My experience was great, the wait time was excellent! I was out with in an hour. After finishing with forms, I was taken back immediately for X-rays. Dr. Rath came in shortly after X-rays were done. Dulce helped me set up an appointment because I needed a second opinion on a diagnosis. I ended up deciding to go see a specialist first (periodontist) but I will definitely come here for a regular cleaning because of the awesome customer service and transparency. She was really kind and did an amazing job of explaining all of the processes to me. They have a great rate for consultations and X-rays- some places charge an arm and a leg, which makes it really hard for folks to get treatment, and especially good treatment. The reviews here clearly speak for themselves and how fantastic this practice is.

Y’all, I can’t emphasize enough how AMAZING these guys were. Dr Amini and his entire staff were so wonderful and made my trip to the dentist so easy and comfortable! I had developed a pretty strong fear of the dentist and dental work over the past few years due some truly awful and painful experiences in the past so I was more than nervous when I had to find a new dentist. All the fears and anxiety I had washed away from the moment I stepped into the door - not only was Dr Amini great but his staff is amongst the friendliest and most hospitable staff I’ve ever come across. A painless experience that was made even better with the option to watch Netflix while getting dental work done in case you needed something to distract you. And Dr Amini was not only a joy to talk to but he was kind and patient enough to explain what was going on and how my teeth were doing every step away (which is super helpful for someone like me who is a NERVOUS WRECK when it comes to dental work. Seriously, if you’re in the market for a new dentist, Dr Amini is your guy!

Dr. Cushingberry is a wonderful dentist, but I can't say the same about the back office. Irene is a pleasure to work with, until you need help. I was a patient in this office for nearly 10 years, came several times throughout the year and stayed in contact with the office regularly. I checked my credit report a few days ago only to find I have $53 collection item which shows paid from this dentist. I was never made aware of the balance, never received a call or bill regarding this balance, nor have I ever paid an such an odd amount. The collection agency sent me a zero balance, but I cannot get the collection agency or Irene to understand that I do not need a zero balance letter, I need the inaccurate collection item removed from my credit report. I sent Irene and email regarding the matter and I received no response for several days. When I called her, rather than calling me back, she had someone named Linda who spoke very broken English relay a message to me from "the manager" (Irene) who was conveniently not available to speak to me. When I threatened to make a negative Facebook, Yelp, Google review, Irene called me back within minutes. Over the years, Irene has called me to schedule appointments, tell me about teeth whiting specials etc. But now that I have a serious issue, she is not available. Irene is all talk, smoke and mirrors. Do yourself a favor and find a dentist with a mature, professional business office. This $53 collection item caused my credit to drop 42 points...Consider yourself warned.
