Almost killed my baby brother. My 5 year old brother had a tooth infection that ended up spreading to his brain, knowing this the dentists decides that an extraction is the best choice while still being infected. My mother decided to visit his doctor and apparently the infection needs to be cured before extracting any teeth, not doing so could cause him to bleed to death. The doctor mentioned antibiotics while the dentists whose entire job is about teeth never even peeped a word about it. Safe say to say, mom’s furious, doctors furious, and I’m furious.

(Original post was 10 months ago) Very upset. I recently moved to the City of Perris and decided to try this dentist for my child since he had an emergency. I called early in the morning at 8 am. and spoke to Mario and asked him to hold on for me to get him the information he needed. He hung up. I decided to try again, and this time, I spoke to Claudia. I gave her the information she needed regarding my insurance and made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. she sent a link to my phone to fill out the forms they needed and did that, too. Only to be called 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment for them to tell me that the doctor that was covering the regular doctor who is on vacation is out of network and I would need to pay 50% of my copay today instead of my regular copay. This information could have been said when I gave them the information at 8:00 a.m. in the morning, not when I have completed their forms and gave them private information. Honestly, I will not be taking my child here. If they can't have simple communication from the beginning, I can only imagine how this office works. After 10 months since writing a review on your business now today, you choose to reach out on 4/1/2025...lol your business is a joke.

They don’t care if you’re in pain. They will yell at your kids and keep saying “you’re okay! Stop crying!” When clearly I’m not okay, I was crying and having a bad panic attack. The Adult side was very nicer and kind I was very shocked, it was like a whole different world compared to the kids side… why be a kid dentist when all you’re gonna be doing is yelling and scolding the kid?

I love this dentist! I did a lot of research when I was trying to find a place to take my kids. I had a TERRIBLE dentist when I was little & it was really important to me that I found somewhere that my kids felt comfortable at & that the work done would actually be good quality. The cleanings are always done super fast & everyone there is great! Super friendly, patient, great with the kids! I had to take my son in for some more significant work & they booked us a super early appointment to come in with an anesthesiologist so he could be put under while the work took place. Diana was fantastic with the whole process of getting things scheduled & calling to make sure everything was going according to plan in the days leading up to the appointment. She covered everything that I needed to know & was very reassuring about everything that was going to be happening. The Dr. that preformed the work is the same one that my kids are always with for their cleanings & I just adore her! She’s so sweet & friendly! & she deals with my son’s pure hatred of having anyone touch his face/mouth very well! Lol. I’m so happy to have found such a great place that accepts our insurance, works fast & does amazing work! I’m a little jealous that my kids get to watch movies on the tv’s that are right above each of the chairs while they get everything done.

The place is really nice and clean has a plying area for the kids colorful and bright. The only issue I had from this place is with one of the front dental assistant I don’t know her name but she’s Latina has red hair, really rude it was our first visit and I asked her questions and she will response rude she had attitude when she will response, her voice sounded like she wanted to tell me you should know what to do. She was mad-dogging every person that will come in and just give them a dirty look. The dental assistants on the back office were really nice and kind to my kids respectful at all times and helpful the dentist was sweet and kind she was clear in explaining all my concerns really recommend this place has a really good environment other than the lady that doesen’t fit in with the rest of the team (Co-Workers).

Please avoid this place!!! My son had 3 “baby root canals” as the female Dr. called it… now months later, different dentist, different state, they inform me that all three of the root canals performed were not done properly before the crowns were placed! He showed me on the X-ray where all 3 root canals were not filled in all the way! Now my son has 3 very infected teeth with abscess and needing his teeth removed! Dr. Was negligent and didn’t complete her work properly. Please beware!!!!

I wish I can give Magic Land 10 stars!! I brought my daughter here for the first time 11/1/2024♡ My daughter is 11 and has Autism ADHD and is non verbal so yes I was worried how things will go here because my daughter always has to be put to sleep during xrays and the whole procedure but with the kindness and love and patience and support at Magic Land she was fully awake, she sit still all the way as she could and they were able to perform xrays and even clean her mouth!! ☆☆OMG AMAZING☆☆ I'm sooo thankful for the incredible team/staff/ especially thankful for Dr. Erin ? Sergio, and Sara who were just a blessing taking care of my daughter they were all super gentle and patient with my baby, at Magic Land they were beyond kind and greeted us with huge smiles, as we walked in you feel such a happy vibe and energy definitely kid friendly, the place is so beautiful and so clean too. They actually do care!!! I highly recommend this place for children and we will definitely follow up at Magic Land again. I took my son here yesterday and we had a great experience, our appt was for 9 but we arrive around 830 …he’s only 2 but the staff was super friendly toward the both of us. When it came time for his actual visit the process was smooth the dental assistants were so gentle with him ….we were in and out and the doctor gave him a goodie bag with a remote control tooth brush too. On check out we experienced a gentleman at the front desk who was also pleasant to interact with. Our first time here was 5 star thanks guys!!!!!

Three stars for the doctor. Front office staff are very disrespectful. My son has a simple yet Islamic name. The staff continued to laugh at his name and one (in the photo) even put a folder in front of her face and cackled laughing as the other staff- Hispanic (of course) male asked her what name she wrote down and tried to pronounce it. The doctor is amazing -Erin- and she’s the reason we came back but we won’t be returning. Luckily my 3 year old is very great with dental exams and has never had a cavity so going elsewhere is easy.

I never leave a review…. If you can avoid this place, please do. My child was last seen here well over a year ago and i am still being charged monthly like shes still a patient. Long story short, we moved out of state to an entirely different practice and i have been charged for a child that they haven't seen in over a year . I have reached out several times to get my money back to no action taken. My next step is contacting corporate and then my lawyer. Save yourself a headache and try other options.

I never do reviews but I have to say that after my visit to this office I just knew I had to!! This office exceeded my expectations! First off I have to mention the cleanliness of the office and the staff going above and beyond making sure everything was sanitary especially with Covid-19 protocols in place. It was so easy to get checked in and take temp even with a fussy child in my arms!! The staff was super friendly all of Dr Marini's team -Martin, Diana, Siomara, sara, and Jose were all so nice to me and my child... not to mention they give little prizes to the children (great touch) Gone are the days of drab dental offices this office has a fantastic waiting area which makes it not only a safe place for children to wait but also FUN! I wish they had offices like this when I was a kid! Thank you Magicland-we both can't wait for our next visit Updated ***** another appointment in the books for my kiddos and we love Magicland!!my 13 month old didn’t even flinch at the doctor performing her check up. I think their favorite part was the stickers, toys and theater but we were really treated great I recommend this office too so my friend And family. The ladies in the front really take care of business! Vivian going the Extra mile and of course my favorite of the bunch Diana. I don’tknow how she does it but she does!! Front desk does an amaxing job! Always makes my kids and I feel welcomed, it is usually very busy.. but they are pretty fast pace, plus my kids are able to watch movies in a theater like room that is separate from the waiting room or tablets that are connected to the wall with games and activites to keep them busy as we wait. Easy to get a apt. Diana and all the girls in the front desk do great to keep me informed with any concerns I have and make sure I schedule future check up/treatment apts before leaving.

Horrible place to take your children ! They strapped my son down without my knowledge. He was scared and crying for me and they wouldn’t allow me to stay in the room or even in the hallway . They reassured me that if he needed me or was too upset they would get me from the waiting room . My son told me that he cried and asked for me the entire time . A nurse even told him that he would go and get me from the lobby but never did . One of the nurses even proceeded to yell in my sons ear his name to get get his attention to make him stop crying for me . The nurse then told him they were going to tell me how much of a bad boy he was - and even directly told him he was bad ! Then when he was finished with his extraction the nurse told him that when he goes home he should go straight to his to and think about what he has done . Not once was anything mentioned to me even when the nurse walked him out and talked to me at the end ! I will be making complaints with EVERY single place I can ! I’ll start with the board of dentistry and department of insurance. They should be ashamed of themselves they are supposed to specialize in children ! And save your generic apology!

Took my daughter for pain, and after 1 hour of waiting finally called in the check up was super fast they didn’t take their time and everything was rushed “ I believe they are in over their head with patients” doctor advised she would send me next door because my daughter has adult work done and it would be a better fit. They prescribed medication for an infection Thursday I called the pharmacy later that evening 4-5pm mind you my appointment was at 8am and was out by 10 so pleanty of time to send it out, nope not the deal I called their office were I was told someone was trying to call me because the pharmacy I used thier email system was not working I said okay send it to Walgreens it’s Friday now and they have not managed to send the prescription!! Also be careful my insurance said they billed for a tooth cleaning that never took place shady place stay away. Seems the more patients the better but lousy service it’s a number clinic I’m guessing they bill out insurance without doing the work.

Girls at the front desk are extremely rude. My daughter used to always go there, and one day they charged me for a visit and they were not able to tell me where that charge was coming from. Dont waste your time at this place.

This office is very impersonal. They do not take the time to get to know your kids nor do they disclose that the kids will be strapped down and parents not allowed in the room when they do treatment, even if they are toddlers. A true "kids dentist" will not treat kids this way!

Our appointment was at 11:00, we were taken back at 12:47, this was a very long time to wait for my 3.5 year old. No one from the office staff kept us update on the wait time or apologized for the almost 2 hour wait until the entire office left for lunch at noon. I was also not able to stay with my daughter during her cavity filling, this should have been explained to me prior. I am not sure why parents cannot stay with their young children. I will likely be canceling my sons upcoming appointment based on our experience. I think a lot can be done to fix these problems. In the future I am not sure I would have time to wait two hours to be seen as I have 3 children.

The ortho and dentist and back staff is great. Your front staff and coordinator for braces is unorganized no good communication everything is always rushed has no patience for first time customers. They don’t give right information either they almost cancelled my appointment due to them not having information about why they even set up my sons appointment luckily I knew why it was set up inconveniences and stressful experience dealing with front staff especially the coordinator for Braces they give the impression that they only want your money not give u a good service

Receptionists do not let you know that your benefits will only cover 50% of costs. They try everything they can to get you in that chair. They do not even thoroughly clean and look at your child's teeth. They do not have the time to give a good service, so many patients are in n out. It's like a sweat shop. Will not return and will not recommend their services to anyone

My daughter had to get teeth extracted and although the job did get done, I wish the experience would have gone better. The dentist didn’t even bother to talk to me when she walked in the room and immediately assistant asked me to leave the room which made my kid even more anxious. Then to top it off, my kid’s first teeth were thrown away! So I have no teeth for keepsake and my kid missed out on her experience to leave her teeth for tooth fairy. Very disappointed.

Ortho doc move quickly to Texas and now no saturday are available. Cant come in during week due to work. Quick to put on braces but not to make sure to come in and get them done every month. Showed up twice for appts and got told the ortho wasnt there that day they had a emergency. In Febraury let them know I was moving to Utah. They schedule appt for March 1. We showed up. The woman who writes up in office to right wouldnt even call me after waiting 90 minutes. Told me, I didnt need to do anything. Remind you i was suppose to leave in Febraury but because I could get the paper work saying that as of March 2023 they would only charge me for from May 2022 till march 2023 and the paperwork to take to get a new ortho. Well i raised my voice and the lady in the left glass door office called me in. She told me she would get paperwork and email it to me. Never received it. Also never a call to tell me new to pay each month to have it paid off for up to March 2023. The real kicker I paid my monthly amount on February 24, 2023. Wasn't behind on payments and on March 24, 2023 received a COLLECTIONS BILL for Magicland. Call customer service line and waiting for supervisor to call back. Now its Monday and getting told they called me and that is why I was taken to collections. Collections can only happen if you are behind and missing payments by so much. So spare yrself the time and treatment. Find a place that will keep there word, and have those appointments that you need, and started off with. Also protect your credit. I wasnt the only person in the office each time having problems with them. Even when they told me my son can have a Saturday ortho appt with the western dental side and had a appt made by corporate office, they ended up canceling it saying they dont know who made a Saturday appt they dont do that. Find a place that will keep you happy and not just want the money.

After waiting for 45min I decided to ask if they had forgotten about me. And they indeed forget they had no clue who the patient was if we had seen the doctor or not with a confused expression. HOW SCARY. No way I will let them touch my child after that. It's unfortunate because I really liked the orthodontist. I'm sure the doctor will be pleased to find out he lost a patient due to the staff's incompetence. To be clear the waiting was not the issue it was the inability to keep track of the patient.

They really did a great job putting my 2yr old granddaughter at ease. She was so frightened that she cried the whole time we were waiting to be called. Once we were called into the back they started talking to her and letting her hold the suction line, when they let her chair back, she was able to watch movies to relax her. Hiring staff with more empathy, patience and more trained and less conceited, we were here 3 weeks ago waiting for 4 hours and in the end they didn't even do the treatment for my son because because they only had one doctor and he was late they gave me a new appointment for today, they laid my 3 year old child on the stretcher they tied him up and everything and when they told me that I had to leave the room the child started to cry and the very authoritarian assistant started to release him from the stretcher and told me He said that they would not treat him because he was not cooperating, so I should take him to another specialized dentist and I told him, but if he is only crying, it is normal. He is 3 years old. When they give him the gas, he will calm down and said, No, we are not going to treat him here. I asked them to speak with the manager since they are a children's dentist. They are supposed to have experience with children and they should know that it is normal for small children to cry. They made me feel very bad, they made me lose 2 days of my work for nothing. I DO NOT recommend them, they are the worst dentist I have ever visited.

Dentists Dr. Should be more precise on their exams not just look for how to make extra money out of the patients. At the time of the Dr. Exam, she spend 1 minute and 30 seconds, then after said it was a cavity, but it wasn't my grandson had a loose tooth and she didn't even notice that. Very poor service, I will never bring my grandson, with them they are only focused on how to get extra money.

My Children also told me they were talking during the procedure and didn’t care if they were hurting her! They even told her to be quite when she was crying , cause others will hear her! I was also not happy with the fact they pulled my daughters teeth out without my consent and tried to have me sign after they had already done it! And your not allowed to go in with them!! Seriously the worst dentist ever ! People just like cause it’s cheerful looking for the kids but it’s a horrible place don’t take your kiddos .

It takes many calls schedule any procedure with them. They give poor instructions and preparation for procedures. My appointment was interrupted because they failed to advice me to take the physical medications to my child's visit. After rushing home to gather such medication, I was placed at the back on the line and had to wait hours before being seen. Also, the scheduler at the front desk was too lazy to leave her seat to give my child a complementary balloon, while we observed all the other kids leave with a pretty balloon. Lastly, they only require certain people to wear masks. If you look a certain way, then they won't bother asking such people to mask up.

Like people can’t just commit right away to paying so much for along period of time and they were like trying to force me into getting them.

Never received treatment today. Waited for an hour before called. Your receptionist allow people to just walk in with candy bar boxes straight into back with no masks on. No one stopped them. I was treated horribly by your manager today. She hung up on me because we did not agree on how my son was receiving treatment. I’m immune compromised with low white blood cell count. I was under impression that my son would be in an individual room getting his braces like he dies when he receives every other dental treatment at your facility. When I saw that my son was in 1000 square-foot room with 10 other patients with no mask on with only about 4 feet in between the tables and nothing blocking each child I removed him from the chair and requested a private room because of my health issues and I’m high risk and cannot risk my son bringing home covet into my household. The lady brought me over to the manager whom refused to speak to me at the time while I was still in your facility. She then called me after my husband and I were driving away and refused to help me in any way shape or form. All I requested was my son to be seen in private not around a bunch of other children since I am on immunotherapy. Instead of trying to understand my situation she threw it back in my face and told me that I should’ve disclosed my health situation prior to my son ever going in to receive his braces which he did not get today. Your manager at this facility had the nerve to blame this on me instead of trying to help me and hung up on me. I will tell everyone I know, what a horrible experience I had here today and how mistreated I was by your manager.

If I could give no stars I would, I made an appointment for my son to Magic Land and Peter made an appointment for us for Saturday at 10AM. I show up and they are actually closed, I call and I am told they don’t have an appointment because that location is closed, I ask if the next door “sister” location can see him since I had already made the drive and gas is not cheap and I came from far away and they said sure they have nothing for 10Am and they accept walk ins. I then get a voicemail on my phone that magicians is closed today so I will have to reschedule for that location for another day and to call them back. I go in and fill out the paperwork get my son checked in next door and ask the receptionist how long the wait is, she said 30 minutes max. Now an hour later a few people with appointments show up and they still have not called my son, I wait and am trying to be patient but still not even a “I’m sorry for the delay” from the receptionist. When I finally ask her to just cancel our check in that I will be going somewhere else she then decides to ask how much longer it would be to see my son, she comes back and says “yeah it’s still going to be a while” the customer service here is horrible and it was a horrible first impression at least you could have had the decency to say we don’t have the space for you and sorry we messed up something anything your lack in f compassion for your patients is beyond repugnant, please give your call center better training and give your staff better training.

The dentist would not go over and explain the treatment plan. How can we consent to treatment that is explained by the insurance coordinator. After repeatedly asking to have the dentist discuss the treatment plan. She finally came back and stated I shouldn’t get a composite crown because it’s easier to seal the metal crown. My son was so uncomfortable and nervous he did not get treatment, since he wanted his parent with him. And they do now allow parents in the treatment room. What are they hiding that they don’t want parents to witness the treatment? I guess it’s great! if you have dental-cal and want silver teeth in your chidren’s mouth. Also the insurance coordinator kept talking about how much the treatment would cost if I didn’t have insurance, when it comes to my child money is no object and I want the best treatment and materials NOT the cheapest.

I tried calling their office multiple times expressing my concerns on treatment that was done to my son. The office manager keep blowing me off and the doctor never returned my call. I had to have the dental work redone at a new dental office do to poor Quality of work and material used. Almost at the end of my visit the office staff started playing government and attempted to deprive me of fresh air by forcing me to wear a mask. They refer me to the sign that reads ALL EMPLOYEES are required to wear a mask which is absurd since it does not pertain to me nor other individuals in the lobby. If it is policy to wear a mask (required) at this office than with more reason I will not go back. No thank you. I will take my business somewhere else. My child also complaint of teeth pain after a simple cleaning.

Everything looks very nice but for my daughter it was her first time and I let them know that my daughter had a bad experience with another dentist, via a person who was in a bad temper, he spoke badly to me and my daughter said that she yelled at him to shut up, when they were removing her teeth, I was not with her because they did not allow me, I don't think I will continue taking her to that place. Because I think that if they specialize in children they should have patience with children.

This place is absolutely FANTASTIC when it comes to working with nervous/frightened kiddos. The dentist and assistants are super patient and give you a peace of mind by explaining every detail of the procedure that has to be done. My 6yr old was a nervous wreck during x-rays and major work had to be done from fillings to baby root canals and crowns. The assistants and dentist are my superheroes they handled this situation very well and everything worked better than expected!! After the procedure my baby came out to the lobby with no tears and saying how much she loves this dentist office. (Proud momma moment) she is no longer frightened to visit the dentist and get the remainder of her work done. Thank you everyone who assisted my precious daughter on this procedure you all ROCK and I am so happy and thankful to have found this wonderful place. Thank you!!

Worst experience ever I don’t plan on going back. The staff are very rude and the ortho lady was rude and mean. As soon as I walked in the back they started working on my kids and the cleaning of the teeth didn’t provide flossing at all. Will not be going back. When I asked what was the doctor name they ladies were bothered and I asked if my kids can have a tooth brush and one of the ladies said uh sure yeah whatever. I’ve never had a bad experience in a dental office. It’s nice inside but the people working there not professional!!!

This is my second time here and the first time my son had a problem with the back staff and he stated they left him unattended for about 15 to 20 minutes and whatever he had in his mouth for that period said he couldn't breath and now today my daughter came out saying the same thing asked to switch denist because they don't like.. They always take almost an hour, to call my daughter in, from her appointment time. Then when she does get called in, they make her wait in there chairs for a while. When I go into there office I need to plan my day and expect to be there from 2-3 hours, and the appointments are not even for a dental surgery or nothing of that nature, sometimes its just to adjust my daughter braces, add a missing rubber band, or to just cut the wire that they left so long that my daughter starter scratching the inside of her cheeks. Not to mention that sometimes they scheduled me for a date, I received a reminder and when I got there, they said there was no appointment sch, like ok?! Lol.. if I have to say something nice about them is that they act like they got everything under control but they don't. The entire management of this place is just a joke. Oh and there's a lady that sits by the hallway is just RUDE, she acts like she's doing us a favor, like no, you work in this place like everyone else and needs to be professional about it. We are paying so no one is doing a us a favor here. I can keep on going but all I'm going to say is that I don't recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. When I first heard of them I decided to call and verify if my insurance was in network with them, they verified and said yes so I made an appointment for my child. When I went to the app. They had me waiting for a long time saying that they can’t get a hold of my insurance and so on. Then I had another app and they were charging over $200 just because they couldn’t get my insurance information right. Waste of my time and my kid wasted a day of school for nothing to be done.

No issue with the dentist, but the billing department is horrible. Nothing but issues since we started going there. Getting billed for work done over a year a go is unacceptable. Especially when I paid for the work done the same day. I’m got hit with a bill that I do not owe. Someone made an error and now I have no choice but to pay it, other wise I go into collections. 2 month later, I’m still trying to get my money back. Today 10/10/21 I go to my mail and get another bill for other work done 7 months ago. Someone needs to get review. Or this whole office should be looked at by The Better Business Bureau.

I took my daughter here today and she was quick and briefly seen by Dr. Lewis who was very attentive and caring. The middle age light Hispanic woman in the first office by the hallway entrance was completely opposite, it was obvious that she did not care about patients. Her job is of course to collect $$$. Due to the fact that I had some insurance issues that I had to resolve the following day. She didn't allowed me to see my daughters x-rays! She snatched them off the desk before I could even look at them and she hid them quickly under other documents!. The nerve! Wow!Like what in the world was that move! I was speechless. Seriously rude! I was not sure if that is cultural. But I doubt it because everyone else was amazing. At least the people that I encountered while there. Again Dr. Lewis was amazing but that woman has serious customer service issues.

i would not recommend this dental office. my appt was at 11am wasnt seen until 1pm. got x-rays done then sat in the exam room where the doctor came in and had a bad attitude he looked at my xrays for about 2 mins took notes asked to look in my mouth about 30 seconds then started talking loudly with the hygienist in another room how she should do a procedure. he seemed annoyed. then he tells me that i need a root canal and will start the work today. it is now about 1:45pm and he is being very short and acting annoyed when i bring up pain in an area of my gums- he totally ignores it and says someone will come in to tell me pricing. the guy that came in to go over pricing was even more rude, he lets me know pricing and says the work will need to be done today, i let him know i have a newborn and need to nurse him so i will set up a follow up session to get the work done then he tells me that’s not possible the dentist can do the work today or he won’t have time for MONTHS. i left and went home to my newborn. i will never return here. they are very rude at this office and would not recommend people going here

Great customer service and the dental assistances are very nice and professional. The children were comfortable and that is big for me as a parent. They made sure they explained everything thoroughly so you as the client could understand. I will refer others in the future to this facility for dental care. Another key thing that was the level of cleanliness. After each client they wiped down the chairs and replaced all the plastic coverings on the chairs, lights and surrounding areas. Overall I love this facility and did I mention they have the connecting adult facility across the hall. Can you say family affair. ?

So many scheduling conflicts, was originally scheduled for 10 am, then got a call saying I was also scheduled for 1:30pm . I stuck with 1:30pm but got a text message at 1pm saying it’s at 2:30 so had to come in even later than expected. Got there on time, was seen after 30 minutes, xrays taken and doctor looked at my moth for half a second then told me to see Nancy (I believe) who was nice and had a line of people waiting to speak with her. I was sat in a room by myself for 45 minutes just to be told that my insurance covered nothing and I would have to go through a whole process which will cost $600+. Just to fix one bracket of my retainer. Very unpleasant experience.

This was our first visit & my son usually gets nervous at the dentist or new places. He did AMAZING here! From the moment you walk in it feels so kid friendly. The receptionist were so friendly & patient with my insurance. We had an issue arise w/my insurance and they were so professional & they handled the whole situation. There's nothing better than to have your child have a good experience & be taken good care of. Even when I had to step away to talk to my insurance my son was not left alone. They made sure we both felt so welcomed & they were so understanding. I highly recommend Magicland. My son was given a balloon, toothbrush, stickers & a certificate for not having cavities. 1st time here with my 2 kids and it office was clean and setup was cute for the kids. Office staff was so nice. Unfortunately we could not go back with the kids but they felt safe. What I love the most is they are fast at calling them back and we are not here for hours.

Staff seems friendly Place is clean Place is fairly new here in Moreno Valley First issue: Had a difficult time with scheduling a appointment for my wife I’m talking about weeks not days Second issue : My daughter had an appointment after being seen by a general Dentist Here at Magic Land Dental I typically keep my schedule aligned Because I’m very busy at times with school and work. It’s a pet peeve of mine when my schedule off Upon arrival I showed up around 5-10 minutes early For my daughter appointment She was supposed to seen by a specialist They Had issues finding her information. So I filled out paper work again for her After 45 minutes of waiting I decided just to walk out I had my wife reschedule In the mean time I’m going to look into a different dental facility with better service In between that 45 minute waiting period maybe 3-4 families were in and out with appointment I felt like another hour was going to pass Before any moves were made I wasn’t being impatient but my gut feeling was telling me that Magic Land Dental had other things to worry about

Very pleased with our visit as we were new patients. We recently moved to Riverside from L..A and I really liked the fact that they have an office next door to service adults as well. Great service! Almost every worker made it so that my daughter (a 2 year old who needed fillings) was as calm as a 2 yr old will ever be at the dentist. The decorations really help kids think they are somewhere else. Great people & service, especially equipped during a pandemic with gowns and masks.

The second I walked in, I felt welcomed. Very professional. They know how to work with kids very well. I walked in scared my son wouldn’t let them see him, but I was wrong he let them do x rays and clean his teeth. We will be visiting again in three months

So, I have been taking my son to a different dentist for some time now. This was our first visit here! Our last dentist dealt with children only one day a week. I get they didn't want to walk my child through what ever they were doing, but this scarred him. Every new sound was scary, especially because he didn't know what it was. We went to Magicland Dental on Monday. They didn't ask me the questions, they asked my son. If he had questions, they answered them. I asked his dentist if she could show him how to properly brush, and she did! Most dentists rely on the dental assistant for something as small as that. Even the dental assistant took the time to show him each tool, explained what it did, also, where and how she was going to use it! I've got to tell you, even i felt comfortable coming out of there! This post is the same as the one I posted on yelp, because every word is true! Magicland Dental is tailored for kids! From the playful mural in the lobby, to the cartoons in the rooms!

This place is amazing! My sons tooth was hurting him I called . They got him in there within a couple hours. They made my son and I feel real comfortable and explain everything they were doing. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. They even gave my son a toy after his visit. This dentist office is very clean and they take all cautions during this pandemic.

Fantastic place for Families. I took my kids here and they got prizes, the doctor was very gentle and friendly. They treat you like family. They completely sanitize the whole office. And if I had any issues all I had to do was tell the manager and she would take care of the problem immediately. Hospitality and cleanliness is a huge thing now days and they are spot on. I am definitely coming back and I recommend this place to family and friends. It is safe,clean,fun, and secure.

We waited for an hour and half , then was asked to fill out paper work as they took appointments that where scheduled after my kids . Staff was disorganized. Not following CDC rules , not cleaning counters after each patient and allowing kids to play with water fountains and iPads . Hand sanitizer was not available, not all children where wearing mask ?

I just want to share my upmost horrible experience at this location- for one I moved from Arizona to Cali 3 1/2 years ago and this was the first pediatric location I found for my son. Since I began going here at the beginning it was a nice experience until my first year came around and my appointments with this location were such a nightmare either my appointments were getting cancelled or they were bombarding me with phone calls about my appointments not being scheduled or what not!. Secondly last year my son has a dental cleaning back in December and I will tell you that the dental assistant left my son sitting in the chair after his exam for about 2 hours not realizing she forgot all about us in the room. It’s been such a bad experience overall. Lastly my son had an upcoming appointment this week which I had called in last week to reschedule for next week and for some odd reason my appointment was canceled or let me say never scheduled is the response I got from “Claudia” at the dental office, it’s ridiculous at this point. I don’t think I would ever recommend anyone to this dental office. This is not something I do on a regular to leave bad reviews about any establishment it’s not in my nature to do things like this but when I called the dental office and request to speak to a manager all of a sudden they are in a meeting and not available to talk!. Like wow what terrible customer service. And I’m sure I’ll get a lame apology from the owner about how sorry they are about my experience at this dental office. Please save it for the next person I’m not looking for an apology I’m just beyond frustrated at this point. So to anyone wanting to take your kids to this location please save your time and energy and take your kids else where!!..
