Terrible administrative experience. I had an appointment scheduled in advance that was rescheduled due to the weather, but I never received a clear confirmation with the new appointment time. I called the same day to confirm and was given a specific time. When I arrived at the office, after completing paperwork and waiting, I was informed that my insurance does not cover the consultation or the treatment, even though they had my insurance information since the previous week. They later stated that they tried to call me around midday on the day of the appointment, but I did not answer. That does not justify the poor service. At a minimum, they should have sent an email or a text message, so a busy patient could see the information as soon as they were available. I cannot comment on the doctor’s care since I never received any treatment. Serious lack of organization and communication. I do not recommend this office.

I was referred here through the VA. At my second appointment, I brought up concerns that were listed in the referral and also addressed delays in the care plan that had previously been discussed during the initial exam. Dr. Arun told me my discomfort could wait another two weeks, even though we had originally agreed upon a more urgent timeline. I went to the front desk to schedule the procedure, when Lucia invited me to her office to talk about the next steps. I made it clear that I was fine with the new plan, whatever it was — I just wanted to get scheduled for the procedure so I can receive the care The VA had already delayed three years. She said I’d receive a call later that day, after she spoke with the “director,” to schedule. That call never came. When I followed up at the end of the day, I was told the office had decided to deny care entirely — claiming they “couldn’t meet my expectations.” For the record, the expectations were clearly set by Dr. Arun himself at the initial visit. I did not ask for anything outside what was already discussed and agreed upon. I was just trying to follow through with treatment for a service-connected issue that’s already been delayed for too long. If you’re a military veteran relying on consistent, professional care — proceed with caution! IN MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, the way my case was handled did not align with what I understand to be ethical standards. After a some Bad experiences as a child and young adult I was recommended to Dr. Cornelia Trejo by a family friend. I had a tooth that needed to be extracted so I gave her a call and expressed my fear of going to a dentist office for any type of work other than a cleaning… From the start Dr. Trejo was very understanding, helpful, and amazing at making sure I was comfortable and in no pain at all. During all of my recent procedures I have been in no pain and all of the work has turned out very well with no issues. For anyone that has fear of the dentist like myself I highly recommend you give Dr. Trejo a try. Just let her know your fears like I did and she will make sure you are comfortable in any way she can.

My experience has been mediocre at best in my past 20 years when having dental work completed. I am probably going to miss a few names here but Anna and Dr CC were great. I don't recall the first gentleman that I spoke with regarding cosmetic veneers. This will be the doctor that is going to slap on some veneers or crowns on two teeth that were previously bonded when I was 20 years old. Super thorough hygienist. Definitely the best cleaning I've had in my lifetime. I believe her name was Nancy. Also special thanks to the rest of the staff including the front desk which I did not collect names from. I can probably have had almost 50 visits in my lifetime with other doctors and there is no comparison. I would throw out some names of people that you should not go to but I won't take that route.
