait… OK, but almost an hour wait, cmon now. You expect your patients to make it to the appointment on time but make your patients wait an hour to not even be called in. Please do better.

We were just there today for my husband’s tooth ache and was told has a lot of teeth problems and we decided to go with removing teeth and going for full dentures. We did mention we wanted permanent dentures and doctor provided info for Art Center in Westwood Dr Makmalbaf recommended by the office manager Valerie. Per dentist stated he would remove the 2 teeth that are in pain add graft as well but was going to have the billing department come in to give us the full price for everything if we do regular dentures with them. Jenny came into the room and told us we need to go see the doctor in Westwood that does same day smile as we did let him know we wanted permanent dentures. Explain to her he said we would start with removing the 2 teeth that are in pain that way we can go to get a consultation in Westwood and decide if we can afford the permanent dentures. She said he can’t do that as the teeth have to be removed together and explain to my husband the pain is due to the nerves and the grafts are not covered by any insurance cost $450.00 each ( assuming we can’t afford to pay that) Also I requested estimate and she said she will have it till Monday as she has to call insurance for the codes. What! I work for a surgical center in the buissnes office and when you’re contracted you have the rates for all procedures. *they didn’t want to provide the service so they were trying to get us out of the office* so unprofessional so disorganized at least say the same thing to the patient. Also she said I will walk you out! I felt discriminated like if we can’t afford to pay the type of service we need. Horrible ethics as they send him home in pain! Yes thank you for the ibuprofen. I will be calling Monday for the estimate and will be calling insurance as well to report this. ?? Jenny If you need the rates I got them from the insurance.

As someone who has never had a good dentist experience and I was new patient here I was pleasantly surprised at how I felt really comfortable, from the ladies in the front to the assistants and dentist they all made me feel welcomed and were so friendly too. Highly recommend this location!

Found this office by chance. Beyond blessed! From the moment of contact over the phone to in person, they didn’t disappoint. They are most def competent! Quality personnel. Best dental office we have found since moving to Rialto. Don’t hesitate to contact them and utilize them. Thanks ladies for making it a welcoming experience. This place is horrible just like their sister location Magic land. Every time I schedule an appointment they call me back and say my appointment is cancelled due to them over booking and them being behind. They also like to give all the kids laughing gas and make a big deal if you don't want that for your child. Growing up we never got that, just regular numbing and which my kids sit still with. Now this location canceled and said they can't even see my kids because they only see 12 and over and don't give laughing gas. When a few months ago I went into the location and they asked if my kids get laughing gas and I told them no that my kids are really good with only numbing so the girls in the office said oh ok so yes they can be seen here. Now I make an appointment for today at 3:30, and five minutes later another associate calls me to cancel my appointment because they are "busy". I told her I'm upset because they cancel every appointment so now she tells me well they can't come here because of their age. And then refers me to Moreno Valley, so rude like why would I drive 40 minutes out my way because I told you I'm upset about the cancellation and now you want to really me upset. And also watch your billing they changed my insurance for laughing gas when they did not get it. People want to work with the public but don't have the customer service skills that go along with it. Shame on your company. And remove your posters on your windows with all the kids that look wayyyyyy under 12 that say welcome new patients. Yea right False Advertisement! I’m contacting BBB as well.

I had a appointment on Saturday. The front office staff are friendly. The manager greeted me when I walked in and welcomed me to the office. Which I thought was a nice touch. The assistants were quick. The Doctor came in and did my exam. She explained everything very thoroughly. When she was done the manager stepped in and went over financials with me, she offered me so many options which I felt was great given my budget. She looked for the right treatment plan for me. I started my treatment same day which was also very convenient. The experience I had at West Coast Dental was exceptional. This will be my dental office. I will surely refer my friends and family. If you are looking for a great dentist look no further.
