I cracked a molar and my dentist referred me to Dr. Allison Rascon at this practice, to arrange some gum surgery before he could attach a permanent crown. Prior to my consultation appointment, Dr. Rascon called me herself to discuss whether we could do the procedure after the consult, if we were both good to go. I so appreciated that instead of a potential additional appointment as this entire process will take a couple of months. Sean and the rest of the front desk crew that manage patients' intake, they were all so lovely and helpful. Dr Rascon's assistant Dee was a delight. And Dr Rascon texted me 2 days after my procedure to inquire about how I was doing. I don't want oral surgery again, but if I must, I will happily return to Dr Rascon and her team. Ten out of ten!

Dr Froum is an excellent doctor, he is very experienced and professional, and makes decisions accordingly. Due to the complexity of my issue he opted to send me to a specialist who would do the right job for me rather than taking risks in exchange for income. I had seen him many times in the past and he would be my first stop for a future dental concern. His office staff is helpful, polite, and even answer questions on texts after hours. Didn’t know about Dr. Weinstein, but the phone receptionist was very rude. She sounded like she has some issues and couldn’t wait to tell everyone that “you better know what you’re getting yourself into.” I doubt there was any kind of training in manner in her experience ever. Last week, I had three dental implants surgically placed by Dr. David Weinstein, and his colleague, Carmenza. He is the best periodontal doctor and most up-to-date with new surgical procedures. When Dr. Weinstein tells you something can be done, know for sure that it is a fact. During the implant procedure, Dr. Weinstein and Carmenza worked as a team, quickly and efficiently completing the procedure. Carmenza is efficient, capable, and makes the patient feel special. Dr. Weinstein completes implants as a work of art, and takes pride in what he does. You see that reflected in his patients, and all the staff. Tyra runs the front desk, always smiling and pleasant to everyone, in person and on the phone. Tyra won’t let you leave without checking on you, providing a smile, and ensures you are all set with your appointments. I thank Dr. Neil Zane for recommending Dr. Weinstein to me!

Dr Weinstein saw me quickly as I was having a great deal of pain from a extraction by someone else. X-rays showed sharp bones penetrating the gums etc. but I would have waited months to have the surgery. Dr Weinstein took pictures and an X-ray and reiterated that sharp pieces of bone were penetrating the gums etc. he said he could operate to file down those bones but would rather an oral surgeon would be best. sent me to dr Glied who asked if I could come in immediately. My experience at Dr. Melnick’s office have been nothing but extremely positive. The doctor placed an implant in my mouth a few months ago and the procedure was practically painless. Both he and his assistant, Dee, made every effort to see that I was relaxed and at ease. Even an unexpected extraction (of a wisdom tooth) was handled seamlessly and comfortably. Dr. Melnick advised me that I would probably only need OTC pain meds, although he did write a prescription for something stronger anyway. To my surprise, he was right and I got by with just a few Tylenol. I felt that was a testament to his skill. He then called me at home to check on my condition the day after the procedure. Today was my return visit, for a three month checkup. All was perfect and it was a pleasure to see Dr. Melnick and the ever-entertaining, delightful Dee again. This is an excellent practice, where Covid protocols are strictly followed and the patient’s wellbeing always comes first! I highly recommend it.

Fast extraction of my miserable tooth followed up by an implant in same procedure. I know this cannot be done with every implant but the doctor has fabulous x-ray equipment and other devices that tell him how suitable the bone is for an implant immediately after extraction. No pain after day 1.

This was an initial consultation and Dr. Weinstein thoroughly explained what he would do to improve my dental condition, as well as inspiring my confidence in his ability to do so. The staff at his office was very friendly and it was evident from his interactions with them that he is a primary source of the positive energy in the office. The staff takes thorough precautions to ensure everyone's health - including pre-visit questionnaires, temperature checks, limited waits, and washing procedures- which was very reassuring, given that this work was all done during the Omicron surge. Dr. Weinstein's execution of my two posts was flawless. Since I expressed an interest, he explained what he was going to do, what he was doing, and what to expect, illustrating his points with my own x-rays. He was unfailingly cheerful throughout despite what must be very stressful circumstances during the pandemic. I had two follow-up visits to check on how well the implants had set and was in and out in under a half hour.

Have now had two Lapnap Laser gum surgeries by Dr,.Clifford S. Melnick, first one half of the mouth, then the second half two days ago,. So far so good. Very good. The worst part were the injections to numb before! (Someone should improve them!!! ) The actual procedure is long and tedious but I didn't suffer. The best part is when it is done, it is done. No stitches, no bleeding, no pain after (I took a pain killer just before the procedure, then another about 8 hours later, but I didn't really need them.) There is a tiny swelling which only I would notice, but I did take a lot of Arnica Montana 1m from the health food store before and that probably helped. The liquids only diet for 3 days after is something I'd rather not do, same with the soft foods for 4 days after that, but the bonus is I lost some weight! Dr. Melnick and all the staff were caring - Dee, Kim, Tyra - and helped make it all easier. Yes, I would recommend Mr. Melnick.

Dr. Weinstein is the best! I went to him recently because I was having a dull ache on and off in a root canal tooth. I knew he was the right person to go to in this situation because I had had an excellent experience with him on two prior extractions and implants. As always, Dr. Weinstein put me at ease immediately, with his calm, patient and upbeat approach. Also as always, his staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Upon examining and x-raying the area, Dr. Weinstein didn’t find any cause for the ache. He said it was important that he not do any treatment when he didn’t detect any underlying problem. I appreciated that very much. He asked me to get back to him if the dull ache didn’t subside after several weeks and reminded me that I have his cell phone number in case I have any problem. He also suggested that I get a second opinion—from my regular dentist. I couldn’t ask for better professional care. I have tremendous respect for not only Dr. Weinstein’s expertise but also his integrity.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr Rascon and the team. I came in for crown lengthening - which I was a little nervous about! - and from the very beginning, Dr Rascon made me feel calm and at ease. I was informed about what was going to happen and what to expect in a transparent, but incredibly empathetic manner. The procedure itself was so comfortable, I didn't feel any discomfort at all. When I was done, I was given comprehensive overview of post surgery care and had direct access to Dr Rascon in case I had any questions post surgery. The recovery was so easy, I followed the post-care instructions and never really felt any discomfort. I also loved how collaborative Dr Rascon was with my dentist Dr Anne Truong, working together to ensure the results were exactly what I wanted. The results have far exceeded my expectations! My smile is now more even and less of my gum is exposed when I smile. I feel so much more confident in my smile. And I am amazed at how seamless the experience was.
