I came in hour and fifteen minutes earlier and was still called thirty minutes after my appointment. I always schedule my day around everything I do or places I have to go precisely. So that one tardiness ruined my whole day. Orthodontist Experts do better. Also, the attitude of front desk was assholish. Needs a new attitude or new front desk clerk. Training is essential to workplace.

My 12 yr old daughter got her braces put on today at the Menominee Falls location and we are both very pleased with the outcome. We’ve only been here twice so far for her initial appointment and this one, so I’m not familiar with the staff’s names yet but everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. My daughter was very nervous but the lady that did her braces was very kind and reassuring. She told my daughter what she would be doing every step of the way. I stepped out to eat and when I came back in, they were done already. I would recommend them to everyone :)

The Menomonee falls location is unprofessional and blatantly rude to customers over the phone. Gave my wife the run around and lied about calling her regarding a consultation we had scheduled. Jokes on them, i have 3 children that will all need to have braces...but after the way they treated us on the phone we will be finding another orthodontist. If this is the way they treat customers, then i will not have them anywhere near my kids.

Both my kids got their braces put on yesterday at Orthodontic Experts. Dr Hamm is AWESOME! He explained everything clearly in detail about the braces treatment each of my kids need done that they started and very knowledgeable, great at answering my questions and puts patients at ease being nervous about the process. My daughter had Dominique put her brackets and wiring on and he was great, very quick and efficient and had braces himself showing my daughter his color bands and how they look. My son had Taylor who was just as knowledgeable, quick, efficient and friendly. 10+ stars on our experience and I highly recommend them and their office. The front desk lady and guy, Matt I believe was his name, were quick, friendly and they all made it a great time! Very happy!!

I took my son there for braces and was he ever nervous. From the moment we entered the door till we left we were made to feel extremely comfortable and appreciated. The registration desk were very professional and courteous and my son began to relax immediately. Once we got in back and we were seen promptly the team members were ALL smiles and inviting. The atmosphere was incredible not stressful but comforting. The team member who worked with us was named Dominique and he was absolutely fantastic and a breath of fresh air. He took his time explaining everything detail of the process and even made pleasant conversation with us both. I have never been in a dentist office and not wanted to leave but that is just how enjoyable Dominique made the experience. What really made my son’s day was they both had the same name ? and they bonded over that. I can’t say enough about how great they were and how grateful I am as a parent to have people take such great care for your child. Thank you so much and we be BACK!

The best dental experience hands down. Dom helped with my braces and he was amazing. He was very kind and considerate of my treatment and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He was also patient with me because the materials can be a little uncomfortable. Even though I couldn’t speak much because I had a guard in my mouth he was still very attentive and had a conversation with me. I really enjoyed coming here and look forward to continuing treatment with orthodontic experts you should come and try it out if you are looking for affordable braces and good service.

My son came in for a consultation for treatment. Right away, I noticed how clean and inviting the office was. They were so through with getting pictures and x-rays done. I then sat down with Shay and she went over the treatment plan with us and cost with me! She was clear, through, and answered all of my silly questions! My daughter got her braces done here at orthodontist expert. Walking in you see Nikia she greet you with a smile and make you feel wonderful. Everybody smile and make little conversations. When my daughter was done she was happy and excited they made her feel save and secure enough to get them done. I want to say bring your child r yourself to orthodontist to get cares done. I had been looking for a clinic to start my braces journey with. I must say the energy is welcoming, they know me by my 1st name, affordable, fast, clean. Nakia is knowledgeable and so helpful. My Dentist is so sweet, the associates are amazing! Domo put my braces on. I was able to get in the same week I made my 1st initial appointment. Oo & let’s not forget about the amazing music lol I love music so it’s a plus to come into a place that has nice calming music I can relate to!
