Dr.Garcia was wonderful. Exceeded my expectations

I got my braces with them and their service sucks. I’m still currently still going to them because I’m stuck with them. One of my brackets broke and they want to schedule me in a whole month from when I called them? Like what? And every time I’m seen I get a different person and some of them break my brackets and poke me with the utensils. Also, There are different ortho doctors and one just told me that 4 brackets on my lower jaw were not in the correct place !! So he placed them in the correct spot. I could have had those teeth straightened out by now but because the others didn’t pay attention I went months with them on the incorrect spot!!! Save your time and money if you’re reading this and go somewhere else!!

This is the second west coast dental that I’ve been to. First French Valley was horrible so I decided to give the Murrieta office a try. Big mistake as soon as I filled out my paper work and waiting an hour. The front desk said they lost my paper. Make it make sense. They hire the most incompetent people they can find. Both of these offices definitely need someone who is at the top to shape this place up. I am very disappointed. Will never visit a west coast dental office again in my life.

I called to book an emergency appointment and was told to come in at 12:15 pm and there is a 15 minute grace period. I get to the office at 12:20 PM and was told they couldn't see me because they were going to lunch. I asked why they would book the appointment if they couldn't see me, the person behind the desk said I don't know ma'am but if I check you in that will put all of our people behind for lunch. She said we can see you tomorrow, I said no and left. Glad to know that lunch is more important than you patients!! The bad part is the left side of my face is VERY swollen and she could see it and that meant nothing. Thanks but no thanks!

One of the best dentist office I have ever visited and definitely the best dental office in Murrieta. As a nursing student and busy mom of 4, it’s been really hard to find flexibility. West coast dental has been amazing accommodating me and my kids to have appointments that fit our busy life. They have also done it with a smile on their face, from the front desk and admin staff Sonia, Michelle and Cyrinna have been nothing but amazing, friendly and professional. They call with reminders about the appointment, they are not pushy at all, and super understanding. As somebody that works in healthcare and knows how difficult is to achieve this I have nothing but great things to say about them. In the back office everyone is super attentive as well! The dental hygienists are wonderful, Dr. Kassir was extremely helpful and in just one visit took care of my cleaning, and a the filling on a tooth that broke a bit. The next week I took 3 of my children, Dr. Arjamandi was super kind and loving with my kids. and we were in and out in less than 2 hours, and yes! That’s impressive! I can’t say enough good things about them! They did not push for us to buy any unnecessary equipment, they were honest and gave us so much peace of mind! Thanks to all of the staff at West Coast Dental in Murrieta Cal Oaks! You’re wonderful! Can’t wait to see you in 6 months! Which is weird because nobody likes to visit the dentist! Lol

I've been going here for almost a year now and even though there seems to be high turnover for their providers, I've deeply appreciated the communication, transparency and professionalism from the receptionists, dental assistants and so on. Because at the end of the day, they're the ones keeping this dental practice afloat, even if dentists switch out often here. Michelle has been professional and wonderful with communication each time I am here. She tries her best to put herself in the shoes of her patient, and it shows! Would rate the staff 5/5 stars and the management 3/5 stars for clearly not investing more in their practice by the avoidable hiccups that keep happening here.

I have always had better experiences at this dental office than any others but they just got a new Dr. his name is Dr. Kassir and he is amazing, I told him I struggle with severe anxiety and he was completely able to explain to me my procedure and help ease some of my anxiety upon this visit and he’s very patient with my questions and concerns and also is very aware on how his patients are feeling during the procedure and I appreciate that a lot considering the anxiety I experience is so severe.

I won’t going back there. Won’t recommend anyone.

I called to make an appointment and the scheduler made my appointment at 5 PM. About 30 minutes later, another scheduler called me and told me that 5 PM appointment was not available because it was too close to closing time. I was confused because it was an offered to me. Nonetheless, they offered 4:30 PM, so I accept. I arrive at 4:20 PM and had already prefilled all my forms. I was not seen until 5:00 PM. I completed my x-rays but they told me they could not do my cleaning because they didn’t have the supplies. They said “they only had 2 [?] available and they were both in the machine”. I don’t know what that means. Still, they have me sign the bill break down where the cost of the x-rays and cleaning is listed. They probably billed my insurance without the cleaning. They rescheduled me to 11/23/2024. I am upset because 1. I took unpaid time off work for this appointment after they rescheduled my appointment because it’s “too close to closing time”. 2. They wasted my time at the appt

Such a crap place I even been. They are not professional. The girl in customer service who was supposed to check our insurance consider herself as an owner and treated us badly. She didn’t have any sorry. We been waiting for their call and when i called them back, she said she didn’t even call insurance yet. Not recommended this place. Staff is very rude and unprofessional, over charged

long story short, my appointment was at 10 and waited an hour to be called back. she took x-rays then had me sit in the room for another hour. the hygienist came in and cleaned my teeth and it was pleasant. that maybe took 15-20 minutes. so it was just really annoying to wait for hours only to be seen for less than 1. i was there from 10-12:30…ridiculous.

Absolute GREAT staff ! Professionalism, kindness and caring! Dr Arjmandi, Gaby, Celine and Alicia are an awesome team! My husband went for a regular check up and turns out he had a big infection on a root canal which they had to extract. They took care of it right there and then. We didn’t have to wait for another appointment. They were so kind and caring! Love this team!

Great experience! I had to get back to work, so I had to be done at a certain time. They respected that, they were all very nice and efficient. They got me out at my time without taking any short-cuts. My teeth felt great; a great job! Would highly recommend ❤️

I went to west coast dental for the first time! I moved to the area and needed a new dentist, and was so glad I chose them. Dr. Arjmandi and her staff, gabby, Michelle and cyrinna that helped me today were so friendly and caring from beginning to end. I needed an overdue cleaning (they had no judgement! Office manager gave me an honest and thorough exam and treatment, and the explanation and payment plan without any upsell-y pressure. I'm so happy they are my new dentist.

I just want to say that this is the BEST dental office I have ever been too. I went with my daughter and they were absolutely amazing with her. They were extremely welcoming, friendly and played with my daughter while I was still finishing with my appointment. I want to give a special shout-out to Gabby, Michelle and Megan for giving us the best experience here and making my daughter smile! I went again a week later and met the rest of the team. This place is amazing! The receptionists are so sweet and accommodating, the dentist was thorough and not rough and the office itself is awesome. I am 6 months pregnant and have had excruciating tooth pain (worse than labor, and I have 2 kids so, that should say something) I needed a root canal on my back left molar and almost extracted it due to the pain, until, they told me I had other options(which the Menifee location did not). They got me in on an emergency when no one else could help me and basically did a same day root canal. I wish I had their names, but she talked me out of my anxiety and ensured I was comfortable and had an overall painless experience. I highly recommend West Coast Dental Murrieta.

My first scheduled appointment as a new patient was scheduled at the wrong location by the call center. When I arrived a week later to my rescheduled appointment, it was only an advising appointment - not a cleaning, as I had previously been led to believe - and I found the doctor to be very rude. My appointment was at 9am, I didn’t get seen until 9:20, I was seated in the chair at 9:50, and I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 10:45. He was very rushed, wasn’t friendly, and honestly a little rude not only to me but to other staff. I had high hopes but was very disappointed. The facility looks nice, and the staff are generally nice, but Dr. Cowan, and the wait first thing in the morning on a Thursday, wasn’t what I was looking for in a new dentist. I will not likely be returning ? I’m not one to generally leave reviews but, unfortunately, my experience was that significant.

Had my first appointment with WCD today and I couldn't be happier! The girls at the front desk were warm and inviting when I walked in, and they went over all of my paperwork in an easy to understand way. The hygienist and dentist made my cleaning as safe and quick as possible, and despite the extremely busy atmosphere with new clients walking in and out, I never felt anxious or uncomfortable. Wait times between the x-rays, exams, and checkouts were fast (roughly 5-10 minutes max in-between). I never felt like I was stuck in my chair for any period of time, or that my schedule was hampered. They accepted my insurance when I first signed up back in May, and their out of pocket payment is reasonable (about $60 for the full X-ray, exam, and cleaning) for anyone looking for out of pocket costs. Absolutely recommended!
