My son got referred here by his primary dental group. Before we schedule the appointment they knew my son was a 10 year old child who needed root canals and to be treated by an Endo. They said they would be able to treat him. So today at my appointment we waited for about 1 and a half hour. Just for them to tell me that they were not going to treat him after all. They just gave me another referral to UCLA. It was just a waste of time and money since I had to pay uber to go and come back. It was just a really upsetting experince.

I made a first-time/new patient appointment for my 75 year old mother at this location. I also had to take the day off work for this appointment. We arrived 15 mins early for her 10 a.m. appointment. We waited 1 hour before my mother was taken in for X-rays. After X-rays, she was taken to the exam room, however it took the dentist 1 1/2 hours to finally come over to do the dental exam, and only to find out that the X-ray technician took 1 single X-ray for my mom. After that, we waited 30 mins more only to hear that other patients were also waiting for the dentist and had not been seen. At that point, my mother and I decided that we were going to leave. My mother is diabetic and has a handicap, so we felt that a 3 hour wait time was way too long and unacceptable. We were not willing to wait 4 hours. One of the office ladies did apologize to us and explained that they were short one dentist who called out on that day. I feel staff should reschedule patients and / or notify patients if they are going to be short w a dentist or two. Time is valuable. Time is money.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The male dentist was extremely rude to my mom for not speaking english. to top it off they took forever to attend me even though we had an appointment. Once I was let in the dentist did nothing. This happened twice they did nothing and rescheduled me. I waisted a lot of time just to see my mom be mistreated. We will NOT be coming back

I have been waiting for 2 months on an approval for a root canal and deep cleaning from my insurance. Just to find out they never sent the referral in by my insurance . Should I feel discriminated against or is this regular practice to not take care of your patients? Not only can I not eat on that side it swelling and I believe I have a abscess on me gum line ?

Definitely very bad service, every time I have an appointment with my daughter we have to wait more than 4 hours for them to attend to us, in addition to the fact that they do not fill out the documents on time, when they say they send them by email they do not do it on time or by fax. I had to return to the office again to pick up the document that they said they would send to my doctor and they made me lose three more hours. Definitely very bad service. I would not recommend this office at any time. My experiences have been very bad and the girls at the front desk are very rude and reluctant to serve you.

I went there for the first time. The lady they gave me didn't measure my dentures correctly. I went back about 2 or 3 times she literally took my teeth and filed them in front of me. Wipe them and said try again. She kept saying I made them wide because her mother had to do it. I said lady I'm not your mother. I never went back. I couldn't wear the teeth even until this day. June 25, 2023. Some of the teeth is made Crock it My incisiour teeth one is bigger than the one on the right. They were not measured correctly and my bottom dentures are messed up. They're not center correctly. You're supposed to start with the middle teeth put the first middle 2 then the next 2 left to Right. I went to dental school. You're supposed to make sure the teeth are correct. I mentioned it she ignored it me. That's why I don't want them in my mouth

I had an appointment today for a root canal at 10am and at 1220 I’m still sitting here waiting. Everyone seems to be complaining about the same issue, waiting time. This lady was told that they made a mistake with her appointment and could not be seen today. She explained that she took the day off from work just for this appt. After I completed my appt with this dental office I will never return and will let my friends and family to never come here. They seem to not have it together, I’ve had several dental visits and never had to wait this long. Also, I’ve already been billed for work they have not even done.

I went in there for a general check up and everything was fine the dentist was great. The staff I think her name was Karina was amazing friendly and awesome and very attentive but then came the upselling and the manager came in and was like you need this and that and it’s 5 grand and I was like ok that’s a lot of money I need to think about it and it’s almost like I insulted her because her attitude changed and was like well it’s only 100 a month you spend that on other things and I politely told yeah but that’s 5 grand I don’t have. If I had that money it wouldn’t be an issue and she said ok we’re done and told me to follow her and basically kicked me out. I was there for a teeth cleaning too that my insurance covers and that wasn’t done. Very rude

DO NOT PAY ANYTHING WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR INSURANCE! They say they accept most insurances but dont even check them when they want to bill you. They don't try to help you get the most of your insurance and go right away with payment options. We almost ended it up paying more than $6k for an emergency root canal including medication and thankfully I took the time and called the insurance and got the root canal and medication for free. When I asked the manager she said she wanted to avoid us getting the root canal somewhere else and that's why she didn't offer that option. I'm very disappointed to know they are interested in making money more then sincerely help their patients. I tried my best to work with them asking for options and nothing. The place is nice and clean. Expect to be waiting there for hours, in both occasions we waited 3+ hrs.

If you value your time, DO NOT COME HERE!!! I made an appointment at 3 pm on Saturday. The same Saturday, I got a call from their staff, who told me they were busy and to come in at 1 pm or 2 pm. I told them I could not go in at 1 pm and the earliest would be 2:30 pm. I was told okay. I arrived to complete the paperwork and called in about 10 minutes after turning it in. I was taken X-rays and then sat in a chair where the dentist gave me my diagnosis. I think to myself; they are fast. (WRONG) I sit on the chair for about 20 minutes when I am asked if I want to wait in the lobby or if they can call me back when it is my turn. The staff also suggested I can come back Monday because it is a long wait. I told the staff I would like to be seen today. She told me I would get a callback once it was my turn. She proceeded to get my cellphone number. I tell her I will be waiting in my car. It was 5 pm, no call, and 5:30 pm, no call. I decided to check, and when I did office was closed. No one called me to tell me they would not see me or to reschedule me. I waited in my car when I could have been at home with my kids. There are reasons why appointments are scheduled. Please do not waste people's time by overbooking. I have braces with another dentist, and unfortunately, they do not take my insurance, so I decided to come here. I had to go and take my wires off before the appointment so they could get the work done. BIG WASTE OF TIME; I will have to go in again to finish the job. The staff should have told me they would not be able to see me as they had overbooked.

What is the point of making an appointment if that time is not met? Waited over an hour for my appointment. I understand people get busy. But front staff should manage expectations and patients. After reading the reviews online, this is not an isolated issue. Why bother asking for feedback if management doesn’t make changes

I really enjoyed this place. I came in because I had a toothache and the dentists really focused on the treatment plans. They showed me the X-rays and explained everything thoroughly. The office assistance are always welcoming. Heidy is such an amazing person and someone you can always rely on. She starts the conversations and shows that she cares. This place takes you in quickly obviously depending on the time you come. Never have I had a bad experience here.

I was there 4 hrs. I had a seat my husband wanted to know if he should get something so they came and got me. I lost the seat because of that. He had appointment at we was 30 mins early and I went to get my nails done. 58 mins after the time he was supposed to be there he was still waiting with 9 other people for the same time. Idk what happened to the older dentist she was great. This young one idk. The only good part was the young black girl that put my cap on my teeth and the financial ladies. Oh the xray lady..ok everyone but the dentist. To many people so she was rushing. My and husband teeth hurts.

I did two root canals at this location, 3 months pass & they tell me they have to be extracted due to them being “infected”. Went and got a second opinion and found out they didn’t correctly do the root canals and they just have to be retreated, instead of just extracting my two teeth. Please go elsewhere they do horrible work and only care about money!

To much of a waiting time, if the appointment is at 9am but don't call us till 10. Then what is the point of being there on time. Also, I have a pending payment that I have called 6 times about and still hasn't been taking care of

I regret going to this place, they have bad service in every area I was move around so many times room to room. I did my braces here and I had a bad experience the nurse assistance left me alone for a long time laying down with all does things in your mouth and took for ever to put my braces. They never gave me the right information for my braces how to get treated. I really didn’t like the service at all. It looks like no one knows there job there. They leave you waiting for hours in a room. They don’t be gentle with you when they are treating you. The service is bad.

So I’ve been going here for the past 2 months . So far I’ve been putting up with it because I’m a pretty patient guy . Even thou every time you go at the said appointment time you will still be waiting in the lobby for maybe 1-2hrs then when called inside probably another 30 -1hr of waiting , seen so many people arguing with the workers there because of the wait times . The big problem there is no communication ! Had an appointment date and I get there and they tell me my stuff is not there I’m like why wasn’t I called or emailed ? They said oh we were just called saying the stuff would not be ready till next week . That’s not professional in my opinion. I think if somethings not ready the day before the appointment they should call you to let you know most likely your stuff will not be ready that day and reschedule you . Instead of making you loose your time or work time .

Poor communication skills, being scheduled for treatment, first time ever going to this office I wasn't given any special instructions for my child. I get there at 7am to be told that she was not going to get anything done b/c she was not on an empty stomach, I think its important for these instructions to be given to patients, I don't work for a dental office so Idk what's the protocol for each treatment. It was a waist of time, waking up my child extra early for this , going to work late & for her to not be treated. When I was at the Gage location I made an appointment for 9 AM and got x-rays because I have not been there in a year which I understand. One girl took my x-ray then the doctor came and told me what I needed. I told her I already have that because I’ve been to the Torrance location and I guess they do not see each other‘s notes. Then another girl text me back and said let me take the second part of your x-rays which I don’t understand why they just didn’t take my full mouth x-ray and complete the job in one whoosh. After I sit there waiting for approximately 30 to 45 minutes before I get up to ask the front desk if you can reschedule me for a later date to do whatever procedure that they plan on doing today. I was there for two hours when the front desk receptionist tells me that they want to see if I needed this medicine that I already said I had plus a mouthguard which I said no thank you. They said also that it takes three weeks for denticle to approve my deep cleaning on which I need it. So I was sitting there just waiting for billing to tell me that simple thing which could’ve took five minutes. This office is very slow this is the second time I’ve been here where I was to the point of leaving because you just sit there and no one is doing anything for long periods of time . The office in Torrance is very prompt and checks on me and let me know when the doctor is coming and reassures me that they haven’t forgot about me.

They do not provide adequate care. They don’t do anything to save your teeth. The dentist comes in and looks in your mouth, rattle a few numbers out to the assistant and tells you to wait for the manager to see you and walks off. The office manager comes in like a used car salesman and tells you you need thousands of dollars worth of work without even checking your insurance to see what’s covered. They are very pushy about getting money from you. They will not provide care for you until you agree to paying .

The staff (especially Ana) and dentist are very respectful and professional EXCEPT for the financial coordinator (Heidi) I have been to this office 3 times and she has been rude each time and when I tried explaining that my dental insurance said they'd cover what was being requested she becomes aggressive and argumentative! She also did not request approval for the treatment requested as instructed by the dentist because she said my insurance would not cover it and I had to ask Ana a week later to submit the request which is prolonging my treatment. She is the reason I will be finding another dental office.

If you can find another dentist, do not come here! I had a root canal done, and every time I had an appointment, I had to wait such a long time for the dentist to start. It was evident that there was a lack of communication between staff. The worst part was that the dentist who performed my root canal did such a botchy job. I bled from my new crown placement every time I brushed my teeth and flossed in its area. I got X-rays done a few months after by a new dentist, and he was surprised to see how messed up my crown was. My new dentist redid the crown, and now it is much better. I do not bleed from the area, and the crown feels much more secured and fits better. I imagine the dentist did such a lousy job here because it seemed like they were in a rush. They paid very little attention to the patient and did the work to get it out of the way. The attached image shows how the crown I got done here was not correctly placed over the bone. A crown is supposed to secure the root canal and bone so that future decay (infection) does not occur. Unfortunately, the dentist here left a piece of the original tooth outside, and the crown did not fit properly. So not only was the procedure done wrong, but it could have caused serious problems if I had not gone to another dentist to fix it properly.

I went in for braces. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. The doctor checked me and told me he can work in top of my braces that I already have from another places. The lady that takes care of the finances is very rude and does what she wants. When they told her that they can work with the same braces I already have she still wants to charge 500 for them to take them off and the charge for other stuff for down payment. She makes people feel like we don’t have the money to give down payment and make no sense when she explains how it work. While I was there waiting another lady come up to me and tells me that lady doesn’t like to help people she so unreasonable. I know I am not the only one that has issues with her. And she still has the nerve to say come back deposit ready like lady if I was not deposit ready why come in the first place. She need better customer service or they need to get someone new.

Had an appointment at 1:00pm. Wasn’t helped until 1:48pm. Took X-rays, the lady was very irritated because of the machine and couldn’t work it properly. Then when X-rays was finished in 15mins, she told me the Endo Dentist would be with me shortly, we’ll that was another long wait and I waited for over an hour until 3:00pm then I left. This place was very unorganized. Had others in and out but to see a specialist was the longer than usual. What’s the point in setting up an appointment time. It’s ridiculous. I would never recommend this place or company to anyone. I’ll be going elsewhere and so will my family and friends.

Be prepared to be told one thing on your first visit & then when you’re scheduled to do your procedure done on your second visit, expect a $2k + balance out of no where. They don’t care about your time or your dental issues. All they care about is your money. PLEASE be upfront about all costs before you schedule anyone a second time for any procedures. Stop trying to rip people off just because you have them sitting on your chair already. My partner and I both lost a day of work today to get this done only to hear all these new balances.

I had my appointment at 11pm. I came 10 minutes early and signed in on the sheet. I waited ONE HOUR and i never got called up to do paperwork because i am a new patient. I decided to go ask how much longer it would be and the lady finally started filling out my info, which was to be filled out in an iPad in the front desk and she asked me personal health questions out loud! But if i never went up who knows how long i would've waited. She told me i would be called in shortly. It has been another hour and i am still waiting. Every else called called in, even people that came in after me. Terrible!!! I'm never coming back here again. Update: I finally got called in after I was the last person in the waiting room. They told me i needed work done on some teeth and just like other reviews said, the finance lady came in and wanted to charge me $4,000! After i said no she got an attitude and told me my insurance didn't cover anything and i had no other options. Worst experience ever!!!

If I was able to put the option of 0 stars I would. They scheduled to many patients at the same time so they take for ever to see you. My appointment was at 9:00am and came out from there at 12:00pm. And this happens all the time I go. Today my daughter had an appointment at 11 AM and they asked me to bring her an empty stomach. They took her in for x-rays 45 minutes after we arrived and waited in a room for 1 hour. So we came out from the office at 1 PM. I asked to speak to the manager put she never came out because she was taking a call.

been trying to remove my wisdom teeth for over a year now. Workers are nice but don’t know how to manage. Tired of going back and forth with them and the insurance directly since they can’t seem to communicate with them.

Don’t recommend coming here front office staff not friendly. No greeting they actually have long faces, Dr was a little weird really didn’t understand what he said but ok he Talk talk talk , and then he sends me to the financial receptionist and waited about more than 40min to get a quote for braces. Won’t be coming back

Went to another dentist because this one wouldn't give me my regular cleaning. The dentist I went gave me my cleaning same day and said I didn't need the treatments that this place was trying to charge me up to 4k. When the other dentist said I was totally fine. I don't recommend this place they don't care about you if you aren't willing to pay , don't waste your time here. After you say you can't pay they just tell you to go home and they never call you again. That's what that lady hiedy does.

Don’t go here. Had an appointment that I booked and was told on the phone I could get a tooth filled. I was here for three hours before they even looked in my mouth and then told me they were too busy to give me a filling. It was a complete waste of time.

I really like the friendly service: Ana was very helpful. Heidy was very helpful in helping me understand the financials of my services. Everything is so clean and they take extra measures to ensure patient safety. Angie did an extraordinary job on my temporary crown! She took the time to do a quality job. I appreciate how honest everyone is, from the office staff to the doctors. They listened to me and did not push me to do any unnecessary procedures or treatment. I also love the hours, especially that they are open on Saturdays.

They charge my insurance for a cleaning that they NEVER did to my daughter. I went somewhere else and I end up paying for a cleaning because of the charge they may without cleaning my daughter's teeth. I talk to the manager maria but nothing was done bad BAD service. They take a long time to assist you, and they also get involved in other matters that do not correspond to them, for example Dr Azadi Marina was more worried about my daughter's acne, rather than the treatment she needs. And then Heidi, who is the one who gives you the prices, tells you the prices for the braces without checking you first, that's why it's better to look for a dentist outside of this area, I don't recommend this place, I gave it one star because I can't give it any, very bad experience! I recommend coming with Doctor T. She is the only dentist that has ever cared about my pain during treatment. Other places tell you that they'll stop when it hurts but they don't, but she did and she gave me more anesthesia and it helped. Also very friendly staff.

I’m thinking about switching to another dentist because ever since I got my braces here I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for regular cleaning and it’s impossible. My Health insurance covers it and they want me to pay 4K again to get some type of treatment. The doctor and assistants are very nice , you leave out of there feeling satisfied even if you didn’t get what you asked for. The staff if good but not wanting to give me a regular clean up and want to charge me all this money is a big no. I never had an issue scheduling an appointment for a clean up until I started coming here. They just want money at this point.

They schedule to many people at once appt was at 9 and didn’t get out till 11:10am. They did great work on my son and all but we have stuff to do since we work and weekends are our only tine fir market, laundry etc.

The appointment I had was for my daughter. They've been txtn me constantly that she was up for a cleaning so I made the appointment and it was for 5pm. I got there at 4:47 I filled the papers out and we patiently waited. They called up to come in at 5:30 they took about 9min to take all the pictures that needed to be taken, the nurse then took us back to another room where we waited for another 20min, and thats when I heard the ACTUAL Dr. say its "6oclock why do I have to see a patient at 6oclock. Moments later the receptionist comes and tells me that we need to come back tomorrow. I let her know that I had already heard what the had said.

This is my 3rd time here, and they make you wait a lot. I’m here now and my appointment was at 10am and it’s now 10:59 and I’m still sitting in the waiting room. Last time I was here they wanted me to get some work I don’t want and pay more than $3,000 on services that I don’t need to get. They made me believe my insurance didn’t cover some work! The only reason I’m waiting now is I need to get my root canal done, but as soon as I get this done I’m changing dentist!

They take FOREVER. I always have a wait time of at least an hour / hour and thrity mins after my scheduled appointment time.

If I could put zero I would, I took my daughter so they could tell me if she needs braces and the person in charge starts to explain to my daughter that if she needs braces and they cost her 4000 dollars and the payment method, my daughter is 11 years old, lol, terrible service and a long wait of 2 hours if you want to waste your time and money visit this place

Love this place. I’ve gotten a root canal and gotten my tooth pulled and they’re very great with their work. The women whom helped me with finance was very respectful and welcoming, she also tried helping me and my financial situation in many different ways. I recommend 100%.

I waited 1 and a half hours and did NOT get seen. i saw 5 patients come in AFTER me and get seen BEFORE me. once the first hour past, i asked how much longer and was told "you're next, in fifteen minutes". waited another 25 mins. before i asked again and then i was told "you're next, but the dentist didn't tell me a time". i thought this was by appointment not by favoritism. i was done after the dentist looked me in the face and LIED.

I liked my dentist here but this place is EXTREMELY unorganized. Two times in a row now I have waited for over an hour. This most recent time I waited for over two hours. Ended up at the dentist for 4.5 total hours just to get 3 cavities filled. Completely ridiculous. They took multiple people back who arrived after me.

The financial department does not know how to adequately contact insurances and communicate with them. They will rush you and add treatments without explanation. I would go to another dental office and avoid west coast dental. Don’t sign anything or pay anything until you have contacted your insurance plan and reach out to other offices. The dentist is polite but rushed the first visit and didn’t explain the or alternative options. The financial advisor made comments regarding my dental treatment but she isn’t a dentist and that was very unprofessional.

There were quick getting my wisdom tooth out just like 2 minutes but they try making me pay for something that was 460 dollars and telling me that it can heal faster and just BS I also overheard them telling another someone else the same thing they told me overall it okay just they are going to BS you and try and take your money

Do not get a contract for braces. For the first few months they treat you well but later it’s just pure BS. When you go to the general it takes over 3 hours. Waking up at 9 am ain’t worth it you’ll end up getting out at minimum 11. And if you get a contract for braces MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOUL. They’re service is really terrible wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone really.

Office was clean and staff was friendly. I was referred to this clinic by my dental office. I had an appointment for a root canal and waited almost two hours for an x-ray, just to be told they need to Get an approval for the procedure. If I needed approval, it should have been done before making the appointment.

West Coast Dental of Gage is great! Martha and Olivia from the front desk are super cool and really kind. I always love and appreciate their help! Dr. Rein and Dr. Tartakow are dope! Dr. Rein is really kind and caring, and Dr. Tartakow is super cheerful, funny, and very helpful. Both of these doctors will definitely take good care of you! The doctor’s assistants are always very kind and I’ve never had any bad interactions with any of them. If you hear or read other people saying that the people in this office are not helpful or kind, then it’s because they themselves have a bad attitude and don’t know how to treat others. The people of this office are great and very kind! They make my experience with the dentist and orthodontist a great one!

Honestly west coast dental is such a great place to get your dental needs done at. At this place I really feel comfortable because of how professional it is and besides that, the people are amazing. Their work is great because they always work within my schedule and we always figure something out, this may sound hard to believe but they treat you like family. Great experience, Dr. Lee attended me and was very nice and honest when I had questions related to my teeth. I waited for 20 minutes which was not that long compared to other dental places. It can take about an hour just to wait. Very tidy place and I recommend you and your family to go!

West coast dental is the best dentist . Every one treats you like family . I always come in and see people greeting me with a smile on their face . I always leave with a smile in my face even if I'm in pain because everyone makes me feel welcomed and makes me eager to come back . Before coming to this dentist I used to go to a dentist near my house and it was the worst experience . My dentist appointments were always getting canceled because none of the specialists were there or because they were too busy . On top of that when I would get checked they would just get an X-ray and get sent home saying I was okay but I wasn't because my gums would bleed . West coast dental has always done more than they should so I highly recommend you guys to come and give them a chance to prove to you their capacity . #GageWestCoastDental

I'm very pleased with my deep cleaning procedure done by Aurika today. She thoroughly explained what she was doing and kept asking if I was doing okay or feeling pain in any way. Throughout the process she spoke about the importance of flossing regularly and the misconceptions some may have about it. I also enjoyed speaking with Olivia at the front desk. She was helpful in informing me about special programs and promotions they offer.

The dentist was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even attended me before I left (I had one more question I forgot to ask). People should stay away from this place. All they want is your Money!!!! My mother went in for an exam(im a dental assistant) so i knew pretty much what she would need. Instead of the dr being more conservative and helping pts they told her she needed veneers in al her front teeth and other unnecessary treatment.... And said she had to pay around 13,000!!!! This is ridiculous. She said they tried opening care credit and that they tried to pressure her to do the treatment. I took my mother elsewhere only has to pay 2,000 for all her treatment without any unecessary things.

Initially I went into this office just for an exam and consultation. I was surprised to find they have a very friendly and professional staff. This place is terrible. They have the worst customer service, beware of Heidy, she is just after your money, when she comes in trying to lure you into getting braces and other services, DO NOT LISTEN TO HER. Heidy just cares about getting your money, and not providing the service this complany claims to give. She needs to be replaced immediately, as I see she is mentioned in many of these reviews in a negative way (West Coast Dental Pay Attention To Your Customers Please!!). They will be giving you appointments every 6 months, and giving you incomplete treatments everytime you go, and giving you wrong appointments that only set you back with your treatments. I wasn't even told how to brush and floss my teeth, I had to call and ask them. I began my treatment for braces in February and its been 6 months already and I still don't have all my braces in, I only have the top right of my teeth. I've already spoke to the main office and told them my situation and they just tell me they can't do anything or to call the office manager. It makes me sad reading all these reviews of people getting scammed by this company. I'm sure who ever replies to this review will do absolutely nothing so don't even bother replying. I just hope this review can help others not to make the same mistake as me, who is stuck paying out of pocket for this awful service and just avoid entering the doors of this dreadful dental clinic.

I am already filing my complaint with the consumer department. I hope you can help me. On 1/6/2019 I went to the West Coast Dental clinic with the intention of putting braces on my teeth, for that they told me that I needed cleaning, to cover cavities, and among other things to have orthodontics performed. Accept and sign the contract and apply for credit care. On 6/6/2019 it was the day for them to perform orthodontics and they told me that I need more treatment and maybe surgery because I have problems with my gums. Which I didn't believe them and above all I was disappointed and I talked to the financing girl and I told her to cancel the brakes which was $4150. On 6/29/2019 I went to the clinic to ask why they still hadn't refunded the money to credit care and she told me that it was already canceled and that it takes 2 weeks. I was not satisfied and asked to speak with the manager and it turns out that she had not even canceled the contract and she was insisting that I get another treatment which I rejected. The contract says that the cancellation is in writing and she told them to take a copy and they say that it is not necessary. It was agreed that I had to cancel the contract and the money would be refunded in 2 weeks and nothing to date. Please help me get my money back. Apart from all the terrible service.

This place is great! Nothing out of the ordinary. Front desk were able to answer any questions I had. I’ve been to some other dentist around the area and so far, this one was pretty good. A few minor things need to be addressed but who wouldn’t understand when it’s a full day of customers coming in and out. Highly recommend this place. Dental Hygienist was great! Her name is Aurica.

Always had an issue here my payments getting charged twice in one month , appointments getting scheduled and canceled with out any call/notice they ask to get here 15 min early and yet I still have to wait hrs to have my child seen !!! I was taking my son but one day they told me that he had 6 cavities in less than 6 months, I asked them to show me the cavities on the x-rays, they told me that supposedly they couldn't be seen because they were between the teeth. And of course I didn't believe them, I didn't sign anything. I went to another clinic and it turns out that I didn't have any cavities. It's been more than a year and the famous cavities still don't come out. I was so disappointed I realized they only wanted $$ and I didn't go back there. For some reason they have a low rating. Ps. No one has to force you to sign something that you do not agree to. They should take a second opinion.

Worst place ever me an my son had a appoiment mines wat at 9 n his at 11 they ended up callinh my son first and after they took his x rays they took about 1.5 hr to taje himto a room were they tied him up and rap him from his head to his feet it eas breakinh my heart seeing him like tht but wat i didnt like was wen they said u need to go wait in the front they dnt even let u stay with ur child (ps my son is 2 ) never ever going back tht torcher to a child... also on friday my husband went because he needed a treament on a tooth and they ended up saying he will have to pay 8 thousand dollar for the job wen my aunt who is a dentis said it should just cost 700 max... they just want ur money so pissed of honestly idk what they really do to the kids when they are in there alone im glad i left n didnt let them touch my kid ..
