Had an amazing experience in this office. The front desk was very professional and answered all my questions regarding insurance. I experienced no wait time what so ever. I was called in for X-rays which went very smoothly and then I saw Dr. Victor . He explained all the findings thoroughly and listened carefully to all my symptoms. He then went ahead and did my cleaning which absolutely painless. I will definitely be back to continue my treatments.

Hurry up and wait defines my experience. I spent almost 90 minutes at the office but the cleaning was about 10 minutes. I’ve had cleanings before and if the individual cleaning my teeth takes her time it is less painful and methodical. Yesterday’s cleaning felt like the dentist was rushing to scrub my teeth as hard and fast as possible.

All the staff was so nice and helpfull. Ashley was great!!

i started my invisalign process with them in november 2024, it is now almost march and i still haven't gotten my first plates, or any installation. i've come into the office the last 3 occasions after a 12hr overnight shift just for them to send me away saying the plates weren't there. i've been charged full , and now im wanting a refund or compensation for this. they've been wasting my time and it's depressing and disappointing. the one star is for the staff being nice, but there's something wrong with the flow of this place. the first time i got the fitting, i came in at opening, didn't leave until the office was closed. please bring yourself elsewhere & don't waste your time.

It was a great experience for me. The people work there are well experienced, dedicated and friendly. The whole dental office was clean and well maintained. The doctors instructions were clearly understood by the patient. The well trained and experienced lady dental doctor cleaned my badly damaged teeth without giving big pain which I have never seen or experienced during my 67 years of journey of my life. My best wishes and heart felt thanks to West Cost Dental and my beloved workers and staff of West Cost Dental. I feel proud to be client of West Cost Dental.

I am writing today to express my experience during today's visit at your office location in Santa Ana.  I've been a patient since early this year and didn't encounter anything like this before during my previous visits.  Today I had a scheduled wisdom tooth extraction (4).  I received email and text for confirmation. Also I have 2 voice mails to CONFIRM only. I received no information as to how to prepare and or if I needed to do anything prior to the appointment.  Everything went as normal until I was given a room. An "assistant" by the name "Maria" (later I asked her name) asked me: "Do you know why you are here today?"  I was alarmed at that point because it sounded as if she didn't know the exact reason why I was there.  I told her in a concerned way that I would expect her to know and that scared me the way that she asked.  She giggled and said, well, maybe you are here for a tooth removal but we think we have to remove all of your teeth.  I was in disbelief at the way she was joking as it was a serious and professional office not some random conversation at the grocery store. She then proceeded with the explanation regarding the tooth extraction and that she will ask the front if it was approved for all 4 or just 1.  Basically she was gathering information as she went, when she came back confirming it was all 4, and said we will need to add a bone "fragment" because of the hole left after the extraction. Never nobody mentioned anything about payment because the insurance wouldn't cover that. (I've paid out of my pocket before, that's not a problem)  After some time she said there would be a cost for the bone fragment.  I said well I am not ready right now and wished someone would have told me in advance to avoid coming today.  She offered to apply for a payment plan which I declined. She said to the manager Liliana that I wasn't ready because of the payment and that I declined the payment plan.  The manager Liliana asked if I knew about the payment and then Maria said yes "he knew because he told me since the beginning".  This was completely false as I didn't know anything about the details of the procedure. She could have easily told the truth which wouldn't have made a difference so I don't know why she lied about me knowing something beforehand.  I told her, I did not say why would you lie, then she told me i'm not going to argue with you?!! There was nobody arguing but I was standing by my beliefs which I do not lie and I don't expect people in power to lie.  Ms. Liliana also stood by her employee and said that all of the patients know everything before appointments.  I assure her nobody told me anything otherwise I wouldn't be wasting my time, as I took a day off work.  She took me to her office where she was trying to make me feel that it was my fault, which was not.  Also I asked for Maria's last name and she told me she didn't know and that Maria was only there to assist the surgeon but then I told her that since she is working there she would have to be under her responsibility which she agreed. On and all, I saw I wasn't going to get any real apology for Maria's rudeness and questionable credibility. A person like Maria shouldn't be working with a team that takes their job seriously.  The general doctor is GREAT! there is an assistant to the GD who is a tall light skin guy. He is also awesome. The reception ladies are good.  Due to loss of credibility I am not coming back.  Liliana the manager needs to hold her staff accountable for their actions to keep a good and honest reputation.

I came to this place because I was close to home but I really recommend it. They are very professional in their work and the place is very clean. The people at the reception are very kind when assisting you. Andrés is a very kind guy who helped me finance my payments. Thank you all for your work and always very kind to the service.

Only schedule an appointment here if you want your time wasted. They can't manage to understand how to schedule an appointment or treat a dental patient. Their staff is awful and rude. Their objective is to make money off of you, and in no way do they care about their patients.
