Made an appointment as a new patient to get some incoming wisdom teeth looked at. The day before my appointment, they call to reschedule me and move my appointment forward due to the facility closing for maintenance or some reason. The day of my appointment, I get a call an hour before the start of my appointment canceling for said reason and was told to call back to reschedule. Safe to say, I will not be rescheduling here

The reception Lezly is the absolute best she always greet the patients by their name which is so personal and great to me. My son gets his braces tighten and rarely have any pain at all. They are quick once you are called back and my daughter said all went well but they need to do better in the checking in department, on both occasions that I took my daughter for her appt there was no one at the front desk and literally everyone in the back room laughing and talking, I poked my head in the door and someone told me they would be there only for me to wait another 10 minutes while I could see all the staff and they me as well. The receptionist later said that everyone goes to break and it’s over at 1:30 but why in the world would everyone go to lunch at the same time and leave patients in the front lobby, Surely at least one person can have an earlier or later lunch so that someone can attend to the patients who they have scheduled for 1 o’clock and 130 appointments

I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The staff is soooo pleasant they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk into the door. Leslie is awesome, she is the first face you see when you walk in. The orthodontist are very kind, fast, and overall awesome. The entire staff makes sure you understand the process fully, they have affordable payment plans, and they are understanding when you have to reschedule. My middle daughter has to get braces next and I will be returning hands down. If I could I would give this place 100 stars.

Really nice and clean inside, great place to bring your kids for orthodontic care. Made appointment and got us in very quickly able to do all the registration on your phone before you arrive to make the process quicker, and the staff is super warm and friendly. The staff seems friendly, but they are dishonest. and lack professionalism when it comes to certain services. If you are supposed to receive something, then they should keep their word as a professional business and do what they say will do. These people do not. Being a disgruntled customer is putting it mildly. I dont understand why people go into business if their intentions are to just manipulate deceive and basically steal from the customers, I say steal because when the customer is supposed to receive something for their payment and doesnt, is given a lame excuse, and overall lied to and paid their money. yet receives an intentional item of the lowest quality, a product made in the lowest quality by someone who isnt qualified to professionally make the product. The company knows this, still takes your money, then doesn't give you all you're supposed to have and the things they do give you is so flimsy it breaks in less than a month, when it' should last for 2 years.. They (the business) basically has just stolen your money. I don't know how these people have the audacity to go to work and smile in the customers face as if they are truly concerned..They are not!!!! I'm not a hateful person, but I hate being taken advantage of. I believe in Do unto others.... As you would have them do unto you. I also believe in karma.. What goes around comes around.

This is the best Orthodontic location I’ve been to in my life Amy Bradford as well as all the staff members I came in contact with. I was 110/100% pleased with their service from the X-ray exam to the in-house financing payment options.
