Amazing Office very friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful and explained my insurance benefits. I’ve never had any issues with my treatment being billed out to my insurance. They worked out a payment plan for me. I will be definitely recommending this office to friends and family. Thank you to the staff who made my experience great!

Do not go to this office very fraudulent they will tell you that you are covered thru your insurance and next they will hit you with a bill. I got hit with a $859 bill after the insurance manager said it will cover now I'm responsible for a bill. And they told my wife that my kids cleaning was covered and we called the insurance and no it wasn't covered. So careful families. There insurance managers there are not well trained that's why they always hire new ones. I will also be filling a complaint to dental board of California and delta dental insurance. i am not the only one that's written a review like this.

I had an appointment and they didn't see me until 1 hour and 30 minutes later, and when they saw me they took photos and said they didn't have a room for cleaning and that I should wait longer. I waited 30 more minutes and got desperate and left. It was by appointment. I would understand if it's a walk-in, but then why do they make appointments if they're not going to have rooms available? What a Waste of time.

The staff and Doctor were awesome, and friendly. I was very much impressed by their most modern equipment I have never seen before (inner mouth image) . The office is new and very clean. Could not gps it but it is across from the new Fontana Amazon store. A child entered happily and the doctor acknowledged him kindly. I told my sister about it because she has a very special needs child, and I know they will take him with open arms and gentle care. I like female dentists because of their smaller hands and more gentle approach.

I was there because of an inconvenience and I made it clear to them that I did not want them to send any approval to my insurance because I was not going to be treated at their clinic. And they never took my decision into account and this has greatly delayed my treatment at my dentist. I'm upset because they do what's best for them.

I took my daughter here for dental work as she was having a tooth abscess. The staff was really nice and put my mind at ease. Prior to this visit I called around a few places to try to get my daughter in as she was in so much pain. With no hesitation west coast dental was able to get her in right away. Would totally recommend

I had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and kind, they made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The Dr, was Great and very professional. They put me at ease for someone who's scared of going to the dentist. Really enjoyed it there.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE – DISHONEST & FRAUDULENT PRACTICES This review is for West Coast Dental in Fontana, CA 92236. My wife and I are new customers here. She recently visited for an x-ray and was told by Dr. Weng that she needed a deep cleaning, followed by an antibiotic treatment. We were quoted $50 for the deep cleaning (after insurance deductible) and $280 for the antibiotics ($70 per quadrant). We paid $330 upfront, expecting these services to be performed the next day. However, when my wife returned for her appointment, the doctor did NOT perform a deep cleaning at all—there was no numbing, no scaling, no deep cleaning procedure whatsoever. She simply received a basic cleaning, which is a completely different and less intensive service. Even worse, NO antibiotics were applied, yet we were still charged for both the deep cleaning and the antibiotic treatment. When we asked for clarification, a staff member named Jackie contradicted the doctor and said my wife's gums didn’t actually need a deep cleaning. Then why did you charge us for one? Why did your doctor recommend and charge us for a treatment that was never performed? That’s not just a mistake—that’s dishonest and fraudulent. When I called to confront Jackie and asked directly whether or not a deep cleaning was done, she admitted that no deep cleaning or numbing had occurred. I asked why we were charged for it, and instead of addressing the issue, she told me I was “yelling” and hung up the phone on me. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This office lied, upcharged, and misrepresented what services were performed to both us and our insurance company. It’s dishonest, unethical, and quite frankly, fraudulent. I will be reporting this incident to Delta Dental Insurance and filing a formal complaint with the Dental Board of California. I will not let this go. Please do not go here. Protect yourself, your family, and your insurance from being taken advantage of.

I have had the worst luck with dentists since I moved out here in 1990! I can say, without a doubt, this is the best dental experience I have had. State of the art equipment, friendly and experienced staff,, clean sterile environment and no problem in getting an in a timely manner. I have finally found my dentist.

I really enjoyed my experience. The front desk girlies were super helpful. Offered me resources and answered all my questions. Dr. Mahta was very professional and respectful. Good with communication. They were very patient with me and my 3 littles one’s as we took up every inch of that room. Maria was our dental assistant and spoke to son like he was an adult. My son appreciated that.

I felt super rushed when I got my braces and the orthodontist was giving attitude.

The workers are friendly, but overall my experiences have leaned towards the negative side. My first visit, the dentist told me I'd need wisdom teeth extractions and a deep cleaning. On the day of my wisdom teeth appointment, that same dentist told me he couldn't do it and that I'd have to either pay $450 for each bone graph or reschedule with their specialist. I did neither and was upset at the fact I had requested unpaid time off for work for recovery and was left confused at why he didn't schedule me correctly during my first visit. The day of my deep cleaning the specialist called off and the cleaning was done with their regular dentist. Today, however, is what led me to leave a review. Today I went in at 8am for a post deep cleaning check up. When I got in the chair, they were under the assumption I was there for wisdom teeth removal. Once corrected, I was told they'd be back to continue with the appointment. I was left sitting for 35 minutes, I wasnt checked up on or updated on wait time not once. During which, I heard conversations on how they weren't busy at all and observed one worker just sitting on the phone. At about 8:50am, I finally just got up and left. It's unfortunate that each visit has had something go wrong one way or another as the location is very conveniently located to me. However, I will be looking for a new dentist, and suggest others do the same in favor of a place more reliable and consistent.

This place really needs to learn how to communicate. My sons ortho appt was scheduled and moved 2 times. Never got a call or email. Always call and verify the appt 2 days before the scheduled date. Other than that clean location.

When in with an emergency toothache and was seen right away, did an excellent job.Tock x rays all the way around to find the problem. Ended up having a hairline crack in my teeth that had impeded into my nerve.They were able to do an emergency procedure that actually Relieve the pain and gave me antibiotics for an infection. I definitely recommend anybody who's looking for a good dentist to please give them a try.You would be very satisfied with the results.

Worse service ever you get an appointment to have to wait and hour to be called back then when you get called back your now waiting 2-4 hours since they only have one dentist. Staff unprofessional when I was waiting for the dentist you can loudly hear staff on speaker phone disclosing social security and patient information on the phone that everyone can hear her speaking. That’s what really made me mad because you trust that your private information to be protected by any dental/doctor office just for them to be careless and someone can fraudulently steal your information since it’s being shared out loud. Be careful when they tell you that your insurance covers a service or procedure. They will later bill you for that same service that was allegedly told to you that it was going to be covered so you can agree to the service and get charged later. I tried to give this place chances but after my last visit and my family’s visit all resulted the same I’m done with this place.

Best dentist to treat kids they did a excellent job and helped my dougher so much she was in pain and we walked out so happy they made her feel at home comfortable will definitely bring her back

Always so great being seen by the team and Dr at this office. Just had my wisdom tooth removal and it was so quick and easy!! The dr always does his best to make sure I’m not in pain. The team in the office are always so nice and so helpful in answering my questions about my coverage. 10/10 the best dentist Ive ever encountered.

This is the first time I write a review but I wanted to share my experience with this dental office. I do not recommend them because they are unprofessional, staff seems to be not very knowledgeable and the service I was to received never got done. If you are able to go to a different dental office go ahead and do so.

First of all I want to thank the staff for being extremely helpful and answering all my questions I had! Very clean environment and the wait time was not long at all! Just moved to fontana and couldn’t find a good dentist and a friend recommended me to West coast! The best in town!

Dr joon was wonderful with my son took his time removing 2 teeth give good care of his patients .receptionist really nice and help you good costumer service the problem is that they don't specialize in kids even when I call them I ask them iwant a pediatric specialist they new in the area and dont have a specialist ,only do regular anesthesia with needle for kids no other options they are short in staff so took a few hours just for xray and removing 2 teeth ..

My first time here I met the two front desk girls (Kimberly & Aurora) they were very welcoming helpful and polite to me. Doctor Joon was very welcoming as well and actually took the time to explain my treatment in detail not only did I get this great experience being my first time here but they definitely made me feel part of the west coast family. I just had an exam and teeth cleaning from Dr. Joon. It was GREAT Dr. Joon was gentle and kind, his staff Valerie, Brenda and other staff I didn't catch their names were friendly and professional! My husband and 7 year old son came last week and they also loved the Dr. Thank you see you on the 30th

Very clean office and staff was overall friendly. Other than that though, it was a disorganized mess. We had new patient exam and cleaning appointments for our 3 children, 1 was at 3pm the other 2 at 4pm. We were there for 3 hours!!!!! They gave X-rays to one child who was not supposed to have them even after 2 phone calls before hand, emailed records from her 2 previous dentist and my reminding them at check in. They took it off the bill yet the point wasn’t the cost but rather the unnecessary exposure. We will return for the one filling needed yet unless we see a complete change in operations will seek a different practice for future needs.

Be aware! Scammers This place Never completed my root canal still causing pain, they completed my root canal without having proper product to complete it. Never prescribed me medication for infection or pain that i had and i have to get a 2nd opinion for my infection. I kept calling the office to finish it and they kept telling me they still did not have the product to complete it. A month passed by and I called again and they scheduled me a appt. The day before my appt I called to confirm since they did not call me and they told me my appt was canceled because the.y were closed because the Dr was out on a emergency. But i passed by the next day to see it fully running. Then they are charging my insurance for service I never received. Save yourself and go somewhere else
