Daughter had her braces for only a year and a half (six months less than what we were told initially) beautiful results and staff is always very friendly and great at explaining things! Yes there can be quite a wait sometimes however keep in they’re one of the few that accept state insurance so yes theres a high volume of people, I feel that’s expected and reasonable seeing as we never felt rushed with her appointments. Update as of March 2025** My daughter had problems with her retainer fitting after a year (her gums changed) Vinzante went out of his way to help us every step of the way from fitting her in to adjusting her current retainer to getting a new one I cannot say enough about him and the staff there. Zoe was so helpful with the fittings.

I have gone here since June and I love this place so much! June, I got in and they took x-rays and I came back in July and it was amazing! I was brought in to an office and was told everything I needed to know about my braces, then I got them put on I have only broke one bracket and that was totally on me! They get me in as fast as they can always and the people here are so so so nice! My friends go here to they all love it aswell!

She helped me pick this new amazing color that matches me, let me brush my teeth without the wire in, and for the wire cut so close to the bracket that I can’t even tell it’s there. Overall not that bad of an experience. When first got braces on glue wasn’t on right and almost all brackets had to be replaced and they want you to pay for it. Forces kept on falling out would be nice if you could do both locations or switch back and forth

Do not ever waste your money here period. The dr was nice and the lady who worked with my child was great. The internal customer service staff is absolutely horrible to work with. They state the hours in the door and website which is complete false advertising. When need emergency fix for braces. They said you will have to wait 4 days to come in . Be warned and don’t fall for their scam. Only getting partial refund after 2 months there. Terrible. Terrible terrible

Me and my daughter love this place. I remember when she got hit with a frisbee and we came here. What happen was her brakes was stuck in her lip. She was in so much pain. When we came here they had a hard time to figure out what happened but it took ten minutes and it was out before you know it. I recommend coming here!!!

Unfortunately we are switching to someone else. People were friendly however the fact that it is advertised as 6 days a week with extended hours and they are only open 2 days a week plus the 30 minute wait times does not work well for a school aged child and working parents. If this does not bother you, then it is an ok place to go.

At the teenage years of life with perfect teeth, I had to be like the kids with braces. So I put the rubber bands on my teeth, needless to say my mother was not gunna pay for braces because well I did it to myself.so at the age of 44 I said I want my ツ back. Tried the smile direct club which was a waste of money!!!! I stumbled across orthodontic experts, and Dr.Alsamawi what a great experience time wise, payment wise and totally fitting into my schedule! I also brought my 13 year old here and her teeth are looking amazing just after a short time. Thanks again, Jess

So far they have been wonderful... my son was a patient at a different office that unexpectedly closed. He was left with braces and no plan for treatment. Orthodontic Experts took him in as a new patient and saw him within one week of my first call. He was evaluated and they will be moving forward with what was already started... yay, he doesn't have to start over. We're happy.

Terrible time management. The staff are nice, but after going for a year I have not once been seen in a timely manner. Always 30+ min wait. I even tried being the first apt of the day at 8:30 and checked in at 8:15 and they said doctor wasn’t going to be in until 8:45 and they had a meeting but would see me after 8:45. Wasn’t seen until after 9. I only think they have consistent 5 stars (aside from friendly staff) is because clients get reward points for reviewing well and get prizes with points.
