Best experience at the dentist ever. My child has had some negative experiences at other dentists and we heard good reviews of One Parker Dentistry and it did not disappoint. Starting with the forms they ask questions about how to make your kid more comfortable and if there’s anything they need to know about your child to make their experience more enjoyable. You step into their office which can be explained as nothing less than a child’s dream world. Movie playing in the waiting room. Coloring station, iPad with games, squishmallows. The hygenists are so good at explaining each step. And they have 2 TV screens in the exam room so your kid can watch a movie while getting their cleaning done. With Cindy’s guidance you never would have know my kid has been uncooperative in the past. They did the cleaning, X-rays, and fluoride without so much as a tear or complaint! Dentist was also wonderful at engaging my kiddo and explaining things in ways that made sense for her. At the end of the appointment my kiddo got to take a picture with their therapy dog and they gave her coins to select prizes from their vending machines!

I called for an emergency check up. My daughter Moeller is loose and her face was swollen and had fevers for two days. I was afraid she might have an infection. I told them what was going on and they checked with all the doctors and they had an appointment at 3 PM that they could squeeze us in. The doctor put numbing ointment on her molar and extracted it my daughter, didn’t feel a thing, and also did not know they pulled out her tooth. Overall, the experience was great. Been going here for 10 years with two kids. No complaints at all.

Friendly staff. Nice communication to even very young children about how to care for their teeth. For kids who love dogs, the super gentle office dog is a great incentive. You can schedule for when the dog will be in. If your child is not a dog fan, they make sure there’s no dog in sight. Office always feels like a fun destination. Excellent dental office with an awesome staff. Although their services are not fully covered by our insurance, we have recently returned to One Parker after a year's hiatus, trying a dentist that is a preferred provider for our insurance plan. One Parker is more expensive for us, but my kids have a more relaxing, enjoyable experience there, and that is well worth the cost for us. Everyone is cheerful, patient, and kind; qualities that put my neurodivergent kids at ease in what could be a stressful environment for them. The dentists and hygienists explain things to the children in kid-friendly terms before each procedure, and they have a gentle approach.

My 6-year old son thanked me for taking him to the dentist today because he likes going so much. He had cavities a year ago, so our family dentist recommended we go here for pediatric dentistry. It’s been a wonderful experience. Despite several appointments for fillings in the beginning, which were tough, he still loves coming here. The dentists and staff were great about getting him through that process. Mochi and Sonic (the office dogs) add a lot to the experience. Also, he’s been cavity-free since they cleared things up and started him with fluoride every night! I could not recommend them more highly.

I bring both my kids ( age 4 & 7) at the very same time.. the staff brings them to their individual rooms and I just check on both them throughout the cleaning when I walk in each room I get thumbs up all around. It was my daughter’s first appointment and we were apprehensive with the current COVID situation. The protocols were thorough and rigorous. The staff made Ayla feel very relaxed and curious about her teeth. Only one parent could accompany her but I joined parts of the discussion via video. We left equipped with great tips to clean her teeth properly, nutrition and hygiene. The staff came out to go over everything with me and answer questions. Teeth brushing has become much easier! One Parker Pediatric dentistry is wonderful! Their dental technicians are simply the best: professional, friendly, engaging with children and very thorough in educating parents. Remy is especially awesome. My daughters have seen both Dr. Lin-Song and Dr. James, both very different but great in their own ways. Their administrative staff is also very welcoming, polite, and efficient. I was impressed how they have adapted to the current COVID-19 protocol and felt very well taken care of and safe in the new setup. The only thing I would point out is that I have had to wait sometimes 20-30 minutes for appointments, but given their excellent care and service I don't mind this so much, and I think this is usually the case at most pediatric dentists.

Amazing as he doesn't like going to the dentist/doctor, dislikes teeth brushing, and was crying and screaming like a banshee just moments before. She is a toddler whisperer. Other good things: great staff, appointments are on time, the office has two friendly dogs, there are some toys in the waiting area, parking isn't too bad on Parker.

All three doctors here are great, but Dr Jennifer Yu is quite special. My son has had two “emergencies” and both times we saw Dr Yu. Things turned out to be ok (my son may be a bit of a hypochondriac), but Dr Yu was thorough in her examinations, generous with her time and just very kind. I feel very lucky to have her as my son’s dentist. She is very knowledgeable and really cares about her patients.

This office was highly recommend to me by all of my friends, and I can see why. We had the best experience for my daughter’s first dental visit even before stepping into the office. The entire team is friendly from the first phone call, to emails, to the greeting from the front desk, Dental Assistsnt Jamie and of course Dr. Lin-Song. The office sent me paperwork to fill out before the visit which really helped me be more focused solely on my daughter’s exprience during her visit. They even sent a book that I read to my daughter, and it really helped prepare her for what to expect during her visit. My daughter was a little apprehensive, but Dr. Lin-Song and Jamie made the visit so fun and easy she got comfortable quickly and let Dr. Lin-Song perform her exam without any fuss. Dr. Lin-Song also asked great questions regarding my daughter’s eating habits and educated me on how that could not only effect my daughter’s teeth, but overall health and development. Jaime gave me handouts on what do do during a dental emergency, what high cavities risk foods are and showed me how to brush my daughter teeth more effectively. I also know what to expect for my daughter in the future and I’m glad I know now and can plan for it in the future. At only 2 years old, Dr. Lin-Song, could recognize my daughter had crowded teeth and would likely need braces. This office is great from every aspect and I wouldn’t go any where else. Highly recommended.

We have had 2 amazing experiences at this office. All the dental staff are so friendly and gentle with the kids. My girls love when Gretchen the dog comes in the room and sits with them. The staff made my 4 year old very comfortable and didn’t push her to do anything she didn’t want to do (take X-rays of the back teeth). I highly recommend this office !

Jamie was fantastic with our 2 year old daughter - patient, friendly, and knew just the way to make a trip to the dentist enjoyable. Dr. Yu was also amazing - friendly and helpful but also realistic for handling teeth cleaning with a toddler. Great staff and of course the dogs there are an added bonus. We met Franklin today, and he was such a love!

This is an absolutely super place to take your kids to for dental care and education. Drs Lin-Song, James and Yu are kind, professional and could not be nicer. The whole office feels warm and friendly, and the tiny, friendly dogs which wander around are very fun and welcoming for the kids. All my kids went here and not a single one of them has had a cavity - great review for the dental hygiene education given here. I could not reccommend this office more highly.

This office is truly designed for kids to have a positive dentist experience and to feel comfortable during their visits no matter what the procedure might be. Dr. Lin-Song is great. Both our kids have seen her for years and we are very happy with her work. Avoid Dr. James. She does good work, and I think she means well, but her approach to handling children is terrible; potentially harmful, even. She tends to try to gloss over their pain by telling them it is not happening. Unconscionable.
