This place is so unpolite with children! Front desk were super helpful and kind but the people who were going to do treatment were rushing and didn’t even take the time to comfort the child prior to precedure. 100% don’t recommend ! The treatment was going to be done in a back room that looks so unwelcoming and dark. For a kid this looks very scary and it looks sketchy. Doctor didn’t even take the time to say hi or anything.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I was double charged $2800.00 for my son's ortho services in November 2022. I have been going round and round with the Torrance office regarding a refund of my $2800 since January 2023, which is when I discovered the double charge. While trying to correct Magicland Dentals' negligent mistake, I've been continuously transferred, put on hold just to have no one return to the call, and lied to repeatedly during this frustrating and stressful process. I've submitted written proof of the double charges to their collections department TWICE. I've spoken to office managers, and collections managers in which they all say that they're going to research the situation and call me back, but it NEVER happens. I finally received a call back approximately 2 weeks ago regarding giving my CC info in order to have the money refunded, and as of today, nothing has been done. I've contacted the BBB, who has opened a case and contacted Magicland Dental, but to my knowledge, Magicland Dental has not responded back to them as usual. This debt has been paid off to the financial institution that I had the written and signed agreement with back in November, but I still have a balance of $2800. I wish I could take those barace out of my son's mouth and be done with this office. I will NEVER use them again after this nightmare is over. Update..My credit card account was returned to a zero balance from Magicland Dental a few months ago. The fact that they did that proves what I stated above was correct. If I had not involved the BBB in this situation, I'm positive I would have continued to get the run around. Magicland Dentals final response to BBB was to still try and put the blame on me for their billing mistake?. It is impossible for me to have anything to do with THEIR billing process. It was an obvious employee error and it was very evident to see from all of the documents that I submitted. Even though they zeroed the balance out, they never accepted blame in their final response to the BBB. I never accepted Magicland Dental's response to the situation given to the BBB because it was a complete LIE. I eventually had to let the situation rest because in the end I got what I wanted, which was to have the double charge removed. Again, once my son's braces are completed, they will NEVER see me nor my children's faces again. This entire situation was very stressful and unnecessary, and they never accepted responsibility for what they did.

My son hasn’t been given an ortho appointment since last June. It’s February, and I called today to ask why they haven’t put his lower braces on yet or had him in for new bands or a check up in 8 months but have no problem accepting automatic payments from my account each month! The guy couldn’t give me an explanation since ortho wasn’t there today. It’s thursday, not a holiday, and the next appt he could offer is in march. Last time i took him in December they said ortho wasn’t there that day either and someone must’ve scheduled him for reg dentist by accident. I am more than pissed off to realize they never even did his bottom teeth. My son is 13 so I didn’t check and his bottom teeth never show when he talks so all this time nearly 2 years i thought he had top and bottom braces and he didn’t! Nothing from magicland dental about it either. When i had braces as a kid, they scheduled me every month! This place says 6 weeks! My son it’s been 8 months because the December appt. Debacle. I really regret picking this place for my sons braces. They overcharged me and promised top of the line service. I feel like a real idiot. This place suckered me so hard. I don’t know how to trust a business at their word these days when I know they’re just trying to “make the sale” I am going to attempt a contract novation and refund for all of the months they haven’t bothered with him. I will update.

My kids had an appointment yesterday everything went good in the back room with the doctor and assistants that clean my kids teeth. The only bad thing was the main desk. My kids where seen and I was asked to go to the front and make appointments the lady in the front with glasses saw my stand their and didn’t bother to ask if I needed help when I know she saw me stand their. I got help until another lady came from the back and asked me if I needed help and then she was like I can help her for what now if you saw me stand their and didnt help me not the first time I have had issues with her I don’t know how she is still working their. This place is not good. They treat everyone like an assembly line. My daughter had to go back twice to get a cavity fixed because they screwed it up the first time and it broke. Then just to get copies of their records they charged me $50 when they said they would email them to a new dentist for free. How can it be free for another dentist to get them but charge parents for copies of the record.

First timer here with my toddler. The office is very nice, especially the movie theater. The waiting is not bad, less than 30 minutes. The problem is the dentist herself. Very rude, spent the max of 2 minutes with us and ran out of our room so fast without even asking if we have any questions or concerns for our 2 year old. Our first visit will be our last. There are a lot of dentists around the area that are more care for their patients. Ciao.

Check in was so easy and my son had a lot of fun in the lobby while we waited for a short period. Once we got inside everybody was so gentle and kind with him and helped calm him down. It’s clean, nice and family friendly dentist, the only think I don’t like is there’s a lot of miscommunications here, they double/mis book, we’ve come here several times and told us there’s nothing to do for today and we have to come back to different dates.so I learned my lesson so call first and confirm my child’s appointment and if they will do any treatment. They don’t respect your time at all. Sometimes we had to wait for 30 mins to be seen even with appointment. Some receptionist or front desk are rude. They need proper training if you deal with customer service and treat / talk to everyone with respect. But mostly dentist and people inside are nice.

This place is the worst , front desk always have attitudes. Never on time with appointments , but if your past a minute your late then half and hour to a hour they will make you wait. If it wasn't for the baces we would have left years ago . And be careful , they will charge your insurance for work done and not do it . Like charge for a deep cleaning but do a regular cleaning and half #$$ job at that.

My daughter literally sat in the dentist chair and “the dentist” determined that she needed to have a deep cleaning, then proceeded to tell me that it would be an hour wait for her to have the service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! The worst place ever, my child had 2 extractions and they put anesthesia and not even a minute after they pulled the teeth out!!! Never made sure if the anesthesia was even in full effect!! There’s no way it’s numb that fast!! They extracted 2 molars! Do you know how painful and traumatic that is and was!!! I was hoping to find a kid friendly dentist as I have a two year old who never stops running. Upon entering the building, I was immediately impressed by the multiple play rooms and features set up just for kids. They had a slight system malfunction and I did end up having to reschedule, however, after finally completely the entire appointment I was pleased with the service. The chairs was kid sized which was so cute. There were TVs on the ceiling playing kid movies. The dentist was so kid friendly and she spoke in a character voice to help distract my son as she examined his teeth. He did great because of her. I course I can’t forget to mention the balloons that was a great reward to my son after sitting like a big boy. I will be a returning happy customer.

I hate laying out toilet covers on the floor and changing my toddler in the middle of the restroom floor even if the bathroom is clean and we're the first ones to use it. 2+ years now but there isn't a suggestion s or comments option on the rating text after a visit.

I used to be taken to this dentist office when I was a kid and had the moat horrific experience there. Memories of the procedures still haunt me. I always felt they never numb the area properly and FELT EVERYTHING. When I was a kid, I remember being restrained with straps, crying and I raised my hand to signal that I was in pain. I feel they just stabbed me with the needle because I felt no difference. They just told me to stop crying after that. When I eventually grew out of that dentist office I was scared to go into a new dentist. My first procedure at a different dentist office and I was confused as to why I didn’t feel anything. Now I could fall asleep getting work done. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place for any child.

I had a very bad experience in this place, the staff that is serving are not at all friendly, they all look upset. And that's despite the fact that they work with children and then they did a terrible job on my daughter. They just started working without waiting for the anesthesia to take effect. My daughter is traumatized, she cannot see a doctor or a nurse. From the first day I took her, I had a very bad experience with the staff, but I still decided to work with her, but no one ever sat down with me to explain how they worked. When I saw how they were working with my daughter, I regretted it as much as if they were working with animals. They don't have a bit of empathy, no one tries to talk to the children or try to comfort them a little. They just come in, tie them up, and start working. After I went to another place, I realized the huge difference in treatment and the importance they put on my daughter. Wow, how I regretted having run away with you. Aside from the fact that they did a terrible job on my daughter, I would never recommend them.

worst experience I have never had from a dentist office I took my daughter in and while we waited the female that took the xrays and two other females including a male started whispering among each other and looking at us several times which my other daughter started feeling uncomfortable I told my daughter to get up and walked out and made sure to let the manager know in which she asked how do you know they were talking about you when you know well when some one is talking about you not once but several times they did that I will never go there aging.

I have never was part of something so terrified as what I just experienced. Being a patient for over 15 years being my kids every six months and today will definitely be the last time I will step a foot here. They have a drunk guy taking X-rays being confused over everything from being us into observatory to giving us directions. After taking X-rays in my daughter he sent us back to the lobby one of the assistant asked me confused if I was okay. Having someone drunk in a children pediatric office is very unprofessional, unpleasant, uncomfortable and definitely dangerous. Pardon me for my language but this is disgusting! Actions need to taken.

Horrible experience! From the receptionist to the treatment ! I changed my kids dentist because they recommended this one because it was great! My kids dentist is far but supper great I came here for more convenient but never again! My youngest (5)got treatment & when I got her out of the harness she was lethargic almost fainting ! The horrible image will always be in my head I am not exaggerating when I mean she was rolling her eyes back I didn’t leave that office until I got my daughter alert walking because she couldn’t stand without telling me she couldn’t ! The Dr gave her a cup a water and that was it no one came to check up on her to see how she was or anything no one gave me any instructions or if she needed any care plan after I took my daughter out of that treatment room! Never again will I go there !

This office/ receptionist blatantly discriminated against my special needs child! I called to inquire about the sedation options that this office offers. They gave me 3 options. As soon as I mentioned my child was special needs and I asked about the IV or oral (or juice as the receptionist called it) sedation she quickly said oh I have to check to see if we still offer this. Then she placed me on hold for a very long while I guess hoping that I would hang up. When she came back on the line she said we don’t offer it and she has no idea when someone will be able to offer this service. So why did she tell me at the beginning of our conversation that they did, even your website states you offer sedation. My only conclusion is that your office don’t want to accept special needs patients. Well you can keep your services I’ll find someone another clinic that deserves my money. It’s just a crying shame that this type of discrimination is still happening! I’ll be sure to spread the word about your callous behavior!

Dr. Kass is awesome!! So fast and great with my son!! Just to update my review, my son has been coming here for years. He feels very comfortable because Everyone is so nice here. My son is always nervous when he has a dentist appointment. The dentists and dental hygienist are so awesome! They make him feel comfortable and they are fast and efficient. He has had to get a filling and a tooth pulled in the past and the doctor was so fast. I was so impressed with the work. The vibe and energy is great here !! Two thumbs up. Every time I take my child for check up the never have time to treat same day it's a waste of time parents work we can't be missing work to different days or if we miss another day of work to take them to get the treatment they give an appointment a time and they see us 2 hours later for a 5 minute cleaning when it's supposed to be a deep cleaning, after waiting 2 hours, the place bad customer service the place is dirty now before when the office was newly opened was different better service. Now disappointed.

The first time I took my daughter there for an extraction, the doctor was great he explained everything, and he made my daughter feel confident. I love the gas sedation they offered.. it really helped my child to come down... the only thing is that you can not go in the room while your kid is sedated. but you can see tru a glass door. One thing I had to mention is that the front office personnel was not as helpful as they should be and rude. The procedure went fast ,the place is clean and a nice environment for children.

I wish the place treated patients like individual cases not like a ASSEMBLY LINE. The assistance is not slow but not fast. The place is dirty I mean the waiting area side tables are so dusty and let me just say there were bread crumbs on the counter where my daughter was getting examined. Right next to the X-RAY AREA. A dental Assistant by the name Andrea was very polite. She pretty much just told me the work my daughter needed and claimed it’ll be done in 30 mins. I had a few questions regarding my options she then called another dental assistant that pretty much yelled at me in front of other patients saying if I didn’t get my daughter the attention that day it’s going to turn into an abscess and the will have to extract ALL her teeth. Sounded super dramatic and said they can’t do half now and other half later because that will be the outcome. Just saying she’s being dramatic because I got a second opinion and she was wrong. Anyway just maybe work on how to talk and treat patients make each case for what it is not an assembly line.

My boys’ dentist was great but the front office is not well organized. After 20 minutes of waiting for my boy’s turn, the receptionist notified me that my son’s medical insurance wasn’t eligible for the treatment so we left dental clinic to call my social worker. However, my social worker notified me that the medical insurance was active!! No problem at all!!!! Then, the front desk made a same day appointment again but they didn’t even apologize for their inconvenience when we went back to dental clinic within two hours!!! Furthermore, my 4 yrs boy suddenly fell off the chair behind me when I was checking my backpack…no one else was in the same room…I’m not going to file against the Magicland dental clinic anyway…As his knees got bruised, I just wanted find out how he fell off the chair by surveillance camera in case of visiting orthopedic doctor. But the receptionists simply said, “I’m sorry. I don’t have any access to see the surveillance video.” I asked receptionists if there’s anyone who can check the surveillance videos for me but they told me no. None of receptionists asked if my boy is ok!!!

We had an appointment at 9am which was the first time slot of the day. Regardless we waited almost an hour and a half to get work done on my daughters teeth. How many patients did they cram in that we had to wait so long? The worst part is we didn’t get one single apology except from the dentist that I’m pretty sure has nothing to do with scheduling appointments. If either one of the ladies at reception said they were sorry but they’re running late, I would’ve understood. Instead I got a rolling of their eyes attitude, like I’m being unreasonable for being upset about it. I wonder how they would feel if the situation were reversed. I had appointments for my other 2 kids in 2weeks but I canceled those and will look for another pediatric dentist. It’s a shame that the actual dentists are great but their reputation is being tarnished by cold, unfeeling and rude staff.

I’ve been in Magicland customer for about 13 years now. They always have very professional and kid friendly staff & the facilities are always well maintained. The only downside is that they are very popular facility so it gets extremely crowded so expect to come back for treatment if you’re trying to get an exam, cleaning and filings because it rarely happens in one day.

My kids recently changed to magicland dental and we absolutely love it from the front desk to the x-ray room to the exam/treatment chair they were kind,patient and very understanding they explained every step of the way to me and my kids. They waited for me to be by each one well getting their treatment which says a lot since I had 6 kids all getting treatment that day. I appreciated their patience and help keeping the nerves down and since my kids are really anxious they're gentle kind words helped so much!!!! We are so very grateful to Magicland. We were on vacation in the area when my son cracked his front tooth on a Saturday afternoon. Virtually no dental offices were open, but thankfully we found Magicland. They saw our son right away and the entire staff was wonderful. Dr. Quinn was great with our son while fixing his tooth and was incredibly caring. He even followed up with us a few days later, even though we do not live in the area and would never be back at that practice. We are pretty sure he had to stay late because of our unexpected visit, too. The front desk ladies went above and beyond, calling local endodontists to see if someone could see us quickly. They also had difficulty verifying our out-of-state insurance and no one at the insurance company picked up because it was a Saturday afternoon, but Idalid did not give up until she found a way to confirm it. Everything about our experience was fantastic. Thank you Magicland!

Took our daughter here for one visit and they wanted to drill out all of her teeth. They discouraged getting a second opinion. We went somewhere else and they didn't drill anything out. The other place, Bayview, treated two teeth and her teeth have been great for the past 2 years. I'm really glad we avoided Magicland. They keep texting me marketing info and won't stop, even after 2 years. Get a second opinion. Don't trust Magicland.

When you schedule a patient for a specific time make sure you can treat that patient within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. Improve the patient intake process so patients are not sitting in the waiting room for 45-60 minutes waiting for front desk staff to figure out insurance coverage and payment information.

Disappointed. Usually very timely which is why I scheduled my other appointments after this one. Unfortunately, my 8am appointment had to be rescheduled to the following week b/c they were short staffed and no one was free to do the cleaning. I would have had to wait an additional 30-40 mins on top of the 30 min wait I've already done. Completely unacceptable. Don't bombard me with reminder emails, texts and phone calls only to not perform the scheduled service. If I can make the effort to be on time to my scheduled appointment I would appreciate the same effort in return from your staff.

First of all they tell you your appointment is at 4 and end up going in at 5-5:30 another they don’t even update you profile and blame it on you when you been going every month. The ladies if the front i don’t know if they hate their job or what but they have the nastiest attitudes ever. The lady with blond hair in the front talks about the parents with her coworkers and doesn’t care that other parents are listening. Us as parents we care about our kids we are going to ask as many questions we want and have. Another thing you gave them your credit card info so they can take the payment and three months pass and nothing. Very disappointed.

This place deserves no stars my daughter had teeth pulled out that were not supposed to be pulled out.. she came out crying hysterically because the tooth they pulled out was not supposed to be pulled out… and she was in so much pain they traumatized her and get this they did the same thing to my nephew.. Dr. Kang is the worst dentist i have ever met. She lacks professionals and communication skills I will be taking this to the Dental board they need their license revoked!!!! On June 14 2022 i took my kids to get their cleaning done, i took a picture of the paper where the Dentist writes her notes regarding my kids teeth etc, i was told it was illegal to do that and that the dentist was not okay with me taking a pic, i asked the dentist directly and she said she doesn’t mind at all , so that means Myrna made a whole scene for what? Myrna also said they will not schedule us anymore. I have video proof of how shady and a lier Myrna is. I need someone from corporate to reach out to me i have sent my complaint in a email to the above email address, i need Nancy from patient relations to call me back

This place is HORRIBLE! RUDE and Unprofessional. The receptionists need to take an in-service course on how to work with the public!! Your appointment time is always 45+ minutes delayed with an excuse all the time and then they still make you wait in the treatment room for another 30 minutes until the Dentist comes in. Overbooked, UNDERSTAFFED AND RUDE!

I don’t normally take the time or effort to write a review but I am very unhappy with the Administrator of this dental office. My son is 5 and his elementary school wanted a Oral Health Assessment Form to be completed by the dentist, signed and with their license number provided. When I asked them to please provide a license number they hesitated but gave me the number and I asked if they could also please sign the form per the schools instructions and that’s when the Admin Lady said “that’s too much information, why do they need all that… You are just getting the license number and that’s it, that’s all you are getting” she was very rude to me for no reason. I am not confrontational so I just told her that that form was not for me it was for the school but that it was ok and I was just going to have the school talk to them. My question is why did she get so offensive? Why is the license number and signature of the dentist too much information? Shouldn’t all that information be public anyway? What are they hiding for the Admin Lady to be so rude to me for just asking for a form to be signed? I will not be bringing my son back to this dental office something is definitely off and it is very suspicious to me.

I think they run shady service. I had my two daughters check up done. Now school wants Oral health Assessment form done. This people does not wants to fill the form, so I filled the basic information and only thing doctor had to do is fill out oral assessment part, sign it, provide license number and stamp it. They filled the assessment part refuse to sign and provide doctors license number on the form. Now school is not accepting it because no signature and no doctors license number. Today is the third day and I just succeeded to get them write doctors name on the form “NOT THE SIGNATURE”. No luck with license number. Going back again tomorrow since school rejected the form stating they need signature and license number. They wrote doctors name Michael Park, he is not listed on their site. Are they just working with made up names? Not the real licensed doctors? Did the oral check up was done by real doctor? I think they are doing some fraud. I will go down to the bottom of this and update you guys. Till then stay away from this potential dental scammers.

They want to enforce masks but yet have patients sharing the same dirty pens to sign in. They are not wearing gloves or disinfecting hands after getting items from patients. The tablets are available for all kids to use without having an employee disinfect in-between uses. There are no spaces in between seats. No hand sanitizer available and they do not have masks available for patients. And Many more things that do not follow cdc guidelines.

Knowing you are down a doctor, continuing to add appointments, making young kids wait more than an hour past their appointment time (which then delays their ability to eat dinner at a normal time,) NO communication from staff that there would be such a delay, and no offer to wait or reschedule is absolutely RIDICULOUS! It isn't fair to the doctor and technicians/ hygienists who did show up to work to put them in a situation where they will be dealing with tired, frustrated, angry, and hungry kids. Do something about your scheduling and train your desk staff to inform of such SEVERE delays upon checkin and offer the option to wait or reschedule. Kids matter and should not be treated as if their time/lives/schedules don't matter by being forced to wait more than an hour past their appointment times. My son was not the only one. There were people there when we left who had arrived before us who were still waiting. I get it. Life happens. People call out. But again, staff should be trained to communicate about delays and to offer rescheduling options. Hour plus waits are ridiculous for anyone, but especially young kids. PLEASE, do better!

The front office needs to be more informative. Even with appointment we were made to wait for 1 and half hours. Had the worst experience. I did check with the front office how much is the wait time while I was checking in. She didn't give any information about the shortage of dentists at the office and they are running late. She told me there's no wait time and we will be called immediately. And the dentist barely took a minute to examine my child and asked me to take another appointment later and come again. Time is valuable and if they can't honor the appointment time, why not just tell in advance. I waited for 90 min just for the 1min check up.

I had an appointment last week and there was no caries in my daughter's teeth. apparently perfect and caries free, but they asked to make a new appointment for today for another dentist to check the x-ray. my appointment was 1pm, I was seen 3pm, 2 hours late. bad service, they didn't explain anything to me about what's in my daughter's tooth, how the service would be paid for by the dental plan, they just did what they think was necessary, without providing many details. they made two silver fillings in her teeth, one on each side and he didn't ask me if I preferred the filling in silver or white, they just did. the filling was horrible. I believe that the right thing would be to explain to me and show what is in her tooth, explain what needs to be done and explain the options for white or silver fillings. they just asked my daughter to sit on the chair, and I sign the papers without explaining anything, in less than 5 minutes they had 2 silver fillings in her teeth, and she was ready to go home. when I got home and saw it, I couldn't believe the tooth was so ugly. until now I'm not believing that there really were cavities in her teeth, because it was invisible if they really existed. so I went back to the office and asked please to show me the x-ray so I could check if there really were cavities in her teeth, the attendant went there spoke to the dentist and came back saying that they were very busy and could not show it to me, and that I need to schedule a new appointment for 15 days later if I want to know more details. It was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this dentist.

I have been here a couple of times with my oldest (9) and they have always been super nice. Well this time I came with all three kids (9,4,2) and once again they were awesome. Always really sweet and they make sure they explain everything. They definitely make the little ones feel comfortable. It’s awesome to not have to fight your kids to go to the dentist!

I waited a long time for that, too. He told me to come back on weekdays without any responsibility or guilt. My time is meaningless and worthless because of their hospital schedule. That's wrong. Then, there is no meaning of receiving customers by appointment system.

The staff is very nice there. However, that place is utter chaos. The kids are all in one big room (that is painted like a circus nightmare), with at least 6 TVs - one for each chair - all playing different movies so the noise level is off the charts. Not to mention, there’s only one dentist I’ve ever seen there and she’s shouting over the TVs and she’s always rushed because she’s the only one, so you don’t get to have a calm, extensive discussion with her at all. Ever. Even before masks came into play. And the wait time is ridiculous. We have to dedicate at least an hour ahead of time until my kid is actually seen by the dentist. Kids are already scared of the dentist and having that chaotic environment isn’t conducive to a good experience.

Ive been taking my daughter here since she was a little girl and staff and dentist are really nice. This place is fun and entertaining for kids. They have game area and a movie theatre. They have tv while they work on their teeth to keep them busy and less nervous. She had her teeth pulled here when she was little and also other dental done. They are very safe and they usually give balloons toothbrush and dental stuff plus small little price. Now that shes a teen she had her braces. Orthodontist are good. The only thing most of their appointments is in the morning and its hard for her when she has to get het braces adjusted she has to miss school or missed classes.

I was told that I would get help with my son doing his x-rays since it's hard for him to stay still as a toddler but when I got there .....no help what so ever. I had to call my MIL to come help since I'm pregnant and can't be in the xray room and when she ask to help with my son she advise my MIL "They can't because it would risk them to exposure" ? That was the dumbest response EVER. My appointment ended up getting rescheduled which means I wasted my morning over there and my son left with a toothache.

I took my 5 year old here, before sitting down my boy was really anxious about the dentist, but as soon as he sat down Lorena help him relax and be more at ease. I love this Dental office for my toddlers, the staff is really nice and fast, which is a big deal when taking 2 toddlers, also the Dentist was very knowledgeable with PRS! I was very excited when he knew what PRS was, I've researched so many dentist who knew nothing about it(shocking), I would have to explain to other dentist what it is. I highly recommend this office, they also make the children feel special and feel like they did a great job with a little toy and balloon, great front office service, great bed side manners, Dentist and assistants have patience and are very gentle with the children. I've had more than one visit here and they've all been great.. Magicland staff is amazing from beginning to end.

My children have been patients for several years. Dentist turn over is quite high. There is always a long wait to be seen and the waiting room is packed. None of the kids games or interactive wall activities are functional. Staff is rude and unorganized. Had a very bad experience today, we waited 45 min to be seen. Then because my teenaged son didn’t hear them call his name after 5 min they said it was too late and they were closed. What a waste of time! Terrible! I’m finally taking my kids elsewhere, I should have done so long ago!

I had an appointment for check up and tooth cleaning. After the x-ray I waited for about 25 minutes on the treatment chair until the doctor came. She checked my tooth and told me that I can go, when I asked them about the tooth cleaning, they told me we don't have enough workers and they asked me to leave . The last time I went, they made me wait 45 minutes in the treatment chair. It is the worst experience I had with a dental Clinic.

My son had to get x-rays and he gets real nervous about it. But Magicland’s X-ray process was easy breezy lemon squeezy!!! He was so happy ? afterwards. Thank you!!!!

First let me start by saying that the dentist and ortho dr is great! I can’t stand dealing with the lady at the front desk of the ortho department. She’s never friendly! There’s ALWAYS a schedule conflict or they are OVERBOOKED! Pay close attention to your itemized bills, I paid for my son to have a white filling and it was filled with silver. Didn’t realize until the bleeding stopped but by that time of course it was too late. They will nickel and dime you!!!

I really like this dental office because they are very nice to me and my sister. I have been coming here since I was 1 year old. The people who works in that office are very nice, sweet and gentle when they brush my teeth.

If I could I would give negative stars!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service EVERYONE at the front desk is rude and argumentative. No one ever knows what’s going on.Would not recommend to an enemy to go here!!!!! Don’t waste your time or money not worth the headache!

Nice kids dental clinic. They are good with the kids. Been taking kids there for years. The dentists are all very good with the kids and there are plenty of distractions for the kiddos to keep their minds off the fact they are at the dentist's office.

Great service! They made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The doctor was great at explaining everything. I loved that my 2 year old was allowed to sit on my lap during his check up. He cried, he screamed, but the doctor was great and gentle. Thank you for your great service!

Today was very bad service, it was 1:30 and when they passed her they were training a new girl and she didn't put the brakes on her until they corrected her. It's not professional. They should be training her with a patient.
