West Coast dental is Amazing I want to thank you Dr. Mehta, Valerie, Jamie, Bell, Karen I was in so much pain taking Ibuprofen 800 every 6 hours. I had a pain on my back mollor that put me to tears. I went to 18 different dentist that could careless until I came to West Coast dental they Welcomed me with open arm's all the other dentist wanted to break the bridge. I had that I paid thousands for not this dentist Dr. Mehta saved it they care more about the patients then money I absolutely love this dentist I will be back to do all my dental procedures they took me out of major pain No more Ibuprofen 800. I sat there for 4 hours just for them to not do anything but give me an X-ray and when I asked for at least a cleaning the doctor said he didn’t have time as if I didn’t just spend 4 hours there I will never be back here do not come here unless you’re okay with spending your whole day here and dealing with inconsiderate doctors

They are super unclear about payment, I had different staff members telling me different prices. I was told upwards(emphasis on upwards) of 400 dollars (and maybe as much as 800) for a retainer, after I had been told it would be a 400 flat rate not even 10 minutes prior. Crazy that they drop prices like that while pulling up wearing designer shoes that cost the same as my treatment. I called to confirm if my insurance was active, and I was told yes, so I went in. I asked again if it was active once inside, and they said yes. But once in the dentist's chair I'm told by another staff member that my visit today wasn't covered. (After I had already confirmed that I was covered by my dental insurance a day prior.) Make it make sense...so much unnecessary heartache and stress to last me a lifetime. Don't waste your time; this office is already busy enough without new patronage.

Worst Dentist office ever. They schedule you an appointment and then make you wait up to 2 hours to even be seen. Then they take you into the dental room and nothing is done same day. My husband had a filling fall out, we scheduled him to be seen at 4pm, and hour goes by and he finally goes to check and see what's going on and the front desk girl says "oh, we only have 1 tech, we are 2 people behind and 2 people in front of you but we close at 5, nothing is going to get done today you will have to come back." Nope, never again. Would not even recommend this place if they were offering free dental work. Don't waste your time going here.

I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office. I scheduled appointments for four family members and confirmed with them multiple times that all four of us would be seen. However, when we arrived at the office, we were told they could only accept two people for appointments that day. This lack of communication and poor planning is unacceptable. We had taken time off work, made arrangements, and were expecting everyone to be seen as promised. Instead, we were left scrambling to rearrange our plans. I would not recommend this office based on how unprofessional and disorganized they were. If they can't manage simple scheduling, I can’t trust them with my family’s care.

I go to the dentist for cleanings every 6 months and this place just tried to scam me for a deep cleaning because it was my first time coming here. They tried to tell me that I need a "minimal deep cleaning" for one of my teeth which would cost an extra $300. Total scam, do not come here!

My experience with West coast dental is always a pleasure. They are very reasonable, works with you, and they really care about your dental hygiene. I have not felt the greedy part of what others have said within the reviews, bc they always go over what I might need done to my teeth and go over the expense. There are certain things I can't pay at that time but they do work with me to see what I can pay, how I can pay and what my insurance can cover. Dental stuff is SUPER EXPENSIVE but I'm grateful to find an office that's approachable, kind, and that doesn't seem to tell me things that arnt true in order to get money from me.

The front desk personnel were straight forward and friendly. The office atmosphere made me feel at home as I completed the necessary forms. Xray technician and the dentist seemed truly concerned with the health and appearance of my teeth.However, there was one glaring setback I noticed-the dentist and xray technician gowns looked as if they were slept in. Smocks were badly wrinkled throughout the garments.....

Please DO NOT GO HERE. Please do your research and find better dentists in the area. You will spend a whole day here just waiting around, no one talks to you to explain, when they do talk to you they’re rude asf and want payment without explaining any procedures. They accept appointments but make you wait 2 hours before calling you to the back like patients are just grazing cattle waiting to be tended. 0 stars if possible. Extremely money hungry

My son had a 10:00am appointment and was not called into the appointment until almost 12:00pm. Waiting for two hours isn't acceptable when you have a young man that is highly sensitive to doctors and dentists. This location is standing proof that they service the money and not the community. Very disappointing!

If you have a plethora of time to waste and don’t mind spending your day at the dentist then this is the one for you. After conducting my initial appointment consultation I made the mistake of believing I was at my appointment for my original complaint. I have severe tooth pain and instead of treating the pain the orthodontist was discussing braces! I stopped the exam and explained to the orthodontist that I was there for tooth pain and had no intention of discussing braces. I was placed back in the waiting room till another room was available. After waiting for 3 hours!! I was finally called to again wait in a room. I waited for an additional 45 mins before deciding to leave. The assistants did not even notice due to being too busy talking about what they were going to do after work. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone even someone with the utmost patience.

They Are All about getting you in that chair to collect money!!!! You're on your own after that !! I had a problem with my procedure an hour after I left their office, called their emergency number because they were and got no return Call that day or the next day, called corporate, 3 weeks later still no call ... I had to drive down to the office and still no call back from corporate.. they also charged me for worked I hadn't even got done and took them almost 3 months to give me my money back... Update .... I just went to another dentist and had a complete exam with x-rays and they said I don't have any cavities where West Coast Dental insinuated that I had six cavities. Now I wouldn't be shocked if the other new dentist that I went to said I had four or five, but zero???? that shows you right there that West Coast Dental is all about money, even if causes you physical pain for the procedures they are recommending and money out of your pockets... They are actually even ripping off your insurance for whatever portion that they are paying to them. I wouldn't believe a thing they say. Get a second opinion!! Better yet find a new dentist... if I could give them a Negative 0 I would..

They’re nice but aren’t considerate of your time. I got off work and went to my scheduled appointments early, one for ortho and another for fillings…. I was seen late to both appointments but for the filings I never got them done because I was in the back waiting for almost an hour and just left because I was tired (I work nights and came in early morning). Be considerate because you’re losing clients and getting a bad reputation due to your overbooking. The waiting time is unreasonable and inconsiderate. Update: when it’s a slow day you’ll be seen quicker but still a wait. When busy clear a few hours for wait time and treatment. Staff is nice and it’s very clean.

Please if you were referred by Magic Land dental for a child, look elsewhere. Children are NOT their priority. They waste your time by making you come in for things they can handle over the phone and quite frankly the receptionists were rude, unhelpful, and “as dumb as a box of rocks” as my grandmother would say. I don’t like to bash but I really feel this place is one of those places that take advancing people with money and disregard other people.

Customer service is great. Everyone is very friendly and dentists listen and explain everything to their patients. However, they have horrible scheduling. Always overbooked. Every time I come for a appointment I don't get seen until an hour after my appointment time. If they don't have the availability then they shouldn't just give out appointments

I hope you guys should not overbook people. Customers are getting hungry while waiting and for sure you guys too. My girlfriend’s experience was crazy. She went there 10:30AM for an 11AM appointment and was seen by the dentist after almost 4 hours. Staff didn’t even bother checking everyone’s name atleast too while calling them. Please just don’t overbook people. You guys need to work on your scheduling system. There’s no point in scheduling people for appointment if people are called in, in no orderly fashion. Poor customer service.

If I could give them zero stars. I would love to. First of all front desk are rude and have some bad attitude. I don’t think they are fit for that position. Completely opposite on what a good front desk. Another thing is this clinic is greedy. Very greedy. Even small things they want to charge even though its covered by insurance. Before putting my crown ask them multiple times if I need to pay or something and they said no. Then after sometime they are sending a bill. This clinic is such a liar. They want you to do a procedure and saying you don’t need to pay anything and they will charge you. It’s a scam. Stay away from this clinic. Such a trash especially the front desk. ??

Front desk is unprofessional. I walk in and say hello no response I wait to be asked for my name or information nothing. They keeping having their conversation as if I didn’t walk in. So I write my name on the clip board and sit down. 20 minutes later I see someone finally pick up the clip board and put my info into the computer.

As other people say, they don't tend to the time or having an appointment, but not all people give poor service. I would only suggest that when after the doctor checks us, the assistant informs us of the information that the doctor gave and what needs to be done and answers our questions.

I would never suggest this location to any of my friends or family members. I had an appointment at 9am on Sat, and there were 7 other people already waiting in their lobby when I arrived. I sat in the lobby for 45 mins before having my x-rays done. I then waited for the dentist for an hour in the back. After waiting for an hour, I started to leave. The office manager stopped me, said I would be looked at in the next 5 minutes and to please wait. I finally saw the dentist, who did an exam and said I was done. I was shocked! That's all you’re going to do? While signing paperwork to leave, I asked why did it take so long? They blamed it on the call center, and that they overbooked their office all the time. They said it's out of their control. I then spoke with the front desk and asked, “Why didn't I get my annual cleaning?” I was told that the dentist thought I needed a deep cleaning and that it needs to be approved first. They then said, “We will call you in 2-6 weeks, once it's approved.” I was never asked if I wanted a regular cleaning or a deep cleaning. I was there for 2 1/2 hours only to get x-rays and an exam. I don’t know but sitting in a dentist’s office for 2 1/2 hours to get hardly anything done is outrageous!

Nice place, lovely front office staff who are always very helpful. The orthodontists are usually very nice too—it varies from person to person, some being incredibly friendly and helpful to some being kind of mean. Sometimes they don’t give you the full information…when i had my wisdom teeth surgery(they took four out) i didn’t know they would simply be administering local anesthetic instead of putting me under. It was a surprise, i only found out when it happened. There was no mention of it nor was i given a choice. I didn’t mind it, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. They seem very busy, understandably so because overall it is a very nice place to go. That being said, all the things one might expect from a busy establishment can be expected. ~20 minute waits (when I’m early to my appointments), minor errors, lost details, and a dentist who is not rushed, but quick stepped and eager to be on to the next patient. They’ve run out of my orthodontic elastic 2-3 times, leaving me with a smaller(and I assume less effective) size until my next appointment. Not a big deal and could be something out of control due to manufacturing, but it was a little worrying because the last thing i wanted was to extend treatment time. Which, in fashion with typical dental procedure, you will absolutely be reminded to do your part (brushing, properly wearing orthodontic bands) because they assure you that it IS the LAST THING you want. The front staff and medical staff(the ones that are friendly) are just SO kind and caring, it really trumps all else. You just gotta be very forthcoming if you have issues or questions, because most times if you don’t bring it up it wont be brought up. They will oftentimes have an answer at the ready. I’m not gonna stop seeing them any time soon but some of the stuff can put a little damper on the experience. If you’re a busy person yourself there’s ~15 minute wait for your ortho appointment 50% of the time. Getting there early helps sometimes, sometimes it doesn’t. If an emergency comes up, they do what they can and will squeeze you in asap which is nice—they’re busy but the staff is kind and helpful regardless

I had my first appointment at West Coast Dental of Rialto. Had no idea what to expect but all I can say is WOW! It was like being in a whole new Era! A big shout out to the office staff and Jose Reyes. I really don't enjoy getting x rays but he kept me laughing and was very polite. The dentist, I am sorry I didn't catch his name:(was wearing his mask and visor) was so intriguing. During the time I was there, he saw at least 4 patients and all were treated with the utmost care . I fear dentist's but they all kept me feeling safe . I will be back definitely If you are in need of a dentist, please check them out. LONGEST WAIT EVER!! 12pm appointment. Waiting 40 min to get checked by the dentist and additional 30 min to get the insurance person to that was supposed to come and didn’t. Then I waited addition 40 min in the lobby. So I walked out. I was out by 2pm….so unproductive. They scheduled more people than they can handle making you wait a long as time!

Be careful with the insurance person Ana because if you don’t know your stuff she will try to rip you off. She tried to say I had to pay $83 for a copayment to see a specialist so I called my insurance right away and they told me that it was no copayment to see a specialist. They take awhile to call you back but mostly just be aware of that.

Do not recommend. Even with an appointment they won't even call you back for at least an hour. Once in the back it'll be at least another hour before you see the dentist. Only 1 person at the front desk knows anything the rest is like explaining yourself to a brick wall. If my kid didn't have anxiety and I wasn't worried about heightening the anxiety by switching we definitely would not be wasting all day at this place. We have had to return SEVERAL times to get the same tooth fixed. Place is nice but a waste of time.

Their customer service is horrible. They treat you like if they are making you a favor. The dentist refuses to treat my 8 yrs. old and sent us to see a specialist for a simple cavity, we had an emergency with my oldest daughter braces, we requested a call, service, and or an advised but nobody cared on returning our calls. Their destist/orthodontist seem to be students, and there is no emergency service. This is not a good place for kids. My coverage/insurance is not free. 0% recommended.

The employees at front desk are extremely rude. They argued with patients and when the patients left they would complain about them loudly with each other. It’s very unprofessional and unsettling. My whole time there I kept hearing their conversations about arguments they had. It was not a one time incident. This tells me that it’s the office culture to talk bad about patients. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend this place.

West Coast Dental of Rialto is the best dental office I have ever been to. They have gone above and beyond to fix my smile. I had originally had an appointment with them because they were the only place that would accept me on such short notice however I was able to get in that day. Every single one of the staff and Doctors have been extremely helpful, nice, professional and courteous. I am for sure going to be going back for any thing else I may need in the future, they provided such great service that I don’t mind the 45 minute drive. I will also recommend West Coast Dental of Rialto to family and friends. Every one there was super pleasant and the facility is very clean and overall best dental experience I’ve had 5 stars for sure 10/10 will be going again! Thank you all so very much! - Daniel M.

I am so traumatized. The dentist was very rough. I had marks on my face. I should have been offered an alternative method of sedation when I expressed how frightened I was. 45 minutes of pulling and drilling. He should have been explaining things to me as it went along. I was sent home with no aftercare instructions even though I asked for some. I am still in alot of pain a week later.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. They wanted me to overpay when I have dental insurance. I paid for a “deep” cleaning that was $400 dollars which took them 5 minutes to complete. Worst part is the dentist told me I didn’t even need it when the front desk said I really needed it. A couples month later coming back to do a polish and maintenance cleaning because they didn’t finish it the first time during the “deep” cleaning, they want me now to pay additional $80 dollars… seriously… When I asked them to explain, the front desk rolled their eyes at me. I will let my family and friends go elsewhere. Not coming back here.

What I appreciate the most is Dr. Kim, he is simply amazing. He is really good with providing information on the work that’s being done. He is a little bit of a protectionist but it works out fine for my teeth. I look forward to my next appointment because I know there will be minimum pain and the work will be done right.

I changed insurances and this group came up on the insurance site. So I am a new patient. I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. The new patient process was quick, and the staff at the office were friendly. It also helps that this office is located 15 minutes from my home and in a place that is easy to get to. The dentist was kind and listened to the issues I was having. He was able to explain what was happening and gave me a care plan. He took great care to be sure I was comfortable after I let him know that I was nervous. The whole appointment was positive and I'm glad that I selected this office.

The only disappointing was one of the front desk staff was snotty, sarcastic, rude, wouldn’t stand up from the chair to explain something while she’s afar. She’s insensitive, no compassion for me being the patient… She talked too fast and perhaps I was just slow catching up, but she Even told me she doesn’t have time to write a memo for me to explain. She would shake her head as if to imply annoyance and impatience. That was sarcastic and demoralizing. Condescending. Unfriendly tone. I would mention her name here because this is her second time being unfriendly to me, one on the phone and one in person. I choose not to mention unless she continues to be that way to me as a client. Other than that the Dentist and dental assistants and the dental radiologist technician and some front desk were great.

I liked this place but I can't afford the cost of the dental work. My insurance only allows $1700 and that's less than what the rest would cost me. The staff is very polite so I have no complaints there.

Everyone was courteous and professional. The dentist was great and explained everything with detail. Answered all my questions. Provided lots of options to fix my teeth as well as finance. Definitely recommend West Coast Dental of Rialto. They are even open on Saturday.

And knowing without patients they have no business. They need better service with clients. I seen them be the same to others than came in when I was there also. Not just me.

Extremely long wait times. Staff overbooks and does not explain processes very well. No one told me I would have to come back 3 different times for my kids. 1st visit was cleaning the next was for fillings and supposedly they cannot numb the entire mouth so the 3rd visit is for the other fillings. I show up 10 mins before their appt and sit for 35 mins past their appt then get called back and my kids sit in the back for another 30 minutes. Just to leave 2 and a half hours later. Sorry but I have things to do. Gonna definitely find a different dentist.

Today I had a Root Canal done. I was amazed on how it was soooo pain free. I even complimented the doctor, Dr. Salee, personally. I'm so happy with the service he provided to me, and how well he took care of me. No pain what so ever! Still amazed! They claim to take Delta Dental. Insurance denied the claim because the dentist wasn't approved. They knew the dentist wasn't credentialed and didn't tell us. Your non provider staff is inconsiderate and demeaning. My mother of 62 years just had back surgery 3 mnths ago. She told the Dental assistant not to lay her all the way down bc she would be in pain and the assistant still laid her down and left her high up on purpose. This is despicable. Also my moms appt was at 4pm and we dint leave the office until 630. She even arrived early at 3pm. We will never go back again!

There nice.but will not go again the waiting is ridiculous..it seems they book too many people at same time my total wait for just a clean up was 3 hours I was just there waiting for dentist to clean my teeth..and then on my next appointment cause I had a get a grown omg i was there for 4hrs cause it was pack and i was just literally waiting in the chair!!!! Once I finished all that i still got more work to do but will look somewhere else..

I’m only giving this place a 1 mainly due to their Oral Surgeon Dr Victor. I went in for an extraction, completely nervous and terrified as I’m sure their are millions of pacientes out there who are terrified of “dentist “ Sitting down I mentioned to him how nervous I was to which he completely didn’t give one single care to, Which I mean I guess he’s not entitled to make his pacientes feel “safe “ right ? He proceeded to insert the anesthesia just so roughly as to which I screamed , instant reaction on my part , He then said “ STOP ! Stop acting like that ! Or I will not do it and you can go home ! You’re too old for this “ I felt completely emotionally abused by his lack of just empathy for a client . I’m sorry I didn’t know there was an age limit for sensitivity or pain ? These are the comments and EXPERIENCES that completely push people away . I’m sure if he was a private dr charging the money himself or if it was a family member he would be a litttle but more “ respectful “ The whole process was painful, and I will never go back to that ORAL SURGEON. Please please find another place where they give you the right treatment and avoid getting any extraction from this guy

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First they were to overbooked to schedule the repair of a tooth while I was there in the chair, then they lied and said neither of my insurance would cover my treatment needed and tried charging over $400. When in fact both of my insurances stated I was fully covered and I should have had no out of pocket. AVOID THIS PLACE!

My first impression was positive, and I even left a good review. The dentist was great, but the office staff was obviously new and inexperienced, and I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. My more serious concerns began when they started giving me quotes on services and I realized I had walked into another place more interested in money than patients. Then I got a bill.from my insurance company, and my initial concerns were validated. I am a nitrous patient, and am already having to deal with the ridiculous prices dental offices are currently charging for nitrous oxide. For a patient like myself, who is very resistant to novacaine and NEEDS the extra pain killing and relaxing effect of the nitrous oxide, we cannot afford to be paying exorbitant extra out of pocket charges for gas because it's not a luxury, it's as important as novacaine. But this place wants to charge an ADDITIONAL $450 out of pocket each visit for gas! Then they tell me they will only charge me $200 each visit, and I'm supposed to feel like they're cutting me a break. Mind you, my old dentist charged $35. Now the kicker. I just got a bill from my insurance Company for not only half of the dental services they performed on me (apparently they did stuff they weren't authorized to do?) but they're also charging the insurance company $450 for nitrous! AFTER already charging ME $200 for it. These people are crooks. Run away.

I received a text last Sunday I had an appointment today at 3pm. When I arrived I got another text that now read 5pm. I asked the front desk and she did t have a comment. I waited 2 hours and they hadn’t even started my cleaning. I went to the front to ask how long the wait was going to be as I needed to get on with my day and I had already been waiting a very long time. I wasn’t even acknowledged during their conversation. So I walked out. Only until I was about to leave did the receptionist say oh she needed to talk. I said yes I’ve waited over two hours and that’s ridiculous. The dentist and all the assistants are very nice. However the scheduling, the reception needs work. I don’t understand how you guys change times 5 min before an appointment and then expect a patient to wait 2 hours or more. I’m sorry but I won’t be back.

I am new patient so far checking in was great. The older grey hair lady, I believe her name was Kim was marvelous! Such an awesome lady, she noticed my little one was upset and try to help me calm her down with a balloon & little toy. Her customer service was more than helpful and cheerful experience. Annette the young lady that did my X Rays was so patient and understanding: my daughter again was having a melt down and Annette did not rush me or try to brush me off to reschedule. She was helpful and very caring to us. I appreciate it so much, you hardly get amazing service like that. Thank you ladies for your pleasant service today thank you so much for helping me with my daughter. 5 stars ⭐️ for the ladies … As far with the place.. we’ll that’s a different story. They take forever calling you for x rays as well waiting for the doctor to come in to check me out. I gave it 3 stars ⭐️. They shouldn’t over book if they can’t get to us sooner. It’s time consuming. I see other before me still waiting in their rooms and it’s been almost 2 hours. I am very unhappy. I have a feeling I’ll be out late.

This place is a joke! They took over an hour to call me back! The x ray equipment did not work i had to use my finger to hold the equipment to help out the lady. Which made me very skeptical. When they finally did put me in the room I sat back there for another hour before anyone came. Just to have them come back and tell me they need to see what the doctor has going on before doing my cleaning. Turns out he was too busy and they would need to schedule me for another day. I wasted my whole morning! They suck and are very unprofessional. How about not scheduling so many appointments if you don't have the staff! Don't waste yiur time going here

Check other reviews. Takes about 2 hours to get seen AFTER your scheduled appointment time. Dude was in such a rush to finish he did not floss between my teeth before curing my crown and now I have cement stuck between my teeth and I can’t floss in that area without it getting stuck or bleeding. Should have just gone to my regular spot but this one was closer. Next time I will just make the drive to Riverside Plaza Dentistry, more expensive but worth it. Not happy with this place. I will say however the doc kept checking in on my pain level and would numb me up anytime I felt pain. Only positive thing about them was making sure I wasn’t in pain.

First off I really question the validity of these reviews. The dentist here and manager are comparable to a used car salesman. I scheduled my appointment for a badly impacted and infected wisdom tooth , somehow I was convinced to let them fill some cavities I had that I honest now question if I even needed them. I was told I also needed a root canal on a tooth and the manager informed me that the crown for that would be 1,000 and not covered by my insurance (I later called my insurance and was told that that was not true , it is covered but requires pre authorization) during my filling the dentist was so rough with my teeth instruments kept slipping and hitting my teeth , I almost choked on my saliva due to improper drainage . They were supposed to send in a prescription for me But they never did so I called back to let them know and still no prescription was sent .and best of all I LEFT WITH A CRACK IN WHAT WAS A PERFECTLY GOOD TOOTH . I am getting a second opinion today and will be filing a grievance with my insurance. And for the manager and the dentist, you should be ashamed of yourself treating people like this , liars with no backbone or integrity.

Honestly worst dentist I ever been to I had an appointment as of today at 11 AM I get there at 10:30 AM so they can attend me faster , so they did and called me to the room had me wait in there until 11:59 when clearly my appointment was at 11 and I got there earlier , So I waited because I was due for a deep clean and at 12 the doctor comes in to numb just the left side of my mouth. When that’s unfortunate because when you’re scheduled for a deep clean they have to do the whole mouth not just one side. Then the doctor tells me to give him five minutes so I wait more than five minutes already. And that’s when I got up went to the front desk and complained that I didn’t even get a deep clean at all like I was scheduled for and just numbed The left side of my mouth which is very unprofessional . Also the lady at the front desk had the audacity to tell me if I wanted to reschedule and I told her that I will never come back .

Initially I was very pleased with West Coast Dental seeing as how they were able to get me in as a new patient in less than 2 days. However, after arriving to my 3 o'clock appointment I was not even called back until 4. I had my x-rays taken and then was taken to the patient room to see the doctor where I waited for another 45 minutes. At this point I could not wait any longer due to needing to go to work. I went to the front and was told that I needed to allocate an hour and a half for a new patient exam. I responded that I had been here for an hour and 45 minutes and the exam had not even started yet. Her response was ok go ahead and pay. I told her that I would pay for the x-rays but not the exam. I went back and forth with the front desk while they tried to charge me the full amount for work that did not take place before they ended up getting fed up and just canceling my appointment altogether. Overall, I was impressed with the speed of booking an appointment, but was disappointed with their speed in the office. 2 hours is way too long to be seen when you have an appointment. I was even more disappointed with their customer service. I wasn't too upset with them until they tried to charge me for work they did not do.

My son got braces back in Feb. 2021 and I got the quote and what they told me my insurance would pay. I paid my cost in full. My son continued to go every month to change his bands out. When I went in early November 2021 I was the first one there with a 9am appointment. I noticed everyone who came in after was going in before us. My son had Autism and his patience is low. At 9:30 I spoke to a clerk and was like what's going on?? The clerk rudely said just wait my manager will see you I was like for what and why didn't you tell me that I need to get my son to school. When the manager finally came out she said I owed 1433.00 from February. I was like what I paid, well your insurance didn't pay cause major dental work doesn't cover till next year. I was so upset .I was like then I would of waited. She said u can do $100 payments. That's not the point it's your job to check my insurance. I still have what I signed showing the cost. She wouldn't even lower it. When I asked to speaK to someone higher or the owner she refused to give me any info. Currently looking to see what action take. My documents say my insurance was gonna cover 1500. I called my insurance and they said they should of did a pre authorization and not my son's considered pre-existing. Will see what I can do.

I didn’t expect to have a dental emergency, but a sudden cracked tooth & pain prompted my call today. I was pleased getting an appointment 2 hours later! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Everybody was so very nice. Facility appeared clean. Loved how they had seats turned around to facilitate social distancing. Everybody had a mask on (except a patient as she was leaving) My only complaint would be that my appt was 11:00, I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and Then waited an hour in the waiting room. Had X-rays for 15 minutes, waited another 15 minutes for the doctor and then only saw dr for 10 minutes, because another patient who came way after me was in a hurry and she had to cut the conversation with me to go attend to the other patient. My total time there was 2 hours and literally was receiving services a total of 25 minutes. That being said, it was my first visit. Will see how it goes when I return Monday. So it’s Monday. Let me first say everyone there is very very nice. Which is the only reason I’m moving forward with treatment. But I am extremely unhappy with the waiting time. Again I was there from 11-3 . My plan was clean out and build up for a crown COMPLETED , one lower extraction,, one upper filling due to a enamel being brushed away according to them, and teeth cleaning ALL OF WHICH WE DIDNT COMPLETE. I will go back because as I said, they are super nice. But if I have those same experiences throughout the rest of my treatments, I likely will not go unless I have a serious emergency

I was referred to this office as an emergency dentist by 1(800)dentist. When I got there I seen that it was like a western dental, a big chain. I was in a lot of pain during the weekend and decided to go in since I was there already. I was not greeted the receptionist, I had to ask her where to sign in since she didn’t say anything. I Filled out paperwork and waited for about an hour just to take X-rays. Before getting the X-rays taken I was asked what my appointment was for, they should have had that information since it was all sent to them from 1(800)dentist. They asked when was my last check up and I told them it was a month prior and I was told they couldn’t do anything. I then told them I was referred to them by 1(800)dentist as an emergency dentist and that I was there to get my wisdom teeth out. I then get a pano X-ray and get seated in a chair for another 30mins with no one coming. I ended up getting out of my chair and leaving and on my way out I see that a patient that was still in the waiting when I was called back was getting work done on her already. I felt that they didn’t want to work on me since they were only going to do extractions and nothing else which means they weren’t going to be able to squeeze more money From my insurance. So my visit was not worth enough to them. If you see a patient in pain you do what you can to help not sit them to the side and have them wait for an indefinite time. Do better!

On my first visit they took hours just to have my x-rays done. And my second appointment was bad I had a filling done something that I didn't need for the moment because nothing was hurting. And now I been with pain and now. I need a root canal done and on top of that there charging me $1,200 just for a crown. I highly don't recommend this place.

New patient called in to number on board posted outside. I wanted to see if they take my insurance. The person who answered the phone was snobby and had a rude tone. After finding out they took my insurance and asked further questions she was snarky and condescending. I ended up saying never mind and hung up on her. Guess they aren’t hurting for business! I’m kinda glad I didn’t go in person and avoided myself any future disappointments.

If I could rate this place a 0(Zero) it would be a Zero. Horrible experience for my Dad. It said that they took advantage of my Dad who is a senior he sat in chair for almost 3 hours they claim on website that they are in-network with Delta Dental this is not in fact true. Please due your homework. My dad sat in the chair the dentist was in between patients including my dad gave him anesthetic walked away to help another patient by the time he came back the anesthetic was worn off and had to give him another one. They never told him they were doing a deep cleaning He went in for a regular checkup with a cleaning and was given something else. He has now been in pain for a couple days and trying to get him into another dentist is hard because he's a new patient. Please beware of this dentist!

An absolute disgrace of a clinic filled with incompetent employees. I truly believe the intentions of the dentist were to exploit the insurance money at the sacrifice of my kids’ teeth. Our appointmet was at 1 pm, we get there eight minutes early. And we don’t see the dentist until almost four. What was really infuriating was the fact that the office was empty. And getting the fillings took two hours. They insist on getting cavity fillings where the drill was bigger than the cavity itself, and its not like I had a choice and allow them to drill holes into healthy teeth. Suddenly they find more cavities that weren’t there the first time. Now how could you miss something like that? They even exaggerated the situation and said that because the tooth was basically rotten, a root canal was necessary. Which brings me back to my previous question, how do you miss something like that? Highly recommend another dentist of better quality and people who actually care for their patients’ teeth. You only get one pair in life and it shouldn’t be wasted on greedy clinics such as this one.

I went to get a consultation for braces, the dentist was super nice and sweet but what I didn't like was that the lady telling me the price for braces was charging based if I got it done that same day and if not, it was a higher price if I waited to do it the next time the dentist was in. I don't want to haggle or make a deal when it comes to my dental work. Will not be returning!

West Coast Dental are still up to their old tricks, lying to get you in for a free exam and then telling you after you get the exam that the exam is free to you but they are charging the insurance company. I would tell anyone thinking of this place to go elsewhere. They will also tell you no matter how much insurance you have, you will be paying a large lump sum of money out of pocket, even if you have dual coverages . This place should be shut down by the government. You’ve been warned...

Clean and new facility, somewhat helpful staff. On paper this company works efficiently and effectively. But in person it is a nightmare. Unbelievable wait times even when you show up early before your appointment. I sat in the waiting room for at least 45 minutes each visit that I had here. So make sure you have a good chunk of time set aside before making an appointment here. Too many patients and too little dentists was the reason I sat in the chair for 38 minutes with an impression mold in my mouth waiting for someone to finish my treatment. A tech finally came around in a rush to finish my treatment and she was not even the tech that assisted during my procedure. No apology or explanation was given for the lack of communication. Last but certainly not least my primary dentist had a medical emergency on the day of my follow up appointment and there was no communication on this until I was in the chair. A phone call to reschedule could have gone a very long way with way less disappointment. I will not be returning and I absolutely do not recommend this office to anyone in the future.

This Dental office is very unprofessional. There inconsistent the patient info that they give you are contradictory. The give false info for treatment of your teeth. The orople in here today has waiting times of over 2 hours. We had appt on today at 10:30. I approached one of the staff and she asked could we come back after 1:00pm. It is kow 2pm and still haven't been seen by a dentist.

I arrived at 2:40 for a 3 o'clock appointment I waited two hours to be seen and they told me I would be next then I see the Dr head to another room with another patient and they claim to only have one Dr working I seen two people that arrived after me leave before I even got seen very unprofessional place
