I had sensitivity problems from two previous fillings that would not go away, so I came here for a second opinion. The dentists here do amazing work and found the problem while redoing my previous fillings. One filling was very close to the nerve and could have possibly become a root canal, but they provided me with medicine under the filling first to see if it would heal. It worked! I came back for my other filling too. This place does not accept medi-cal, so I paid out of pocket. However, I believe it was well worth it. I am very happy with my results so far and would highly recommend this practice!

I’m so happy I found this dentistry. Dr.Chow and Dr.Baysac were so welcoming, knowledgeable and most importantly great dentists. I had just came from another consult at another dentist which was a horrible experience, but was so happy to be greeted by Amanda and Yoko at the front desk. They made scheduling quick and efficient as well as my billing and insurance. They were happy to answer questions and never seemed snippy or impatient compared to other front desk people at dentist. Dr. Chow was gentle and always asked if I was okay especially since I have TMJ during my filling. I’ve never had such a pain free filling before! I was even given an ice pack to soothe my jaw. She also made sure to sit with me and go through my new patient form and asked questions which shows genuine and thorough care. I had a same day consult by Dr.Baysac for TMJ too even though she as super busy, she made time for me and was very passionate about her work. I’m excited to pursue TMJ treatment here as well since they have methods that other dentists don’t do. No one likes going to the dentist so it might sound odd to read that I LOVE going to San Francisco Dental. The practice is GREAT. I woken up at 3am with a raging tooth ache! I was referred to San Francisco Dental Care at which point my had to make a decision wether to extract the tooth or do a root canal! I was then referred to Stonestown Endodontics where my root canal was performed. All this started at 10:30am and by 2pm my procedures was done??? The professionals at both locations went above and beyond to care for me! My point to all of this is in less than 12hrs. I went from extreme pain to a HUGE smile! Thank you thank you thank you! This review is way way overdue. I have been a patient of Dr. Baysac for... many years now. You really take for granted great work and customer service. Ok well I did. Staff: Her staff is great. Very courteous and helpful. I get reminders about my appointments. They explain the billing like my portion versus what my insurance covers. This is important since my case is a bit more. I will get to that in a minute. They are also very responsive. Any follow up I have, the staff has always gotten back to me. Lily is an awesome hygienist. She has great technique, meaning she really gets my teeth clean with minimal pain and discomfort. I have had many hygienists with very "hard" technique. My sister is a very good hygienist, yet Lily cleans my teeth. Yes, I do love and trust my sister. Dr. Baysac - I have on and off issues with my gums. Dr. Baysac has really taken care of me and gotten my gums back to good health. She explains things very well for me especially when it comes to the care "I" have to take in order to keep my teeth healthy. She explains "the why" to me. I have needed braces for many years. I never wanted them. My teeth had severe overcrowding. I have received other consultations from Orthodontists saying I needed to extract 4 teeth then 2 years of braces. Nope Nope Nope. Dr. Baysac had continued to recommend Invisalign to me during my appointments. I turned her down multiple times. She was very soft yet consistent in her recommendation during every appointment. She explained the procedure in detail to me each time as well as what the outcome would be. Finally, I caved in and decided to do it. Wow. Dr. Baysac is an absolute wizard with Invisalign. I should have done this way earlier. Yes she explained the entire process down to the billing very well. It did take longer than braces, but I did NOT need tooth extractions. My teeth today are straight. I find myself breathing better, I find myself smiling more. People notice my smile. They notice me smiling me more. I did not expect this to make such an impact. My it is way better. Thank you Dr. Baysac and staff for you continued support. This is coming from a guy that hates going to the dentist. I would recommend your office to anyone. Just be prepared to do the work to take care of your teeth.

I love Dr. Baysac and her dental team! I’ve been going to Dr. Baysac’s office for my dental work for the past 10+ years and I can honestly say that they are the BEST dental practice around! Front Desk – Super helpful, courteous, organized, and always provide speedy responses. Dental Office – CLEAN! This is SO important especially during the pandemic. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness in keeping their patients and staff safe with air filters in every exam room, patient check-in protocol, plexiglass screens and abundance of hand sanitizer, and all of the PPE that is provided to staff. I also really appreciate their investment in dental technology. They really keep up with the latest technology to provide the best care to patients. I remember long ago having to do those gag-inducing teeth impressions for a night guard, but not at this practice. They have a machine that can take images of your teeth and create a 3D rendering instead - no more gagging! Dentist, Hygienists, Assistants – Super professional, gentle, empathetic, and informative! Dental procedures of any kind can be intimidating due to the invasive nature of the business so I really appreciate the great care and gentleness provided. It’s the little things like putting on chapstick to prevent my lips from cracking during a long procedure, constantly suctioning my saliva during cleanings, taking a light approach when handling my cheeks or moving my tongue out of the way, etc. I also love that they take the time to explain what they saw during the exam or xrays and do so in non-technical terms so I can understand. I really trust their opinion on what is the best care/option for the health of my teeth and they never offer unnecessary procedures, which I know is often the case at other practices. They also introduced me to cocofloss and nubi toothbrushes which improved the health of my gums and teeth! I think the entire practice is an extension of the wonderful person at the helm, Dr. Baysac. She is so kind, loving, and empathetic. Her values are embodied in every aspect of the practice – the team, the care provided, the physical environment, and the community. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for Dr. Baysac and her team!

After my visit today with Dr. Baysac. the word 'angelic' kept on popping up in my mind. A dentist doing angelic work you may wonder? I just spent two solid hours in the chair, and I cannot describe the experience (it's dental work after all) as being enjoyable, but if any dentist in the world could make that experience least dreadful, and definitely reassuring at the end, Dr Baysac must be one of the selected few. I call her work angelic, therefore, without exaggeration. I have been under her care for all my dental issues for twelve years, from the beginning when she joined Dr. Yee's practice. She has proven to be professionally superb, a perfectionist really, and she exudes a genuine kindness that must be drawn from her faith and values. Dr. Baysac is a superb, top-notch dentist with a beautiful heart and an enchanting feminine sensitivity. I had had two dozen or so dentists before her, having moved around in the country in my youthful years: she is, with absolutely no question, the very best in her profession and a most wonderful human being. After we moved to the Peninsula six years ago, visiting her office became a bit of a challenge with an hour of travel time each way after the rush hour, and with the hassle to find street parking in the Inner Richmond. But, we know how so much more challenging it is for anyone to find a trustworthy and competent dentist, not to say one who is also so caring and sincere. I can't say enough positive things about SF Dental Care. They got me in asap since I had a dental emergency. A filling of mine from previous dentist fell out. They got me in, made me feel super comfortable, had an exam, replaced the bad filling, patched up a cracked filling (we will replace it after birth since i'm currently pregnant). I have the worst dental phobia so any trip to the dentist induces major anxiety. Well... no more! I’m so happy to have found Dr Baysac’s dental practice. Everyone is friendly, professional and I feel well taken care of. Dr Tran is wonderful; she is very good at explaining everything and her assistants rock too. Besides, she has the patience of a saint because I’m such a baby. She never makes you feel like you’re 4 years old. Kudos to all the staff including the front desk.

TERRIBLE! Was not happy with the attitude I was given by the receptionist- I came in on Monday and loved it. But, I was in pain and I was not prescribed with painkillers. So I called to ask for stronger painkillers. And I didn't like the receptionists attitude, she was aggressive when I had called to ask for painkillers. After she finally managed to ask the doctor for painkillers ( she was extremely rude when I asked her to explain the process of picking up the prescriptions and was VERY unprofessional!) Not going back to have attitude thrown in my face esp. when I was in pain! It didn't make me feel good at all.

I always hated going to the dentist, but I love the experience/ service every time I have a visit. It’s great from the front to the cleaning to the exam. Christina at the desk is always so helpful, she’s always able to answer the million questions I have. My hygienist, Philip is always careful, and very thorough. Although MaryAnn isn’t always there, she recruits dentists that cares. My exam is never taken lightly. All the high tech tools is amazing too! But most importantly it’s homey, I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Dr. Baysac is simply amazing. Our family had been her patients for a little over the year. Dr. Baysac has treatment me and my three children. She is very knowledgeable and level-headed about treatment options, always willing to discuss the pros and cons of various treatment options. She is a good listeners and takes a personal approach to her clients. She and the whole office are great with children. They approach them with adult respect, but are also able to treat them like children. One specific example: my children are 9, 7, and 5. The two older ones have several dental crows, which have been put in previously by another doctor in Texas where we lived. One of my 7-year old's crown chipped, and I was afraid we would have to remove the crown and the tooth. But Dr.Baysac was able to restore the integrity of the crown on my and avoid unnecessary treatment. She is great.

Dr Baysac and the team are amazing! Our 9 year son fell playing basketball and broke both of his front teeth and Dr. Baysac was able to fix it that day! She was most gentle and made my son feel calm during such a traumatic experience. Dr Tran is another gem in the office.
