Hello, I don’t usually leave reviews but hope this helps someone with their decision I came in a few weeks ago for a toothache. On top of that I was long overdue for a clean ? Dr.Burkert took a look on my issue and knew my problem. A tooth filling and a clean was the answer. Dr.Burkert did a great job on the filling more than happy with her experience. Karla the hygienist fix me right up with a deep cleaning. She was gentle and all ways ask if I was ok every time I jumped a little. She was awesome ?? I’m very happy with my experience with OakHeight Dental and Its team I’ll be coming back that’s for sure ??

The place is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home and they are always attentive if you need anything.

I have a really bad dentist phobia, and I feel very comfortable with the staff here ? everybody is so wonderful and caring! They go above and beyond to make you feel at home.. Karla is the hygienist. She is awesome! I really recommend Oak Heights Dental! It's a great place with awesome staff ???

My friend recommended me this place, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted. Did not take long for me to get seated. Madeline was very helpful. Very engaging, made me feel welcome and accepted, as well as the doctor, which was very informative. They showed me a price breakdown, which wasn’t too bad and they accepted my insurance that I got from marketplace.

I can’t recommend Oak Heights Family Dental enough!! First class all the way! I have been seeing Dr Marneni for years! After looking for a reasonable dental care. After neglecting my teeth for years through addiction. After I finally got clean. The appearance and health of my teeth really bothered me. After going to several different dentist for consultations. Every dentist recommendation was to pull all my teeth out and get all on 4 dental implants. Not Dr. Marneni. She said that I was too young to have all my teeth pulled. She recommended saving my natural teeth. I didn’t have much money at the time. So I set up a payment plan and came in once a month and did a little at a time. 4 years later after working and saving up money. I decided it was time to get some more work done on my teeth. I decided to get crowns on all of my top teeth. There was no one that I trusted more with my mouth than Dr Marneni and her staff!! They are all so friendly and professional! There is a reason that she has hundreds of 5 star reviews! I went in today and had the crowns put in! I was literally in tears because she did such a great job! The crowns looked so good! This is something that I have wanted to do for quite some time. If you are looking for an honest, smart, friendly, professional dentist! Look no further! Their office is clean and cozy! Everything is top of the line! Brianna, her assistant is amazing! Everyone is the office is super friendly and helpful!Thank you Dr. Marneni for restoring my smile and making me feel confident again!

I don't usually leave reviews but they're so freaking awesome I had to. Best in service they are! A true FAMILY dentistry. They know how to work with children. Best in price for sure. I paid more for a mani pedi than I did my deep clean and cavity fill. I've been getting services in the DFW area for 25 years and they beat prices even back then ???? I guess they are rated 4.9 because they don't do free whitening because other than that they are a 10/10 definitely would recommend!

Struggled with finding a great dentist in Dallas until I came here. Very professional, clean and knowledgeable. I’ve been going here for over 2 years now. 100% recommend.

I had an appointment here at 1:20pm as a new patient. They took me back promptly, but after scanning and doing x-rays on my teeth, I sat in the chair for a whole hour before the dentist came to talk to me about my x-rays. I could literally see people driving in, coming back, and driving off as I was just sitting there waiting. The actual consultation was quick (which was expected), but why did it take an hour just for her to talk to me for 7 minutes and bang on my tooth? I am pretty sure they forgot about me as the dentist did not come speak to me until there was pretty much no one left in the office but me. They were also supposed to call me the following business day to schedule me with their referred endodontist. It's been three weeks and never heard anything. I was not impressed. This whole appointment took just over 2 hours, and I sat and waited for one of those. Complete waste of time. Going to a different dentist.

Nice experience for first time visit??

My experience today for my dental appointment was great. The dental hygienist that normally does my cleaning was unavailable do to serving other patients. No issues for me, Nancy and Dr. Burket was there to provide me with great service in a very professional matter. Both of them was very attentive to me during my cleaning. Good staff, everyone's nice. Usually not a lot of noise or traffic, really chill and calm vibes. They make sure I know everything that's going on with my my dental health and what needs to be done. They give courtesy calls/texts a dew days before appointments to make sure you don't forget.

If you need your teeth examined this is the best place ever, "Oak Heights Dental." Xrays and cleaning was done by Karla who always does a excellent job. She also put fluoride on my teeth, and told me to floss regularly. Lizzy and Nancy did the scans and she also done an excellent job. Dr Elyse Burkert is always very professional and nice. She told me that my teeth looked good. Oak Heights Dental is professional and trustworthy. This place is very clean, and all employees are very courteous. This is a family friendly clinic!!! Dr Sater was so good to my daughter he not only took her 4 wisdom teeth out he made it as comfortable for her not to get anxious with the whole procedure as my daughter suffers from anxiety. Dr. Natasha Crespo is friendly, professional and makes well-reasoned recommendations, explaining procedures along with their pros and cons, risks and benefits, the most efficient dentist I’ve ever been to! Her assistant (I think her name is Karla) did my X-rays and it’s the first time I’ve ever had X-rays done without being left with bruises and pain! The best qualities that help me be comfortable at this business is the friendly, prompt attention I receive. I’ve received the most patience from Dr B.,and Carla when it counts, from the beginning of my visit until the end. Alysse also always greets me as she knows me. They take their time, and explain, and during the care on each visit, I leave content that I’m on my way to a better smile. I haven’t always been keen to going to the dentist, but they have helped me manage through my fears, thank you guys!

From reception, until the end of the visit I felt welcomed and comfortable. Nique, my dental assistant was amazing! She was professional, friendly and thorough. Stephanie, the hygienist was a sweetheart, and my teeth looked beautiful after my cleaning. Dr. B was very knowledgeable, listened to all of my concerns, and helped me come up with a treatment plan to address all of my dental needs. Lastly, Brenda went over my treatment plan and the cost of each procedure. She explained everything to where it was easy to understand! I got my wisdom teeth and cleaning done and had a great experience. Dr. Kim and Karla made me feel very comfortable and helped easy my anxiety throughout the process.

Bridgette is awesome. You will feel grateful after a good cleaning. The doctor is gentle and informative They have the latest technology too

I had my first visit today as a new patient and had the best experience all around from the moment I walked in. Bridgett in particular was amazing!! She took her time and explained everything she was doing thoroughly and answered every question that I had and she was very gentle and comforting! I would definitely recommend!☺️

If I can give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. This place is heaven sent! I mean from the moment I walked in the cleanliness, brightness, very welcoming office. The ladies at the front desk beautiful and very helpful! I had Bridgette the hygienist who done my X-rays and cleaning, I wish I can get her every single time, she was SO excellent, we talked the whole time! I’m so excited to start my treatment here! The dentist was very friendly and I know she knows what she’s doing! I highly highly recommend this place!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Martini for a few years now and I’ve been very happy with the work they’ve done on my teeth. Everybody I’ve encountered here has been great and a huge help. They’re always telling me what I need to do whenever I’ve needed to improve or what I need to do more to keep my teeth and mouth healthy. Bridgette on this appointment was great for my cleaning. Very interactive and willing to help with wherever needed to be done. They were able to take me in early today. I had mistaken my appointment and they still took me in for my appointment that was for the following week.

Brigette did a awesome job and the doctors and staff from the time I walked in where very helpful thanks this is a awesome experience
