They schedule you for a time but do not see you for over an hour after your scheduled appointment. But if you show up 10 minutes late, they cancel your appointment. I suggest avoiding this practice.

Thank you It was his first appointment we were excited for this new journey unfortunately it began with the lady who was going to put his braces on. I did tell them he does suffer from vestibular migraines and he can’t be positioned all the way flat because he will start getting dizzy. I was finishing signing the contract when the lady who took my son comes in saying that my son was having like a anxiety attack and not sitting and was moving to much and she wasn’t going to be able to start his braces etc.. because she mentioned she can’t be stoping something about contaminating etc.. I did get upset because I had mentioned about his condition and I know my son doesn’t ever have an anxiety attack. I feel like she didn’t even try to accommodate him in his situation. Thank you to this very lovely person name Janae H. she said don’t worry I’ll take care of him. She had the patience to accommodate my son and got his braces done. We definitely be seeing her again. At first I was iffy about moving forward with them bc the orthodontist insisted my son get teeth removed(molars, not the wisdom) bc he said it was necessary for the teeth to be in the right place. They even made me sign document stating we were assuming the risks of the braces not working bc we didn't want some molars removed. But prior to this orthodontist, another had told us that was not necessary, he had the right amount of teeth. So I signed. He completed the 2years successfully and even shocked the same orthodontist when he checked him for the last time. He said he couldn't believe it looked so well even with not having removed molars. Overall, ask the visits were quick and easy. He is happy with his outcome and loves his smile.

From the receptionist to the doctor they are superb! The lady who took pictures /xrays at consultation was awesome. When my daughter saw the orthodontist he went over everything step by step. He did not rush, as they were very busy. The day she got her braces Nikera took care of her. She was very professional, comforting, and kept assuring my daughter she was doing a good job. She explained everything as she was placing her braces, step by step she explained what she was doing. I have had a pretty good experience with them so far. They are nice and gave different options for treatment with braces. Prices where better than a couple other places I had visited before, Though as they got more patience the wait time to get into my appointment has increased by about 30 minutes,lol. And they have an annoying gate at the front that they open and close. So that can be a bit annoying if you go to pay for your balance or for an appointment and the gate is closed. The braces pain is no fun but can't do much about that. So overall I would give them 4.9 out of 5 stars.

I took my daughter here and Medicaid covered her cost of treatment. The staff is very nice and I’ve had good experiences with them. However, the dentist here isn’t very good at communicating. He gave us a date the braces would be put on and when we came to the appointment he tells us she needs two teeth pulled first before he can put them on. Why weren’t we made aware of this on the first visit 3 weeks ago?!?! So we left and I had to make another appointment with the dentist to get them pulled, then another appointment to get the braces put on. It was a huge waste of time and gas. If you go here make sure you ask him everything that needs to be done before you come to your appointments

Very unprofessional. My family has high risk members, and we always call ahead to check if this can be accommodated by the staff so we don't waste our time. I called ahead, was assured we could be accommodated. When we got to the appointment, we were told actually we couldn't be accommodated. Very disappointed Orthodontic Experts wasted our time.

My rating is only based on the fact that I scheduled an early appointment due to work and arrived to be told my son's insurance is not accepted. That was frustrating to me because I gave his insurance information over the phone when I booked the appointment, as well as when filling out all of the forms required for a new patient. It seems someone could have checked that information before the appointment. What made it even more frustrating, when I told the employees at the dentist who referred my son to this office, they were shocked. They did not know this office stopped accepting my sons insurance. Again, my son was never seen ... my rating is only based on my experience as a new patient who was turned away at the door.

My daughter medically needs braces for quite a few reasons, insurance said no and they fought the insurance for us. It was very painless on our end! We just got out of the actual braces appointment and it only took an hour and 15 minutes. No impressions because they are digital and they go through everything there. They even have a kids reward program to get them interested in keeping up the maintenance of their braces. Highly recommend
