I'm currently getting my braces treatment here, and I have to say that everything has been great so far, speaking of the dentist and her assistants. The only issue I've had with them was at the front desk. A few days ago, I went in person to ask about a detail on one of my bills, and the receptionist was somewhat rude and ultimately unhelpful. The best thing for me was that I called their offices, and the lady who helped me on the phone was very kind and answered my questions.

They were not empathic about my situation, I came in 7 minutes late to my appointment, due to traffic and they said I had to reschedule because the doctor was leaving. In the time they doesn’t arguing with me I could’ve gotten my appointment done. they’ve made me wait more than plenty of times, im honestly very taken aback and mad at the kind of the service I received, very unprofessional and unreliable because I also have things to do and this was was a horrible experience. The 2 women at the front also had a nasty attitude, they also had a very mad face. Their tone of voice was also unprofessional, and they started getting mad when I was explaining my situation and I also had things to do,I’ve been to plenty of clinics and I’ve never been treated this way the way I was treated with these 2 women. They were rude and unprofessional, and they way they acted was disgusting.
