They have the worst hours. Not open on Saturdays. The female dentist is so rude. They removed my son’s braces and wanted to start over again. I refused and asked for a refund. I have been disputing the charge on my account since September. I would not recommend.

Amazing start to finish!! 5 stars from every angle. I found Orthodontic Experts after purchasing a Groupon for a consultation and credit for complete braces. I had 2 kids needing braces at the same time- Ouch! The staff was welcoming and kind. The process was very well explained and we were able to see the options- not just hear about them. One child needed an expander and instructions on adjusting and how it should look and feel were very easy to understand. Our appointments were always scheduled in a way that we never had to wait. We were never canceled on or rescheduled. My girls both felt cared for and never walked out with a fear of coming back or a negative feeling nomatter which technician helped them. We did have a few times where a wire was loose or needed to be clipped- with 1 phone call we were in and it was perfectly adjusted. The front desk always welcomed us with a smile- even on cold and snowy or rainy days- we never felt like they didn't want to be there. Their quote on time frame was exact on 1 child- the order one was able to come off 4 months early- yay! Their teeth are now perfect and straight. When time came for the retainers after the braces were removed we went with the permanent on the top and bottom as my kids are 14 and 15 and tend to loose things. We also did the lifetime warranty on the 3m retainers that are worm over for a bit then continued at night. If I know mine- they will loose a retainer and who does not want to save half on the replacement cost?? Buy the warranty! You won't regret it. Alicia and her staff are incredible. Start to finish- I would recommend them over and over again to anyone and at anytime!

I'm not so satisfied with this company one cause I feel they charge certain race too much I noticed that in some places I had bad stroke last week and just got back too work but I couldn't pay my co pay so they said they can't finish the treatment for my daughter now they have these braces in but they won't fix it till I pay even though my insurance paid that's crazy so can't wait till my kids teeth get done and fix but I was gonna let them do my braces but I change my mind one they charge me 4000 a piece for my 2Kidz but other race lesser but I work for state so I'm just look into what's going on.I wish I would of did my research before I took them there..

This place is a scam. My wife got convinced into getting an appointment for braces with the mundelien location, but changed her mind prior to the appointment. We tried calling them everyday for a week, but could not get anyone to connect to the brick and mortar location. Furthermore, they kept insisting they couldn’t cancel the appointment because “the system was down.” Shady customer service people, and the fact you can’t talk to anyone at your location is really unprofessional. Stay away.

I had a wonderful experience at Orthodontic Experts. An easy 5 ALL DAY in my opinion. I enjoyed the kindness of the Doctor Cleidy, and all the other wonderful people worked there. Felicia was also a huge helper and was very kind. VERY clean and modern with a nice lobby as well. And for the braces procedure, they did a great job at explaining what was happening and made all the transactions very easy to work and manage with. Overall, great Orthodontist office and would highly recommend to anyone. **EDIT 2 1/2 YEARS LATER** This is an update to my original review that I gave 2 1/2 years ago. For some reason, Google is not allowing me to send 2 different reviews. In any case I wanted to give a follow up now that I am done with braces and heading into retainers. With that context out of the way, I can proudly say that my teeth look AMAZING. This final product is not at all what I expected, and I think it looks way better than I could have ever dreamed of. I am not joking when I say this, but for the first 30 minutes after they were done removing the braces and polishing up, I could not stop smiling and laughing because my teeth looked awesome. Seeing this awesome smile that I have now, I can definitely say the last 2 1/2 years have been worth it. Dr.Cleidy was overall an awesome doctor, especially during this last visit. Another hero during my last visit was Lupita. She was awesome since she did help a lot with the final touches. She took photographs for me and did the scanning for my retainers that will be coming in within a few days. Speaking of, I have not gotten my retainers yet, so that is an experience that I cannot fully speak on. But if wearing those means I can keep this smile, then I will gladly do so. While this treatment does take time and is quite pricey, it is definitely worth it as the transformation is quite life changing. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a better smile.

Kristen did an amazing job with Jaylen's braces. I wanted to have them done last year, but I'm actually glad we waited and were referred by my cousin Senator! Very messy. Front desk doesn’t know how to do simple things let alone talk. I ask questions several times and get the same answer that doesn’t explain my question at all. Rough with their tools on your teeth such as scraping my tongue with a tool; didn’t take it out of my mouth right. Billing is a whole other story. Keeps you on hold for a long time and messes up the receipts after calling several times. Extremely do not recommend. Very very very displeased with my treatment and service here.

We absolutely love orthodontic experts in Mundelein. They are very friendly, courteous, gentle, informative, professional, and all around great with kids.
