We kept up with our appointments as recommended and now we are done! She has beautiful teeth and the experience was top notch. I had a very disappointing experience at this place I paid a total of $4,800 full for treatment, which was supposed to fix my teeth, but unfortunately, they only provided a year of procedures and did not address my concerns adequately. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, the staff seemed indifferent to my issues. Now, I find myself needing to pay again to see a qualified professional to correct the problems that were never fixed. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.??

This was my bad experience with them, I paid more than $4000 to have a better smile, and they left me worse than I had them. I thought that by paying everything they charged me on the first day they would serve me better, but it was the opposite. I am 31 years old with crooked teeth. And they thought that in just 12 months my teeth were going to look good and nothing like that, so I need much more time with braces, not 12 months my tendons ended up worse than before. Apart from all the pain I went through those 1w months and sleepless nights and days without eating. To make it worse than how it was, they really didn't give any importance to my case because I had already paid them everything. And I told them that my teeth weren't ready yet and they didn't care, they left me with only the bad experience and more than $4000 less. I hope my story helps you so that you don't go through the same thing and look for a better place.

Subject: Disappointing Experience I recently underwent treatment at this clinic, and I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience. Despite voicing my concerns about the timeline and the alignment of my teeth, my issues were not addressed adequately. I mentioned multiple times that I was unhappy with the results, but my feedback seemed to fall on deaf ears. It felt as though the priority was to finish my treatment quickly since I had already paid the full amount of $4,800. Unfortunately, my teeth were not properly aligned when my braces were removed, and I have serious reservations about the quality of care provided. I would not recommend this clinic to others based on my experience. I hope that future patients do not have to go through what I did.

My name is Michaela, I had braces for 2 years recently as in today April 2nd I got my braces token off and I'm super glad for my parents to be able to grant me this experience, AND thanks to the staff, they were amazing and supportive and super gentle and always asked me if I were okay and if I had any problems let them know. During this experience all I wanted was to have braces to just have them and also to fix my teeth because they were terrible if i admit, those 2 years will definitely be missed. They went by too quick in my opinion but i'm glad my teeth are not crooked and is super straight and white. For anyone getting braces BRUSH YOUR TEETH!! And enjoy this experience.

I would like to start with how amazing the facility looks and smells. It's always a friendly welcoming vibe and not to mention with COVID still the office is always clean And keeping a small amount of people in the office which is always great. At the orthoexeperts the amazing staff has been nothing but very courteous professional and most importantly helpful in every step of the way. When you have such and amazing and well train employees it shows in their work ethic. They are always so gentle with their words and that is great because that always gives assurance and confidence not only for me as a parents perspective but also in your child. I don't know where to start, but if I were asked to describe my experience at this clinic in a single word, it would be frustration. It's incredible how many ways this clinic disappointed me; I had really high expectations. My experience from start to finish was terrible. Unfortunately, I couldn't switch to another clinic because no other dentist wants to take over treatments started by another clinic. Also, I had already paid for the entire treatment on the first day. Oh, what a big mistake, all to save a few bucks. If you really need treatment for your child, don't go to this clinic; you will regret it. And if you do go, make sure they provide you with everything in writing and signed with all the details and promises, because later on, they don't follow through and change everything that was discussed. The staff's attitude is awful. Run away if you truly don't want to spend two years of your life fighting with these people, and in the end, you won't get what they promised, and the treatment and how they treat you won't be what you expect or what they promised. I don't even know where to start, but if someone were to ask me about my experience at this clinic, the word would be "Frustration." This clinic disappointed me in a thousand ways; I had truly high expectations. My experience from start to finish was terrible. The unfortunate thing is that I couldn't change clinics because no other dentist would accept treatments started at another clinic, and also because I had already paid for the entire treatment on the first day. Oh! Big mistake, and all to save a few pesos. If you really need treatment for your child, don't go to this clinic; you'll regret it. The staff are very friendly knowledgeable and patient.Place is very clean and inviting I was in and out for braces within 45 mins to an hour. Lupe is awesome she answered all my questions about payment broke everything down for me went over everything as I was a little nervous. The lady that placed my brackets was very nice as well she had already cleaned and sanitize her area and I realized that something was rubbing she sanitized re- gloved and took a look fix it and I was out of there but not before the friendly receptionist gave me a t shirt and a goodie bag with a sample of everything I will need to take care of my smile ?

Bad experience. They give u a phone call appointment and they don’t call you, then they change your appointment without your knowledge. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Was trying to get a quote for my daughters braces and they were very unhelpful. I reached out to the manager to speak with her and didn’t call back either. Will not be taking my daughter here. At least to this location.

I visited the office for a consultation and I was very impressed with how friendly the staff is. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Kim the receptionist. She greeted me with a warm welcome. I been to other offices, where they completely ignore you when you walk in. Kim was very friendly and welcoming, she didn't hesitate to offer me help. Kim even assisted me with filling out my new patient form. The office was very neat and clean. It's always hard to find a office that is neat and clean and has wonderful staff. I'm so glad I decided to visit Avondale Orthodontic Experts.

This location refused to submit my insurance claim for me, so I have been forced to pay up front and submit the insurance claim myself - a process that has been made much more difficult as a result. I'm told this is far from best practice for a medical office. The staff were friendly and the services were fine, but I can safely say that I will not be returning to this office.
