Everyone at the front are always kind, not rude like other places I’ve been at ! The dentist I forgot his name he was so gentle and kind definitely recommended and there’s no wait times like for example I take my daughter to ortho at Bright now dental they have us waiting even with appointments ?!! Also I read a lot of bad experiences from here but it’s all due to people not having money to cover their needs, always ask the costs before allowing a procedure !!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been coming here for a very long time, but for the past year, my last few recent visits have been nothing but disappointing, came here sometime in April was quoted $330 for wisdom teeth removal then I finally make an appointment in September, I get to my appointment on time and I don’t get taken in until an hour later after my appointment time so then what was the point for the appointment if I wasn’t going to get seen after an hour later ? Then the doctor comes in barely even takes a look in my mouth & the coordinator comes in with the treatment plan and then I get quoted $700 for the exact same thing (wisdom, teeth removal) and for some odd reason it doubled in price, I didn’t end up getting it done that day. Instead, I scheduled it a month out. October 1st I had an appointment for a cleaning. The doctor walks in has no idea what’s going on ASKS ME “check up?” I responded with no i’m here for a cleaning, isn’t this information they should know before walking into a room?? Takes a look once again real fast barely even looks into my mouth and walks out, the treatment coordinator walks in quotes me $480 and told her that instead of me getting my wisdom teeth removed on the 22nd I would be doing the cleaning instead. I come back on the day of my appointment and probably the worst thing I could’ve done honestly. I check in and 10 minutes into checking in the receptionist tells me I needed to pay $700 upfront I told her that was for my wisdom teeth removal which I’m not getting done anymore, I’m getting a cleaning instead. minutes later, the manager walks up and tells me the exact same thing starts to practically trying to hound me down for the $700 and I ended up telling her the exact same thing I told the receptionist. I don’t get it, like is there no information when it comes down to making the appointments? The doctor walks in takes a look and then treatment plan coordinator walks in after the doctor has stepped out and tells me that it’s going to be $494 for today’s treatment. I even asked her what difference in regards to the last treatment plan from a few weeks ago and this treatment plan? Because it was a little bit of a difference from the last time I was quoted a few weeks ago. I asked her if there’s any way she could pull it up and for some reason, it’s not there when the last treatment plan coordinator showed it to me on her computer. She once again repeats it’s going to be 494 for today’s service. Finally everything gets done. I got check out and when I take a look at my receipt and noticed I GOT CHARGED $894. I talk to the office manager Brenda and she’s arguing back-and-forth with me saying that she showed me the total and she had told me $894. She didn’t show me anything didn’t print out the treatment plan at the time of the appointment and didn’t show me on her screen she simply told me the total. I have never had an issue here in regards to pricing sadly I took her word for it. I’m sorry but $894 and $494 DOESNT SOUND ANYTHING alike. I tell her my concerns and the issues I’ve had my past visits. Don’t get any apology for it doesn’t try to fix the situation when she told me the total wrong then tells me that she’s going to reach out to corporate to see what they say in regards to a refund. It’s been more than a week later and I haven’t heard anything. I tried reaching out to corporate no luck there. Try calling customer service nobody answers I tried getting answers from the office manager. All I get is I don’t know when they’ll get back to me. They’re so quick to hound me down for my money, but when I am trying to get answers all of a sudden, nobody knows the answer. it’s just a nightmare of a place. I don’t understand how I got quoted one amount the first time and when I go back to get it done it doubles in price? If they’re doing this to me, I could just imagine how many other people they’re doing this to. 3/19/25 UPDATE: BEEN 5 MONTHS & NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED OR REFUNDED MUCH LESS A CALL BACK FROM THE MANGER

I went for an emergency and they treat me just like a number The reason of my visit was put in last place because That would be addressed after I signed an unclear and expensive contract for treatment that no one explained and I never heard of. ×I had to escort a live roach out of their waiting room(FYI no it didn't wander in, it was half alive belly up when they opened n let me in) × They share a wall with a Little Caesar's who kept banging on the walls. ×Their oral surgeon is dismissive and unprofessional ×Creepy staff flirting with each other out loud ×Lack of communication between front desk and staff Was referred here by my insurance provider because I needed a specialist. I had an appointment that was rescheduled without reason. Waited an entire month just to be told by the front desk: it wasn't his specialty and that I should've been more specific on the phone? I was very thorough in providing the treatments needed over the phone, why give me an appointment if "its not his specialty". When the appointment finally did arrive I waited 2 hours...he spoke to me for 30 seconds! He hardly asked me any questions, didn't even look at my teeth, chuckled said I needed a hospital and walked off before I could ask any questions?! I heard the dental assistants vulgarly flirting with each other as well. While others went on shouting about how understaffed they were for so many patients. One dental assistant was a temp said she traveled for work and said it was her least favorite location to work at.

On 6/15 Saturday I went this office to have a service of an extraction of premolar. Initially I went Arcadia location on Friday.. but the office was not transparent. When it was scheduled on 6/10 for the extraction - I thought it would be done by oral surgeon.. but it was scheduled with GD .. this GD required root canal otherwise she would not perform.. when I scheduled on Monday (6/10 I clearly mentioned I would not do root canal because it is not covered by insurance. the Arcadia office said "no problem". Then on Friday 6/14 GD said she wouldn't do it without root canal. They were fully aware I have been excruciating pain taking antibiotics & nacotic pain medicine. I addressed the issue to the main manager. So she arranged to South Gate location on 6/15. When I came to this office ( South Gate) there was no referral on the system.. I was so frustrated because she should have known that referral needed to be sent before my appointment 8am on 6/15. The pain was excruciating- need to go to emergency last week. Arcadia office closes on Saturday. There is no way we could contact Arcadia. After considering my situation South Gate Office manager, Ms.Stephanie& oral surgeon had a conversation. Finally they decided to proceed without a formal referral but with a little notes provided by Arcadia location. I was so grateful. This was only beginning. The oral surgeon Dr. Larmie was UCLA alumni. He went both medical school & dental school. His performance absolutely phenomenal- it took 1 minute to extract premolar.. can u believe this? No surgery.. he went over instruction/ Q& A in detail before anesthesia. I could tell he was very competent & experienced. I am so blessed that I didn't have extraction at Arcadia location whatever reason.. The staffs were so sweet & professional.. Thank you Aracel, Rosa, Roxana, Stephanie. I will definitely schedule for other services.

Horrible experience. My mother was left in the chair for an hour with anesthesia (she was anxious and had a little panic attack) she told several of the worthless people working there and they just told her the doctor was working on someone else still. Instead of coming to get me (I had asked how she was doing because I thought it had been too long and they said she was fine). By the time the doctor Víctor Esmeraldo came to work on her he had to obviously put more anesthesia which made my mothers nose clog, she tried telling them and they just told her that if she kept moving they were going to completely stop working on her. Of course she got scared, she’s an older person who doesn’t speak English and was already very scared and stressed to begin with so she said nothing anymore. Your mouth is open during these procedures so you need your nose to breathe and she couldn’t breathe right. They put her in a dangerous situation! I would never let her come to this office again. The issue is they overbook patients and can’t handle it they make all patients wait unnecessarily long!

I went for cleaning but they decided to do a full teeth repair. Caps, cleaning and a lot of pain. I informed them it might be cap since one doctor said it just a sensitive spot just get pronamel sensodyne. It did work for a minute. Pain seems to continue, so now they said I need a root canal -- what the hell, I've been there at least 5 times and they realize a root canal more money. The broke the tooth that's causing pain!!!

How I emphasize this look at their reviews. Worst dental experience ever. Doctor was horrible. She saw me for like 2 minutes and told the assistant I'm done here. Felt like she was frustrated. I ended up asking the assistant all the questions I had for the doctor. Worst experience with any doctor in my life. I was like okay I'm here I might as well have them do at least the cleaning, umm no they said doctor can't do it because she's leaving early. I wonder what appointments are for? They did absolutely nothing to help me. Horrible, horrible... of course I'm never going back. This office needs to get their act together. This is so unprofessional.

This people are crooks. Carmen will push you to get treatments you don’t need. Then she will lie trough her teeth. Look at this bill for deep cleaning. I have perfect teeth. People be careful. Stay away from this place. Very cold office, not temperature but personal, they show no emotions, they're like robots. Only gets worse from there. If you have insurance look out for Carmen Alaniz, she'll make you pay cash because she can't be bothered checking out your insurance. You'll never see your money again. Now for the so called professionals, the dentists. If you need extractions stay away from Ms. Santisree, not too much muscles on her so she pulls and yanks for quite awhile before tooth is extracted. Now if you need partials Dr. Robles is not the man to see. He just can't get the partials correct even after 3 fittings. Then he talks in circles trying to explain his obvious error and lack of communication with factory that actually makes the partial, I was so fed up and could tell he was sticking to his story so I just left with my partial, that was not to my liking. Partial had a gap on my front tooth. Only good thing about this West Coast Dental is that its close to my house. Warning: stay away from this sorry dental company. Now i would like feed back from WCD owner for my review, like WCD thanked clients for good reviews. Are you just going to ignore me or give me back my $1,500.00 Carmen made me pay for my bottom partial when i obviously had more insurance to cover it.

I had a great experience here despite me getting two crowns done (which by itself is not a pleasant experience haha). The staff here is very friendly from the receptionists to the dental assistants to the dentists themselves. To name one, Francis Romero placed my final crowns in and was very compassionate and friendly. He made me feel safe and valued, I definitely left with a smile on my face :) The receptionists were also very helpful and helped me figure out my insurance when I was having trouble with which I am so thankful for. It was a LONG wait. Other patients were also complaining that they were overbooked it just went downhill from the start paperwork issues technical difficulties. The x-ray machine was not working, so they told us we needed to be reschedule AGAIN. NO THANKS! Come here if you want your time to wasted

Very good service. I went for the first time for a tooth that was uncovered and had deep cavities that had affected the nerve. When I went without an appointment, they attended to me quickly, gave me an estimate with an affordable price, and that same day they performed the treatment. They killed the nerve and put a crown on me. In addition, they gave me a deep cleaning. The doctor and the nurses were excellent. Service was very good.

Staff were super rude. Not a child friendly dentist. I took my 6year old for a emergency check up. She was crying as we walked in and the staff tell me to sign in. About 5mins after signing in receptions look at eachother say something to eachother. One stands up and tell me if my daughter is crying they won’t be taking her in. I told her once she settles down she’ll be fine. She normally is scared but she does fine once’s she’s called in. I sit down and she calls another coworker that comes to the waiting room to. The third lady is so disrespectful addressing my child first “don’t cry your not going to be seen today.” Never going back. I changed dental office. Hire better receptionist staff.

I was very anxious about this new dentist, but that disappeared with the kind treatment they gave to me. The facility was very clean the receptionist, assistant and doctor were very friendly. I would recommend this place highly. Get you your help right away. They seem to want what's best for you and how you prefer. I like that.

This place is a Ripoff believe me. I usually don’t like posting reviews but this time I will, just because this person they are having as a sales rep, the lady who brings you the break down of your invoice… is there trying to make money in any way possible. First she comes to me to tell me that my insurance only covers my cleanup every 3 years!! Knowing that I just got this insurance in January 2023, when I told her that she got so nervous and she got lost and asked me to wait she needs to check… 15 minutes later she comes back to tell me okay you insurance does cover around 2600 and you pay around 2600 I don’t remember the exact numbers she said but for sure 2000 and something. For a cleaning????? Shame on you. Never again.

Looks small from the outside but quite large on the inside, clean, front office personnel in training so not very friendly. The wait was a bit long i suppose because I'm a new patient. You can fill your info online which was super cool unfortunately they weren't able to pull mine but no big deal. But one of there special goes off on patients and she shows her frustration, tell patients, "you should understand my frustration," ah no, I am am not the professional. She is. Today we saw for the first time the special. No a good thing to witness and it was to be a cumsult. Not one did she tell me about how to maintain wound care after extraction. Or which one's were going to come out. She was just so frustrated today not sure if this is all of the time. But I did have to ask her to lower her voice. Was getting ways to loud to be I doors. They have rescheduled appointments when I’m present at the actual appointment after calling off of work meaning I have to call off again which is ridiculous.

My son got braces they charged 1,500 because medical covered another part. Asked the financial lady if that was it she said yes and every time I had gone for the monthly check up they end up with new charges of 260 and 760 so I called the insurance and asked to provide this code which they didn’t provide unless I went to ask and notice they shouldn’t had charge because it was a covered job. The 3 d time they needed to remove some teeth and again another 700$ and that they didn’t explain on the previous appointment so again I called the insurance again so I had to tell them how seriously frustrating I was with that dentist so I’m working on changing it so sick of that place

What is the purpose of having an appointment is they wont see you 3 hours after. My appointment was at 10 am. Got into get x-rayed which I had no problem. But once I was seated in a room. I was not seen once by the/a doctor and it is going to be almost 2 hours since then. Im an electrician. If they tell me to start my work at 10 am. I will start at 10 am. Not have the client wait 2-3 hole hours till I start working. If that were the case the client will never call me back. Same scenario here. And to top it off. Only One doctor here

I'm the type of person who holds off till the last minute and my recent dental emergency really bit me in the butt for being that way. I had a massive tooth infection that made half my face swollen. I went to 2 different dental offices and both set up appointments for the following week. I was in massive pain. I walked in and they immediately helped me on the same day. They removed 2 teeth pain free and I feel a lot better. I like this office, they are straight to the point. I highly recommend this place.

The medical biller for this dental office is a total pusher. Even after explaining I do not want to put a lot of debt into my cc and saying I might not even have enough credit she still insisted & said she can approve me for more credit. She tried doing the same thing to me last year 2020, I kept saying I will only do what my insurance covers and suddenly I only paid out of pocket $100 +. She clearly doesn’t care about the patients, she’s not considerate at all, all they want is your money! Not only that, I waited one hour for Dr to see me, after explaining what I need the biller took about 45 min to see me, mind you it was already 6p. Make sure y’all stay awake when it comes to billing your insurance & what you’re charged. It sucks because I’ve been a patient since 2006 but this already enough!

2 issues. Provided my dental carrier's info to make sure they take it. They did so I booked an appointment in the afternoon. Day of the appointment they took too long and didn't get to call my carrier to verify my insurance so they ended up not doing any work that day. On the most recent occasion I needed to get new retainers. It had only been a few months since I had to get the top retainer replaced so I was ready to pay the somewhat reasonable price. Instead of telling me prices went up nearly 100% they hit me with the news the day I picked them up. Had I known I could've at least had a chance to shop around.

This was the most horrible experience i have ever had at any dental or any other facility. The Dentist came in and the nightmare started for the way he treated me. He offered some products they sell in their facility which I have used before and didn't work for me, so i said i was not going to buy them. He got all angry and starred saying to me on a very condescending way: " why are you even here" i said because i need my cleaning, but im not paying for something I dont want , he kept repeating why are you even here? started to remove his gloves and acting very unprofessional, upset and at that point I felt dismissed, offended, so said if you are going to treat me that way better bring anither dentist, he dismissed my request and he left the room leaving me on the treatment chair without any explanation or offering another doctor or anything, he just basically abandoned a patient on the middle of care which is not just rude and disrespectful, but a negligence as well. I asked for the manager and when this ladie came, i asked for his information because he did not at any point introduced himself to me, and the supposed manager said she can't tell me who he was.. Nobody has told them that knowing the doctor's name IS A PATIENT RIGHT, ..i had to reminded her that so i can know this dentist name, she said Dr Robles. This place do not care about caring for patients, in my experience, they treat patients disrespectfuly, condescending manner, no person should be treated that way when looking for any kind of care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE,SPECIALLY FROM THIS PREPOTENT DENTIST..

It is good most of the time, but the last time I went the dentist was watching something on her phone and stopped during replacing my broken braces. When I got home around 5 hours later I was eating tacos and the bracket she replaced broke so it's a two star for me. (I'm 13) and they charge $40 for the replacement bracket.

This last time I had an appointment at 11 am. I showed up at 10:45am. At 11:45 they still had not called me in at least for x rays so i left. This is the second time they make me wait a ridiculously long time. 6 months ago i also went in for a cleaning and they forgot about me and left me in a room while everyone went out for lunch. After waiting in the room for an hour, i went to ask the front desk lady how much longer did i have to wait and she was surprised that i was still there. But i figured it was a one time thing. I understand waiting, but if you're going to make me wait an hour to call me in just for x-rays, that's excessive.

Yes I know I should of had gone to see a dentist , but after the last dental ( dr cambel in h,p Huntington Park ) sending me to the er and has to be hospitalized because I lost allot of blood . But thanks to this establishment I had over come my fear Going to the dentist. Believe me over 20 years and plus you can imagine how bad my Teeth were. The only positive thing I can say is that they made a same day appointment for me. I was the last appointment of the day and they made sure to remind me several times that the office was closing soon. The dentist saw me for 3 minutes tops and determined that I needed a root canal. The ladies at the front office kept removing their masks and one even left it off for the last few minutes she was there. Overall, not a great experience and I will be changing dentists asap.

I only chose this place because the previous dental office for my son would always refer us out because they didn't want to deal with him (he is autistic). When I came in today, the front office receptionist told me last minute that I would have to transfer his dental insurance to that office (south gate) because the insurance didn't have him as a primary. I asked why no one had called me, to which she automatically lied and said they did but when checking their records she confirmed no notice was sent to me via call, text, or email. Once my son was taken back the dentist tried to cut the exam short because he was giving them difficulty with the x-rays(which he came in for) and said I should wait for the specialist to come to try x-rays AGAIN and see if the dentist would do any work the same day or send us back out to wait for another appointment. I dont see how its so difficult to get just x-rays that way the exam and work can be done the following appointment to minimize the stress he has to go through by going to the dentist. I only gave 2 stars because I dont have to wait months for the referral to be approved to get his dental work done. But the lack of communication for this office, and frank laziness of the dentist when it comes to trying to even help seriously needs work.

One hour and a half wait for my daughters appointment initially scheduled for 4:00 pm. We arrived on time and there was no mention of them running behind at that time. I walked in to check when she would be called at 4:20 pm. They tell me they are running behind then and that it might be another 20 minutes. I check again at 4:40 pm. There are still running behind and they apologize. I left work early to be here on time. They knew they were running behind before my appointment time, they could have called me to reschedule then. It coulda saved me a trip and they've done it before. Just a bad experience. My daughter was not seen until 5:20 pm with other patients still waiting outside.

I've been thru so many dental places and I had have bad experience, But after coming out of west cost dental, the service was great,... Many people would tell me bad things about it, but to be honest none of that true.. People have told me that there's attend you laid when you arrived, but I came to find out that the only reason they're telling ladies because they arrive late if you show up 15 minutes before your appointment I'm pretty sure they get you enough time because that's how it is with me .. The stats was so excellent that they made me feel welcome and to be honest on the type that had bad experience with dentist that I feel very welcome and comfortable..

This place just wants your money. I went to remove a tooth because their periodontist and my insurance lagged for two years to fix my gums. The perio didn't explain to insurance how I couldn't eat and how much pain I was in so they didn't cover me due to it not being serious. 2 years later I come back to remove tooth because gums are too damaged to save tooth (two years earlier they would've been able to help). Now they want to pull tooth but charge me for a bridge and all kinds of other stuff. Put me on a payment plan and blah blah blah. I walked out,went to dr Francis on Randolph and Pacific and got it removed through my ins. No bridge no payment plan no problem. West coast dental tells u it's no big deal until it gets really bad so they can charge u more. This place sux do not go there unless u like being lied to and scammed by.

I got arrived here at 10:35 and my appointment wasn’t until 11am waited a few to get my x- rays done and then the dentist took awhile to get checked out. So been waiting for the manager for the finance to revise the cost with me and it took 45 minutes for the manager to come. The only really bad thing is the wait I mean they take a while for them to come to you. But the dentist is really nice and sweet

I do not recommend this place at all! I went to get an extraction of a wisdom tooth and they forced me to get a bone graft ON A WISDOM TOOTH that got extracted. I specifically told them I only wanted to get the extraction done and they said they wouldn't do it unless I paid for the bone graft. Obviously the bone graft is not covered under my insurance. They charged me $400 for the extraction and bone graft . When all I should've paid was $70 for the extraction with my insurance coverage. When I check my receipt I shows that the bone graft was optional. In other words I was robbed of $330! I WILL BE CHANGING TO A DIFFERENT DENTIST OFFICE ASAP ! I WILL BE REPPORTING THIS TO MY INSURANCE ASAP!

The oral surgeon Dr. Peri was fantastic his knowledge and the level of care along with his encouraging words are amazing, he does a fantastic job he is very caring and detailed tells you step by step without any surprises. I found him to be very calming made my visit 100 times better than expected. The staff were very helpful and friendly this helps because many find dental offices to be frightening I love this dental group because they dont just take this as a job but they actually care about the patients. I've been with west cost dental for years. I recently went back for an infected tooth, bridge, veneers and root canal. When I did the contract with Marisol. She told me everything my contract had, she mentioned a gum treatment that was included. Now I have another tooth infection and I was suppose to get it fixed first she told me I never payed for gum treatment and they are trying to charge me another $800 cash no payments. She tells me one thing then another I'm fed up I'm so mad and to top it off she gave me attitude when I asked for copies of everything they have done in the past and now. They are thieves. Went for a Tooth extraction and I didn’t expect it to be pleasant but it was brutal. I told the Surgeon plenty times that I could feel the pain when he asked if I was numb but he kept going anyway had to stop twice mid way to inject more of numbing medicine. Other than that it was OK but think I’ll shop around before I come back though.

Terrible, service the staff is friendly though, youll go back at least 4 times just to get fillings, my teeth are in extreme pain and have to get extra work done on something they supposedly fixed,

This place is horrible. Please do not waste your time and effort into this place they have terrible customer service. Especially the one who handles insurance I will not slander her name however, she had horrendous lip injections. They are rude not professional at all and need to go back to school to better there customer service. Please give your money to a company that will value you as a client. P.s they are very expensive here.

Excellent & professional work!!! Thank you!!! I came here about 2 weeks ago and was lucky enough to find this gem. Got approved quick and fast for monthly payments thanks to the beautiful Marisol! Got 2 crowns done in less than 1 hour and felt no pain the next day. The doctor's name was Arthur, he did a good job was very patient with me and knew what he was doing with the anastesia, thanks again doc. I love this practice, I scheduled my appointment last week and they were able to see me right away, Marisol fit me in the schedule with no questions asked. After getting my exam, the dr recommended a deep cleaning since my gums were bleeding and I had a lots of tartar, so they were able to do it the same day!!! Jannette gave me the best cleaning I ever had, she is gentle and professional. Thank you west coast dental

Pleasent experience. Only waited 20 mins before I got called in. Dentist was very infornative and thorough. Will most definitely be coming back for my follow-up. His assistant was also great. Very patient with my anxiety. Lord knows it was off the charts, but they both were very understanding and patient with me.

The office staff and dental assistant were extremely helpful and provided quality service . The dentist ( not sure if that is her title ) was a little too rough during the procedure . I know it was probably by accident , but the drill used during the procedure missed my tooth and drilled my lip, I have a wound on my lip . I am not in pain from the procedure , I am in pain from the accidental wounds on the inside of my mouth . The side of my toungue is also hurting. I’ve never had this happen . Just advise the dentist to be a little bit more careful !

Inpatient and rude, I made appointment for cleaning and ask for my ins. Coverage and had no answer, I got the feeling trying with used car sales man here....after 3 hours of waiting, I walked out empty handed.... What a incompetence

Do not come here! I have never written a review but I felt like this was necessary! They will tell you that your insurance does not cover what you need. Then they will try to over charge you. "You have a cavity...it's close to a nerve so we you may need a root canal" lies! Erica will then tell you the total will be something like 2000 dollars but not to worry because you can apply for a "interest free credit card" which is how they make you believe they are not trying to take your money! Do not come here! They will not work on you unless you pay. If you try to get something like a cavity filled that is not worth their wild, they will give you another appointment. Just avoid this place !!!

West Coast Dental of South Gate had a new policy of requiring prepayment for services. I prepaid $3450 using my credit card January 21, 2016. I subsequently cancelled the services. Then they refused to refund anything to me and now avoid my phone calls and reject my mail, even registered mail. The reason I cancelled is because the product was terrible, did not fit, was painful, broke an adjacent tooth getting it in and out. But Dr. Mihir Shah, the Managing Dentist at West Coast Dental, South Gate, had reassured me on three different occasions, "Don't worry! Just try it. If you're not happy with it - even if it is completely done - we will issue you a statement credit for the full amount of $1500. Then we will simply try something else." When they refused to honor their warranty, I felt I had to cancel the other work I had prepaid, as I had lost trust in them. I requested a refund, to know my statement balance with them, and to receive statement credits that were appropriate over 20 times. They have, so far, refused to issue me the promised credit or refund me anything for work not performed, and it has been 15 months since I paid and 9 months since I first requested the refund. It was the worst experience I have had with a dentist. And then they simply stole my money, even for the work not performed. I consider it criminal - fraud and theft - but that is an issue of law, and I will have to prove that in court.

My experience with WCD was not all that great. They are always late when seeing you and the workers in the front do not communicate with the techs in the back. They don't really know what's being related to the patient which makes it frustrating and inconvenient for a patient who has a busy work schedule. When addressed about it, they blame it on previous workers that scheduled apppointments or do not try to work with the patient at all. No customer service skills at all. I do not recommend this place.

This is an amazing dentist. He healed my teeth and also made them look their absolute best. I am completely satisfied with the services they rendered. Their equipment and approach is modern, but their human touch is always there. They don’t treat you like an interchangeable person, like one more individual among many with teeth problems. They know your file and they know you as a person. The dentist assistant who’s always around when I’ve come, without fail remembers my daughter’s name. I don’t think dentists like these are that easy to find. If you’re looking for a dentist that really cares and really listens, this is probably the best you’ll get. I’m very happy with what I paid for.

I had to take in my father to West Coast Dental for dentures. After a few months of odd behavior and weight loss, I realized that he was losing weight because of his teeth. It hurt every time he ate and at this point he needed full dentures. Since both of us are on a fixed income and he lives with me, I didn’t know how I was going to pay for it. But West Coast Dental took care of the problem and was extremely patient and helpful. After filling out some paper work, they said we qualified for a financial plan with great payment options. I thank West Coast Dental for taking the time to explain our options. My father is now eating a large steak dinner with his new dentures.
