Be extremely cautious with this dental office. I was referred here by my insurance, but from the very first visit, there were major red flags. Visit 1: I overheard the receptionist tell another patient that her insurance didn’t cover her treatment and she owed $800 — a big red flag. I made it very clear that I only wanted a standard check-up and regular cleaning (not a deep cleaning, which many insurances don’t cover). After the initial exam, the dentist recommended removing my wisdom teeth with a bone graft — and handed me an invoice for $900 without a consultation with the oral surgeon or a full explanation of what the surgery involved. Visit 2: I returned for a cleaning and a filling. I asked for my invoice in advance and made sure to confirm I’d only be paying for the cleaning and filling. The receptionist seemed annoyed. I told her I didn’t want the bone graft and she replied, “That’s not how we do it.” When I saw the dentist, I asked him to sign a treatment plan stating the bone graft was medically necessary — he refused, and one staff member explained it was to “protect his license.” This made sense — because the recommendation should’ve come from the surgeon, not the general dentist. I hadn’t even seen the surgeon or had my X-rays reviewed by them. I asked for a written, signed treatment plan from the surgeon before committing to surgery. They reluctantly agreed to schedule a consultation. Visit 3: Instead of a consultation with the surgeon, I was pulled aside by the office manager, who informed me that they don’t provide signed treatment plans — even though their software has the capability to do so. I shared my concerns about being pushed into a procedure without a proper consultation. The whole thing felt like they were trying to upsell me on unnecessary procedures before even letting a specialist weigh in. Aside from this, the office is plagued by long wait times, unprofessional and seemingly inexperienced staff, and questionable practices. It feels like they rely on patients not knowing their rights and try to pressure or confuse them into paying for services they may not need. Bottom line: Protect yourself. PROTECT YOUR IMMIGRANT PARENTS. Ask questions. Get second opinions. And avoid this office if you value transparency and ethical care.

New update 2025 Do NOT go to this location, they not honest about insurance copay coverage. Always call insurance to double check copay. They overcharge me more than $14xx, the manager is unprofessional and lie to you to the teeth. There are NO apologies of wrong doing/overcharging. Refund happened only when the insurance involved to this case. Reported to BBB ============= Horrible staffs, un-professional business. Always there problems on the last minutes appointment. Our son have procedures with specialist and the appointment take year to get it done but last has to go to another office to get it done. Never go back again to this office. Look like they don't want people business either do us in future.

I made my first visit to west coast dental yesterday and was pleased with the service that was provided by the dentist and the orthodontist specialist. They were both so informative about my teeth. I have a general dentist but in the last few years I been going to my dentist, he never told me that I have some issues with my premolers. If I could give -10 I would, a cleaning job took 4 hours of waiting, the insurance ladies keep making mistakes with the insurance claims and when finally it's all said and done a month later I received an invoice for $176 of remaining balance, I went to pay it and at 2:20pm I'm told I have to wait because they are still on lunch, way to to customer service, never coming back to this place

This place will take allll your time... they will work on 1 tooth at a time. Make your next appointment a month out cause they have no specialist.. when you do come back their specialist don't work their no more. So all you get is another xray... they clean 7 teeth at a time.. 4 appointment to clean teeth? Left upper. Right upper.. geeeezzz... all the people are cool.. just completely unorganized. Nothing good to say. - Appointment was not honored. Had to wait way past my appointment time. - I did my deep cleaning which lasted at max 10-15 mins. Looking online seems like deep cleaning is an involved process and should take longer. So either I didn’t need deep cleaning at all or they rush things. Everything did seem kinda rushed given how many people were waiting. - Worst thing out of all: they tried to charge me $264 for gingival irrigation which is something that was already covered in deep cleaning. They sent me bill for $264 sometime during April/March 2025 when my deep cleaning was done Nov 2024. What really pissed me off was that they sent a letter through a debt collection agency literally a week after sending me the bill for $264. I was actually about to pay it but when I saw mail from debt collection agency, it really rubbed me the wrong way and I ended up calling my insurance and found out the thing they were trying to charge me for was already covered. May 2025 I got a notice saying “oh it was a mistake on our part” once my insurance got involved. I rarely write reviews and never anything negative but my experience with this place trying to charge me for something that I didn’t even owe, makes me wonder if they do this to everyone cause people won’t want to bother and just pay the bill.

Worst dentist I have ever been to. Very unprofessional. Since the moment I walked in and having to wait over an hour and half and go unattended to the messiness of the doctors and workers. Everything no seemed rushed and unorganized. I payed $300 for a deep cleaning and it lasted 10 minutes. Nothing about my cleaning had “deep” cleaning about it. The tools they used were old. Both doctors and assistants did not seem fit for the job.

THEY DON'T HONOR APPOINTMENTS/ RESCHEDULED WITHOUT CONSENT/NOTIFICATION Unless you are jobless, freelance or WFH DO NOT GO HERE They have a guessing/estimate system for setting appointments with their oral surgeon because he's a traveling surgeon. Meaning your appointment is invalid if he doesn't feel like going to that office for the appointments his patients scheduled that month. I had an appointment for multiple wisdom teeth extraction set for literal months, had to get approved time off from work and paid HUNDREDS for a bone graft, when I called to discuss my payment plan I found out they changed my extraction appointments without my consent. I'm stuck in excruciating pain and they have been completely unhelpful in righting this in anyway. They even attempted to gaslight me when I argued the appointment change until I pulled my previous paperwork. What's the point of having an appointment set if they change it without discussing it with the patient.

I had an appointment scheduled today. I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment. 30 minutes after I arrived the receptionist told me that my dentist did not show up today. Another dentist filled in. However, they told me they could not see me today because my dentist was not in. I lost a day of work and they didn't even bother to notify me in a timely matter that my dentist would not be in. Given that my appointment was in the afternoon, it is disrespectful and unprofessional for your office not to notify me in advance that he is not in. I would love to move to a different dental practice but unfortunately I have already paid for my treatments so I'm stuck here.

I went back in July for 1st time patient. For self & son, got general cleanings and was told they have braces on site and could refer on the spot. Did the brace consult cause I know I have always needed it. Went through billing and the contract, and a few hours later had braces on. AFTER all of this, I am told ortho is only there Tuesdays. I immediately said this is not going to work for me, as I was under the impression ortho is available more often at their location. This led to alot of back and forth but them pretty much telling me nothing they can do now and to make it work. Nope. I called back a week later and showed up in person to address the issue. They kept saying I can transfer to a sister branch, but again no solution as its the same issue at other locations. I kept emphasizing that limited availability does not work for me and I can’t just take days off every month for braces appointments. A few ladies were rolling their eyes at eachother in my face, and kept speaking to me in a tone that insinuated to just deal with it. Nope again. What was supposed to be my first follow up in early Sept, I had our braces removed. At this point I was told an audit would be conducted to determine the cost of materials so far, and I would receive a refund for the rest. Call back in Oct, the lady in billing no longer works there. I would have to follow up with the on site manager. Manager was hard to get ahold of. Finally am told 1 audit was completed but not turned in. Call back in Nov, at this point I am told both audits were completed and that I should get a refund soon. Call back in Dec, location has no useful information or follow up, can’t get ahold of the manager. I instead just called corporate. On hold for 40 minutes and the gentleman said the request for refund was submitted but for some reason not processed. He would keep an eye on it. Following week, the refund was finally processed (minus a loss of 2 grand for their screw up of misinformation). Altogether 5 months dealing with this, but considering other comments I find myself lucky I got anything back at all.

Where do I begin. Arrived 10 mins early as requested per staff I waited 2 hrs to be seen. The dentist got upset when I would ask her to slow down. English is my second language and dentist has accent plus the mask so she needs to slow down. During apt dentist was complaining she's hasn't taken lunch with the assistant. The girls in the front were talking so loud in regards to a coworker that didn't submit paperwork correctly. Made me rethink this office. I keeped looking at them but they didn't care. It was the worst experience at a dentist office Ive been too. Definitely calling my insurance so the don't charge anything.

They rescheduled my appt twice. I spoke with an agent 2 separate times and informed the second agent I was pregnant. I arrived to my appt and waited an hour before being called back. I informed the tech I was pregnant and she went back and forth delivering messages to the front desk and doctor. The front desk stated they called me twice about the appt and said I spoke with the call center, not any of them. I literally called the number they left on my voicemail. The tech informed me the doctor will just look at me but won’t do anything without a medical clearance from my OB. When I stated this should have been told to me prior, I got blamed for speaking to the wrong people. Very unprofessional and I’m still in pain, having to figure out where I’m going next.

The worse dental experience I’ve ever had. They do not care about pain in ur mouth. All they care about is selling braces. They examined my son. Told him to come back. I showed up and they cancelled the appointment saying they don’t work with kids. And then never gave me the referral info. I had to harass them and still never got a response from the office. I called my insurance and they informed me that the office referred me to a dentist in Sacramento. 6 hrs away. Then when I called to get my son’s records they gave me the run around. Horrible experience. They don’t care about nothing but selling braces. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A TOOTH ACHE.

It was the worst experience honestly. Every time I go there. I have to take Uber because health issues Not once but that's the second time. They do this to me where I go. And when I get there, I'm waiting waiting. Waiting half an hour later. They decided to tell me I'm not gonna be seen because my insurance did not send a approval. And they had a note to call me and they didn't. The girl the front. She said they forgot to call me. And they had the 71 clothes and the Uber kept ongoing in circles And to top it all off. I was in so much pain because I have a chip too. And I'll be couldn't do in the pot is argue about what folder to give the doctor what color it's red yellow green. What insurance will pay him and i'm there in pain And every time I ask her, can you please tell me, am I gonna be seen or not? She kept on telling me do not yell at me. At the end I walked out. I had scheduled an appointment for an annual cleaning my appointment was set for 10:30 , I Asked the front desk if they were running late today she stated no. 45 minutes later I am asked to the back of the room to be seated in the X-ray area, I was then told that even thou I have an appointment for an annual cleaning they probably Will not be able to do that and have to make another appointment. I advised to the lady saying this you better go check with someone around here that knows me because I have been here many times. The technician lady looked at me , I said even better I will go ahead and called Delta Dental and put this office on notice for not providing proper service to the customers. She picked up her stuff and left the room and a Gentleman came over and completely did everything that the other staff should have done. The service from here he point on was great.

My 6 year old daughter had a check up yesterday with Dr. Aldabbi the Kid specialist and he was more than amazing, he was spectacular. He was so kind and patient he made jokes with my daughter he was so friendly, my daughter right away felt so comfortable with him, also Dr. Aldabbi's assistant Antonio was very kind and patient with my daughter. Both the Doctor and Antonio explained the treatment to me. Antonio was very gentle taking my daughter's X-rays. Over all the experience was extremely pleasant the receptionist was welcoming and the Manager Hortencia was very friendly polite and professional she made the experience even more pleasant my daughter loved the free Disney Princess toothbrush Hortencia gave her. I've been a patient at this dentist for 4 years now and I'm fed up with them. Their booking system is awful, even if you book an appointment on a weekday you'll still be there for at least 4 hours, 2 of which is just waiting to actually be put into a room. There have been multiple instances where I've had to sit in the room and wait for almost an hour to actually be seen by the doctor. They only have only doctor so they should either book less patients so that the doctor can keep up, or get another doctor on staff. This place will have you wait for 2 hours just to take x-rays and tell you that you have to come back another day to be seen by the doctor. What kind of place is this? If I make an appointment for a certain date and time then I expect to be seen and treated that same day, not have to come back another day and take more time off work. This place has absolutely no regard for their patients.

The manager Hortencia was extremely helpful in verifying my benefits and scheduling me at their earliest convenience the very next morning. I went in to my appointment and was seen in a timely manner. My xrays were taken and the doctor saw me shortly after. Treatment was completed, my tooth was salvaged. I’m not sure how this place is above 3 stars. The service and dental advice provided by this establishment is subpar. I basically felt coerced into signing a contract for braces. Fortunately I stood my ground and decided to get a second opinion where I learned that there ARE orthodontist with team members that actually believe in putting patients first. It was also WAY cheaper than whatever silly BOGO sounding offer they were providing. With these guys it felt like it was about the money first and MAYBE you’ll get what you paid for. I wish I never brought my grandparents to this corrupt company. Do not go to any west coast dental offices they will screw you and not answer your calls and send you to collections when you’ve been paid in full with signed contracts. I have emails from when I worked there from corporate my grandparents were supposed to be taken care of per Lenika the previous manager and they paid in full. Still receiving calls and letters for a balance. Everytime you call for a manager as I know when I worked there, managers don’t want to take responsibility for any more tasks on their already overworked plate, so they ditch any call or any visit from upset patients and push it off to someone else. Too busy trying to make #s off over scheduling overcharging and overworking their staff. My parents are PPO patients and extremely sweet to everyone, still not to be accommodated as they were told by the manager. Go to private offices I promise you!

If they try to pull this one you walk away. They will try get any money from you. A business whose is shady won’t last. Honesty is the only way. So the good news is that they do have pretty good doctors, and they are fast and efficient with healthcare. No complaints there. They are also pretty nice in general. The bad news is you need to get everything in writing. They will outright lie about a price then give you one triple the amount. I was already going to get braces and they told me with insurance it would only cost me 200$ per month for the amount of time I had the braces which was 6 months, and I had him repeat it a few times and he showed me a scrap of paper with hastily written numbers. They kept pushing it and I said sure. Only after I had taken the molds and was ready to pay another person told me oh no it's actually for 2 years bringing the price from 1200$ to +3000$. It was incredibly shady and then they kept insisting I was mistaken. It was disappointing. Other than their really sketchy price changes they have been good.

Terrible experience for children. Tried taking my son to see them. I was first told by my insurance to find a provider in my area in network, found them, called a scheduled a new patient consultation and the person who does scheduling said everything was green. She said they accepted my insurance and was going to see a pedeodontist, dr kampilla. I then filled out there 10 page new patient packet where I detailed my son’s issues at least 3 times. Day of the appointment arrives, I took the day off of work and everything and they tell me the doctor I was scheduled to see hasn’t practiced with them for two months. What is that!?! Shouldn’t the scheduling department know their providers schedule? Then they tell me they have no pediatric dentist who accepts our insurance and would have to refer us out? The entire time the front office staff was rude and dismissive and tried to talk to me like I didn’t know what I was doing and it was my fault I was given incorrect information and everything I I said something she couldn’t waive away, all she could say was “I’m sorry about that.” While rolling her eyes. She then said to do a cleaning I’d have to pay $59 because they are not in network! All they wanted was my money. I truly felt like I was just a number to them. -10/10. Go somewhere else and see a real professional office.

Today I encountered the office manager yet again,she refused to give me her bosses information and only gave me the corporate number which was the collections line. She thinks she's funny deliberately giving me the collection number twice now. I wouldn't go to this place as it's ghetto and any money you save will only cause you more stress and aggreivation. You can never get a hold of anyone at corporate or HR for that matter. I am a Director of HR and the way this lady speaks to people will eventually get her or the company in trouble. Absolutely ridiculous that they will not give you the district managers information even the largest coffee chain in the world gives you their regional and district managers information. And for the person in charge of responding to the social media post I don't want your sorry I want my issue resolved and training for that manager if she is going to be engaging with customers!

This place is a rip off they are very predatory and used up over $600 of my insurance benefits on X-rays and photos. They dont let you know any information about cost and how they handle the X-rays and photos up front. Then they have the nerve to try to keep calling and set up appointments for more useless procedures that increase their profit but provide no dental help. They make all dental offices look very bad. I only gave them one star because they didn’t have half a star as an option.

Please for the love of god - DO NOT COME HERE! The staff LIED to me about which orthodontic treatment I was getting AFTER I SIGNED ALL THE PAPERWORK. I even found out they were OVERCHARGING me when I went for a second opinion. I had to cancel my treatment due to poor customer service and they are still trying to charge me $1200 for NOTHING done. I hate going there - the wait times are so long, you get ignored a lot, limited availability (ortho treatment is only on Thurs), and overall is a terrible experience.

please do not go here. if you have a dental emergency where the doctors need to see you, they will not see you. i had a dental emergency where I was in severe pain due to the surgeons work and they basically shrugged and said “oh well, you gotta wait til next month”. mind you, i could not wait any longer or else my gum would start growing over the area/bone that had to be looked at. they don’t even try to be friendly. they make you feel as if you are inconveniencing them even though they messed up to begin with. my main dentist was upset at their work and suggested reporting them to the dental board.. i’ll never come back ?

REAL REVIEW: Multiple reasons for 1 stars is it’s extremely hard to get an ortho appt. they are only open Thurs. each week & fill up fast. It’s especially hard during the evenings when kids are in school. So if you work & can’t make a certain day good luck! I’ve been pushed out 7 weeks for an appt before. But they still will charge for your monthly payments every 30 days without being SEEN! Next, they have my son waiting for his appt up to an hour each time like we didn’t make an appt. Lastly, the dentist will make excuses to extend your ortho treatments. Mine has been an additional six months so $660. They said the reason was because of the bite. 3 months later they came up with another reason. It seems they are just $$$$ sucking. They said my son was the reason for the problems when he was showed how to wear bands then told he did it wrong for two months. Unbelievable!! when we have pictures each visit to show progress. Staff is rude and unprofessional if I could give negative stars I would! save your money go to another place. Not worth the hassle read all the bad reviews. I should have listened!!!

The worst experience with this clinic. If you have medical insurance, this clinic isn't for you. I've had four different appointments to have two teeth extracted. The day they were finally supposed to extract them, they told me I had to pay over $1,000. It's just a waste of time; they don't call if your insurance has already approved the procedure. The worst experience possible! The lady from the front desk was extremely disrespectful towards a Latina mother. The lady specifically was working on Tuesday, August 1 at 9:00am. The worker was named Briana. She fat shamed a lady because she thought she didn’t know any English. She did know English and so did the two girls she was with. The worker, Brianna clearly also picked who she would be nice to and who she wouldn’t be nice to. When the Latina women wanted to ask a question she completely dismissed her (very rudely) but the worker was fine with answering questions to another lady. Another worker arrived later and she wasn’t rude at all! It’s not so hard to just be kind. Save your money and your time. Go somewhere better!

They double book, so if you show up on time you’ll still wait, I waited for an hour before leaving -I had a missing filling so it was a painful and time sensitive issue. I agreed to try again and scheduled an appointment for the next business day, that day came and they cancelled. They lied to my face the day I rescheduled with them. Half a day of missed work later- still no dental care. Their office staff is overwhelmed and lacks professional/reliable communication.

Around a month ago, I visited this office due to a cracked molar. However, I encountered a problem when the dentist spoke to me as if I were incapable of understanding his explanations. He recommended a $1000 crown, which my insurance would not cover since it was the highest quality option offered by the office. When I asked if there was a lower quality option available, the office confirmed there was, but the dentist refused to perform the procedure with anything but the highest quality crown. Feeling like I had no other option, I paid the $1000. The next day, I saw another dentist who informed me that my crown was actually covered by my insurance. I returned to West Coast Dental to cancel the procedure and request a refund. However, I had to basically beg for a signed copy of the cancellation form. It's now been over a month and a half, and they still haven't refunded me. They've also stopped answering my calls, so I've had to initiate a chargeback with my bank. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this dental office due to their poor treatment of customers.

I went to west coast because my insurance referred them to me. I went to inquire about dentures because I am loosing teeth just falling out on their own. The experience with the lady that took x-rays was wonderful. She was very pleasant and professional. I can't say that the experience with the dentist. The dentist was cold never directed any comments to me just to dental assistant taking notes. I don't even know his name seeing he never even introduced himself to me. Next a lady came in and spoke with me and threw numbers at me and explained that I could do a payment plan. I was under the impression that it would cost about $3000.00 . I am on a fixed income and was pretty disappointed. I left office very down . The lady never explained about putting a claim . Fast forward I get in mail letter from insurance company that I am covered for the dentures completely. I was very happy so made appointment for impressions. I went went to appointment and was brought into the managers office show her the letter I received. She said very good. We talk about it. Then comes the oh I forgot we need to extract teeth. She figures and it comes $ 3900.00 to extract the teeth. I went from happy to depressed in matter of minutes. She did offer a payment plan. If you are on a fixed budget. $ 89.00 a month is more than I can afford. I have since call her 3 times to ask some questions both times she never picked up phone. On hold first time and second time 38 minutes and 35 minutes. Third time 20 minutes and hung up on. I know that west cost dental won't even read this. I probably never get a response. I guess it's time to look for a dentist that works with their patients. West coast really probably doesn't need me as a patient. Thank you for taking the time to read this. STAY AWAY! DO NOT COME HERE!!! STAY AWAY!!! This is the worst dental office experience that I have ever had. It took 4 hours just to get an X-ray and and examination. 4 HOURS!! I came back to this office several months later thinking "oh maybe it was a 1 time thing," so I checked in for my appointment 15 minutes early and they FORGOT I WAS THERE FOR AN HOUR!! If it wasn't for me asking about when I was going to get seen, I would still be there to this day!! Once I begrudgingly get into the chair a whole 2 hours after my appointment time, I sat in the chair for another hour just waiting to be seen by someone. I AGAIN had to ask when I was going to be seen by someone when openly admitted that they had forgotten about me AGAIN!! I was there for a total of 5 hours the second time I went. Fast forward to almost a year later, I'm getting hit with a debt collection to pay my bill from West Coast Dental for something that I ALREADY paid for!! I asked around, and this seems to be the general way of how things work when it comes to West Coast Dental. Update: They sent me to collection in error and have zeroed out my account.

The office manager and girls that work with the insurance paperwork do not know what they r doing they just kept me going around in a circle to my insurance and back to them and I tried to explain to them why my referral got denied but they acted like they didn't understand what I was saying or maybe they just didn't care. I waited the 4 to 6 weeks for them to contact me about my referral and they kept telling me that they r going to look into it and give me a call back but they never called me. So I would call them after 4 or 5 days and they still haven't done anything to fix it. It's been 2 months later and they still haven't done anything or even try to call me to tell me something. THE WORSE DENTAL OFFICE.

Firstly the initial receptionist talked to me as though I was below her and I was dumb frankly . Then my paper work was lost and no one seemed interested in looking for it. I waited an extra 15 minutes plus the hour and fifteen I was already there just for a consultation. I’m not sure I even spoke to a dr. They kept saying sorry for the wait but you can only say that so many times. It was definitely a turn off.

Lack of communication! Not once but twice my appointments were scheduled at the wrong time. First I was given an appointment at 8:30am we show up at our appointment time to find out our appointment was at 10:30am. Second my appointment was scheduled at 5:30pm then received a message and was told my appointment was 4:30pm. we called to confirmed just to arrive and be told my appointment is at 5pm. Spending 5K deserved better communication and efficiency. Maybe don’t double book patients for better quality care but then again it’s just a business.

I went in for an braces consultation. The lady explaining how the financing was rude. It's my first year having denti-cali. So I had no idea on how it worked. First consultation for my kid for braces as well. She just went straight to the point on how much they would be. By straight to the point I mean basically cough up 5k for treatment. Didn't want to be bothered on explaining how my insurance covers,or the qualifications my son needed for insurance coverage. Financial lady just briefly said he doesn't have enough points to be considered for your insurance to cover anything. I am just sitting there like what are points ? I had to ask her 3 times to explain this. Any way there should be a better way of explaining how to much your insurance covers why you qualify why you don't qualify, (and oh how many points make you qualify). Before you tell them to cough up 5k on braces.
VAN PHAN
Make sure you check with your insurance before accepting their services!!! The office manager quoted us $4K - $5K on new braces. I told her "we have very good insurance have her called and checked?" They said our insurance didn't cover what they do. I Don't Believe her! So I contacted my insurance to call straight to the office. Guess what, the Manager LIED, we ended up only paid $1450 SAVED almost 70% on what they wanted to charged us!!! What a ripped off!!

I don't know what happened to this dental office. I saw them for the first time on October 7th, 2022. They sent in for approval and I haven't been able to speak to a staff member from Dr Nolasco's office about the results. I called and left a couple of messages; NO answer yet. DO BETTER PEOPLE !!! Sloppy and unorganized. I regret having got my braces from here. Their dentists and ortho docs only show up 2 times a month, as well as their surgeons so that alone shows the lack of care available to patients. From the beginning I have had miscommunication issues with this office. I just walked out from an appointment I had for a consultation on an implant, that is a 3k to 5k dollar job that I will be paying elsewhere because these folks just lost a customer today. If you are a new patient looking for a dental office I suggest you look elsewhere, seriously. Too many headaches dealing with Pomona west coast dental.

The staff is friendly. Do not go to them for implant dentures. It’s been about 6 months since I’ve had the screws put in and still no dentures yet. The last 4 trips or so I’ve been told my teeth were ready and still no teeth yet.

Let a Parent come in with your kid. Treat people like people not like numbers. Take yoyr time doing your work. They work very fast and they mess up the work. The braces are falling . They forgot to do jobs that you recommend and when I asking they don't did it, b/c parent are outside. They cal people by princess when Dr. Not even look at their names and their are boys or girls. So POW called in was able to get an appointment same day for me and my son. We walked in was greeted by the ladies in the front real professional like. Then realest of them all TONY came out to get me and did a marvelous job with X-rays. She was awesome sauce and then my son was called and TONY did his X-ray cleaning etc she was very kind and took her time. The Dentist themselves very kind during the checkup. So I would recommend even if you don’t like going you might have a different experience with the lovely professionals

Alyssa did my X-rays and Toni didnt do my cleaning, it took them over 2 hours to see me and they stated at the front desk that they let patients know if they are running behind yet they did not say a word to us ahead of time. It was taking so long that we decided to get a refund and leave.

Great service. Minimal wait with an appointment. I was able to schedule on Friday for a Monday morning. Got help from Alyssa and got a checkup and cleanup in less than two hours for the whole process from check-in to checkout.

I was told to come in for a consultation for oral surgery and that my surgery would be done another day. When I got in they tried to do surgery on me and relayed the wrong dates on when the surgeon would be back. Poor communication and felt like they just wanted to get me in and out as a way of making as much money as possible within the hours the surgeon was there.

I did not enjoy my experience. DR said he would not touch my tooth unless the took out my wisdom teeth (which weren’t even the case of me going in) Felt like they were just tryin to make money and was quick to schedule multiple surgeries but all I had was a small chip. I had to fight to get it fixed if not I would have left with pain knowing it was such a small fix. Felt even worst when the Dr. Sent in a number of other people to talk on his behalf and get me to agree to things I didn’t want. I know to them no big deal but I will not be returning and will hav me to find a new dentist

They said they accepted my insurance, when I got there they told me they didn’t? When I was questioning why the schedule of values didn’t match the prices that they were giving me they said I “didn’t read the fine print” and kept saying I didn’t read it and that insurance wasn’t covered. Everyone who helped me with the exam was good just that one person handling the insurance and questions. I felt like my questions were getting bulldozed and never answered other than a “you didn’t read it”

I call yo the office they have the option if need assistance in Spanish I press the option somebody answer and I say hi in Spanish and the lady hang up on me i mean i dprak English couldn’t she say I’m sorry nobody is available that speak Spanish but no she simple hung up on me .I call again and the same lady answer and now I answer in English I have some questions she couldn’t help me with that and basically was rude couldn’t answer my question and send me to call county when already spoke to them and say they just need more info from the dental office to approve it no costumer service in this place

They were trying to charge me $3000 for crowns, I was an ER patient, I had trauma to my teeth!!! before going I called medical and they told me medical was supposed to cover for my whole procedure. But once I got there they just wanted to charge me! All they wanted was my money!!! They don’t try to “help you” they try to take from you!!! I’m good! I found a wayyy better one!!!!

I had a terrible experience I had an appointment at 4:00 and left at 6:00 for them to tell me that I had to come another day because they were busy. Now I would normally be ok with this but I was their 2hr for them to do nothing. I had plans and had to cancel them. They were completely unprofessional. I’m very upset and don’t plan on ever coming back. I don’t recommend this place at all. Do not go here.

I do not recommend this place at all. I have been waiting for almost 3 months for an authorization that they had to send to one of my children's medicine and I called and that simple they told me that it had not been sent without any explanation...!!! I also went because they sent for me and when I arrived after waiting almost 3 hours they put me in and inside the dentists did not even know why they had sent for me they did not even have my file since I paid for a treatment a day before, so it was very bad worst service

I have been going to this place for about 6 or seven years maybe and this place has pit fillers on my teeth the wrong way a couple times and this is the second time they try to charge me to fix the problem they made and the lady at the front desk has the audacity to tell me the only filled one tooth and proceeded to be rude to me and laugh after i complained very unprofessional. In all honesty, I came to this dentist previously and wasn't sure this was the dentist office for me. I decided to give west coast dental another try, however, and I am glad I did! I got a new dentist named Dr. Nolasco and that changed things for me. I needed some major work done which ended up costing over 10 grand. It came out excellent! My crowns are beautiful and I can smile showing my teeth again! Lenika at the front office, was also very helpful and great to have on your side. She explained things to my father who then decided to pay for the work done here by Dr. Nolasco. Wow. Firstly he is very nice and as stated above, does brilliant work. You can tell he takes pride in what he does because the work shows beautifully. I have had dentists previously that have put in crowns that didn't match which I was stuck with that also decayed underneath. They got me all fixed up! I feel whole again . Thank you west coast dental for my smile back, even better than it was when I was younger!

My appointment was at 9 didn’t go in until an hour later for them to tell me that they didn’t verify my insurance because they are closed on Saturday. They went ahead and took me in but didn’t tell me that they were just gonna do the X-rays. The dentist came in checked my teeth then left never came back. I had someone come again saying they were unable to verify my insurance so they couldn’t do anything, waste of my time. I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned.

They charge you for tooth colored fillings even when you have medi-cal. Find a dentist that does composite filling and you can get tooth colored fillings for free. They also do a lousy job at fillings. My new dentist had to fix the job they did. Not to mention that this place will have you waiting all day even though you paid $600+ out of pocket. Smh. One last thing, I tried to get a copy of my x-rays from here and they tried to charge me because “company policy”. This place loves to rip people off ? Money hungry company.

Initial appointment went great, young lady that took my x-ray was very kind along with the office manager and dentist, office nice and clean. However, I need clearance from my cardiologist to have such work done and I've been attempting since the 1st visit (12/4/2021) to get this form sent to my doctor, followed up with my doctor multiple times and has not received this infamous form. Every time I call the dental office to get some assistance. I've either been told "today we are not taking those types of call, call back tomorrow" or "they are not here today" and no, it's not the call center, I press the #2 to get the office. I was told maybe the fax didn't go though, I asked did you get a notification indicating it didn't go through, was the attempted made again? I called dental office again today. Now I'm told it's best to pick up form and take it to doctors and bring it back...what? So, you're telling me your not even going to make the attempted when I've been trying for almost a month to get this done?!? I'm in the customer service field and this is not THE way to treat your customer/patients. There should be some type of disclosure at the initial visit that administrative hours and days are x,y,z and any form required doctor's signature don't get faxed nor e-mails. Mary B

Honestly I am not satisfied with the Orthodontist here. It is hard to get an appointment, I literally come in once a month which is unacceptable knowing that I have braces. They don't have any passionate patient care. Some of the staff there are rude, I have never been to a dental office where you wait over 1 hour even if you had an appointment. I expected more from this dental office.

I had such a great experience here. Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the Surgen himself. I got my wisdom tooth removed and it was so amazing how smooth everything went. I give this dental office three stars just because the staff is not rude, ALTHOUGH if it wasn’t for that alone I would give them 0 stars just because each and every single time I’ve came and brought my children to their appointment they are NEVER seen at their actual appointment time. I understand that there maybe delays here and there but this is constant and extreme. I seen the appointment sign in sheet and I notice that there were 4 children not including my own child that had an appointment time at 10. My appointment at 10 and my fidge daughter didn’t get called until 12:15!!!. I mean there is only one pediatric dr here and they’re putting the kids all clustered into one appointment time. The management for this office really needs to be replaced. This will be my last time coming here which sucks because the dental assistants and actual dentist are really cool. The office needs better management to not have such severe delays. Smh

This is the worst place ever, I was scheduled for an appointment a week earlier and when i got their after waiting for 2 hours they said they can’t see my kids then I scheduled again and same thing happened aa i checked inn they said we don’t have enough staff so your wait tine will more than an hour or may be more and again they didn’t see my kids and said that it always happen if you walk in but I didn’t walked in, i took appointment 3 days earlier and keep getting text and email about my appointment confirmation and reminders. Why are you putting the onus on me and making me do all the work in trying to reach your office? Thanks for the copy paste message. At least you remembered to type the correct name. Good day. Original review: Completely wasted my time in coming here. I attempted to avoid this by calling to confirm several details and to see if they had compatible tools to create a crown for my implant. I was told they do and immediately scheduled an appointment for the following day. Come appointment time, the doctor says they actually can't help me because they don't have the necessary tools for my particular implant. Then, why was I told on the phone that they did? Thankfully, I had rejected doing an x-ray in the beginning and had brought in my own pano or I probably would've been charged anyways. Train your staff better and make sure they know what tools and materials you actually use. This incredibly negative and time wasting experience could have been completely avoided by double-checking the information with the doctor.

I have been here several times. Amazing place the staff is very nice and if you ask for an appointment to be in and out they will do exactly that! Dr Nolasco is really nice and accommodating to patients, he even allowed me to play my music out loud to calm me down during a procedure with him. He has been my doc every time and I will definitely continue to come here and recommend for family and friends!

Do not come to this dental office unless you plan on waiting and waiting and waiting. I have come here multiple times hoping it would get better but it has not. Appointments mean nothing here, so be forewarned. Although they take you to a dental chair inside, they always leave you there for an extremely extended period of time. There is no reason why a simple checkup and cleaning should take close to 2 hours. I’ve also had to go back more than twice because they did not use enough cement for my crown for the same root canal. Quick procedures take an unbelievably long time because it’s usually only ONE dentist and several assistants going to MULTIPLE patients during the time YOU are supposed to be worked on. So just a little work done on each patient at a time and then leave for 20-30 minutes helping other patients before getting back to you. The staff is friendly but the whole process eats so much time that it definitely is worth going somewhere else.

I do not recommend my braces were suppose to be off in 18 months and it has been about 36 months. They are always switching doctors which becomes inconvenient for the treatment each doctor has been doing different things in my treatments. They lost my card information twice Dr. Lewis was probably the best doctor during my treatment.

I had an 11am appointment with oral surgeon and it’s now 20 to 1 and still not been called back. They completely over booked cost me a days wages. Complete waste of my time and a entire day off of work and only got approved for half days so now I’m gonna have a write up. I highly recommend a different place. They over booked and not happy with this place and will never come back

First time there, great facility very clean and very nice. Staff was great only problem that I had was with the main doctor. He did not try to have a conversation with me about what he saw on the x-rays all he did was sit down and look and just tell the assistant what to write down. I had one question and before letting me finish the sentence he had already given me an answer. Also they wanted to add a $150 fee for some solution for my cleaning so my gums wouldn’t hurt and they said the reason for it was because the doctor recommended it, my gums didn’t hurt what’s so ever. Overall great facility, friendly staff but not so great of a main doctor and the break down of what he saw.

As for the addition of costs - If the x-rays are unusable or only for a couple of teeth, then we need to take more. The cost is not really so much in the x-rays themselves, but getting an experienced doctor to read them and diagnose what is going on and recommend the appropriate treatment. The worst place EVER! Horrible customer service! Unfortunately, I chose this place to get a bridge... Now my teeth are ruined forever! I wrote the above post 10 months ago after receiving a bridge. 1 week after receiving the bridge I have experienced bad breath, gum sensitivity, in pain when I eat something cold. For many many many months I have been calling them about my problems and nothing could be done. TODAY, I had to call them this time to let them know that my bridge came out after the incompetent dentist promised me that it will never fall out! I spoke with the manager and she refused to try to help me in anyway. She actually laughed at me cause of my frustration and claimed they did not have any notes on the system about the complications I was having! Please people, find a better dentist. No one at that place is professional nor competent to carry out their job duties. Now I’m missing 3 teeth in my mouth and they refuse to help.

If you want to waste time this is a likely place, for long wait times, and very little be done. For the orthodontist appointments, and work ethics is much worse. I have to stick with them because I have paid and cannot get my money back otherwise I would have gone to other places. It a pity for such a business who claim being the one of the best in market but cannot tell other offices, this one is one of the very low customer service quality.

Every time I bring my daughter for her orthodontist appointment I'm always waiting an additional 30 to 45 minutes after the original appointment time, I was also told very rudely that my sons who are both well over 18, can't bring her, without a notary approval note, this is an incredible inconvenience especially with two working parents. They give rude responses for every concern. We already paid for her braces, and they skip months fir her appointments, this is very unprofessional.

Unprofessional and unorganized. The tech that took my xrays didn't know what she was doing. Then they tried to double bill me for 1 service. Then when I declined they were rude. I called back to have something faxed and instead of doing what I called to ask for they went on to talk about the vist and why I declined the services....not listening at all. Then didn't fax over what I called for. Then I just checked my insurance to see that they actually charged me when no service besides the x-rays were performed....Do not go here.

Update: Found out the office assistant could have given me the refund, but now I have to wait more time. Also, I see a new review from a person with the same last name as the office manager, giving a positive review. Unethical! Check out their reviews on the Better Business Bureau. ********* Believe the reviews, wait time is unbelievable. My first visit I expected to take longer than other patients, but they had me waiting for 2 and a half hours, before I got and said I wanted to leave. Office assistant Rosana said I couldn't get a refund until the manager was in the office. I hate the fact that no one even bothered to tell me when I should put my mask back on. I had it off thinking that they were going to come treat me. All the while I could see that staff would just walk by my chair. When they asked for my card, I thought I was going to get it back soon. Nope! I think it's unethical that you ask for the card to charge quickly, and have the patient wait. Now I have to go back tomorrow and get my refund. Again, believe the reviews. Avoid this place!

I strongly DO NOT recommend doing business with this place at all. So I had my procedure done about a month ago, (I should have noticed the red flag while I was in the waiting room) a patient was upset with having to be rescheduled after waiting for their appointment. I originally came in for a crown which btw cost me $1,500. No cleaning included. Total bs. They told me the cleaning alone would cost me $160 per quad. A total of $640 to clean all of my teeth so I just skipped it. I put $900 down for them to start working on my crown that same day and agreed to 4 monthly payments of $150 to pay off the remaining $600 balance. They go in and start grinding down my tooth so quickly that they're hurting the inside of my mouth. They take a mold of my tooth, put a temporary cap over my tooth and tell me to come back for a second appointment. So I come back about a week or so later to get my crown, once again, another patient is arguing with the ladies at the front desk for rescheduling them. I go in, I'm waiting to get my crown placed on, the dentist working on my mouth is completely rushing through the procedure once again. As he was removing my temporary cap he stabs my gums with one of the utensils. I'm upset at this point and just holding back my anger and letting him go on with the procedure. We go to a different area to get x-rays done and I can see the last patients information on the computer screen! They obviously don't care that they are exposing anyone's sensitive information. So that same day, after everything was done, I decided to completely pay off my $600 balance instead of doing the monthly payments. I just didn't want anything to do with them ever again and wanted all payments to be complete. So they take the $600. Well, July 27th I noticed a charge on my debit card for $150 for a payment towards my procedure THAT I ALREADY PAID OFF. I guess they "forgot" to take me off of their automatic payment system. It's been a week since the charge was made and I still have not received my refund. I've been trying to contact Diana to find out if she had reached out to anyone regarding my refund and it seems like every time i would call she said she would call me back after she checked her emails to IT. (she never called back), one day I called and her coworker told me that she was busy and that she would leave my phone number on her desk for her to call me back, no calls at all from her. Another day I was told that she was not in the office at all that day. I finally got ahold of her today and she told me that I would be getting my refund within 7 to 10 business days. When I asked her for her last name she was very hesitant and telling me that my phone connection was going out but finally gave. Her name is Diana Castro. Then when she gave me their corporate phone number I tried calling but realized she had given me a false number. I recorded our phone call for evidence that she did in fact give me a false number just in case anyone from corporate reads this. All of this could have been avoided that very same day that I paid them off but I guess they were too busy over booking patients to make money. All in all, my rating for this place is a one star and would never, ever consider coming back. If I don't receive my refund anytime soon my next step would be taking them to court. I hope anyone reading this makes the right decision to reconsider before visiting.

The one star is for Tomara the X-ray technician who was the only nice one there. When my daughter 1st started going to this dentist for orthodontics everything was great. I make sure my daughter makes it to all of appointments whether I take her or her brother who is over 18 takes her. Recently my daughter was told she would have to reschedule her appointment because I didn't take her. I am very upset with this dentist office and I'm currently looking for another dentist office to take her to. I was told because, I wasn't present she'd have to reschedule for a day that I'm off (although an adult took her). I then stated to the office clerk that my son has taken her several times prior to this "what has changed" they told me the policy is different depending on the branch you go to and @ Pomona they need the parent or court appointed guardian present. But not once was I notified of the so called policy change nor was it communicated when the confirmation text for the appointment was sent..Not Happy AT ALL

The wait was beyond the word “long”. Our appointments were for 11 am and we were not seen until 1 pm. Did not get out of the office until 2 pm. If you want to wait for 3 hours to have your teeth cleaned go here otherwise look past this place immediately. They also having you signing papers randomly throughout the visit when we had already been there. Like we had to sign wavers just to use the restroom!

I'd compare this dental place to a low grade fast food place that just cares about quantity of patients and not quality of care. DO NOT GO HERE, I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT. They made me sign treatment plan information forms before treatment was explained to me. It was a blank form where treatment information would have gone. When I said I can't sign this as I don't know what the treatment plan is, the receptionist told me they do this to save time. I was assured the dental surgeon would explain the procedure and the post-op plan to me. Nothing was explained except that 3 out of the 4 wisdom teeth were going to be removed that day. I've been here twice, once for a cleaning and once for surgery. Both times, no introductions were made. When I asked my surgeon's name AFTER the surgery with a swollen mouth, he told me his name while walking out and asked if he was in trouble. As if this is a new concept to them. This whole office is very bad at hospitality. The room is cluttered, so clearly they don't care about patient impressions. LISTEN TO OTHER BAD REVIEWS. They are right. These people don't respect your time. My appointment was originally at 8:00 AM but they told me to come at 7:00. I arrived at 7:10 and waited till 8:00 to be taken into the room where they were not prepped for me. No instruments out. Waited another 30 minutes in there . The dental assistant didn't ask me anything about if I needed anything. Didn't introduce herself Post op care instructions were given to me on a paper! They didn't explain anything. I had so many questions once I went home and read the plagiarized instructions off of the internet except they made the instructions shorter. Probably to save paper, thus money. The dental surgeon never told me how impacted my teeth were, which ones might give me the most trouble, what to do if stitches start poking out. None of this was on the paper. They also gave me the run-around for medication. The receptionist acts like she knows everything. She gave me medical advice. A receptionist! What a joke this place is...

From check in to leaving took over 2 hours. Those that work, plan on taking a day off when visiting. Best extraction experience I've had. The Tech who did the x-rays was really knowledgeable and sharp. The oral surgeon was relaxed, personable and fast. Recovery has been easier than past experiences. It's only been 24 hours, but I can tell it's going better than other experiences I've had.

UPDATE! I do NOT RECOMMEND West Coast Dental. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Frustrating that you are not given the correct information for your next visit. Disappointing that their procedures for a child going in for a procedure request you sign for treatments you do not want "because that is how they usually do things". A form they want parents to sign states that dentists are allowed to raise their voice at children if they are not cooperating, which is ridiculous. They also need parents to wait in the waiting room while they take your minor in for the procedure where you can not see what is going on, and if the child needs to use the restroom, they say the assistants will take the child in. THAT IS DEFINITELY NOT OKAY. It also asks for parents not to tell children about the procedure! They seriously do not know anything about child development and trust in a parent-child relationship. Granted, it is not the workers, and dentists faults, but WEST COAST DENTAL needs to re-write their protocol. No parent should be forced to sign for medication they do not want their children to take, and on top of that not allow for parents to stay with their children. FIRST TIME I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS AT A DENTAL OFFICE. If they would've have announced this to me when I first called asking if I could have a room where I can view both of my children for the appointment, it wouldn't have been as disappointing, but why would they allow me in to all the other visits, and after about a month of waiting for this procedure, they tell me I can not go in with my baby. The more I visited this place, the more disappointing it got. I do not recommend this place.

Well today was my first time bringing my girls into this office I wanted to try a different place besides western Dental. My appointment was for 5:00 pm I arrived @ 4:40 I knew paperwork had to be filled out.we didn’t get called to the back until around 6:30 I asked the dental assistant were they understaffed because he seemed like he was all over the place. As my first daughter was done we all three waited for the dr to go over the findings the dr finally came in didn’t greet me not once looked into her mouth repeated some dental terminology and told the DA to explain the findings to me and Walked out I couldn’t believe what had just happened. The office was closing at 7 and I felt very rushed.. It was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. I told the receptionist at the front what happened and her response was I’m sorry not how could we fix it I hope next time is better nothing of that sort..I won’t be back I will continue going to western dental where I feel like Genuinely the dr and staff care about my family’s dental care.

I’ve been coming here for my braces/ retainers for the past 3 years. Yet each time I come here I always have to wait 1 hour or even 2. Sometimes I have an appointment before someone and they still take the other person that barely walk in. Today I had my appointment I waited 2 HOURS for them to just to say “smile let me check how ur teeth” it only took 5 minutes for them to do that. They didn’t even have my chart out or anything. This place is so unorganized.

I've been here 3 times in the past year every time I've came Here they recommended procedures that are not covered by my dental plan... And instead of telling me what my options are are what procedures are covered by my dental plan they persistently Try to pressure me into pain for the procedures out of my pocket and even Offered Multiple financing Plans... What I told them I was not intrested in financing are paying anything out of my pocket that I just wanted to know What options were available to me... I know for certain my dental plan will cover tooth extract tion.. But they did not never mention that to me instead they kept pressuring me to Get financing through them out of and pay out of my pocket... What I told them I just wanted what was covered from my insurance company they change their attitude quick.. The girl in the office became agitated with me and was a CO operative in explaining my options... Her attitude was one that she could not get rid of me fast enough.. Cutting me off when I was asking questions .. All of a sudden their customer service and kindness toward me was gone... It was obvious to me that this place here Is out to take your money.. All I wanted was a to Tooth extraction and they wanted to do a root canal and a Crown.. Knowing my insurance does not cover it.. Why couldn't they just extract the tooth as I asked them to do.. Probly because a tooth attraction is a About a $100... And the procedure they wanted to perform was $3500... So If you just wanna get a tooth pulled I wouldn't go here..

Not rude by any means but very much focused on the task at hand. Dr was great and made sure the pain was at a minimum.

Only giving because of Dr. Terzian, who is only there on Tuesday mornings before the practice opens.. he is amazing.. and hes so nice.. the women at the front are amazingly nice.. the person who took my xrays was very respectful.. all the techs after that were rude. The dentist conveniently snapped my tooth I was getting extracted 10 minutes before he had to leave.. I always see him heading to the target nearby after he gets off, if your wondering how I know lol. But if you have work that requires a surgeon. DR. TERZIAN is amazing. Very nice, very fast, very gentle, talks you through the entire process. Hes just amazing

My experience at the office was not as I had hoped. The girls at the desk were very nice, but were slow with my Insurance cards. Then the lady who did my xrays was super nice and I enjoyed dealing with her. However, after I was brought to an exam room, I waited for about half an hour for the doctor to come in telling me, I need a new crown and a bridge. Then he left and had to wait for someone to come talk to me about how much the crown and bridge would cost. Even with insurance I would be paying over $2,000 for both and need another crown next year. I told her to let me think about it and she walked out. I waited another half an hour for a hygeniest to come polish my teeth, then waited yet another half hour for the doctor to come back to finish the cleaning, which he didn't even finish because he was too concerned with a crack in my tooth and wanting the staff to take another picture of my teeth. Overall I felt like all they wanted was my money and did a piss poor job with my teeth cleaning.

Ive been going here for nearly a year, and thats one year longer than I should have gone. Wait times of 40-60 mins consistently, just to sit in another chair for another 15 mins, being treated like a number, staff were uncaring, and of the 4 times I came there, twice while sitting at the far end of the waiting room, I overheard personal information of other patients being loudly discussed over the phone. Very poor experience! Look elsewhere if you have a busy life, value your privacy and a caring relationship with your dental care provider.

This is my third and final review/update for this place. A 6 month dental exam and cleaning takes 3 hours at this place! 10 am: I waited almost an hour to be called in. Had the x-rays done then was taken to exam room. Sat there until after 11:30 am and had to say something to get the cleaning started. Cleaning was pretty quick. Had to wait for the dentist. He showed up around noon. Did his thing then I had to say something again so I could be finished. Dentist was too busy to do the scaling so the hygienist did it. Was done at 1 pm. 3 HOURS!! Way too long! I was going here for 4 years. I finally had enough. I'm not going back. Avoid big chain dental offices! Staff and dentist were nice and did a good job, but they get over-booked with patients.

I visited West Coast Dental for the first time because I had a major tooth ache. When I first walked in I didn't know what to expect, especially since my fear of the dentist has made me put off dealing with my tooth ache too long. However, the pleasant service I received when I checked-in calmed my anxiety. When I was called in by Yizel, the Treatment Coordinator, I was very pleased with the way she explained my treatment that my fear of the dentist suddenly disappeared. Yizel was patient and understanding with all the questions I had about the procedure. At the end of my root canal, yes root canal, just saying that makes me cringe, I left satisfied with my treatment and without pain. What made it better, they explained many options for me to pay for the treatment. They made it so easy to decide to get my treatment the same day that I am going to make them my regular family dentist. Thanks West Coast Dental.

I took my 2.5 year-old for check-up and cleaning. To my great surprise it went so well. Avan and Yizel in the front desk and office were so welcoming and helpful once we walked through the door, with smiles the entire time. Dr. Robert was very calm and patient and knew how to do a checkup with a toddler. Dr. and Aeilin listened to my concern and were not in a hurry. Elena did the cleaning. I really thought it was not possible, but she made it possible. She was so so patient and sweet. She talked to my son throughout the cleaning. Encouraged him and got him involved and gave him a GREAT first cleaning experience! We left very happy!

I had a new crown on one of my back teeth at this place in 2016, the doctor said it will at least last for 5-10 years. Unfortunately, I had to go to the office again to put back on because it came off one month ago. Also, my son is assigned to see the dentist here. I originally scheduled his appointment at 8AM on Friday for his regular check up, the day before staff called me to confirm the appointment is 9AM, I told her the appointment is at 8AM, because I will need to send him to school after the dentist appointment. She did not explain anything just told me they will have to push his appointment to 9AM. We went to the office around 8:40am, the office manager stood at the door saying:" we have a office meeting, we are not open unitl 9am today. " Then she shut the door with no smiles. I took my son to Target and came back around 8:57, waiting outside. The lady, office manager again, came over open the door and went straight inside, I was like invisible to her. When we went inside the office, that lady did not even give me a eye contact, no greetings at all. I signed in, and wait other 30 minutes to finally get his x-ray started. The whole experience today I feel the staff did not greet patient, no smiles at all. Especially the attitude of the office manager, I don't appreciate at all. I had enough at this place. I have already called my son's insurance to switch to another dentist. It is not worthy for me to waste my time to go back to be treated like this again.

Staff wasn’t friendly... waited an hour and an half when i had an appointment, and when one of the assistants cleaned my teeth she took less than 5 minutes. Also she got the paste all on my hair! I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents. They both have medicare and medical and were still charged a ridiculous amount of out of pocket. I asked for the codes so I could compare them to what their insurance covered and they kept giving me the runaround. I went in to get some answers and all they did was try to explain the charges and tell me that they had already sign the contract and the finance papers and that the charges were already processed. I eventually got the codes but when I called to ask questions I kept getting put on hold and eventually getting sent to an answering system. They had all their dental work done months ago and they both still have a lot of dental issues and a huge debt. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I had extensive dental work including a partial, the partial took 3 tries to make, the partial cut the roof of my mouth, I can't wear it because it hurts to chew. I will have to find a new dentist my dental bill with insurance was above $1,800, needless to say I'm not happy.

My intelligence was deeply insulted. Clear that monetary incentives are their only motives. Their staff must be trained similar to that of a car sales men, to include finance positions that will offer financing for unessicary treatment. It's a shame. Coming from government nonprofit dental care this is very disappointing. By attempting to tag on extra unessicary treatment to what I actually needed to get done they have lost my business all together. My first experience was horrid. They couldn't get one thing right! called me in late just to say they wouldn't be able to see me at all. I thought maybe it was just a fluke but after todays experience it's clear how bad it really is. MAKE THIS YOUR LAST RESORT, SO THAT THEY EITHER LEARN FROM THEIR MISTAKES OR FAIL.

Plan on spending the whole day here. It seems the staff struggles scheduling appointments to reflect their office’s capacity. What they do very well is waste everyone’s time. Maybe explaining their own grace period would help, but it seems their incompetence runs deep. Incredibly disrespectful.
