I can’t recommend Oak Heights Family Dental enough!! First class all the way! I have been seeing Dr Marneni for years! After looking for a reasonable dental care. After neglecting my teeth for years through addiction. After I finally got clean. The appearance and health of my teeth really bothered me. After going to several different dentist for consultations. Every dentist recommendation was to pull all my teeth out and get all on 4 dental implants. Not Dr. Marneni. She said that I was too young to have all my teeth pulled. She recommended saving my natural teeth. I didn’t have much money at the time. So I set up a payment plan and came in once a month and did a little at a time. 4 years later after working and saving up money. I decided it was time to get some more work done on my teeth. I decided to get crowns on all of my top teeth. There was no one that I trusted more with my mouth than Dr Marneni and her staff!! They are all so friendly and professional! There is a reason that she has hundreds of 5 star reviews! I went in today and had the crowns put in! I was literally in tears because she did such a great job! The crowns looked so good! This is something that I have wanted to do for quite some time. If you are looking for an honest, smart, friendly, professional dentist! Look no further! Their office is clean and cozy! I paid more for a mani pedi than I did my deep clean and cavity fill. I've been getting services in the DFW area for 25 years and they beat prices even back then ???? I guess they are rated 4.9 because they don't do free whitening because other than that they are a 10/10 definitely would recommend!

I had an appointment here at 1:20pm as a new patient. They took me back promptly, but after scanning and doing x-rays on my teeth, I sat in the chair for a whole hour before the dentist came to talk to me about my x-rays. I could literally see people driving in, coming back, and driving off as I was just sitting there waiting. The actual consultation was quick (which was expected), but why did it take an hour just for her to talk to me for 7 minutes and bang on my tooth? I am pretty sure they forgot about me as the dentist did not come speak to me until there was pretty much no one left in the office but me. They were also supposed to call me the following business day to schedule me with their referred endodontist. It's been three weeks and never heard anything. I was not impressed. This whole appointment took just over 2 hours, and I sat and waited for one of those. Complete waste of time. Going to a different dentist.

I went to OakHeights family dentistry for the first time today. I was very happy and satisfied with the care that I received. From reception, until the end of the visit I felt welcomed and comfortable. Nique, my dental assistant was amazing! She was professional, friendly and thorough. Stephanie, the hygienist was a sweetheart, and my teeth looked beautiful after my cleaning. Dr. B was very knowledgeable, listened to all of my concerns, and helped me come up with a treatment plan to address all of my dental needs. Lastly, Brenda went over my treatment plan and the cost of each procedure. She explained everything to where it was easy to understand! I highly recommend this dentist office if you are in need of a new dentist!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Martini for a few years now and I’ve been very happy with the work they’ve done on my teeth. Everybody I’ve encountered here has been great and a huge help. They’re always telling me what I need to do whenever I’ve needed to improve or what I need to do more to keep my teeth and mouth healthy. Bridgette on this appointment was great for my cleaning. Very interactive and willing to help with wherever needed to be done. They were able to take me in early today. I had mistaken my appointment and they still took me in for my appointment that was for the following week.

Update: I have been coming to this dentist office for 2 years now and I really used to love this place. I still love my dentist and the hygienist who cleans my teeth. Karla you are a real one. But the people at the front desk, the people in the billing department, are terrible. I have called multiple times this week trying to get information about my insurance benefits. Every day they tell me someone will call me back before the Business day is over. Today was the 4th day I called and only today did someone call me back. And when they called me back they told me they didn’t accept my insurance. But my insurance has been paying my claims and I personally called my insurance and they assured me that this establishment does indeed take my insurance. When I asked to speak to a manager they said “she will call you by the end of the business day” no one called me. The end of the business day is 5 o clock. At 4:30 I call again to speak to the manager “oh ma’am she already left for the day” but they assured me she would call me today. Crazy. Also when I spoke to Ashlynn on the phone she “placed me on hold” but actually didn’t and I could hear her talking about me to another staff member. At this point this office needs to do something about their front of house staff. Some of these people are extremely unprofessional. And I will no longer recommend this place to anyone This is an amazing dentist office. Everyone is extremely welcoming. Everyone was very helpful the process was quick and painless. I expressed to them that I was a little nervous and for the rest of my appointment every person I came in contact with made sure I was comfortable and not having a bad time. I will continue to come back to this office because the staff is amazing!

I recently had some dental work done and I'm not very happy with what I had done one of my teeth was not removed correctly it was bad some of the root was left inside my gum causing severe pain. Another issue I have is with the Dr. she will recommend a procedure for you and not give you a choice she forces you to believe it's the best for you. And last but not least I had front partial dentures made and they look like something you buy off wish or ebay they are cheaply made look like baby teeth you cannot bite into a simple sandwich do to them being so small and the staff will not rinse your mouth out after taking impressions nor will they give you things they your paying for such as a box I or container for the venture's so all in all I would not recommend this dental office to anyone one period. A few other things to add to this is they try and blame the patient instead of theirselves and they want to to come in when its convenient for them not taking in consideration that some people have to request time off in a week's advance in order to make appointments this office wants you to come in regardless of your employer requirements
Hello Joe, The Dr, office manager and the assistant tried to contact you multiple times via texts and phone to come in for a post ope check up which has to be scheduled after your procedure. The issues you mentioned are because there are several other steps to finish your treatment and have the best outcome. We certainly stand for quality care which can not be achieved if you don't show up for your appointments. Certainly we don't push any treatment and we work as a team with the patient and understand their needs and present best recommendations and let the patient choose from the given recommendations. As you mentioned in one of your communications with our office you were working and you cant make it during our regular business hours we even offered to come in during our non working hours to take care of you. We go above and beyond to take care of our patients. And we are glad to do so. We also have a text message and Voice message from you that its you who cant make it to your appointments because of your busy schedule. My hygienist is excellent, always ribbing me about my flossing frequency (I'm working on it!) and answering all of my many dental-related questions. The atmosphere in her office is very welcoming and she's really big about doing things on time. I don't think I've ever spent more than 20-30 minutes for ANY appointment, even when I've had to get X-rays and cleanings. I finally decided to act like the adult that I am and made an appointment with Dr. Marneni who was recommended to me by a friend. I'm glad I went! Dr. Marneni negated every reason I could ever come up with for not wanting to go to the dentist. She was gentle, efficient, intelligent, explained everything she was going to do and what needed to be done in the future. Her staff is outstanding. If you have a 2:30 appointment, you are in on or before 2:30. I got a new crown and it was as painless a procedure as I have ever experienced. She uses state of the art equipment, including computer imaging of your teeth. It was actually fun to watch. Dr. Marneni offers a variety of professional services including implants, braces, teeth whitening in addition to the usual dental care. I have found a dentist I love at last! cdkirk100
