I really don’t understand how can a dental office can run with out any manager available to answer simple questions. Staff members were rude, sarcastic and beyond professional. They didn’t know what to stay when a question was asked. I don’t recommend this dental office at all. Please ask for payment bills if you have insurance.

The worst experience, i had my appointment at 10:30am and arrived at 10:20am but was called after 2 hour (12:33pm) to tell me my treatment was not going to get done! I should of learned from the first time they did this to me. I asked for copies of my billing records and they said they couldn't provide it until i spoke to the manager. I asked to speak to the manager and all 3 ladies from the front desk looked at each other and said the managers (Veronica or Grace) or person in charge don't come in on MONDAY'S walking away to lunch or the back. They are not professional, and it seems like they don't know what their doing. Once they see this review they will reply with their "We are committed to improving patient communication and ensuring accurate insurance information. If you would like to discuss further with someone regarding your experience, please call our customer service line at 833-451-1298. We look forward to hearing from you." There is a lot of better Dental offices near by Moreno Valley and Riverside people. Don't waist your time with this unprofessional ladies!!!

These dentist don't care about anything but of course that old mighty dollar ..I went in with excruciating pain my tooth was throbbing ? I begged him to please pull it out there was no saving it .he wrote me a script of course it didnt help after 3 more days I couldn't take it I pulled it out myself .I went back so he could finish the job he turned me away he wouldn't help me .n yes I did have insurance could this be because I'm MEXICAN???? I want to add the ladies there are very nice it's the DENTIST !

Had an appointment at a particular time, showed up early (but still very close to appointment time) to make sure we were attended on time. Had us waiting for an hour before telling us it'll be another 1.5 hours. ***Avoid this place at all costs.***

My cousin has been a loyal patient at this dentist office for years, but after today’s experience, she can no longer continue her visits here. She arrived on time for her appointment and ended up waiting for over two hours, while others who came in after her were seen first. This has happened multiple times, and it’s been extremely frustrating. While we don’t want to jump to conclusions, it’s hard not to notice a pattern where she feel overlooked as an African American women compared to others. It’s disappointing because she always trusted this office, but she can no longer ignore the treatment she has received. She will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward. Something needs to be done concerning this immediately i can only imagine how many other people of color are being treated the same exact way and this is not okay.

THEY KEPT CALLING TO SCHEDULE MY ANNUAL APPOINTMENT MADE THE APPOINTMENT ON A SATURDAY GOT TO MY APPOINTMENT EARLY AND I WAS THE LAST PERSON TO BE SEEN AFTER PEOPLE CAME WAY AFTER ME! THEY SAID THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED BUT WHY ARE APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED AFTER MINE IS BEING SEEN? TOOK AN HOUR TO GET AN XRAY AND DENTISTS AND STAFF WALKING AROUND SEEING PATIENTS WHO ARE WERE SCHEDULE AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME THEY ARE THE WORSE PLACE! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO TO WHERE YOU ARE SUPPORTED. TIME AND TIME AGAIN EVEN WITH THE CHILDRENS SIDE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!!

My poor rating is not for the dentists. The problem is the office staff led by office manager Carla. I had a consultation with a dentist. The exam was about 5 minutes, but I was there two hours, most of that time waiting to meet with Carla. When I did meet with her, she quoted me prices quite a bit higher than my insurance plan indicates. I shared that with her about how my plan works and she said she would look into it and contact me later that day. That never happened. Two days later I called and the receptionist said Carla would call me after lunch. That never happened. In the following days I gave up on Carla since she is clearly too important to call customers back. I'm not sure how Carla became office manager with her poor customer service and lack of understanding of how insurance works. I contacted my insurance company who called the office and after being on hold for almost one hour, Carla finally took their call. Carla and my insurance discussed and agreed on pricing and I made an appointment for the following week. The day before my appointment Carla called and cancelled saying she needed to order parts. Three weeks later I called to follow-up and he receptionist said they were still waiting for the parts. A week later Carla called and said they won't take my insurance. I guess there was not enough profit for them even though they have an agreement with my insurance company to accept it. Two months wasted. Carla's poor customer service seems to reflect the culture of West Coast Dental. When Carla wouldn't return my calls I sent an email to West Coast Dental Customer Service and never received a response. I then sent an email to WCD President & CEO Dr. Payam Sohrab and his email was returned undeliverable due to his mailbox being full. Wow, the head of the company doesn't even read or respond to his emails. I then sent an email to Chief Operations Officer Luz Juarez and no response. I connected with Director of Operations Christine Ricalday on LinkedIn and when she accepted my connection I sent her a private message that I wanted to discuss an issue. She never responded. I noticed this office has several other poor reviews and the standard response is "We would value the opportunity to hear more details regarding this matter. Please email us at info@westcoastdental.com with your contact information so that our regional director can reach out to you directly and help resolve any questions you may have." I sent an email as suggested before this review to give them a chance to make it right. I never received a response.

The receptionist assisted me as soon as I stepped in. I got called to the back and Norma perform x-rays. She was so lovely and sweet. She looked after me pretty well. I had a lot of work to do, and Carolyn, the treatment coordinator, was really professional and gave me clear explanations of everything. I was able to begin dental work immediately after they helped me set up a payment plan.The Doctors did a great job and he also walk me through each stage. In addition to being courteous and respectful, the staff provided me with outstanding service. What a fantastic staff West Coast Dental in Moreno has!

Horrible experience the staff should be retrained in customer service. The “system” should be upgraded to make sure the questionnaire does not need to be done 5 times before your first visit. The fact that they feel they can call you after you decided to leave and tell you to take your business elsewhere after you tell them the waste of time and system is bullshit is crazy.

I recently went to West Coast Dental of Moreno Valley for my second dental visit, scheduled at 10 AM, and my experience was frustrating and disappointing. After waiting for 30 minutes, I approached the front desk to inquire about the delay. I was told only two rooms were available and to just wait. Another 30 minutes passed with no update, and by 11 AM, I was informed I’d be called when it was my turn. There was a clear lack of respect for my time. I had reserved this time specifically for my appointment and, like anyone else, cannot be expected to sit waiting for 1.5 hours doing nothing. I mentioned that I needed to pick up my daughter by 12 PM and asked if they could give me an estimate, but the front desk, which was quite rude, simply told me to keep waiting. I eventually left at 11:20 AM, feeling disregarded and frustrated. Ten minutes after I left, they called to say they were ready for me, which was just the final straw. West Coast Dental should have the courtesy to inform patients in advance if there are significant delays, allowing us the choice to either wait or adjust our appointments. Patients’ time deserves as much respect as the appointment itself, and I hope the clinic makes improvements in communication, promptness, and basic courtesy moving forward.

I can’t lie I was skeptical with all the negative review’s but everyone’s experience isn’t the same. I had a great experience and today made my SECOND visit. Yes the first time the wait was a bit long but it’s honestly no different than seeing your pcp sometimes they often run behind too , thanks to Dr. Aldabbi and his team along with Vanessa who made my experience pleasant. This is coming from someone who is scared of the dentist it’s a fear of mine to go but I’ll wait just to see Dr. Aldabbi. Don’t let the reviews of others defer you I’ll wait for quality care any day ! Oh and the kids dentist next door was an amazing experience for my toddler.

I finished my braces treatment & the follow ups for retainers have been horrible. I wait more in the waiting room than what he takes to check my teeth. I recently went & it was so full they had me on the kids side & he took 2 minutes to check my teeth, tightened my retainer & sent me home. I got home and my retainers are hurting my gum to the point it’s making them bleed. I can’t even wear them & they went to give me an appointment until Dec. My gaps are opening because I can’t wear the retainer, there goes my damn time and money spent. All they care about is the money.

Terrible service, today I had an appointment at 10:00 AM. I arrived on time, but 2 hours passed and I was not attended to, I went to complain about the waiting time and yet they told me to wait 15 more minutes to have my teeth evaluated. Given this answer I decided to leave the place. It is disrespectful to make a new client wait 2 hours or more to be evaluated. As the saying goes "things happen for a reason" this is not the place.

Don’t waste your time coming here. They’re is always some issue with them every time I come here . Besides that they take over 1 hour from your appointment time to just sit you on the chair . You can add additional 15-30 min for the doctor to see you . Don’t waste your time just find another dentist.

This place does have the best pricing when it comes to braces but they are horrible at time management. they will keep bugging you to confirm your appointment and take you in late, this it the 5th time already where I had an appointment at 2 and they take me at 2:30 mind you I arrive at 1:44 so what’s the whole point of my appointment?

I am typically scared to go to the dentist due to having a bad experience. My recent visit to West Coast Dental was amazing. All of the staff that I’ve encountered showed so much kindness, respect, and was very caring. From the front office staff Sally, the Dental Assistant Norma, the treatment coordinator Carolyn, and Dr. Hashem. It was a couple of other staff members that I’ve encountered but unfortunately I don’t recall their names. I’ll definitely return for all my dental needs and recommend them to everyone. They are the biggest scam and they don’t follow HPPA rules. If you don’t want to receive surprise bills and want to keep your Personal Health Information safe, please don’t go to this place. They will take whatever money they can get from your insurance plus they will tell you that you need to pay for some work that insurance will not cover PLUS a month later you will keep receiving extra bills as a surprise. On top of that all your important information will be distributed. A few months ago my husband and I went there because I had toothache and that they were the nearest dentist to us that were open on Saturdays. At the beginning they had issues with scheduling. They schedule us and we made that day available for them just to get a call that they are sorry because an employee didn’t understand and scheduled us in a slot which was not for new patients. They don’t care if you have pain or you took that day off they will call you the last minute. Even with this red flag we still did reschedule and went there. They asked us to use our phone to fill the registration forms that they sent. I did fill the forms but at the end it asked me to confirm if all my information is correct or not. When I reviewed the forms, I saw that it listed my last address of seven years ago and the email of my ex ( whom I have a restraining order against). I asked the front desk clerk that why this outdated information was being auto filled no matter how many times I modified and edited my current information. She said MAYBE I came to West Coast Dental in the past. I told her that I did not want to confirm because the information was incorrect.I kept filling the forms with correct and updated information but at the end it was showing the address and email address that I even didn’t enter. She said it’s ok SHE WILL FIX IT AFTER I CONFIRM because I was already taking too long trying to fill the forms with my correct information. They did the new patient exam and said that somebody will come from their billing department and explain everything regarding the insurance and billing. She explained that our insurance will pay this much amount every year for our services but the service we needed was going a bit higher than the allowance. So we agreed and paid the extra. We were happy that they are doing a fantastic job finding all the cavities that no other dentist ever found before; that is why it’s more expensive here than the other places we went?‍♀️ aside from the fillings, they said I needed two crowns. During the one week period while I was wearing the temporary crowns waiting for the permanent ones, I experienced a lot of pain. When I went there, even though I said I still have pain and I THOUGHT I needed a root canal, they sealed the crown without doing a root canal. A few days later I still had pain and went back as an emergency. The doctor I saw that day is the most honest doctor there. He said every doctor will do their own diagnosis and that he also suggested a root canal. But now we didn’t have any amount left in our insurance for the year so I should pay out of pocket. So I didn’t get another crown there. Although WE PAID THE EXTRA AMOUNT ALREADY, yesterday my husband received an email saying that he still owes money to them for his separate dental work. He called them and the first person we talked to said that it was a mistake at their end because when they got authorization for silver filing but we got a composite filing. Right after my husband said , “so because you made a mistake why should we pay?” She transferred us to another staff member. Aside from being passive aggressive She said that “ there was no mistake on our end whatever amount they showed at the beginning was an estimation” But why did nobody explained that way to us at the beginning that everything is an estimation? And now because everything was an estimation, we will keep receiving surprise bills? Also because they didn’t update my information, they sent A SEPARATE BILL FOR ME TO MY EX WHOM I HAVE A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST WITH MY ALL IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

Worst dentist in Moreno Valley they just want to upsell you services than actually help you. I came in with really bad tooth pain and the lady just wanted to sell me a bone graft instead of pull my tooth. After explaining I can’t afford the bone graft I begged for antibiotics and she said she couldn’t give me any because it’s not gonna do anything and the doctor won’t prescribe it. First of all before any procedure you’re supposed to take antibiotics to clear the infection. I had to walk out and go to my urgent care to get my antibiotics and pain medicine. The lady’s in front don’t know how to do their job either. Every time I come it’s like a 2 hour wait and they treat me like crap unless I buy something. Do not recommend and will be reporting them . By them denying me proper care I could’ve gotten a worse infection and ended up in the hospital.

My worst experience, they gave me an appointment at 2:30 and I arrived on time but they saw me after 2 hours. They do x-rays on me and the doctor looks at me almost after 3 hours of sitting there. When I leave I ask for my diagnosis because I was referred by another doctor. And the receptionist told me that they don't have a diagnosis and that they don't know when they will have it and that my dentist had to contact them, how is that possible? I came back next week to ask and they told me that they couldn't give me a diagnosis because of the type of contract, but I was waiting to talk to the manager. The manager (Karla) never came out but was yelling from her office to the receptionist. They are not professionals. and it seems like they don't know what they're doing.would never recommend this place,I should of read all the bad reviews before ?

I had the worst experience ever with the office manager Carla. I called to try and get some assistance regarding a billing issue. After explaining to Carla that WestCoast Dental was billing under the incorrect claim number for the past 7 months, Carla said she would send an email to the billing department and should have the issue resolved in about a week, I explained I had been speaking with the billing department and was told the same thing several times, Carla stated that this was the first time she had spoken with me. I tried to explain that I didn't say I spoke with her I said I spoke with the billing department I couldn't another word in because she kept talking over me. I've decided its best that I take my business elsewhere.

Karina the office manager must be the worst person Ive ever heard talk to customers. This lady is rude and disrespectful. These people have zero consideration for people’s times and appointments. I’ve been called in 4 times consecutively to come in for treatment and i cancel plans and take days off work to see the dentist and they send me home with no treatments and every time it’s something to do with insurance or authorization. Why call me in and confirm with me when you don’t have any approvals why waste people’s time? This time they had the audacity to call me and say can you come earlier at 1pm because if you come at 3pm (the original appointment) you won’t get treatment, knowing I’m having pain and discomfort. I can’t take the 1pm appointment because i don’t get off till 2pm…. Do not go here they are simply trash at respecting peoples time and that could change if that disrespectful lady “karina” is not managing that office. Every time i would try to explain to her my concerns she would cut me off and start talking over me and saying “can you give me a second to explain” without listening to any of my concerns. Save yourself the disrespect and find a different dentist or a different branch.

Horrible horrible scheduling staff in ortho! I asked last time if I can go to another facility because I showed up and they told me my appt was rescheduled for a month out; nobody had contacted me to tell me they rescheduled it and then I had to wait an entire extra month for the ortho since apparently he’s only there one day out of an entire month, had to go back and have them tightened on my birthday. Same thing happened this month as well, they called but just a day before and were about to reschedule me on another day ortho wasn’t there. I’m now once again waiting an entire extra month to have them tightened now and waiting for regular checkup and cleaning since I have to have all that done when the wires off. This rescheduling issue has caused my braces to have to stay on longer. They also won’t allow a parent in the room for children receiving fillings, luckily we immediately went to a new dentist who do allow you in the room to hold your scared child’s hand and found out he didn’t even have a cavity but an enamel defect that didn’t need work done.

I just wanted to rage about how amazing this dentist is!! I had phoned in and had the opportunity of being helped by Caroline, she was truly such a pleasure of speaking with. She had great phone etiquette, and was so helpful and showed empathy as I explained my reason of calling in. She was able to get me seen that day, and my experience in person was even greater! Maryann the RDA that attended me was so helpful from start to finish and so communicative, always checking in to make sure I was doing well, made me feel so welcomed and safe. Also, the office manager (didn't get her name, unfortunately) but, she came to speak with me regarding what was covered by my insurance and all things regarding finances, but she was so informative and so very helpful with providing me answers for my care. Lastly, Dentist A. was absolutely the best dentist I have ever been seen by in my whole life! She offered top care and was so warm with every suggestion for my dental care. She truly is for her patients, and I felt so good being under her care. Ty to West Coast Dental of Moreno Valley! You guys are an amazing team all around! Keep up the amazing work!

very courteous people, were very nice to my son and I. their office is super clean as soon as the assistant was done taking pictures and x-rays of my teeth, immediately she starting cleaning everything and I'm not just talking about a quick wipe down, she thoroughly cleaned everything around my perimeter, even the stuff we did not use. Great job to everyone in that office.

I used to love this office but I no longer do after experiencing a bad visit. I was at the office for three hours for deep cleaning and fillings. I was not properly numbed up all the way. The drill hit the inside of my cheek area and I was tasting nothing but blood. I've never been in pain before while having fillings done. I was told I would see my doctor this visit but that was a lie. I was told Dr. Mariam was a great dentist. I ended up with this dentist that made the visit uncomfortable and now they are trying to force me to stay with her. This type of customer Service makes you want to leave and never come back!!!.

I would give this place no stars if I could!! Very unprofessional took my daughter to Magicland next door for pain and was told by the dentist that she would not be able to accommodate due to my daughter having adult work done but she will see if they are able to take me in next door for same day waited about 1 hour and just made an appointment for the following day 10am I get to West Coast Dental and waited about 1 hour and a half, she took my info and insurance info only to be told my insurance was not going to cover another tooth cleaning and check up and she would referred us to a different place I explained to this girl that my daughter didn’t receive any treatment or cleaning mind you the office that connects sits the same area to next door for kids I told her this and she said sorry I’ll get you a referral to a specialist without the doctor checking my daughter! Also wasting 2 hours just to tell me this, it was 12 by then after I took another day off work and my daughter a school day. Didn’t get checked by the doctor my daughter in pain but was referred to a specialist??? Without the doctor seeing my daughter is crazy! Stay away they play with your time and what kind of doctors just send you out to specialists without checking I guess they are that good they didn’t treat my daughter or even took the time to see her but they know is best to send her with a specialist she’s 15 by the way.?

Very bad service, they offered me teeth protectors, their price is very high, it took them 6 weeks to give them to me, poor quality of material, they lasted less than 3 months and when I ask for a replacement they tell me no, it's been a long time and I have to pay more money, when before they offer you a one year warranty, they are very liars... I would never recommend them. I took my children out of there because they canceled their appointment twice in a row.

Recently moved to Moreno Valley, CA from Lafayette, LA and got approved for medi-cal very quickly after moving out here, I was able to come in same day and then had my teeth lulled few days later and proccess was absolutely painless and they pulled three of my four teeth just today everyone is well educated and has a lovely staff this will be my new main go to dentist for all my teeth needs ?

If you only have emergency medical don’t show up in this place because they kicked you out , I been having pain in my wisdom tooth for over a week and just because I don’t have the money to pay for and extra work they want to do they reschedule me for two more weeks,when I called to make an appointment I tell them that I only have the emergency medical and they said it was fine that that cover and X-ray and one extraction.

My experience at West Cast Dental Moreno Valley was something worth boasting about. As soon as I walking in through the front doors I was greeted by warm and caring smiles at the front desk. Dr. Modarres and his team of assistants took care of my cavities painlessly and swiftly. Dr. Modarres’s completely painless injections had my mouth numb in a few minutes. His light touch along with his expert techniques had me beyond pleased. Professional, Caring, Comforting is how I would describe my experience at West Coast Dentistry. The prices they charge are beyond reasonable, if you have no dental insurance. I know non of us are a fan of having dental work done, but at least if we have to I sure am glad I came to West Coast.?

Please don't go to this place Looking for them as dentists was the worst thing we could do, they damaged my mother's teeth more. They damaged her teeth so much that she spent two days crying from the pain and again we went to see what they could solve and help her again and the answer was that they couldn't do anything because her teeth were useless and what medicine they couldn't give because it was a bad record for the doctor and the hospital. They don't help, they hurt patients.

The worst customer service I have ever received with a bunch of incompetent employees. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Nobody acknowledged me walk in. With over 6 girls sitting at the desks. 40 minutes past my 6 yr old appt time I asked when it was gonna be his turn and then they FINALLY ask me for insurance and referral forms. 2.5 hrs of waiting without anybody ever really acknowledging me or my son, I am called up just to be told my insurance referred us to the wrong place that this isn't pediatrics. When they saw me WITH my 6 yr old the entire time and I made it known it was his appointment.

I didn’t like when you signed in that you had to put your email and your phone number. I left that blank. When I checked out you could still see everybody’s number and email. And when she took x-rays, the other people can see you from the other side no privacy at all. That’s why I gave them one star.

This has been the best overall experience I've ever had at a dental office. Leslie and Caroline at the front desk are so welcoming. The two assistants that worked with me made me feel comfortable thank you Karen and Norma you both are amazing. Daisy helped me understand my insurance coverage she was so helpful. Dr. M is absolutely the best. He was so gentle and I truly appreciate him explaining the treatment I needed. This office is hands down the best. I've found my forever dental office. An employee was actually parked in the disabled spot with no placard. When confronted about this, the employee, Daisy, rolls her eyes. When I go to take a picture of her car, she says I'm not allowed to do that, they're not going to see me at this office anymore, and "Shut up, Karen". She said I should be ashamed of myself when she's the one illegally parking.The unprofessionalism & inconsideration towards people who rely on these disabled spaces is astounding.

The dentist are great they do a great job. But, the people who process the claims do not do their work they do not process claims correctly. And at the end we have to pay for their mistakes, because we sign that we are responsible.The girls were just sitting and eating.they made me wait 10 minutes just for me to pay. What an amazing experience.!!!! The office was so pleasant . The team seemed very cohesive and gave a true family/work environment. It was an absolute pleasurable experience, believe it or not it being the dentist ? office. Karen was amazing.!!!! I normally have a hard time with the dentist but She made the experience painless in more ways than one.. Carlos, what a JOY!! communication was amazing and I really appreciated the welcoming vibe. Overall great experience 10 out of 10 for me would recommend to family friends strangers. The young lady at the front desk also just amazing. You guys have got a great team there and thank you very much for making my day. Let me not forget about my dentist. I didn’t catch his name but he was awesome.professional and yet still very personable with me. Felt extremely comfortable and cared for. The extra effort that he took to create a long term Correction for my smile truly gave me this overwhelming feeling of confidence that I’ve got someone that absolutely wants me to finally have the smile I’ve always wanted. Horrible Franchise 1st one I went to made me sit in the waiting room for 2 hours when I had an appointment and then tried to have me pay for the appointment when I couldn't wait anymore. 2nd time I went to this location and they did such a bad job on a $1100 crown that I had to fly back to Texas to have it redone within 1 year.

Their treatment approach is aggressive. My husband was told he needed SEVEN crowns even though the previous year when he did his dental checkup he was fine. I was told I needed three crowns. We went elsewhere for a second opinion because we felt it was extraneous. Suspicions were confirmed when the other dentist said my husband only needed two crowns and I needed one. I also asked for the x-ray images to be emailed to me FOUR different times and they never did to this day…

I wasn’t even seen. Had an appointment at 5pm, was their at 4:40pm, called me to the back to get Xrays and then got taken to the back room to wait for a doctor to do a cleaning, that was 5:05pm, waited until 5:55pm and still no doctor had came to my room to start the work. Asked the nurse to see how much longer and said they had fallen behind due to short staff but they can reschedule for Thursday. I walked out and never coming back, the problem is its not the first time, they have done this with my other family members as well.

If I could give no stars I would, I made an appointment for my son to Magic Land and Peter made an appointment for us for Saturday at 10AM. I show up and they are actually closed, I call and I am told they don't have an appointment because that location is closed, I ask if the next door "sister" location can see him since I had already made the drive and gas is not cheap and I came from far away and they said sure they have nothing for 10Am and they accept walk ins. I then get a voicemail on my phone that magicians is closed today so I will have to reschedule for that location for another day and to call them back. I go in and fill out the paperwork get my son checked in next door and ask the receptionist how long the wait is, she said 30 minutes max. Now an hour later a few people with appointments show up and they still have not called my son, I wait and am trying to be patient but still not even a "I'm sorry for the delay" from the receptionist. When I finally ask her to just cancel our check in that I will be going somewhere else she then decides to ask how much longer it would be to see my son, she comes back and says "yeah it's still going to be a while" the customer service here is horrible and it was a horrible first impression at least you could have had the decency to say we don't have the space for you and sorry we messed up something anything your lack in f compassion for your patients is beyond repugnant, please give your call center better training and give your staff better training they were so caught up on talking about how long it took to cross into the Mexico-US border and ordering lunch rather than tending to the clients, this experience was horrendous. You are literally paying these people to drive customers away.

Your wait time is beyond ridiculous! If an appointment is scheduled for a certain time it shouldn’t take 2 in a half hours total before you’re leaving a dentist for a simple check up. The ladies at the front desk attitudes are terrible! It’s hard to believe they work in customer service. If it wasn’t for my kids telling me how nice the staff was in the back we definitely wouldn’t be coming back! Teach your receptionist customer service etiquette. Also when I arrived I had to fill out all the same paperwork that I had previously filled out online for both my kids, the excuse that was given was their paperwork didn’t go through! What a waste of my time.

Actually inspect a customers mouth. Paying money just to have my jaw rubbed wasn’t helpful at all. Would’ve gave me peace of mind for the dentist to at least examine the affected area and not the outside or just make a guess off the x ray. They gave my insurance the wrong information so my insurance denied the claim. I have contacted the office many times to speak with the manager but they are always "in a meeting". They did not return a single call, and when I walked in in person they denied to give me any information. Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My insurance reached out asking for the correct dental information and they have not even responded to my insurance. *Update after this review they contacted me and promised to help. Now when I call for an update I get told they need to ask corporate and they never call back. Also the Rigo Fuentes their marketer promised to help, and now he I get sent straight to voicemail every time I call and he has not returned any calls even after I have left several voicemails. Extremely poor customer service.

Worst dental experience of my life going to the dentist for 30 years. It was painful and the dentist was very careless and seemed rush. When I commented on how painful my appointment was and that I needed to please stop he made a very unprofessional comment back to me about my age. At a dentist one is feeling very vulnerable and this made me completely uncomfortable and even nervous to return to the dentist

The facility was clean and well kept. The assistant doing my x-rays was very patient and careful; I got through the whole process painlessly and without gagging. The doctor was also kind and patient. It was as pleasant as a dental visit could be.

Your office prescribed pain medication which was never sent to my pharmacy! Dentist did not know the reason I was in pain and only suggested I re-do a root canal which was going to cost me over $1,200! They only performed X-rays that I could of just gone to urgent care for some pain treatment.

Get better doctors that actually know what they are doing. I was numbed by a doctor today who did not look at my x-rays before hand, which caused her to have some “doubt” to NOT give me my fills I came in for. This is inexcusable. My mother went to get her wisdom teeth taken out. When she made the appointment AND the couple days leading up to her appointment, they wouldn't tell her how much the procedure was going to be. How can your "system be down" for that many days? Anyways, her appointment was at 11am. She came in early even, and they made her wait for 2 whole hours before they took her in. The dentist accidentally stuck my mom on the lip with the needle and didn't apologize. We're never coming back.

I was very satisfied with the Dr and her staff. My first visit was great. They ran my insurance and went over billing before doing anything and the Dr was gentle and thorough. Its been hard to find a dentist due to insurance and my schedule. They are open on Saturdays which is perfect cause I'm a nurse. I was very satisfied with her and I will be going back.

This is the place to come have any work done. The oral surgeon is very kind and tells you everything you need to know before she works on the extraction. I was nervous, but it all was good afterwards. She knows what she's doing and sure knows how to make the procedure smooth and not in no rush. I had my right wisdom tooth extraction done here. She stitch it up, and all I can say is that it was the best work I ever had. She knows what she's doing for sure. If i ever need to come back to have another wisdom tooth pulled out I'll be back....... Thanks ? I recommend anyone who is in needs of a oral surgeon to come here and let them take care of your needs.....

Had an appointment to have my wisdom tooth removed. Had to take time off work because they don't operate on weekends. My appointment was at 12:30pm it's now 3:30pm and I am in the waiting room still. All they can tell me is "sorry, sometimes it takes long." If you value your time be sure to find a different dentist.

The girl who walked me back was extremely rude. She wanted to take my blood pressure. I said that was fine so long as she did so manually(she was holding an automated machine). She proceeded to tell me that as far as she was concerned, they were the same. I told that I did not agree and would only consent to manual. She then had the nerve to continue to argue with me and tried to grill me on my opinion and decision. That is none of her business. I will NOT be going back to a business that employs rude staff.

Did not respect my religious right, I tried to explaining to them that I plan to be scattered on Mount Shasta at my time of death and that parts of me that have fallen along the way are already there. I have bone fragments for my feet and other teeth already laid the rest I'm not Shasta where my ashes will be scattered and my soul will remain whole. However unlike the last visit where I was able to have three teeth extracted and take them home with me they would not let me keep my teeth this time and when I tried to go to the van to bring them some literature so they can understand this is my burial right they locked the front door on me. They wouldn't let me have my teeth they wouldn't let me explain anything they just told me "that it's done". They have scattered my soul now, I will be on Mount Shasta but they'll be pieces of me who knows where and that's how I must spend my afterlife? They have damaged me more than they can possibly know. I even called the police but the police in this Christian society made mockery of it. Freedom of religious practice it's just like freedom of speech it's gone unless you doing exactly as your neighbor or the person next to you is doing. I will not be going back to this dentist ever again.

I had to wait 2 hours alone just to get a check up. Once I was in I had to wait another hour to see the dentist but once I did my clean up was fast and everything was done right away. I’m hoping the next time I go I don’t have to wait so long if not what’s the point of making appointments.

No other dentist would see my special needs son and west coast Dental was so nice so accommodating and had no problem getting my son in and spending time with him to make him feel comfortable with the dentist. I made an appointment for my 14yr old daughter (7/2021). We arrived on time, and an hour later she finally got call in to the back(after I questioned if she would be called soon). She went in for x-rays and a check-up, after waiting another 1hour 30 mins I questioned what was taking so long, as she did go in alone. The lady in the front took me to the back, to my daughter just sitting and waiting for her check-up. I was so upset and frustrated that for the past 1.5 hr she was just sitting and waiting. I understand at times it gets busy but this was totally unacceptable, to be waiting 2.5 hrs and we just sat there waiting for nothing. And the whole staff did not seem to care one bit. I definitely would not recommend or be returning.

Olga was friendly, but the receptionists need training in HIPPA and customer service. One receptionist was about to say my social security out loud as others in the waiting area could hear. Another day, another receptionist yelled across the lobby “have you been here before” despite the fact that I answered 3 times on paper and to another receptionist that I am an existing patient.

I had a great experience. I had Dr. Kim who was very nice and nummed me up good. He was very fast too and listened to me. He cleaned my teeth as well before my filling. I would recommend this place dispite a longer wait time because if how great the service was.

Not a good first impression came to the office excited about seeing the dentist, it's been a while and I waited an hour and 45 minutes once I decided to step out to get some air cuz I have this mask on I was starving I was told my name was called instead of taking me when I came back 5 minutes later they made me wait more so I decided to cancel completely and now I'm booked with right now a five-star dental office.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I thought a 45 minute wait was bad, but no. I had to wait 2 hours for my appointment for a routine cleaning. I even asked the front desk staff if I could leave to do errands since I estimated that I would have to wait at least 1 hour (since no one was called in after 30 minutes of waiting), and they told me that I couldn't leave since I may miss my turn. I ended up having to sit 2 hours at the office doing nothing. When it was finally my turn (after 2 hours of waiting), they said I couldn't get the cleaning today because it was too late. They could only do x-rays today, but I had already had gotten X-rays from a different dentist's office just two days before. I had called West Coast Dental ahead of time to ensure my X-rays would be acceptable from the other location. I also made sure that my X-ray results were received by West Coast Dental. I was told over the phone that I wouldn't have to repeat the X-rays as long as they received the results. On the day of my appointment at West Coast Dental, I asked the front desk staff to ensure the X-rays were received and that there wouldn't be a problem with getting my cleaning today, but I was mislead. Overall, I am disappointed that the staff here was not professional since they did not provide accurate information to their patients. The wait times here are ridiculous. If the anticipated wait time is 2 hours, the front staff should be courteous enough to warn patients that they may not get a full examination, or even better, the staff should call patients ahead of time to start rescheduling patients if the wait time is expected to be that long (especially if they know ahead of time that they will be short-staffed). It is also shocking to me that the staff didn't show any empathy for the patients who were waiting. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO WEST COAST DENTAL.

Keep sending me bills for additional cost not listed when I paid my bill in full the day of service. They keep telling me the manager will review the case or its taken care of and to disregard or the finance officer is looking into it. Everytime I call everyone of these people also just happens to be on break or lunch. Literally been trying for weeks and I wouldn't go back anyways since I've been having issues with the area they worked on since they "fixed" it.

I arrived there 15 minutes before my appointment and filled out the paperwork right at my appointment time. They took me back for my x-rays, I washed my hands and did the mouth rinse and they sat me in dental chair and said the doctor would be right there. 10 minutes later I heard the music shut off and voices around me faded away. I sat in the chair waiting for over an hour and finally heard voices and told the lady I had been waiting for over an hour. She went up front and came back to tell me they would be with me in a couple of minutes. When they finally came in to check my teeth and did the cleaning, I was out of the door 20 minutes later I was out...for a total time of 2 hours. Note to self, don't accept an appointment at lunchtime. I won't be going back.

I went in for a few fillings on Saturday morning. I showed up at my scheduled appt. time. I was told it was scheduled for 2 hours later than what their text message reminder was. .Dr. B did not talk just said ready. She numbed me and I had to wait 30 min. before she came back to start. She was rough and in a hurry. During my procedure the dental assistant wasn't sure how to use the light process for adhering the filling. I won't be returing for another visit.

I want to thank the Dentist. Martha Berman for her EXCELLENT JOB, my husband's recovery has been shocking (my husband needs implants), before arriving at this clinic I received at least 8 different estimates and diagnoses, which honestly made me distrustful on several occasions, we DO NOT have insurance, but here OLGA Q. worked with us and our budget, She has always been very kind and told us about the different plans. Was unable to get full service due to my blood pressure being high which I can understand but I am not happy or comfortable on the fact that I had to pay for my full service of what’s needed done and not have service done my fee was 1095 to 35 years I’ve been going to a dentist I’ve never paid for some thing and got service I’ve always had my service done and then paid for it upon leaving I feel I’m forced into continuing due to the fact that I have already been billed on my credit card for this so I am not happy The only thing that was done was x-rays and impression and I feel that’s all I should have been charge for on that day and the rest of it should be charge on the day of service which is what I am use to do.

My visit was a breathe of fresh air. Being new to California, this was a pleasant welcome to the state. From the wonderful front desk staff who were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Then there was Ms. Veronica who took great X-rays which allowed the wonderful Dr. make a great plan moving forward with me. To all of you I Thank you for your wonderful kindness and I can’t wait to see you again on Saturday.

Overnight I had extreme pain from my wisdom tooth and made an emergency appointment. For some reason I was scheduled with the pediatric side of the dental office, but they still were able to complete my x-rays, get me a prescription, and make an appointment with the regular dentist next week. However, I was not given a toy or any candy when I left the office. Because of this I removed one star from my review.

Dentist cut my tongue and I had to have stitches! This has never happened to me before but he says it’s “ normal” . Visiting my own doctor for a second opinion bc now I have a huge lump on the bottom of my tongue. Worst dentist ever !

The kids side is great! Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the adult side. My first time there and will be my last. I was there 4 hours and probably would’ve been longer if I didn’t leave. (I finished a Netflix movie waiting at the chair) It would’ve been great to have the same dentist site as my kids but I wouldn’t recommend this place for adults.

Horrible experience. During our initial visit, I was told that my children could not be seen at their office because my insurance only covered $250. I told the receptionist that this information was incorrect and she suggested that I call the insurance myself so they could tell me my coverage. One of the other ladies overhead and she said, "no, i will call and verify". After 5-10 mins on the phone she was informed that our coverage was actually $4,000, suddenly everyone was being nice and trying to help. I should have walked away then, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a second chance. My kids were seen and oddly one had 9 cavities and the other had 6. They quickly scheduled multiple appts, for fillings, wisdom teeth extraction, braces, you name it and they were all back to back. Over the next few days, I received several calls from multiple #s. When I called the #s back, offices in other cities answered and they knew nothing about my children. Their next appt was canceled and rescheduled, a day before I called to confirm their appt and again I was asked, "what kind of insurance do you have?" I was upset because this was supposed to be their 2nd appt and all of that information was already provided. I asked to speak to a manager and let them know that I was not happy and to please cancel all of their appts. Needless to say, I am still getting reminder calls and messages saying that my kids missed their appts. Clearly, the communication is lacking. We went back to our regular dentist, one of my kids had 2 cavities and the other had none. This dental office is looking for patients with good insurance to gouge. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
