My daughter has severe anxiety and panic attacks with the dentist. These guys were so loving and even though she is 14 years old they made sure they took their time and explained everything with her. My momma heart was full. Added perk was this is my daughter's first experience with a female dentist and does better with females than males. Needless to say by the end of the visit my daughter said the work she needs done she wants to do it with laughing gas and not be put to sleep by surgical dentist. I could not possibly recommend them enough. I found them by browsing reviews and am happy to be adding mine now. My 15 year old had so much anxiety when it came to the dentist, and for years we would have to grit our teeth and just get her through appointments. In 3 visits with Dr. Barnes, she is a different kid. The entire team is so upbeat and friendly and go above and beyond with every single child. My child is no longer anxious and breezes through appointments. I want to thank the staff so much for their kindness and compassion, it has made such a big difference for our family. First time in this office today, I was very impressed. The location itself is so nice and clean! The staff were all friendly and super helpful. Unique and “more” interesting gadgets for the kids to play with while they wait, which isn’t long. The bathroom is clean and welcoming, not like other offices. The rooms are comfortable too. We could not speak more highly of Dr. Barnes and her team. She is genuine, comforting, welcoming, and extremely honest which feels rare to find! My son was extremely well taken care of and her advice was given with the utmost care for his well being. We went in for a lip and tongue tie release and we could have easily been another transition for the office, but she instead advised us that it was ok to wait and wasn’t needed immediately after analyzing his mouth and understanding his eating habits. I love this dentist office and all the employees. They are all super patient with my kids and super nice. I can’t even describe some of the miracles they’ve made happen for my kids teeth. One of my kids basically had both of her front teeth completely decayed and it made her so conscious about her smile, and they gave her back her beautiful smile and now whenever she meets people she always makes sure to tell them to look at her pretty teeth. They are great at what they do in all aspects of their jobs. We love them and plan to stick with them as long as they will keep us.

Dr.Danni is AaahhMazing! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate her and her entire staff. They were all so kind. My son had to have a few crowns on his front teeth that were broken. I had been to 4 dentist offices in Knoxville and Chattanooga, they had my son on waiting lists of 6months to two years! I called Up Pediatric Dentistry and they saw him in 3weeks and had the procedure scheduled for the same day since we drove 3 hours away. I was also allowed to check in on him at any time during the procedure . I can not say enough good things about this office. My son at only 3 was so comfortable and is still looking forward to going back to the dentist. So all in all the work Dr. Danni did and the kindness they all showed to my son and I is hands down the best!

Wonderful place. The people are kind and fun. You can watch Disney plus on the tvs they have mounted on the ceiling while they work on you. The place is clean and sprinkled with really nice decor. My daughter's first visit to Dr. Danni's clinic was a wonderful experience, with full Chinese-speaking service throughout! After her teeth were cleaned, we discovered two loose teeth (which I, her careless mother, hadn't even noticed). We explained the correct way to brush her teeth, and she even tried out the moving dental chair and received a picture book titled "My First Dentist Visit." Dr. Danni is an amazing doctor with a heart of gold. She provided a great service in a moment of desperate need and concern, when no one else could. My daughter came from school on a Friday afternoon and informed me “she lost a tooth”. When I realized it wasn’t a tooth but a silver cap I almost panicked. A long 3 day weekend was ahead of us, with a snowstorm possibly prolonging it even further. Our dentist’s office was already closed. I called numerous dentistries in the city, and whoever wasn’t closed yet just couldn’t take us in or would not be providing silver crown caping. When I called Up Pediatric Dentistry, and explain the situation, a lady on the phone took down all the information and asked if we could come right away. Turned out it WAS dr. Danni and although it was after hours and the clinic had already been closed, she felt the urgency and was eager to help even though my daughter wasn’t originally her patient. When we came half an hour later, she had already called a nurse in to help, she quickly assessed the situation, made an X-ray, calmed my daughter down and was able to replace the old broken cap with a perfectly new one with ease and comfort. She was calm, very professional and reassuring. She saved my daughter’s tooth from being exposed and unprotected, which could have resulted in lots of pain, while nowhere to go for help, and consequently loosing a tooth. We will forever be grateful and for sure will be back. My 7 year old said: Dr. Danni is the best dentist ever! Thank you, Dr. Danni.

Dr. Danni was truly amazing! This was my son's first dental appointment and he was so nervous and wouldn't even look at anyone at the beginning and let alone climb into the chair. She very patiently and joyfully worked her magic and by the end he not only got all the care his teeth needed, but felt like he'd been on a playdate instead of to a dental appointment and gushed all the way home about brushing the hippos teeth, getting to blow up a balloon with the tooth dryer, and getting the special tickley toothbrush like a real big boy.
