Completely horrible experience! This nightmare has been going on for a week! Went in to get a root canal and got 3. No one mentioned that antibiotics and pain meds were prescribed so had pain and swelling for 2 days. When we finally got the meds got an allergic reaction the the antibiotics face was so swollen eyes were barley visible and body full of hives. Called to get the meds switched and was assured it would be done. Went to pick up the new meds just so they can tell us there was nothing ordered and because it was a Saturday I was with out meds until Monday. Made an emergency appointment to get seen. Went in and tell me why all temporarys were pulled out and they attempted to put in the permanentes just to tell me they didnt match! They only had 2 in the system because "SOMEONE" didnt put in that 3 were done. Temps were then put back. Everyone is such in a rush they forget customers on hold,to put in prescriptions and what work they did on a patient.

Very bad experience. I live in Hemet and it is 20 minutes from my house and when I take my children they always make me wait a long time, more than 1 hour always and other times they change the appointment day, I have to come back another day to be seen.

(Adults & Kids) Doctors and some of the assistants are extremely rude and inconsiderate ( getting frustrated when I can’t understand them with their mask on and accent ? , not listing when I said I can still feel everything, not listening when I say i’m in pain)Multiple times I have came in and they have been confused with my chart, Assistant says one thing Doctor says another. I have waited close to an hour AFTER my appointment time and have just been unhappy with services provided here. My kids have had a good experience thankfully.

Always somewhat late to service me. Went to my appointment today at 8am, didn’t get served until 8:55 on an empty Saturday morning, just a little inconvenient.

I wish I could give no stars at all. This is the worst location and dentist ever. Horrible front desk service I kept receiving txt reminder with 2 different appt time. I went to the office 15 min early and I got in 30 min later then my time I was like okay it happen but waiting more than 1hr sitting on the freaking chair waiting for the horrible hygienist to come in and then after 1.5 hr she came saying oh are you with me you are under dr scheduled and she doesn’t know if she should do my cleaning or no that is horrible. You guys are pooor in your mind you are so limited who ever give you this license and make you dr is horrible I’m sure you cheated big time to finish this school and become a Hygienist or dr. If I came to this horrible location because of dr George he is the best but the facility it self is the worst. You are the poorest, lowest and cheapest facility ever. Dr George must leave this place and has his own place and leave this place to those poor dr and hygienist

Extremely disappointed with this office. Frustrated to the point that I’ve come here to express my concerns because it’s been over a month trying to speak to the office directly & yet no response. Initially I thought everyone was friendly. I even brought my son, sister & mom to this office. Only for my family to experience problems with work they received & constantly having billing problems. Once I received my root canal I constantly had problems with it. After multiple returns to fix it I went to a different dentist & endodontist with both confirming my root canal was done on the wrong tooth. I’ve contacted their office to speak to a manager 3 times to express my concern that this even happened & have yet to speak to them because “they are in a meeting and will get back to me”. This office just feels like they are trying to do any work to your teeth to get money out of you.

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the service at this clinic. I invested a significant amount of money for crowns, and the quality is shockingly poor. The color is dull and grayish, the surface is rough, one of my canines protrudes unnaturally, and a front tooth was done incorrectly — something even their own doctor admitted after an X-ray. The patient care is equally unacceptable. Appointments are meaningless here — I was scheduled for 10 AM but wasn’t seen until 12 PM, and each visit dragged on for 6-7 hours because they kept prioritizing other patients while I waited alone in the treatment room. Three months later, I am still in pain and had to return, yet I feel completely neglected. There is a total lack of responsibility and genuine patient care. I trusted this clinic with my health and my smile, and I was severely let down. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for quality or professionalism.

I hate to do this but this is my experience. I was a new patient here and my first experience wasn’t the best so I decided to give them a second chance and it was just as bad as the first time. The wait time is horrible!! I went in as a new patient with my husband and had to walk out without a cleaning due to the wait time. I understand first appointments are lengthy but we sat there with no communication or update on the wait time for the cleaning so we left. I then scheduled a month or so later for just a cleaning and arrived around 9:53, my appt was at 10 and once again there was no communication as far as them running behind or no update on when i would be called back. I left at 10:30 because I had another appointment to go to. There was a sign saying they had a staff shortage which I understand because I worked in the dental field for 8 plus years but please respect my time just as I do for my appointment. If being short staff is an issue then don’t schedule so many appointments at once or at least spread them out throughout the day. I will definetly not be returning.

10/10 recommend, we had a wonderful experience here, we were treated so well. My 8 year old who’s on the spectrum gets and very nervous about the dentist had a great experience. They were patient with him and explained everything as they went to allow him to be more comfortable. Martha and Dr.Saba were both amazing!

Great experience from beginning to end. I was seen for X-rays within 15 min of my appt time. Jesus was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Dr. Georgi explained their work I needed to have done, which us what I expected I needed. A Previous dentist at a different practice tried to get me to take out a few of my fillings and get root canals & crowns because they would “need to be done eventually”, even though I had no pain or discomfort in those teeth. Dr. Georgi did NOT mention any unnecessary procedures and assured me that if I had no pain or discomfort in said teeth, there was no work that needed to be done. He was very thorough and I felt extremely confortable in his care. A care coordinator came in after Dr. Georgi saw me (forgot her name), but she was also very thorough in explaining the costs of what I needed done and suggested I only do what was priority at the time. I needed an extraction with bone graft, bridge, and crown. My total came out to 1960 for everything after insurance (dentical). She offered a couple of financing options, but I already had care credit so I was prepared. I got the extraction done the same day and it was very fast. No pain or discomfort during the procedure and again, Dr. Georgi and Jesus made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. I am going to bring in my 3 kids next, two of which are autistic and usually “difficult” during dental exams.

I am forever grateful for this place! I had an emergency root canal the day after Christmas and the Dr and Staff took such good care of me! They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Thank you thank you thank you!

I would have to agree with most the reviews here as you have to wait extremely long for easy services of dental work. I’ve had to wait over two hours to get my teeth cleaned. And I had an early appointment in the morning. Another thing concerns me as they do not reply to any of these reviews? That has to concern me so obviously they just want your money and they don’t really care about what you think.

My family and I recently moved to French Valley and my 21yo and I decided to "take one for the team" and try out the dental office closest to our new home before transferring the rest of our family over to a new dental office. Boy am I glad we did - we saved my husband and 2 other young adults a lot of time and our family a lot of money. First off, the pros: the front desk staff greeted us promptly and politely. They had apparently texted us each a link to complete histories ahead of time, but we didn't get them. We filled out the paperwork in the office and then sat...and sat...and sat. We didn't get called back to be seen for x-rays and by the hygienists for at least 45 minutes. My x-ray tech was quick and kind, though they took far more x-rays than necessary for a simple new patient exam (spoiler alert: I paid for that dearly later). My daughter didn't have such a good experience: though she warned her x-ray tech that she has a small mouth & prefers the child x-ray plates, the tech used the adult plates and my daughter kept gagging and got gauged by the plates. :( After the x-rays, I was moved to an exam room where I again sat for an exorbitant amount of time. The dentist finally came in. If he introduced himself, I didn't catch his name - I had to look it up on my Cigna PPO claim form later (it was Dr Georgy). He was brusque, quick, barely looked at me or my mouth, and quickly moved on. I doubt he spent more than 5 minutes with me. Quite the change from my last dentist, who knew all the names of all my kids, asked after my husband, etc. This guy was in and out. Then I sat some more. The hygienist came in and did her job well and thoroughly. After the cleaning, I went out to the front desk, paid the amount that they indicated my insurance wouldn't cover, and they said I needed to come back in 4 months. That seemed sooner than necessary, as I usually go every 6 months, but whatever. I made the appointment & my daughter & I headed home - 2.5 HOURS after arriving. That's simply ridiculous for a simple exam and cleaning. And that was just the beginning. I'm not going to outline all the details of them calling me 4months later on a Friday to say that my Monday appt was cancelled because the hygienist wouldn't be in the office, but I had already cancelled the appt via text. Then there were the calls threatening to send me to a debt collector for owing them more money when they hadn't notified me at all that my insurance hadn't covered what they told me my insurance was going to cover (and isn't that the point of going to a preferred provider?). Anyway, I won't be setting foot back in this office, nor will anyone else in my family, nor will my senior parents who just moved in with me, and if anyone asks me for a dentist recommendation, I'll be telling them who I *don't* recommend. :(

I’ll start by saying appreciated the movie room, that was a nice touch. We usually drive about 45 min to our normal dentist and this one was very close by our house. My daughter needed to be see sooner than our normal dentist had available and a friend (an adult) mentioned they were seen here. Turns out the pediatric dentist is the worst. When I got to the office to check in lady at the front desk was extremely rude & unhelpful. My son & daughter were supposed to be seen but bc of how unhelpful the front desk was and the fact that I received incorrect information my son got lucky, my daughter ended up having the worst experience. My daughter is younger and she needed some work done. We got there around 11 and left around 5pm. My daughter has never had a bad dental experience before. She’s very well behaved and is able to stay still etc. so when I was told that she needs to be strapped down this should have been a red flag for me looking back. They were so pushy about it, it wasn’t brought up as a suggestion and when I told them this would make her nervous and I let them know she’s very calm and well behaved the dentist blamed me and said that I would make her nervous because I wasn’t supporting her procedure to let her strap her down. Once the procedure started she numbed my daughter quickly and didn’t wait at all, she went to pull her tooth out and my daughter was screaming in pain, it was terrible!! She didn’t numb the area well, and when I asked her why it was still hurting she replied and said “don’t say it’s hurting her, this will confuse her”, she basically continued to tell me she’s been a dentist for years and knows what she’s doing. Once we finished (there was no way to leave once she started the procedure) my daughter was shaking so much she said she felt so much pain during. We needed to follow up with our normal dentist bc she was in pain for days afterward. I didn’t know if it was infected or what, turns out the dentist gave her blisters where she inserted the numbing. My poor daughter, I’m grateful that we normally go to a dentist that she trusts and this wasn’t her only dentist experience bc this was a literal nightmare, I regret going here! Save your kids the trauma and pick another dentist. We will never be back and 1 star isn’t low enough, I wish I could give a worse review.

If I could give 0 stars for no communication and making the customer not feel heard I would. Had a bad experience when I went in just to get a filling that popped out replaced. I had let the dentist know that I was only there to get that filling replaced and nothing more. I pointed to the area where it popped out and she saw it. When the procedure was to take place she said I needed anesthesia. I told them no. Again, I told them it is to get a filling replaced and it is not needed. The doctor and assistant left. Then assistant came in and said that I would have to get anesthesia. Never in my life have I been told you have to get this. Like I had no choice or voice to my care. I should have left the office when she said that because I had my small child with me and they were watching the whole time concerned about their mom. It was like they knew something was wrong. They gave me the anesthesia and left. When they came back I asked the doctor again to show me and tell me what they were going to do to my tooth. She refused to do that and ignored me. Then she proceeded to work on my tooth. She kept drilling a lot on my tooth. And the anger built up, and I felt so outrage that I stopped the procedure. I demanded to be told what they were doing and given A Mirror to see my tooth. When I got the mirror, I was in complete horror. She had drilled a big hole in my tooth!!! And I screamed why. She said there were cavities there. And I did not have any cavities. My CURRENT dentist already looked at my tooth that week and said it was OK. I only came there due to a referral. I felt horrified that she would do that to my perfectly good tooth. And more disturbed by her unacceptable behavior and negligence to talk to me about the procedure at all!! Where is the competency here??? Was this just another task to check off. I am forever traumatized by this experience and office. And by a negligent and disrespectful dentist. I will never return here. They do not listen or care about the person. The dentist failed to go over treatment with me and what to expect before it happened. She failed to answer my repeated question for clarification and guidance. And showed me that I didn’t matter as a patient. This office got what they wanted….my money. And they will face no repercussions for their actions. Shame on them. Dental Field: I need to say this about the dental field. Over 80% of us American people hate dentists. That’s a high number! Why do we hate them? For reasons like this. Dentists are lacking emotional intelligence and basic listening and relaying skills. Not once did the female dentist ask me why I came in to visit. Not once did she ask me what my concern was. Not once!!! That shows a person who doesn’t care. One that just does their tasks and doesn’t see you. We need the USA ?? to require dentists to take care notional competency classes to know how to work with the vast majority of the public who hates them because they go unheard, abused and disrespected by dentists. Dentist need to start listening and talking with patients. Making sure they are in the same page. If you are a dentist and you don’t do that, then you’re not doing. You are contributing to the problem!! Be the change. Actually put yourself in OUR shoes and explain and go over things so we don’t have anxiety and know what’s expected.

West coast dental has helped me a lot over this past year! Everytime I go into the office, I know that the people there are going to be super helpful and friendly. I usually have Doctor Georgie as my dentist and it has been the best experience every time! He makes sure that I’m okay during the procedure and I never feel any pain! Also Nora helps us understand the financial part of the treatment and really makes sure we understand the breakdown of the payments! 10/10 recommend going to West coast dental!

From the very beginning, my interactions with this dental office have been nothing short of chaotic and disorganized. The mismanagement and lack of consideration for patients with medical needs have left me with no choice but to provide a negative review. Upon attempting to schedule appointments for my family, I was met with conflicting information and unmet expectations. Despite the office's advertised availability on Saturdays, I was informed that new patients must schedule appointments during the week. This inconsistency was a red flag that foreshadowed the ongoing issues I would face. Furthermore, when attempting to delegate appointments to a family member with proper authorization, the staff assured me it was acceptable. However, my mother-in-law was turned away upon arrival, citing the requirement for a parent to be present for the initial visit. This lack of communication and adherence to their own policies is inexcusable. My personal experience as a patient was equally disheartening. Extensive wait times of 45 minutes in the lobby followed by an additional 30 minutes in the back before receiving treatment reflects the utter disregard for patients' time and well-being. The continuous delay in obtaining authorization for necessary procedures, coupled with dismissive responses from staff regarding the issue, showcases a blatant disregard for patient care and professionalism. The final straw came when my children's appointments were inexplicably canceled due to supposed "medical regulations" that were never clarified or communicated beforehand. This lack of transparency and accountability in their scheduling practices is unacceptable and unprofessional. In conclusion, after enduring two years of confusion, disorganization, and unprofessionalism at West Coast Dental Adult & Children's Dentistry, I have made the decision to seek dental services elsewhere. The stark contrast in treatment between PPO patients and those with medical insurance is evident and unacceptable, showcasing a clear bias in their patient care approach. I implore the staff at this establishment to reevaluate their practices, prioritize efficiency, attentiveness, and attention to detail, and strive towards providing all patients with the quality care and respect they deserve.

The staff is very nice. The doctor did not do a gum count. He looked inside my mouth and said my teeth looked good and recommended two bridges. The hygienist did not do a very good job cleaning my teeth. In the past my teeth are cleaned perly white. The cleaning was a 6 out of 10.

Sharing my experience again here, every time I come in my experience is AMAZING. Dr. Georgie is such a great doctor, he makes coming to the dentist office peaceful.

It’s hard to find a good dentist. My first visit to West Coast was yesterday. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because of the pressure up selling. Most dentists won’t clean your teeth unless you get root planing. Many quote work far above the contracted co-pay. My wife went to a different dentist last week and they wouldn’t clean her teeth even if she sign a waver for the root planing they said she required. She needed crowns and was quoted amounts she had to pay far about the contracted co-pays. I have pretty good teeth but I haven’t been to the dentist in quite a while. I picked West Coast because it is close to my house, had good reviews on Google, and was a Delta Dental network provider. I didn’t have to wait months for an appointment. I could have gotten one for the next day, but I was busy that day and picked the day after. They had several open appointment times. The office was in a fairly new shopping center, and Google Maps sent me down a dead end street to get there. The picture on Google maps showed a grassy field. Once I found the office there was plenty of parking. Once in the office I was helped pretty quickly. I had filled out the forms ahead of time but I had to re-sign the forms. I do not like the way they have you sign the many forms they use in the process. Instead of an IPad they have a small electronic device that has a small rectangle to sign. You could be signing anything because the form info is on a screen that cannot be read or reviewed by scrolling through. Once I was finished I went to sit down but the waiting room was really, really sunny. It was so sunny I had to squint and could not see the screen on my phone on the brightest setting. A few seats were in the shade but they were occupied. I was able to move to one when a patient was called in. I was called within 10-15 minutes from the time I walked in the office. It probably would have been less, but I was a new patient. When I was called I went right into X-rays. That went well until the tech wanted to take photos with a wand. The equipment didn’t work well. It wasn’t clear whether it was the wand, the computer, or the software, but even after changing the wand there were issues. After that I was moved to a dental chair where the exam and cleaning occurred. The exam went well; no cavities. I was then handed off to an insurance person who explained the costs to me. My cost for the exam and cleaning was $52. I asked what the $52 was for and it turned out I was for a fluoride treatment. I asked if I could take it off and was told I could take anything off, so I did. I then had my cleaning. The hygienist was Mandy. She did a fantastic job. The sonic cleaning really bothers me so I asked if the cleaning could be done without it. I’m sure the sonic is faster and does a better job, but I just can’t stand it. She did not use the sonic cleaner. I will also say that Mandy answered the many questions I had. In addition, no one I talked to during the visit gave me a hard time about waiting so long between visits. Overall, it was a very great visit with no pressure. I walked out not paying a dime, and had not been given any quotes for additional work. There are a few things West Coast needs to work on, but overall they are head and shoulders above the other network dentists in the area. My expectations going in were very low, but they far exceeded them. That is why I gave them five stars.

Amazing experience. First impressions was the place is clean, professional, while still being fun. Lobby features carnival like decor, some mounted video games, and a movie theater. I was visiting because my 5 year old son had an issue with what I thought was a sideways adult tooth, and this would be his 1'st dentist appointment. I was greeted by Alexis, who helped me through some speed bumps in the process. Part of that included me having to leave and come back, at which point Alexis gave me immediate attention. We were called back by a very warm personality, Melissa, who immediately treated my son as his own person... Acknowledging and speaking to him directly. This treatment continued throughout the facility and is something my son mentioned after. Melissa proceeded to take my son's first "pictures", which she did very gently and efficiently. She constantly spoke with him and explained what was happening. This continued through the cleaning she administered next. After the pictures, my son was told to choose any color doctors chair.. each having their own TV mounted on the walls playing children's shows, some of his favorites being on. This is where he received his cleaning, while the doctor determined what was happening. It was an extra baby tooth causing some major problems, along with 4 cavities. (Don't judge me, he/we brush his teeth!). Not only were they able to identify the problem, they were able to implement a solution. Extraction of 2 teeth (one knocked loose by the extra tooth) and filling of 4 cavities. While it sounds daunting, my son walked out of the office with a smile on his face and I'll explain why later. Billing was completed by a very well put together and professional woman that I unfortunately don't recall the name of, she seemed to have all the answers so I think she was an office manager of some type as well. She explained everything that was being billed, and set me up with a return appointment 3 months into the future... Before he even got his cleaning! Efficient. After the cleaning his dentist, Dr. Mendoza, introduced himself. He talked my son through the entire process, and had a very calm and soothing demeanor. My son was taken to a private room where he met Carlos. Carlos assisted the procedure alongside Melissa and Dr. Mendoza. His position, being directly above my son meant he had my son's ear. Carlos administered the laughing gas used to help relax my son throughout the process, all the while speaking with my son and soothing him. Melissa acted as the doctors second hand, doing everything necessary to keep the process as efficient as possible. I don't know if you can tell by now, but efficiency is a big deal to me. Dr. Mendoza communicated the entire process to my son throughout, was very precise with his process, and gentle with his touch. I watched as they did what would have taken hours when I was a kid, be completed in just 30 minutes. They use state of the art equipment and processing, and the efficiency it allows them is breathtaking. My son was fully alert in minutes, smiling while they gave him balloons, toys, stickers, etc. The entire dental staff gathered around to tell him how great he did and how proud they all were of him. I had explained to my son everything that was possibly going to happen, prior to his visit.. and on the walk back to the car he called me a liar because "they never gave him a shot". Great place, great people, 10/5.

After having a bad experience at the dentist, I never wanted to go back. But, unfortunately, I had to. I am a grown adult and i go in with my anxiety high and tears of fear. Trying to find a dentist that i could trust was very hard. Then I came across West Coast Dental. Dr. Georgy and his staff are amazing. They ease my worries and assure me all will be ok. So if you are looking for a great dentist, look no further. West Coast Dental in French Valley is the way to go!

Not only did the orthodontist fail to show up for the scheduled appointments, but the office also overbilled my insurance for procedures that were never performed. To make matters worse, I received a bill for these unprovided services. The lack of communication and accountability from the management is appalling. The children’s orthodontist apparently decides when they feel like working, and the manager, who seems to be the only one left with any authority, is utterly incompetent with zero people skills. No one from the office could even bother to contact us to reschedule or explain the situation. It's clear why they’re losing their best employees—the environment is toxic, and the management is power-hungry and unprofessional. If you choose to go here, check your billing carefully and be prepared to report any discrepancies to your insurance and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). West Coast Dental seems to be notorious for these kinds of practices, and if you find yourself in a similar situation, it’s an easy small claims case to win against their failure to meet contractual obligations in good faith. I originally posted a five star review (which you can find on Yelp) but due to the rapid toxicity and this business seems to care more about over billing not understanding how federal insurance works, just shows this businesses true colors. I’ve never seen so many complaints about one person and nothing is done about it. We’ve cancelled all our future appointments until there’s massive changes at this location. The attached picture is confirmation of our sons ortho appointment, to only find out that the Ortho picks and chooses when he comes to work along with the over billing manager who seems to like confrontation but should spend more time studying insurance laws or how to deal with people.

I used this place once the service was just OK, it is like a big dentist dealership, you go from hand to hand multiple times until they start trying to sell you treatments that you dont need. Thats not the biggest issue, the worse part is that I still getting dentals bills from this place even if I already paid at the time of the visit, i call them multiple times and they always tell me that is a computer glinch, well the computer glinch is at to $250 and i still dealing with this. That was my first and last time going there!!! ???

Dr Georgy is the best!! Have had 6 months of procedures and had my final one today. The staff is also very good too. Wendy in the front office is so helpful as well.

Took my daughter here for her first dentist appointment yesterday! The staff was so nice and sweet with her, the atmosphere was amazing! Lots of fun kids things in the waiting room like games and a movie room. The chairs all were bright and colorful with their own TVs. They gave her a balloon to take home and she had a great experience!

You are very unfair with your scheduling and very unfair on how you treat your patient! On 6/14, I was at your clinic for an abutment appointment with the surgeon. I took 2 hours of leave from my work to be at this appointment and was at your clinic on time only to be told that the surgeon was not there and another doctor will see me. So the abutment was not done and the other doctor just look at it to see if it’s healed which of course it is now since it’s been months! If you would have called me earlier that day and had informed me before I even go to your clinic that I’m not going to be seen by the surgeon then I would have cancelled and rescheduled than wasting my time and leave coming over for nothing! Today, 6/28, I was at your clinic for a 2:30 abutment appointment with the surgeon and have been waiting for an hour so I have approached the front desk only to be told that there are 3 more people in front of me and more likely to be waiting for another hour or more. I have taken an early off from work just so I can be at your clinic on time. Please know that our time is important too just as much as your dentist's. Please respect our time too just like the same respect we give you when we get to your clinic on time and was patiently waiting but for the love of all that is holy, please don’t have us waiting for more than an hour like we don’t have anything better to do with our time, like we don’t have family to take care of or anywhere to be. I have tried to be respectful to your front desk people and understand that it’s not their fault and I apologize if I was upset earlier . I have kept my cool last 6/14 this was done to me. I just could not believe the disrespect again you have given to my time. Your management needs to do better. Please know that this is not how you treat a patient!

I am so happy I found a dentist that is so good with my daughter. They are so lovely and kind. They don't try to sell you anything, but the office is clean, and everyone there is helpful and kind. My daughter has Autism and has been to five dentists in Riverside County. I currently just moved, and since the Tooth fairy in Riverside was far and I couldn't see my daughter till July, I called the west coast because it was the closest, and I am so glad I did. They got my daughter in the following day, and when we got there yesterday, I was amazed; they have a little movie theater for kids and a play area. Also, what is excellent is that they also see adults. So I made an appointment for myself as well. My daughter was so well-behaved, and she was so relaxed as they did two root canals and an extraction. I can't believe they could do so much so fast, and my daughter didn't even move, let alone anything else. She usually makes a scene, screams, and yells; she is on the spectrum. Anyways hands down, this Dentist is the best. They are amazing, and they also have an orthodontist there. My whole family is making the switch. No one compares to this Dentist. They are AMAZING!

The worst form of FRAUD and Insurance theft I have ever seen. I never had any work done only a cleaning and dental imagery. They have continued to charge the insure and the Insurance refused to keep paying and they sent me a bill. After some research I found West Coast dental Corp is not part of the BBB and have thousands of cases of fraud and bogus charges. I was heart broken because I thought I had found a local dentist close to home. Federal employees and service members beware of this place.

A truly awful experience. We have never paid so much money to a dentist for so few services. After an appointment they keep charging you for more. Our insurance company even said the charges looked shady. Do not trust them. Do not go here.

The worst dental practice I’ve come across in my time.. I took my daughter here and they recommended all 4 wisdom teeth to be extracted. This place only offers local anesthestic and due to my daughter having a fear of the dentist I asked for a referral so that she can be seen at a specialist office who will give IV sedation. Well… They REFUSED! and claimed my only option is to have it done there with them.. I have 4 other children and I have never had an issue with a dentist office. I am in beyond disbelief. We definitely will take our money and go somewhere else however I wanted to let others know not to waste your time at this office or this brand in general they’re concerns do not lie with the patient but with they’re own persons gain.

I visited West Coast Dental in December of 2023. I had a very bad experience and was hesitant to write a review. I made an appointment there because of convenience. I am new to Murrieta and thought this dental office was a good idea as they also have pediatric dentistry. So I booked an appointment for myself and my 5 year old on the same day. We arrived on time, but waited 30 minutes for my child to be called in. She had her X-rays taken and the technician said there was black stuff on her teeth. I mentioned she had just eaten blueberries and raspberries and I had picked her up from school so we had no time to brush prior to the appointment. She was then taken to get her cleaning done which was finished in about 2 minutes. When the dentist took a look, he immediately said there were two cavities and that he could take care of them right away. He said his assistant would review the cost and procedure with me. I was given a price, told she'd be put to sleep and the cavities would be filled. Thankfully I said I had to review with my husband first and I would schedule an appointment. Something in my gut told me they were just rushing, pressuring and it wasn't right. We went back to the waiting room and I was finally called in to my appointment. I was just there to get a cleaning. Instead they immediately said I should consider braces and that they would make me an appointment with a Ortho. They also suggested a night guard. I've had braces!!!! I've seen many dentists and none have recommended I see an orthodontist. I said aren't you going to do my cleaning and the dentist said unfortunately it's 5:50pm and we close at 6pm. We can do it when you come back to see the Ortho next week. I spent 2 hours at their dental office for nothing. I was furious, but kept calm and booked my appointment. Once I got home I decided I would never visit this dental office again... Today April 10th, 2024 we saw a dentist at a private practice and my daughter had her X-rays taken and a cleaning done. She is cavity Free!!! I almost cried thinking about the fact West Coast Dental wanted to put my baby to sleep for non existent cavities. Shame on your dental practice.

If you’re looking for a good, clean dentist with kind workers, I recommend this dentist!! All the employees I encounter here were very welcoming and helpful. I have had some bad experiences at other dentists, so I was very nervous to go here. Over a year ago, I was in a life threatening accident that crushed the left side of my face and this was my first time seeing a dentist since the accident since I’m still dealing with a lot of issues from it. But here they were very friendly and understanding to my situation. I am very thankful and happy to have had encountered Dr. Bedoya, Johanna, Wendy, and especially Melissa who was absolutely amazing.

First time here, Great experience!! All the staff is friendly and professional!!! The Dr was very patient and explained everything in detail about treatment and gave me lots of options. It took me almost a decade after moving to the area to find a great dentist. I’ve driven from the area all the way to Carlsbad. Finally! A office with amazing staff, great energy who care about your teeth AND your wallet. I wish i could mention everyone by name. Dr. Georgy was very straightforward about what needed to be taken care of and did not pressure me to get work done immediately, or what to do. Very patiently explained all the options including being insurance conscious and moved forward from there. My initial cleaning and exam was a great experience. I dread the dentist, but i leave that office smiling/laughing every time. Today, i had a pretty extensive procedure done. It took a couple of hours. They were meticulous and pretty fast. Heydi assisted, very sweet and attentive, while multitasking, helped me with anything i needed while in the chair. Very professional. I’m happy to have found a dental home.

French Valley location (honest review) Booked for new patient special for $59 ,but instead the front office ladies offered Dental Alliance Dental Plan for same amount , We verified twice,She told us YES if regular cleaning included aside from a check up and xrays but after payment $59. The dentist did not do the cleaning, they told us to pay another $99 for the cleaning. This is fraud. I believe in Karma. Stop fooling patients. Do the right thing if you want to get more money. Off course I feel bad and confronted the ladies who told us cleaning was included, now they were lying.

Took my daughter for a regular checkup, very very bad experience. Took more than 1hour after taking an appointment. Nurse did not have answers for why I was signing on a form, when asked again doctor got frustrated just saying if you need to see the doctor you have to sign the form. Doctor that I saw gets 0 stars.

Dr. Georgy and his staff at the Winchester location are amazing. The entire process has been a breeze. First time patient.. Did my forms online and arrived on time. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes until I decided to leave after I nicely asked them how much longer. And their response was they had no idea how much longer. I had my 4 year old with me and was starting to get hungry and fussy. Patients that arrived after me were all called first, I understand not everyone is there for the same reasons so they get called before others but that is still not acceptable to wait more than 1 hour and staff not knowing how much longer you will have to wait. It was clear that they over book patients. And they even have a sign saying be nice to our staff because they are having staff issues which to me was a red flag to begin with but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. It is unfortunate because I live 3 minutes away and was hoping to establish a relationship with them. And places that over book sound greedy to me and does not give me a good feeling about their integrity. The staff was nice but that is not all I look in a place I need them to also respect my time.

I booked based on the 5 star reviews which was a mistake. I cannot speak to the actual dentists in this office because we didn’t even make it past the receptionist TWICE! I’ve waiting a total of 2 hours in the lobby with a toddler (not easy) because the receptionists decide that once I arrive for my appointment to begin calling my insurance company. What kind of logic is this? I left the first time because I couldn’t wait any longer (we waited 1 hour and 20 mins) then rebooked. I was told that the insurance stuff would be taken care of before we arrive. Unfortunately it wasn’t and again we waited. The receptionist said they can’t reach our insurance bc their offices are closed. Well yea take care of it before we arrive. They were also standing around and talking. The sign says they are short staffed but they didn’t seem like it. I won’t be back.

Even tho the staff are great and helpful but wouldn’t advise anyone of doing anything in this office. My mom needed a new denture per there advice, so my mother agreed, so they did the measurements and everything eles. Waited a while like over a month closer to 2 month. She goes to get it fit in and omg, it was unbelievable, the denture were so huge, so different, it changed my mother face, specially if you compares it to the one she already has, the dentist saw it, and he was like it takes time, we refused it, the denture was so bad the front one were so high, It doesn’t close with bottom teeth, we asked them where is the bottom one, they said we don’t know. I was what do you mean you don’t know. You took the fitting for the top and bottom, his answer was we couldn’t find it. That was another shock. And he kept saying it takes time. We refused it. Any what’s more shocking they didn’t give us another option or try to solve it. There answer was you will get used to it. But the problem is it doesn’t fit. It’s too bad, we thought it’s a new place, it would good and all that but unfortunately we were mistaken and I’m I’m pretty sure they charged the medical full bill. FYI we returned it and told them nope it doesn’t look normal.

This by far one of the best dentist as far as staff and environment! Everything in the office was immaculate, from the waiting room to the back rooms. The staff is the most helpful though!! I was going through extreme pain for weeks and was finding the right dentist for the job. And boy oh boy these guys came through! I was in and you and the tooth extraction was 15 minutes tops and it was painless. Overall 10/10 service from doctors to staff to the clean environment. 100% recommend Wisdom tooth extraction.

Absolutely love this dental office: the front staff Alexis and Mariah are always so amazing as soon as you walk in. Lucia is great with everyone always has a smile on her face. Dr. Mendoza and Mario are very friendly and well communicated with what the procedure will be for your child. My two year old had to get a cavity treatment done, and Ari was amazing with her. My baby came out high-fiving the entire office and a big smile on her face, I was worried and didn’t have anything to worry about. Today was the first time I had heard of west coast dental from searching and calling different places I found online. I called about 10 places because I had an urgent emergency with my tooth and the lady who answered the phone was the most informative, professional, and helpful receptionist that I spoken with after a hour of calling around trying to get help. After speaking with her I was convinced to continue forward with scheduling an appointment at their facility. When I arrived the receptionists at the front, the young lady who took my x rays, the dental assistant who helped with aftercare instructions and Dr. Cowan provided the best costumer services. Dr. Cowan explained different options I had for my situation. Once I decided to go forward with taking a tooth out that needed to be removed, dr. Cowan did a phenomenal job. He guided me step by step on the work that was going to be done. Another thing the doctor did that stood out from any other doctor I’ve went to was that he was able to help keep me calm guiding me to focus on my breathing while getting the tooth abstracted. Over all the entire staff was informative, listened and answered any questions or concerns I had. I felt calm and in good hands with all the staff. Definitely will be going back for future work and services. Also will be switching my son to this office aswell ! 10/10 recommendend this dental office especially when getting any serious work done.

I must say that I was very nervous and apprehensive. Dr Cowan and the staff made me feel at ease. Every person I interacted with was very caring and made me feel completely comfortable. All the staff regardless of who they were, were attentive to my every need and answered every question. I would highly recommend this dental office if you want professional results.

We just found this dentist and it has exceeded our expectation. The staff is all super awesome and friendly. The place is immaculate clean smells good the are very sanitary and clean. That is one thing that I look for and they definitely deserve five stars my family loves it!!

The entire staff was super sweet and informative. They worked well with my kiddos and can't say enough food things about them.

The team here is awesome , from the front office staff to the back office staff. All the assistants are attentive and helpful. Gio ,Veronica ,Vanessa worked together to make me comfortable during my treatment. The dentist Dr. Cowan was patient and wonderful and made sure I left comfortable. Thank you French valley team, I look forward to coming back to finish the rest of my treatment in the future .. I will recommend this office .

Not a good experience. Discomfort after having seen dr. medoza. I have been there to fix it later. But I don't recommend.

Fun fact-I’ve always had bad anxiety going to the dentist. I was embarrassingly overdue for an exam. My only regret with coming here is not getting more photos; the children’s area is awesome. Dr. Cowan and the team at are absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. The waiting area is comfortable and inviting, and you can tell that the team really cares about their patients' experience. Dr. Cowan is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. He takes the time to really listen to your concerns and answer your questions, and he always makes sure you are comfortable before beginning any procedures. His chairside manner is impeccable - he has a way of putting even the most anxious patients at ease (like myself). The rest of the team is just as impressive. The hygienists are thorough, gentle, and friendly, and they do a great job of educating you about your dental health. The administrative staff is also top-notch - they are organized, efficient, and willing to help you navigate the insurance and billing process. Overall, I would highly recommend West Coast Dental to anyone in need of dental care. From routine cleanings to complex procedures, this entire team are the best of the best. I walked into WCD to get a second opinion on a 10k+ quote (theirs was 2k) from my previous dentist. The front desk ladies are so pleasant and knowledgeable which is practically unheard of these days. Dr. Cowan is amazing! A no bs type of dentist who won't use gimmicks to overcharge you, his assistant Jio was so professional and kind. Their finance coordinator (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!) makes things very easy to understand regarding charges and is a pleasure to speak to. Give them a shot you won't regret it!

Everyone is very pleasant.Font desk to back assistants. Only one dentist though. So you may have to wait a while for your turn. Dentist was good at explaining issues. I haven't had any work done yet so I can't share that experience. But it sounds like they are going to do what needs to be done to make me comfortable as they can. Just suggest some Kleenex for cry babies like me?

Dr. Cowan has been working on my teeth for the past two weeks. The staff in the office were amazing, working around my work schedule. Not to mention, very friendly. Dr. Cowan did an amazing job. He was very diligent at making sure I was comfortable in the chair. I had no pain whatsoever. Veronica had stepped in to complete a few fillings and also, no pain and was very professional. Vanessa was my assistant. She was very helpful at keeping my tongue out of the way. Lol no but literally. Once they completed the work, Dr Cowan handed me a mirror. I’m obsessed with the amazing work they did. I haven’t seen my teeth look this good since high school. I plan to return for my 6 month check up, but since they did so great I’ll be getting my teeth whitened to show them off more.

So glad to have a dentist so close to me. Everyone is super friendly, and made me feel so comfortable. I had gotten some cavities filled as well as a cleaning done. I was told to except some discomfort a couple days after. The discomfort exceeded more than I thought it would, since the weekend had come , I called Monday morning and they gotten me in right away. They took an X-ray on the side that was bothering me and the dentist came right in to talk with me. Turns out the cavity I had was pretty deep, he reassured me and checked my bite. With that being said 10 out of 10 would recommend!

My entire family came in today to get a check up and cleaning and we had the best experience ever! The staff was super friendly and the place is spotless. I felt at ease and welcome. This is the best dental office ever!
