Today's follow-up visit for dental maintenance cleaning, brother was still treated within a few minutes, despite a 20-minute late arrival (due to no fault of his own). Staff team members are courteous and businesslike toward their patients. Dental office is clean and tidy. CCTV volume could be a bit lower so as not to cause undue noise stress to those in the wait area. Dr Wassif explained planned bridge procedure as assisted by dental technicians.

this place is a scam & full of scammers!! they tried to tell me I had gum disease and tooth decay going on so they proceeded to do work on me. none of what they were doing to me the day I went in was explained or why. the doctor nor staff explain what is going on with you truthfully. they lady who gives the estimates on your treatment plan will tell you one thing & tell you to sign up for credit care to pay for your plan since it’s going to be so much. I went back home to my original dentist & they asked the west coast dental office(baldwin park) for my xrays to show my dentist. They said I needed to pay $25 dollars for them to send over MY xrays. They said it’s their policy but everyone at my original dentist said they have never heard of a dentist office doing that. So I just ended up taking new ones. My original dentist and he said I have none of what they told me. My teeth are in perfect condition. All I needed was a clean up.

I don’t like it here! Especially for the fact that they try to make you wait in front well your child is back there alone! Red flag big time! Anyone with medical la care, should call and change your office to Baldwin Park Dental Center. They are very honest and parents can go back with child with no issues!!! Just looking at the reviews they never replied to negative feedback asking what they can do better because they are scammers and unprofessional.

Today I had an appointment for a deep cleaning at 9:00 am, they attended to me until 10:20 am The doctor who attended to me is not at all professional, he has no experience, my gums were very sore and bleeding, I've had cleanings done before and it doesn't hurt that much, he doesn't treat you with professionalism, I don't recommend it to anyone, they should have experienced staff and not people who don't love their jobs, I will not return to this place again

I don't recommend this dentist for anyone. I took my daughter there for a check up. Dentist said she had abrasions and my insurance did not cover it. They said it would be 700 dollars to do fix the top teeth. So I made an appointment and when we got there, they said oh, now it's going to be 1000 dollars to fix the top. So I paid the 1000 dollars. After I paid the girl who does the financing told me, ok now you'll be paying payments. She said the payments were going to be 157 dollars every 27th of the month. And that the payments would be taken from my bank account. So I said ok and made our next appointment to fix the bottom teeth. When we arrived for our next appointment, they told us it's going to be another 1000 dollars to do the bottom. So I asked them if I paid the 1000 dollars to fix the top and they wanted another 1000 dollars to fix the bottom then that pays out all in full. So my question was to them was, if I'm paying it all in full then what are the monthly payments for???? They had no answer. I believe these people are con artists. Our first appointment was at 11:00 am. We did not leave until 4:00 pm. That's ridiculous. 1 of the girls that was cleaning my daughter's teeth told us she does not like working there and we should go to another dentist. Stay away from this dentist.

First time there and as a lot have mentioned in their own personal reviews ….my gosh they do take a very long time! My appointment was at 1 o’clock and was seen at the time of my appointment but was out of there at 5! had to get dental work done for a broken tooth but my gosh that was definitely not a good experience. Seems like the dentist are always back and forth with their members. The dentist and employees were very nice though. Will be going back again soon hopefully i have a much better experience.

Avoid paying the copayment at the office, tell them to mail you the bill. The amount they tell you is just an estimate and not the exact payment you need to make. They often give false information about what you are supposed to pay, and if you overpay, they do not refund the extra amount. Or they might send the refund to the wrong address to avoid paying you back. These people seem to be in dire need of money, and such businesses usually end up shutting down eventually (which is deserved).

I'm not sure what happened to my old review of a year ago. As I was talking to my friend about this place. They lied that I had cavities and other issues. I took my paper work to another dentist and they said I had non of what was stated on the paper work.

The service they say is not as they explain it to you, this dental clinic is rubbish. I, for one, do not recommend it. They are good at charging you nothing, but the service is terrible. I have never had such a horrible experience as the one I had. I hope people see this and do not go to those sleazy people. I don't understand how they still have clients.

I was a new patient, came in for a walk-in cleaning/routine check-up, and it was a wonderfully streamlined process! I never got the names of the ladies at reception, but they were quick & helpful. I saw Dr. Wassif — who was upfront/honest during our consultation, and never made me feel like I was being sold something I did not need. That being said, the reason for my review is to commend the experience I had with Cher, my dental hygienist. She was wonderfully compassionate, mindful of my being tongue-tied, and accommodated for my limitations due to my anatomy. On top of that, she took the time to explain their reasoning for different procedures & their costs, and gave me the opportunity to ask questions & choose the best care plan for myself. During a routine exam, the majority of your time is spent with the technician, and Cher made it so you didn’t feel like you were losing out on any experience. It’s hard to find a good dental office— given this experience, I will definitely be back.

I brought my daughter in for a cleaning and discovered she has cavities. The dentist said she will be referred to another specialist elsewhere and cannot provide cleaning. Then the office manager came and said my daughter doesn't need to go to an outside specialist and can see their in house specialist on 6/15. It was very unprofessional to receive conflicting information AND my daughter wasn't unable to get her cleaning from the original appointment. It was a complete waste of time to take my daughter out of school and taking time off from my work to accomplish NOTHING! I've had several bad experiences in the past year and this was the last chance I was going to give to this office but I'm definitely taking the business elsewhere after yesterday's experience.

Bad customer service. No one to talk to for post op indications regarding my daughter's surgery. No one called us to check up on us as if nothing happened and alot did happen! My daughter said she was treated really bad by the Dental assistant during her surgery and they didn't care that they were hurting her even though my daughter let them know as they indicated to notify them if she was in pain to raise her hand and they had NO respect for it! Til this day she cannot open her jaw because it is very painful. Awful service. I called to ask questions and the office told me they were gone and had no answers for me. Til this day no one has called me back.

Appointments don't mean anything. We had an 11am appointment, and it is now 11:34 as I am writing this review, and we still have not been seen, or called, or anything. People have work, people make other appointments in the day. The point of making an appointment, is to be seen At the APPOINTED TIME! The last time we came, "the doctor had an emergency", and everyone in the waiting room had to be rescheduled! Taking unpaid time off work for a dental appointment, only for it to be cancelled, and then you have to take another unpaid day off work! Go elsewhere!

$400 for medication to use during deep cleaning when $4 antibiotic would do the same think supposedly doctor recommended. $3300 for unnecessary bone graft not to mention evev a regular tooth extraction is called surgical tooth removal and charge more. My husband is not one to go to the dentist because of previous experiences but going WCD was one of the best experience he’s had….. the staff were courteous they made him feel comfortable….the doctor came in and spoke to him, up front not being around the bush… and also courteous, made him feel comfortable…also spoke to an financial assistant, talked about the different options that he can get. Unfortunately I’m one of those people that wait till the last minute when it comes to visiting a Dentist. I was in so much pain from a broken tooth. So I ended up setting up an appointment. Dr Wassif was awesome he was able to see how nervous I was, And kindly said don’t worry about it with the technology and equipment we have you won’t feel a thing. He was right for the most part, I didn’t feel pain! He was able to extract the broken tooth and do a deep cleaning. I hate deep cleanings I use to go to Dr Maos office and I would be in pain for two weeks. With Dr Wassif he’s not so aggressive and he gets the job done. His assistant Jasmine was awesome! She made me feel like everything was going to be ok. Jasmine is a sweet heart that’s for sure, and she works real good with Dr Wassif they make an awesome team! I Highly recommend Dr Wassif and Jasmine! Thank you West Coast Dental! I’m feeling a lot better thanks to you guys!

Staff are very rude! Its does not matter whether or not you have an appointment. The waiting room is so crowded that there are pople sitting on the floor. You are sure to be waiting in the over crowded waiting room for over an hour. I had an appointment and they rescheduled my appointment 3 times. They are unorganized and very rude. They can cancel an appointment last minute but they want to charge you $25 for every time you miss an appointmet. Blows my mind.

Got my surgery canceled 2 times. They didn't give me a call ahead of time and told me once I was already here. The third time I came, they tried to cancel again after I waited 2 hours in the waiting room.This place has no consideration for my time and the team is super disorganized. They all told me different reasons for why it was canceled last time. Update: it got canceled a third time after waiting another 2 hours. I was writing this review while i thought i was finally going to get taken care of. Apparently my insurance made a mistake but with all of these mess ups, it makes me wonder. The office is somewhat responsible for not realizing this earlier instead of making me wait over 2 hours and missing a class.

This dental office is awful. My daughter sees the Ortho here. They’ll have changed her appointment twice since Oct of 2021 without notifying us until we've arrived at the office. When she is seen for an appointment, we have to wait over 2 hours in the waiting room even though we were on time because they booked 4 appointments simultaneously. She has had a loose bracket for over a month. We had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, and on her appointment date, they canceled her appointment without letting us know. The front desk then gives her another appointment 3 weeks out. Un expectable. This is a negligent office, and I will transfer my daughter's care to a different Ortho.

I got a root canal and crown and the replacement dentist didn’t even put my crown in correctly so I had to go back again to get it surgically removed and replaced. Just for this one simple procedure I went in 5 times! That’s 5 days of work missed. Wait times are long, way to long! You guys schedule too many patients and don’t have enough rooms/ X-ray technicians. Disorganized and not very knowledgeable if your dentist can’t even do a crown right! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My first time here and I was a new patient, my appointment was for 12:30, arrived 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and when I was finally seen around an HOUR later I had X-rays and teeth polished but the dentist saw me basically for 2 minutes. They then told me that I needed to wisdom teeth extracted, mainly because I wanted braces and recommended me to get them removed so I scheduled a consultation. When I go there for my consultation, they then told me that I NEED to take my wisdom teeth out even though I have no pain and said that I would start feeling pain soon. They pressured me by asking how I would like to pay and that the procedure would be $1,500?!? I asked them to reschedule but they were persistent to make me schedule an appointment, I told them to give me time and basically insinuated that I need to get them out and pressured me to schedule the appointment. I finally said that I would give them a call and left, and changed dentists!

It seems they have found a loophole regarding what medi-cal covers and doesn't cover. I went in last November with full x-rays and a pain in my tooth. I never heard back from them at all regarding my teeth. 2 weeks ago, I cracked my back molar. I went in Tuesday, the 13of April, 2021, to deal with this extreme pain. I was never told my tooth was infected by the doctor at all! It wasn't until I had to talk to the financial advisor, that she had to go leave her office and talk to the doctor, because she feels there must be some kind of infection. So she comes back in and says oh you have a really bad infection, you're going to need a bone graft and medical doesn't cover that. That'll cost you $450. So because I did not want to do the bone graft and only wanted to pull the tooth, now I have to wait a whole another month for the oral surgeon to come in, just because I didn't want to pay the $450. They scammed my wife out of the same thing and they'll scam you too if you come here. I was sitting in the waiting room, and there was a woman fortunate enough to have her daughter there to ask questions because she didn't speak English. Her magical number was $450 also that medical didn't cover. Something needs to be done with this financial director there, this is ridiculous and unethical.

Took my 3 year old daughter for her first dentist appointment yesterday. We sat waiting in the dental chair for 2 hours. My poor 3 year old was getting restless being stuck in the chair on my lap for so long. Nobody ever came to say we will be with you or anything. After 2 hours we just walked out and left. I know I’m not the only person who has a life and things to do. If you schedule a customer for a specific time then take care of them at that time! Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Wish I could give 0 stars. I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere.

So far they done a good job. The dentist is awesome, but they’re not organized. Like what’s the point of making an appointment if they’re not gonna see you at that specific time. They’ll see you one hour later. Sometimes they’ll call you that you have an appointment, but don’t even tell you for what and when you go it was something that already has been done. It happens to me once that I got my wisdom teeth removed and then a month later they called me I have another appointment, but they didn’t know for what, so I went and it was for my wisdom teeth removal, which it was already been done. Like I woke up really early for nothing.I will give them 5 starts if they were more organized.

I was not going to post, but they kept emailing me to do so. The problem with this office is Customer Service. We had a quick check orthodontics appointment at 12:00. Due to COVID, we had to wait outside, which I was totally fine with. They never gave anyone any estimate, never peeked outside to at least acknowledge our discomfort and assure us we will be taken care of. We were not seen until 01:38, and out at 01:45... If any staff came outside, they walked nervously past us hoping to not make eye contact as everyone was on high stress. This office has never learned that good customer service can relieve the tension customers can feel in these situations. I have addressed and complained to the manager and Corporate, but no change.

I will admit that even with an appointment I still do wait a long time in the waiting room before being seen so make sure you always have extra time to be there but Dr.Gustavo is amazing and extremely kind with you and always helps me when needed. Annie (not sure if I’m correct in her name or spelling) is also amazing. So so kind, thoughtful, supportive and gentle with you, always has my best interest.

Waiting for your actual appointment time is always more than 30 minutes. They switch out Orthodontist all the time so you never see the same one for a period of 6 months. With that being said, everytime we see a new dentist its always more time with braces and more work. My son is going on 5 years with braces. Ridiculous not happy at all

I have been coming to this dentist office for a few years now but today's appointment knocked it out of the ball park for me and my kids. From the assistants to the dentist, everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Kuddos to Brian who took the time to talk to my kids and really explain the importance about brushing and flossing their teeth. He was great! I would have given it a 5 starts but I brought it down a point just because we were there longer than I would have liked. They were quick at getting my kids xrayed but the transition from regular dentist to consultation with the orthodontist who was also wonderful was a bit long. All in all we were there about 2 hours, 2 kids, 2 cleanings and what not. We really enjoyed our experience there today and hope that every visit is as good if not better than today.

They made my babies feel comfortable! I took my babies too two dentist before them they didn’t like it. I brought them here they loved it! My kids loved how the Interact with them , and get to know them before they do anything. Maria in the front was really sweet and helpful. She answer all my questions. The doctor was also really sweet to my kids! I love how she talks to them and makes them feel at home. I would Recommend to anyone who’s looking for a dentist

Anny ( a short asian lady with glasses ❤️ ) she WAS THE ONLY ONE out of her 3 appts and 10 trys at the xray machine to get my daughter to get xrays in her first try . My daughter is autistic and she has a hard time with being told what to do . She is wonderful with listening and getting down to kids levels . SHE HAD HER WAY :) and made it happen !! she made her do the xray (yes it was longer than normal but it was something ill never forget ) which im still so ecstatic about !! It was amazing . She was amazing . 10 out of 10 she knows what it takes when ur child just need more help getting to do regular appt check ups ??? If i could give a negative 3 star I would. I don’t think this dental ofc truly knows the meaning of great service. they are just after your money and make you wait for a long time to get what you wish they would give you. I had booked a check up and cleaning appt 3 wks in advance for a Saturday 9am appt for my 7 yr old son and my husband. It was Saturday morning folks so we all woke up late. My husband and son skipped bfast so they won’t be late for their 9am appt. 12:00 pm had past and they were still not home so I called my husband. I got furious when he mentioned he was still on the chair waiting to be finished but my son was already done. I mean, 3 hours and they are still not done? That’s f***ing insane! I furiously called and talked to 2 people (lady in the front and the manager) in their ofc. I got more upset when at the end of the conversation they told me to directly call the corporate ofc if I have complains. WTF! This just means this manager can’t even handle all the appointments they make and she can’t do what is right for this office to make sure the patients doesn’t wait that long. I hanged up on the manager coz she can’t fool me. My son hasn’t eaten breakfast and don’t tell me he would miss his lunch too. My husband came home at 12:30pm and told me THEY had to come back the following week. He mentioned “they” so that means including my son. What?! Before I answer why, I just need to say the ofc had only 1 dentist in their that’s why it took them so long. Grrrr! Thisnis why we make appts. right so the ifc could tell how many dentists they need. Duh! Going, the reason THEY need to go back is Because first, they haven’t started anything in his teeth, only x ray was done. Second, they only did cleaning and not polishing yet to my son’s teeth. Wow! that took 3.5 hrs!!! On top of that, he had to PREpay $150 out of his own pocket for a cleaning to remove plaque. This type of cleaning is in between regular and deep cleaning in which both by the way are covered by our insurance. but with this other kind of cleaning they were suggesting, it is not covered by our insurance so we have to pay outnof our own pocket. I was dumbfounded when I heard this. Not sure if my husband wasn't thinking well enough to book another appt and to prepay them. (that’s a different issue). ***. If you are still a patient or planning to come here, I beg of you to go find another dental office. the one that has a better rating too. Shorter waiting too. This is a corporate structured type of office that only wants your money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL OFFICE! After their next appt (which is tomorrow), we are definitely not coming back. And don’t you ever do something wrong in their teeth!

Ridculous service They said my mom needed a root canal. After paying for the crown they were unable to finish the root canal they were suppose to find a endodontist to finish the work. Unable to get a response from them in how long it will take to find one. They will not return any phone calls back so I can get an update stating that there system was down and they couldn't make any phone calls out yet they can receive incoming calls. Doesn't make sense at all. And I even told them that. I called them 3 times in a week and they could have mentioned that they were having problems. Instead they just kept saying the person I needed to speak to is away from her desk she will call you back later. So basically after receiving the $ I am now waiting for them to finish the job. I went a week ago 4/13/19 and they said it could take til a month to find an endodontist.. It is now 5/20 and I have yet to receive our refund. You are very quick to take the money but not good enough to return the refund.

Today 4/3/19 I walked in to pay for my replacement retainer which I accidently sat on last week. I signed in and had a seat. I noticed the receptionist didn’t’ have a name tag. As I waited to be called in I walked over to the desk and asked a doctor if she thought my teeth would shift during the waiting period since it would take 2 weeks for my replacement retainer to be ready for pickup. She stated they shouldn’t shift since my braces have already been off for about 2 years. I explained to her how in the beginning when my retainers where ordered the first time around my teeth shifted noticeably due to the staff member taking inaccurate impressions of my top teeth. I really wanted to avoid that from happening again. The last time that happened I had to pay them $500 extra dollars to put the braces back on until my teeth became straight again. They called this an extended treatment, but anyways let’s fast forward to my visit today 4/3/19. I was called in from the waiting room and was given an assigned dental chair to sit on. After waiting a couple of minutes one of the staff members stopped by and really didn’t know what exactly I was there for. Once she asked around and actually read the work order she went over to another room to prepare the pudding they use to get your teeth impressions. Keep in mind nobody so far has introduced themselves, not even the orthodontist. When the lady came back she stuffed the gel in my mouth without warning or instruction. I’ve done this before, but for a new patient setting the expectation of what you will be experiencing during this phase would really help keep your cool and not feel like you’re being suffocated. This staff member walked away and came back about a minute later to pull out the pudding from my mouth. She then called the orthodontist and asked if she wanted to come over and check out the impressions, sadly the orthodontist reply was “no”. The staff member then said, I was finished and that I could go rinse my mouth. The customer experience at this location has really gone down. I’m using this platform to share areas I believe they can improve on. Receptionist She plays a major role in this operation. As the receptionist you have the power to make a guests feel welcome. You’re the first person who comes in contact with the clients which means you’re the face of the business/brand. Your attitude and overall demeanor can cause the business to lose lots of money. I asked the receptionist if she would print out an itemized receipt of what I was paying for. She completely forgot to print this receipt, so before I left the office I did had to remind her about the request I had made earlier. Also, when booking clients for their next appointment it would be nice if you take an extra 30 seconds to share the slots that are avaible for the next visit versus just telling your clients when their next appointment will be. Orthodontist We interacted several times. You made me feel like I was just another number. You didn’t take a moment to introduce yourself. When your staff member asked you if you wanted to check my impressions your answer was “no”. This really bothered me since I took the time to inform you about my previous experience in how the last time around my impressions were inaccurate and that this was a big concern for me. I truly understand you have many clients to tend to, but one thing that really kept me coming back to this office is the warm memorable interaction I had with the previous orthodontists. As you recall I asked you for your name at the very end. Don’t be an educated stranger. Be the orthodontist patients recommend. People come to you for a solution. You’re assistants see you as a leader. Dr. Susan Bae I hope this review sparks a conversation that reaches corporate, so that positive changes can be implemented and put into daily practice.

Staff is very calm and caring. They assisted my mother, who is elderly. She couldn't have found any other dental location that was so attentive and sweet natured as the staff here. Her comfort was their main concern. She had two teeth pulled. And is doing well. Thank you Western Dental of Baldwin Park. They are located at corner of Ramona Blvd and La Rica Ave in Baldwin Park. UPDATE: my mom passed 4 wks later. She should have consulted with her medical doctor before any dental procedures. For seniors check with medical doctor first before any dental work. I don't care what the dentist says. That's what our mistake was. My mom's lil body got too stressed from the dental procedure. I asked for a periodontal to see my mom they said it wasn't needed. Like hell...look now. She is gone.

This has to be one of the worst places ever. I found it funny that every kid that went in there was told the same as my kid. They need brace's, and bite plate etc, etc... I finally ended up going to another dentist because one dentist said his braces can come off and one said in 6months...in my case I think they just wanted to milk my insurance. Go somewhere else cause these guys are a joke

What Star?
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lee who works for West Coast Dental for about a year now. Today I came in for my retainer adjustment. Unfortunately, I was seen by a random doctor. This doctor did not bother to introduce himself. Personally I find it very uncomfortable to have a total stranger pull a retainer out of my mouth. I told him how my two teeth were being pushed out. In a dry tone he said he could do nothing about it. Already feeling skeptical about this new guy I asked him why have my visits been scheduled out so far and what happened to my previous doctor? I waited for his reply, and he said nothing. He just stared at me. I asked him if was going to answer my question. His reply was, “what question”? At this point I got off the chair and conveyed my experience with the manager at the desk. Dr. Chen is not fit for this field of work. My experience today was nothing pleasant.

Came to this dentistry 2 years ago and the dentist, Dr. Amir Hematti, treated me indifferently and told more than 1 of my teeth were bad and needed treatment. Finance manager Mike then entered the room and told me that due to my teeth I would overall pay close to $7,500 for the treatments. I told him I could not afford it and he then informed me that they offer a "special" plan in which I could pay it all off within 3 years, costing around $300 - $400 per month. After hearing all this, I declined, went to a second dentist, and got another opinion. The dentist told me I only needed 2 root canals and it cost way less than what was offered at this West Coast Dental. From my experience as well as other reviews, I can see I'm not alone in my views for this dentistry. I definitely will not be returning here. They are lucky no one has even filed a lawsuit yet for any pain or financial distress that they may have caused, or to have even faced consequences for any lawsuit that may have been filed.

This place is receiving two stars because the doctors/assistants were terrible, but the front desk people were unbelievably friendly and great. This was my first time here and I came in for a cleaning. The guy taking my x-rays asked me if I ever considered braces and I told him no because I honestly never did. My previous dentists never brought it up and I don't have terribly unaligned teeth. I brushed it off, but then when I finally sat down in the chair, two more people (one assistant and one hygienist) asked me again if I ever considered braces and I said no, and while their hands were in my mouth, they were talking passive-aggressive about my teeth to one another. Then the assistant told me, "well anyway, you have nice teeth, but they would look great if they were actually straight." What the hell? When the dentist finally looked at my teeth, he looked at the x-rays first and then said "wow, such happy teeth." I took it as a compliment and smiled and then he said, "they're such happy teeth because they're growing in every direction." I legitimately was about to stand up from my chair and walk out from there. What kind of dentistry is this? He filled out my form and before cleaning my teeth, the receptionist came in and told me what they had put me for. They said they were going to put in some fillings since I had some cavities (which the dentist didn't tell me about because I didn't know that I had cavities?), then I needed some sealants, and that they were going to get in contact with my insurance to see how much was covered for my cleaning. I asked how much the sealants were, and I was glad I did because the receptionist told me that it wasn't covered by my insurance and that it was going to cost me $200 then and there. I told them I didn't want it and she didn't fight me and just crossed it off the form. Again, the receptionist were the only nice people there. When I finished, the dentist walked off and the assistant was like "okay, done!" It was so abrupt, I didn't know what was happening. I asked her again, "oh, I'm done?" And she was nice and said yes. But that was it! They didn't tell me how long I was supposed to wait before eating or any after care procedures. I definitely won't be coming back here. They signed me up for stuff I didn't want, didn't tell me about things I needed to know, and all they did was made me feel terrible. They're in it for the money.

waiting for one hour to check up, the dentist do not provide basis cleaning for your teeth, but charge the dental plan expensive check up so, I think he can still earn money in this way. I will never go to him again because he was trying to talk to me into expensive plan that he was interested and not listening to my concerned. Then I end up wasting two hours inside the office for nothing.

This places is OK. Some staff are friendly and some aren't. When I first came to WCD I had bad experience with receptionist. Also witness bad customer service with manager speaking loudly to a patient in lobby. The wait is long.. 1hr waiting room and another in chair. With kiddos I once was there 4hrs. Doctors are good. Simply stated: Don't come here. Ortho: Only available Monday's which they fail to mention when visiting and then you're locked in. Appointments are terrible. General: Be ready to wait 3 hours regardless of an appointment. Overall: Save your sanity. The staff varies wildly between unprofessional to really nice. The overall service is unbelievable, in an appalling way.

I had to waited 2 hours in the lobby and I had to waited additional 50 minutes in the chair. However, the actual work only took 10 minutes. When I complained to the girls in the front desk, they said "next time, I have to wait another hour". Instead of apologize for keeping me waiting, they were being very rude. Another word their customer service is terrible and also their price is expensive. Overall, I don't recommend going there to get your dental work.

My appt was for 1pm and I didn't get called in until 248pm to be seated on the chair then I still waited another 52 mins until I seen the dentist and finally start to work on me. I simply came in for a crown and it felt like forever ! When I complained to the front desk all they said was they're short on staff. I understand that but at least inform people don't wait to 2 hrs until someone complains. Very poor service, make sure it's your day off and don't have any plans for the day. I didn't leave the facility until 351pm

My dental insurance recommended me West Coast Dental in Baldwin Park. After coming here, I was disappointed and shocked to learn that root canal procedures would amount up to nearly $7,500! But, don't worry: according to Mike the Finance Manager, you can sign, or have someone cosign, the payments for up to 3 or 5 years! The lenders will go after the cosigner instead of you! Oh, how terrific! Not! Seriously, no disrespect to this dentistry, but get a second opinion. For some reason, this dentistry seems to charge twice or 3x the price of regular dental procedures. I'm confident you'll find a dentistry that will perform a procedure just as well or better and for a substantially lower price. Because of this, I don't think I will want to come back here.

what a disgusting story. Is this dentist really in the U.S? they took the payment with full price to me even I have talked with them couple of times about my insurance plan. they didn't notice me my plan doesn't cover my payment until they ask me for money. whatever what do I ask. the only say you have to pay today. I checked with my insurance company and also West Coast Dental customer service. Both of them say I suppose to get the discount. everyone's face looks their dog dead since first second I got in till out.

Doctors were excellent advisors as well as their assistants the only issue I had was the office manager named Mike I think he just didn't like the fact that I was a female if you know what I mean .I waited at least 40 MN for him to help me with prices at the end he wasn't still helpfully with process he said "just add the prices and you'll gym your total "in a bad tone of voice that made me feel uncomfortable I was only asking for 2 items he gave me a big list. Prices are really high. If you don't have insurance. Or unless someone he didn't quote me right I felt he tried to rush me out . The rest of the team were great!

I'd give them no stars if possible, they don't submit or follow up with your insurance for dental treatment that is needed. Staff is rude and Mike the manager just tells you what you want to hear to cover their offices ass. I'd never go there.

West coast Dental of Baldwin Park is a great dental office. Dr. Amir and his assistant Liz were very professional. He is very gentle and is a perfectionist. He cares for patients as if they are his family. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Office is very clean and high technology. I feel so comfortable every time I go there. I have found a great dentist and will refer all my friends and families there. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone!

One of the worst experiences I have to face with...horrible and unfriendly group of dentists you will ever encountered...when they want you to pay or select a plan for your treatment, they are all smiley and kind to you, but when you want your money back, good luck...they are working as a snail pace to get it done for you which is why I am still waiting for mine after 3 weeks...and I had just been told that after all the deductions, I won't be getting my full refund back...what a big surprise!!!...since all my treatments were suppose to be covered by my insurance...I only pay if I would use a specialist which I decided not to...please save yourself some frustration, go somewhere else.
