I took my daughter here, heard about it on social media and wanted to try this place out because my daughter is in need of braces. I schedule a consultation and luckily no waiting time once I walked in so that’s a plus. The lady who attended us was very nice. She was young with a pink mask and straight hair who spoke Spanish, I started to really like this place and felt welcomed. The camera/xray lady was also very nice, after the xrays and photos were done, this older lady who also spoke Spanish walked in with a disgusting tone. She started blaming me for why my daughter’s teeth were so bad, and why I waited so long For braces. I agree I did wait a bit longer for her to get braces, we are not financially stable and thats why I chose this place because from what I heard you guys have flexible payments. The lady started mocking the position of my daughters teeth like a beaver, she opened my daughters mouth very aggressively to check her bite again and overall just so unprofessional. THIS IS YOUR JOB!! You are meant to fix peoples smile, I thought this place was friendly and a judgement free zone. She could of kept her comments to herself, my daughter walked out upset and I was disappointed thinking I was welcomed here. Although I never got the older lady’s name, I don’t plan on coming here again. Big waste of our time.

I’m changing my 5 stars to a 1 only because I can’t make it zero. This place is terrible. My daughter was not happy she is shy and didn’t want them to know it was her leaving the review I will be contacting BBB and corporate she was so sad with how she was treated her friend goes to the one in Orland and an assistant broke her tooth! I took all the refer a friend cards I got back from every person I gave them to. The doctor is nice the manager seems off and I over heard them talking nasty about a couple of patients. I do not recommend this place. Go at your own risk!

I been taking my kids here for a couple of months now. The times I have been there we had to wait more than 40minutes & arrive at least 10 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment . I’ve seen people wait almost a hour for them to be seen they end up rescheduling and walk out angry. The scheduling is a bit challenging because my kids have school and I need later hours. The girls at the front desk try their best to find me the hours I need , but They want to give me afternoon appointments during the weekdays and it’s impossible. So I’m stuck having to get something later over their 8 weeks , that they need to be seen by doctor , in order for them to get a later time after school. This location needs to work on being more punctual with their appointments.
