Had my surgery procedure yesterday that went amazing contrary to horror stories about wisdom teeth removal. Felt almost no pain before the surgery and afterwards just slight inconvenience and discomfort from numbing and bleeding for a couple hours. From my initial consult and to my following appointments, I have had a wonderful experience with the staff and Dr. Chan. They were all professional and very attentive to my concerns and needs. I came in for my second appointment for a bone graft procedure. I was a bit anxious and nervous because I am not new to having IV sedation where I have had horrible experiences because of my veins. Despite that, I still chose to be sedated when I could have easily chosen local anesthesia. Simply put, the older I get I don’t want to feel any pain or discomfort during a procedure. From getting the needle into the first vein to doing my bone graft procedure - I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor, Dr. Chan!! I look forward to next appointments toward my implant. Good experience… I had two extractions done and it was my first time being sedated, everything went well except me throwing up after they woke me up lol. I was very nervous but I said a prayer and that calmed me. I felt nauseous most of the day and drowsy/sleepy but oddly enough I haven’t really been in any pain. I left around 9 something am and didn’t even take any pain meds until 2pm and even then I was not in pain I just took them because my mom made me lol. I’m very shocked about that and wanted to call and ask them for proof they did the extractions lol. Woke up this morning still not in pain but I want to make sure I stay on my meds, at least the antibiotics. I didn’t like the fact they left the ends of the stitches so long because I’m afraid I’m going to accidentally rip by them getting caught on my food or something. I also didn’t like that they didn’t make me fully aware that I could pay more money later even though I had to pay in advance. I also feel like anytime you are put under you should be able to have a family member in the room with you to make sure of your safety. With so much going on in this world that’s something that needs to be changed. I would still highly recommend this place everyone was awesome, they were patient with me and very kind. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past which made me really dislike going to the dentist but so far this experience was great. Thank you to everyone who assisted in my procedure.

I’ve adored Dr. Anver from the moment I met him. Personality wise, he just has so much of it that makes you feel completely at ease. This is my very first time enduring any type of anesthesia and I went into my consultation with questions for him and his assistant. He welcomed it all. I WAS NERVOUS!! Not to mention, this is a tooth that has been with me my whole life and I’ve tried to get pulled before and chickened out. The night before, I went down a pretty extensive rabbit hole looking for what could go wrong, what if I’m awake, can I fight off the sleep…. I had lots of questions for Dr Anver and his assistants including his college studies I learned about online. Yes, I am this type of patient. I did all the hard, tedious work for you. I promise, he is exactly where he is supposed to be ! Changing smiles, one drug at a time. Fortunately, he welcomed every question and encouraged my curiosity which led to me having only one complaint (still5 stars)….. why didn’t you record how fast I fell asleep ?! ? I just can’t believe it was that easy. 12 hours later, and I can comprehend all of my post-op care directions. I feel blessed. 5 TEETH PULLED!!! Hopefully, I’ll feel just as great in my third day ! Google said that’s the worst! Thanks to Dr. Anver and his team, I’ve raved not only about the care but the experience to my best friend (also an anesthesiologist but looking for dental care) who said Dr. Anver’s the real deal Holyfield, not like those other teeth pullers that just takes a “course” in anesthesia. Much respect my guy ??. If you are doubtful, or fearful, I hope my review of my exciting experience calms your nerves. I did the hard work for you ?. He’s a 5- star Dr, that simple.

I never leave reviews but I highly recommend getting any tooth extractions done here!! I had a really bad experience somewhere else but the staff at Texas Center for Oral Surgery were so amazing, kind, and helpful. The building is very clean and they provided me everything I needed to heal. They even included a ice pack for my face swelling and written instructions for post extraction which have really helped. Dr. Tamir even gave me a call the night after just to make sure everything was going well. This place is a 10/10 and I am blessed to have found them!!!

I was very apprehensive about having my wisdom teeth removed as it did not feel like a necessity since none of mine were impacted and I was not in pain. However, as a preventative measure for my health down the road I was convinced to go through with the removal in my 30s of all four wisdom teeth. I thought it would be hard for this office to live up to the high Google ratings, however Doctor Anver and his staff go above and beyond to ensure that you have a smoothe process. I am very thankful for the professionalism and diligence shown during my extraction and while I don't have any more wisdom teeth to give, if I ever had any other oral surgery I would certainly go see Doctor Anver.

I had a 5 star experience from walking in the door until I left. I am totally impressed with their state of the art services and procedures. All of my teeth have very old crowns or implants. It was time to upgrade. My biggest beef is the anxiety I have when I go to have work done. IV sedation is always the best option for me. Staff was very friendly and totally put me at ease. My dentist went to school with Dr Anver. She said he is doing amazing work. He explained everything in detail. Make sure you watch all his videos. They really help prepare you for every step along the way. Dr Anver is so sweet and funny he answered all my questions. Trust with your Dr is so important today. I’m going to nickname him the Wizard! The service here is impeccable! Dr Anver was great at answering all my questions and putting me at ease before sedation for my extractions. I’m currently on day 2 after extraction and I have no pain at all and virtually no swelling after following the pre and post op instructions. They had everything ready for me before the appointment. Prescriptions were called in for pick up before the appointment and they give you a kit with everything you need for after care, like gauze, syringe, and ice packs. A plus is he called after surgery to check in on my and answer any questions! Will recommend him to everyone!

All the technicians/nurses/ front desk (i dont know proper terminology for their positions) but they were all so welcoming and patient. honestly one of the best medical experience i’ve had ever. also Dr. Anver called me that evening, checking up on how i’m feeling and answered any questions i had. He is very sincere and gentle/respectful and cares a lot from what i have seen. Oh also he’s funny and so it’s not boring, doctors who can balance being funny and professionalism are cool. Let me give you a brief story. My name is Jessica Delaine. I’m a black woman from Georgia. I work in the oilfield in west Tx/New Mexico. I wear invisaligners. My right side wisdom teeth started coming in and was painful. I called over 75+ dentist office from August to mid September in west Tx/New Mexico area to get them taken out. Either they didn’t take my insurance or they had a waiting list. So by Sept 22,2023 I started going to the ER. Blood pressure had gotten up to 180/111 because of the pain from the wisdom. The otc Motrin and prescription ibuprofen stopped working. Not one dentist office wanted to touch me at that point. So now the dentist and drs in the Hobbs,New Mexico area and west Tx area all were telling me that I was going to die if I had to be sedated with my blood pressure being high . No one wanted to give me blood pressure meds. Finally got a urgent care Dr to give me prescribe me some on 9/23/23. So I called around in Dallas on September 27,2023 and booked a consultation appointment with Dr. An for Sept 28,2023. That went well. I told him exactly what was said to me and he assured me that I wasn’t going to die. Then booked the surgery with him for September 29,2023. I followed their protocols and got put to sleep. Doc got both of those wisdom teeth out in less that an hour. Well, here I am still alive ??. I’m definitely coming back for the left side to be extracted before I start having pain. Y’all should definitely book an appt here. Not to mention that he also called later that evening and check on me while I was recuperating. PLEASE BOOK YOUR TOOTH EXTRACTIONS HERE. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.?❤️?

I had 3 of my Widom tooth removed. One ofna tricky one as it hidden horizontally which was giving me trouble. I had a very great experience . My Dr was Anwer who was super friendly, explaining everything and guy know his stuff. Also I was very impressed with the fact he personally called me from his personal number to check how I was doing . And this was the first time that ever happened, it would be always one of the staff. I was pretty impressed coming from a oral surgeon who is pretty busy. Also the clinic has some next level scanning technology that scans 3D images so they have a much detailed view compared to other dental places I have been. And I was actually referred to this Dr by my Dentist. Also clinic knock you out for the procedure so minimum trama or pain. And they also understand people have different pain tolerance and gave me 3 different pain medication and oral jel with instruction how to use it. Luckly my tolerance is high and had only to take one. So that another advantage if you want a comfortable procedure and pain-free recovery this is the place to go. In my job , I have to get into many meetings and I was almost recovered by the next day. All in all all would recommend the place , the staff are very friendly and competent.

Was putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed for years. If I knew it would be as simple and easy as Dr. Cam made it to be, I would’ve done this much sooner. You can really tell the staff as well as Dr. Cam cares for their patients as they are a text message away at all times to answer any questions. This staff and place blew my mind, very professional and fast and they make sure you are comfortable and informed the entire way. I was skeptical at first after having other dentist offices just try to go straight for my pockets, but once I met Dr. Cam, he was the first dentist that didn't try to take out all my wisdom teeth just to charge me the max amount, most places will try and sell you all kind of extra stuff but not here. The only time in my life I've been to the dentist and spent way less than I was anticipating. Everyone's situation is different but most dentist lump everyone into 1 category and offer help based off the norm but not this place, here you will get specialized help based on what YOU need. They even gave me a freaking blanket in the check up room cause it's cold, I can't speak highly enough about this place. You will be in and out in about a hour.

Hi I have to say this was my first time actually having work done at Texas wisdom teeth and dental. I felt the doctor was excellent and the staff that took care of me they were really on the ball and so was the dentist. It's an excellent clean facility caring staff and dentist I would highly recommend this facility to have oral surgery done. Even when I felt nervous about the procedure the dentist and the staff listen to what I had to say and acted upon any of my concerns which was very important to me from past experiences at other dental facilities I felt like they really cared about how I felt and my experience at their location. I will also return there again if I need any other oral surgery done. All in all this was the best experience I had had in Texas pertaining to issues with my mouth and I as I said before the dentist Dr Cameron wendling is an excellent oral surgeon and all the staff are very professional and compassionate for the patients. I am very glad to post my review for Dr Cameron Wendling and his his dentistry practice Wisdom Teeth. I needed an extraction with an implant replacement. I was about to leave for an extended trip to Europe and in spite of short notice Dr Wendling was able to schedule my appointment and checkup before my departure. The extraction was done in very delicate and noninvasive manner that helped to preserve the existing bone structure and at the same time making the implant successful. I'm so disappointed... they did their job of extracting my wisdom teeth, but this is the least they can do. despite my multiple requests and false assurances that I'd be allowed to keep my extracted teeth if they were extracted whole, they still didn't keep them for me! my teeth were extracted whole, but they still refused to let me keep them! they just threw them away instead!! it's like they ignored all my requests and I was just another extraction to them.

They refuse to take care of my MINOR daughter because we don't have a car (discriminations against the poor). They are horribly condescending and made up one excuse after another of why we had to have a car before they'd help her, quoting 'policy' as justification in spite of any alternatives we found to this issue. They're rude, too. They also know that before we can get seen by an alternative place, my daughter will age out of our medical coverage and therefore be stuck with her tooth problems. If I could give them no stars, I would.

I had such a great experience here! I was really nervous about getting my wisdom teeth pulled, but Dr. Wendling's confidence made me feel calm and reassured. Marissa was also great at giving me information when I went in for the consultation and letting me know what my options were going in. The girls working the front were so kind too. The only complaints I have are that I tried to contact them for a week or two before they finally got back to me. Also, unfortunately I never got her name, but the lady that took my panoramic x-ray got very frustrated because I didn't understand her instructions about how exactly she wanted me to lift my chin. And when I came in for a follow-up due to some concerns, it feels like she wasn't really taking me very seriously and was acting like I was wasting her time.

Like most people, I finally stopped putting off getting my tooth worked on and I am very glad that I did. I found the staff extremely helpful and patient, and they did not try to push me into doing any kind of procedure or expense that I didn't want. Dr. Cam - as he likes to be called - extracted my bad root canal in about 20 minutes while I was under local anesthesia. Honestly, it was scary when he pulled the tooth but it did not hurt very much. I am on day 2 and I have taken only 3 ibuprofen today, and it does not hurt at all. Dr Cam text me this morning to make sure things are OK. I can't remember a doctor ever doing that before.

My 9-year-old son needed a tooth removed and was nervous going into it. The nursing staff were so calming, nurturing, and professional which made both of us feel entirely at ease. Dr. Cam spent time answering our questions, walking us through each step of the procedure, and going over what to expect afterward. Surgery was quick and easy and my son experienced minimal discomfort afterward. The office is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. I was even able to enjoy free WiFi, tv, coffee, and water while I waited. I also received a text from Dr. Cam in the evening after the surgery to check on how my son was feeling and make sure all questions were answered. It was an amazing and very rare experience, in current scenario where the world is moving. After visiting to this place I felt humanity and honesty is still alive. Dr. Cam and his office is amazing in that sense, they do their proper homework before coming to you & presenting something to you. You may feel sometimes the wait is longer and killing you but I think that's worth when you know someone is working really hard and diving deep inside the ocean of knowledge to find something exactly fitting to your case behind the doors. Terrible experience with the staff here. When I arrived, Stephanie, the Dental Assistant attempted to show me a video about wisdom teeth. I told her I was not there for wisdom teeth and she replied “oh, then what are you here for?” Unprofessional and impersonal for the Dental Assistant to not look over a patient’s paperwork before entering the room. A glance would have been the bare minimum. She exited out of the video and went to a screen that contained all of the patients on the schedule including their first & last names and reasons for visiting. She seemed to have trouble navigating the computer functions, so that screen was up for way longer than appropriate. Additionally, before explaining anything about the process she began her initial conversation with me by stating “we have two options. You can be sleep or awake. Usually people come to us because they want to be sleep for the whole thing” What? Sleep or awake for what? We haven’t even covered the basics and we’re already discussing administering anesthesia. Pretty weird. When she finally looked at my paperwork, she asked about something I’d checked and I told her I was looking into it. She said “so you’re experiencing xyz, and you’ve done nothing about it?” I reiterated that I was looking into it, but I was astounded at her being rude enough to say that to a patient. I saw the surgeon, Christopher, next and he was pleasant to speak to and explained things, but I was already completely turned off by the experience with Stephanie. After speaking with the oral surgeon, I was sent to a room to go over pricing. The entire schedule including patient information was on the computer screen for a good 6-7 minutes while I waited. Someone eventually came by and locked the computer, but patient information had already been visible for a second time now. The icing on the cake is that I hadn’t left the office yet after realizing I’d left my umbrella, and overheard Stephanie disparaging me in front of the other assistants. What a gross environment. I would advise against scheduling here and I’m looking into filing a complaint.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out on 11/02/18 with Dr. Brown. That night he called me to make sure I was fine and if I had any questions. It’s been six days since the extraction and it’s been great, little to no discomfort. I had a two week post op visit scheduled but called earlier this week because I was having a little bit of pain on one side of jaw compared to the others (I was thinking it was dry socket!) they scheduled me to come in before the end of this week to make sure everything is okay, and thank goodness it is. From the very beginning of scheduling the appointment up until now Dr Brown and his staff have been amazing and have exceeded my expectations. To the time i called to make an appointment through the phone the customer service was great! My visit there for an Evaluation went pretty smooth and fast. I loved how Dr. Brown was very informative about what kind of issues he might run into while the removal of my wisdom teeth if anything were to happen based on how my wisdom teeth were impacted.His assistants were very nice and as well went through the instructions prior to extraction day and the post op. The big day of the extractions i was very nervous but when walking in and being greeted nicely i felt very comfortable that made me forget what i was there for. Literally a few minutes after i signed in i was already being called back by his assistant Gaby, which by the way was very attentive. After the wisdom teeth were extracted everything healed up very nicely and pretty quick. Of course i had your typical swelling and minor pain but nothing out of the ordinary. I have recommended friends and family here. My experience here from the get go was just great! Im am a very satisfied patient.

The staff here are excellent, and the environment is amazing. I went here to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I'm 29, and I have been putting it off for a long time due to fear of pain/dry sockets. I'm not going to lie, the worst part about the entire procedure was the IV (which isn't bad at all). I ended up with minimal pain the next 2-3 days (2-3 on pain scale) and had an excellent recovery (no pain at 2 weeks). The doctor even called to check up on me the night after the procedure. This place is amazing, and I'd recommend it for anyone looking for wisdom teeth removal or implants.

Wait at Texas Wisdom Teeth associates: Normal Examination: Normal Staff: Polite and informative Problem: Dr. Brown examined my son and discussed sedation options. I told him that I thought is was best to have an anesthesiologist present, and said that it would not be necessary...that he could manage the anesthesia himself. I said great, but recommended that he check with medicaid to see if they would cover an anesthesiologist. He said they would but if not, that he would go with standard IV sedation. We agreed to the plan, and I waited to hear back. When I finally heard back, TWTA told me that medicaid would not cover the anesthesiologist. I said that we knew that would probably be the case, so let's schedule the extraction with normal sedation as discussed and planned. The associate told me that Dr. Brown had changed his mind and would not perform the surgery without an anesthesiologist. The purpose of a consultation prior to surgery is to discuss all aspects of care and agree to a plan. When a doctor or dentist changes his/her mind after the consultation, I should have been called shortly after the consultation to discuss the change of plan. I should not have to wait for 2-3 week later to hear about it. That is 2-3 weeks I could have been finding a new oral surgeon for my son. I try to be respectful of other people's time. Dr. Brown was not respectful of mine. I will never refer anyone to Texas Wisdom Teeth Associates because of this.

Honestly, I think I made the best decision with choosing this office for such an important surgery. I had to get 2 bottom wisdom teeth removed in addition to the molars next to them because of decay/infection. My situation was very sensitive because some of the teeth were so very impacted and very close to my jawline/nerves. During the surgery Dr. Brown used his expert decision making and chose not to fully extract two of my teeth because of the trauma it could have caused. I appreciate him considering my future. What I also like most was the absolute honesty from Dr.Brown about the procedure. He is very straightforward. The day I came for the procedure I feel like the whole staff was professional and made it very much stress free. My recovery is taking a little longer but what makes me feel better is knowing I can always call them or come into the office for friendly help. The only thing I would recommend is some more practical information for patients to have after surgery. There are so many questions that arises when dealing with this kind of surgery, that even more resources would be helpful! And thank you Dr. Brown for calling and checking on me right after the surgery!

I had my lower two wisdom teeth and my two upper and back molars extracted and it was an incredibly good experience for me. I had severe decay on my molars and my wisdom teeth were impacted - they handled my case with extreme care and were super communicative with my general dentist which made me feel very comforted in a time of extreme pain. When I came in to see them about a week after, they were incredibly receptive and even helped me understand how to irrigate when I wasn't doing it properly. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone I know. Kind, talented people in a really nice and relaxing environment!

Had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out about a month ago, everything went great! Such nice people, and very accommodating. Was put fully under. After surgery relaxed for 2-3 days. I had really no after pain/swelling at all which was awesome. Stuck to soft foods for about 10-11 days after just to make sure, which may be why I didn't have much pain. Make sure you get the food out the back of your mouth after you eat ya'll!! 100% would recommend this place!! Best dental place I have been by far, and they have up to the date technology which was important to me.

I got my wisdom teeth out almost two weeks ago and couldn't recommend this place enough! Everyone on staff and Dr. Brown are very nice - you can tell that they really care about their patients. Surgery and healing have gone as well as I could have hoped. I even got dry socket and Dr. Brown saw me the same day to give me some dry socket paste. It felt better within 15 minutes.

I wanted to book an apt here, I just work m-f and they do consultations in the afternoon and I work around then. Rep who answered the phone didn't seem very accommodating seeing they do appts on some Saturdays but I was really hoping to get in on a Monday or Tuesday morning or even a Saturday to do a basic consultation to have my wisdoms pulled. Really wanted to book here cause of the great reviews. Their appointment set up may be turning away many other customers. Some may say why not take off of work so you can go, but that's not the main point its about accommodations for those who may need it.

After given this place such a good review for the work the doctor did. 4 years later they throw a passed due bill on my credit that I was never notified of. I was told my only out of pocket amount was paid before surgery and covered that it was over 600 or 700 bucks and my insurance covered the remaining but for them send a unpaid balance that I never was told or notified about is messed up and they shouldn't be able to do that. The amount that shows is less them 300 bucks but they could've gave me a call or sent me a email about the bill. Becareful going to this place as you see that do you wrong in the long run after giving them business.

If you’re searching for the surgeon to do your tooth removal, look no further. Being a young 20 something without insurance, I ignored a tooth problem for a long time in fear of the cost. It came to the time after a month of terrible pain that I HAD to get it fixed. My original appointment was at different office, but I was recommended here. They got me in IMMEDIATELY, the consultation was “complimentary”. Let me explain, the cost of the visit/X-rays didn’t cost me, but I had to pay a 100 dollar deposit down on the surgery cost. The cost of the surgery was to be paid on the surgery date. The removal went well, I’m healed and no longer in pain! So, if you’re like me panicking- DONT! They accept Care Credit as well, so it would be smart to look in to that option before arriving.

It was great experience. The staffs are nice. I wasn't feeling pain during my surgery since they used full anesthesia on me. Though I had to pay a bit extra for that, it was worth it for me to have avoided the pain. The recovery was not too bad, only the first two days is a bit of bleeding. I had to eat some awful instant smashed potato in the first few days after the surgery. It eventually did push me to try to make a lot of different delicious soft things to eat during my recovery. That was fun. They did a follow up check on me today. Now, after three weeks of my 4 wisdom teeth removel I can eat anything I like :-)

I went to have my wisdom teeth removed and the entire staff made the entire process so easy!! During consultation, everyone explained everything in great detail. On the day of my surgery, they made sure I was fully aware of what would be happening. Their post operation instructions were simple to follow. Dr. Brown even calls you once you're home to make sure that everything is going well. He also makes himself available after hours in case you have any questions or concerns. My pain was at a minimal. My healing was remarkable. I especially loved the cold packs to wrap around my face after the surgery. Between the cold packs, and the pain controlling regimen, I felt a little discomfort, but not much pain at all. Also, the music that plays throughout the office is a bonus! I decided to have my wisdom teeth removed here because the reviews were so stellar albeit I was cautious until my first appointment. I had wisdom tooth pain for a few months(put off surgery due to work) and I also had a fully impacted wisdom tooth infection(had to get antibiotics before I had the surgery). Dr. Browns team were very helpful and Dr. Brown performed the extraction the day after my consultation and x rays(on a Thursday). I didn't feel any pain for three days after the surgery but then I developed 2 nasty dry sockets from the 2 bottom extractions. This came with a lot of pain. It did not occur to me they may be dry sockets until Tuesday night. I emailed Dr. Brown's office that Tuesday night with my symptoms and as soon as they opened the next morning they emailed me back asking me to schedule an appointment that day. I called and they were able to get me in asap. Dr. Brown packed medicine and foam into the dry socket holes and within the next hour all the pain was gone and the swelling was subsiding. I would recommend Dr. Brown first to anyone for Wisdom Tooth extraction. I will add that the location is very clean and nice. They have a separate patient and waiting areas. Some advice here. Get your wisdom teeth removed asap if either they are bothering you or the dentist recommends it. The longer you wait the worse it could get and you could develop complications like me. Healing will probably take longer too the longer you wait. If you have intense pain on day 4(especially after not having pain or weaker pain beforehand) after the surgery set up an appointment to make sure you don't have dry socket. Left untreated, dry socket pain can last for weeks or turn into an infection.

Love it....I have an extreme fear when it come to dentist due to an e/r visit same day of a previous dental visit elsewhere on a Friday, then that Tuesday following hospitalized. I had my wisdom teeth removed and I must admit Dr. Brown and his staff took THE BEST CARE of me. I wish he was a regular dentist I would definitely go there for all my dental care. He even took time to call me and check on me hours after the surgery was over to make sure my recovery process was going ok. This was one of the easiest dental experiences that I've ever had. I had to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed and was a little freaked out! Dr. Brown was very friendly and great at putting me at ease. Also, from the time I walked in until the time I walked out was under an hour! To get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed! I had very little pain or discomfort. YMMV, obviously, but it was so quick and easy I could hardly believe it. In addition, Dr. Brown called me later that night (a friday night!) to make sure I was doing okay. If you need a procedure, these are the guys to do it! No one likes getting dental work done, but this was the best experience you could hope for.

The staff was absolutely caring got to know me by name and walked me through different payment plans. I have EXTREME dental fears, and never want to go to the dentist. Finally, I had to, because my wisdom teeth were hurting me bad. I wanted to get them out ASAP. I went to Texas Wisdom Teeth and met with Dr. Brown for a consultation, and scheduled the surgery for the next day. Of course, I had so many fears, anxiety, worries about the procedure but Dr. Brown and the staff were all very comforting and answered all my questions. Surgery took less than an hour to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed and after the procedure... I felt so silly for being so scared!! Dr. Brown was great and did a phenomenal job. Later at home, I got a call to check if everything was good. Just A+ service! Highly recommend especially if you're like me and scared of dentists!

Amazing People!! Amazing Service!! - I came here expecting a lot of pain, and not the best customer service. The people here were awesome, they really care and take good care of you. Plus they are always happy - makes me wonder if they pump "happy gas" into the air around this office! -lol... The procedure was quick and I woke up in no pain.. not to say that didn't come after (as expected).. I came home and follow instructions and was doing pretty well. Dr. Brown even gave me his own personal cellphone number to call if I had an issues, which I thought was really nice. I called 2x and he walked me through a couple issues I had, but nothing serious. Overall great experience, highly recommended! :)

My left lower molar cracked at the root which was extremely painful, so I sought out Dr. Christopher Bao Brown for his oral surgeon's expertise. He was amazingly caring, knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the dental implant procedure and answered all my questions. After extraction of my bad tooth, he called me at home to see how I was doing. My gum healed nicely after 3 months. The day of the surgery I was pretty nervous about the procedure, he calmed me down and assured me the success rate is high. The implant surgery lasted about 35 minutes. Again he called me personally to check on me. He regularly checked my implant post which healed very nicely. After another 3 months, he called my dentist saying I was ready to have a crown put on the post. I am very happy because I can eat, chew, and bite food with my new implant tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and his staff at Texas Wisdom Teeth and Dental Implants.

I got ALL FOUR OF MY WISDOM TEETH REMOVED on Dec. 9th, which I was super scared about, but they were sooooo nice and caring! I love Dr. Brown and all the ladies there. I had a tooth that was causing SO much pain for way too long, over 3 years too long! (my fault for letting it go that long) the pain was unbearable, it would cause me to cry, hide, shake, be mean. But once it went away I was fine, so I'd ignore it. So a few weeks ago, in the pain of the moment, I called the office of Dr. Brown crying, Mary picked up, and you could tell in her voice she had so much sympathy yet confidence that I was going to be just fine and they would take care of it! I got an appt immediately! I was in and out of the office within 30min! I'm talking New Patient, xray, consultation, payment, numbing, tooth extraction and thank you have a nice day!!! In 30MIN! I was the happiest walking out of there! Dr. Brown even personally called to check on me that evening! The staff, the office and himself are all FLAWLESS! The healing is going very well and I got to eat on the right side of my mouth finally in 3years!!! Wow! Sorry this is so long but I am a very happy customer! I got my wisdom teeth removed today and I am not the type of person to leave reviews but I thought I'd share my experience.. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice! Dr. Chilcoat was amazing and my procedure went fine.. Jackie one of the ladies sitting in on my procedure was not very warming or nice just kinda rude and felt like she didn't want to answer the questions I had.. I honestly didn't feel comfortable with her.. When my procedure was over I had a few questions and they just wheeled me out not even acknowledging the questions I had.. I just really didnt like that at all. Even though the Dr was great I feel for me to recommended a place to someone especially where someone is going to have surgery I just feel you should be a lot kinder... just my opionion.. no hard feelings on anyone or the office. Just writing this for people who enjoy hospitality when they go places this isn't the place to go.

I was having excruciating pain from my wisdom teeth and had to get, in my opinion, emergency surgery done. I called in last Monday at about 8am and got an immediate consultation and surgery scheduled for 3pm later that day. Not only did they take care of me with care and precision, they were diligent in how the process was going to go and how it was going to be afterwards. Crystal and Mary were the stars of the show (from what I can remember), along with the rest of the staff who were just as awesome. CJ was my friend while I sat in the chair, waiting to get "drunk as a skunk", as Dr. Chilcoat said it. If I knew anyone who needed to get wisdom teeth pulled, this is the #1 place to go. Highly recommended! Plus, you get to leave the building in a wheelchair yelling how much you love everyone there! How sweet is that?

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Chilcoat- under anesthesia. I was super nervous about the IV/needles, but him and his staff made the process quick and painless. I was well equipped with all of the medication I would need! They didn't have anymore available appointments for the day that I needed them out, so they came before hours just to accommodate me, and also called me later on in the day to check on how I was feeling after surgery. I am very thankful for Dr. Chilcoat and his staff for the pleasant (as it can be) experience!

I had 3 implants there and one failed. The office never acknowledged the compensation for that failed implant, in spite the fact that they should have based on the agreement I signed in the beginning. They used any kind of excuse to put me off and finally came up with "The business is sold out to another surgeon and now we are not responsible for what happened before". BUT based on the business law they are. Finally I needed to pay it out off pocket with another surgeon because my insurance did not accept covering a new implant within 8 months.
