Let me tell you that I loathe the dentist like the grinch hates xmas but the people at this office have made my dentist heart grow two sizes lol they are caring, dont judge and do good work. Dr.Aditya Bhawsar's work was good and his techniques well I didnt feel a thing. GG is a sweet lovely dental assistant as well. The other ladies at this office make it feel like you're going to a friend's place and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I am glad that the opencare site found me this wonderful dentist that took my insurance. They also have different payment plans, Nelly will do her best to help you. 10/10 would recommend. These guys are absolutely awesome. They were just about the only place open on Saturday and I was seen by the doc within a half hour. The entire staff was professional, very knowledgeable (extra shout out to Nelly who had to jump through hoops with my insurance), and couldn't have been better at their jobs. If I found this place sooner I might not have gone a decade between dentist visits. 5 starts guys, keep it up.

I became paranoid with dentists via a several bad experiences at different location. Went to see, Dr. Bhuse, via a referral for 3 implants, two on the left one on the right. My consult was truly interesting. I was offered a customized treatment plan with an emphasis on aesthetics. I was hesitant at first. I was given several options with no pressure whatsoever. Before making that decision I was walked through the expense and out of pocket portion. They worked with me financially. The office crew was fantastic. My compliments go to Dr. Bhuse, Xia, Kelly and another lady in the front desk they are truly an APEX team. I will recommend them to everyone as paranoid as I used to be. Not anymore, thanks to tis office.

AVOID THIS PLACE.......Find anything else. Had been going here for over 20yrs, and will never go back. For most f that time was a great experience. The last few yrs, different management now, it has been increasingly bad experiences. Always told I need procedures and felt like they were pressuring to do them. The last issue was my appointment. I have a job that my schedule can change from one day to the next. So when my appointment was at 2pm one day I called the day before at 3pm. I first wanted to move but was told nothing was available and that I'll be charged 45 dollars. When I said to cancel and I'll have to go somewhere else, I was told okay no problem. Just shows if you're a loyal customer to them, they will treat you like they are a low level drive through. Terrible from what they use to be.

I had an excellent experience! I am a chronic teeth grinder and I had ignored my situation for way too long trying to make due with different mouthguards I purchased online and at drugstores. Ultimately, I ended up needing Osseous Sugery on both jaws. I was scheduled at a surgical time with Dr. Bhuse that worked with my work schedule. Nelly went over and above making sure she got my insurance coverage details and helping me to get interest free credit so I could proceed without financial strain. I now am the proud owner of my first professional mouthguard, and it's been life-changing. Not exaggerating. I have now had 5 appointments (including my post surgical follow ups and checking the fit of my custom mouthguard). The staff is very professional while still being friendly and I know they are genuinely interested in my best outcome. I highly recommend Lifetime Dental. Best front desk, accommodating staff, most talented hygienist, a skilled oral surgeon, up to date equipment, and best of all - I feel listened to. Now, we will all work together to ensure I get to keep these teeth for the rest of my life. When I made the appointment here I was told everything was going to be covered no questions asked I paid my deductible up front and seemed like everything was taken care of. I got a bill 3 months later for another $150 worth of charges after I was told my insurance downgraded my coverage. I wish they would have told me that this could have happened. Now I can't afford my bill.

Lifetime dental has been my dentist and my parents for 30 years. Thru the years they have dealth with all aspects of dental issues from cleaning to including making breathing guards for sleep apnia, root canals and crowns. Their front office will represent you during the insurance payment process and followup with supporting documents required when the insurance company takes exceptions initially. They ensure that the insurance company pays their fair share before I make any payment. The staff is so helpful and lovely. I've been coming here for years with my family. There are a few new faces in the office, and we were so pleased with how they treated us. Allie and Jessica are amazing!! Both of them care very much about our comfort level and take the time to explain what is being done during our visit, and if there are any additional procedures that we might need. Turns out I have to get a crown, but I completely trust this staff to take care of me.

Got my temporary crown done the other day. Everyone was very professional and pleasant, especially the hygienist, Allie. Very friendly and sweet and an overall genuinely caring person. Ive had my cleaning done by her three other visits already, and each time, I'm left feeling well informed and looking forward to my next appointment. Been going here since 2019 with the whole family. Extremely disappointed with our last visit. There is a revolving door of hygienists (there was one we saw regularly when we first started but not anymore) and the last one (not sure if she’s permanent) was extremely patronizing and made the cleaning so painful. Plus she said she would take my kids (10 and below) without a parent and started doing things I had not approved. This last hygienist claimed I had “trust issues and was being offensive” because I declined to get an X-ray! I was trying to be polite by not saying that they do nothing with those X-rays (never told me my son’s permanent canines were not coming in which I learnt at an orthodontist appointment so he needs canine substitution). So figured the X-rays were taken just to bill the insurance more. And I had to listen to such a comment after I stayed silent for the whole appointment even with her patronizing us. Dr. Waldrop has also retired which we were never informed of. Finally they send so many messages and claim that if we don’t confirm we will be charged a cancellation fee. Gone down the drain over the last few years. Will be looking for another dentist with a hygienist who will not be so overbearing and disrespectful.

Dentists are not my favorite to dr to go to but to be honest I have not been to the dentist for 4 years before my visit to lifetime dental care. Bu this is the best dentist I’ve been to so far my experience there changed my mind and I will be keeping up with my dentist visits, I had the best cleaning from Tanya she was very thorough and yet gentle, as for her when you call for your appointment you will not regret it. I found this office very honest, when in another place they did a deep cleaning this place thought I didn’t need one. They are super nice too I’m definitely going back!

I’ve seen Dr Waldrop for 3 decades. The hygienists are great cleaning my teeth. And try their best taking X-rays with me. A panoramic X-ray is an alternative for me.

Since I have been going here they have never changed always a great experience and the Dental assistant was so great Sulie was very gentle and careful with my cleaning very attentive in making sure I was ok the entire time I would recommend Lifetime Dental to anyone looking for a great Dentist and I just love Mrs.Karen the receptionist !!!!!!

Been coming to Lifetime Dental since 2017. Always friendly, professional, and time efficient. Dr. Waldrop and staff run a good business. Dental work is not cheap and some people may post a bad review because of finical frustrations but blame the Dentist. Take those with a grain of salt. You can trust Lifetime Dental. Tonya is the best too.

I love this dental practice. The quality of work and treatment is exceptional. All of the staff, Karen the office manager, Tonia the dental hygienist, and the doctor take pride in their work. I will never go anywhere else.

Came here with my husband. I needed a cleaning and he had a problem with is tooth. Doctor is a con artist. Just to pull a tooth that could have been saved over 2k. Then wanted to bridge the space. We were looking to pay over 3k. Put down 200$ to book an appointment to pull the tooth and one filling. Also made him get a Panoramic that was not cover by our insurance. 142$ for a Panoramic. We were still unsatisfied. We sought out a second opinion. 1500$ to save it. Root canal and fillings and a cleaning. Called Lifetime back to cancel appointment and to return our 200$. This took place on March 3rd 2020. Called a month ago. Their person that does it is still not in to return it. We have to call when they are there. They can’t or not capable getting a message or called us back to return our money. I wake up today to having an appointment set up for me on September 3rd at 10 pm. I have not schedule anything and never will. If you have an emergency or in pain and need real help and not want to be con out of your money avoid this place. Try Floss on 21945 Katy Fwy suite d, Katy, TX 77450! I do not work for Floss or associated other than just being a patient. My husband will be calling to get that money. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I was very nervous to return for a dental visit after my last experience at a different dentist in another state was pretty traumatic. I was welcomed and put at ease once I explained why I was nervous. I was listened to and I left with clean teeth and a smile on my face! Can't complain at at all!

Always professional and make you feel comfortable. The staff makes me feel like I am their only patient. We have gone to this office for many many years. They are the best, especially Ms Karen.

I was recommended by my neighbors, he said “a little expensive but good work” so I set up an appointment for an estimate on a simple crown. The staff is very nice and welcoming and the place is clean, all is good so far. After I refused to take a panoramic of my teeth I was able to get my point across that I was interested on that crown only so they took an X-ray of the tooth that need work only and moved on. I meet the doctor (very professional) and he give me two estimate, one in case I need a root canal ($1900) and one if the crown will do the trick ($900), so to clarify I asked if there wase any other charges and he said “no, that includes everything”. So I went ahead with the procedure and to make a long story short I DID NOT need a root canal and my bill was over $2000, Without mentioning the miss matching color on the crown

Over the past couple of years I have needed three extractions, a filling, a crown, and most recently, a root canal. I had been putting off my dental care for over a decade, and finally had to get the work done because the pain in each instance became unbearable. I am SO glad I chose Lifetime Dental! In every case, they were professional, cheerful, and welcoming. Dr. Patterson and his crew are doing a fabulous job. I was really worried about having my wisdom teeth out, but I felt no pain during the procedure, and none during my healing process. When I had to have a crown put in along with some fillings, it was the same...no pain throughout and easy recovery. I had a root canal yesterday afternoon and was teaching Kung Fu classes that same night. To top it off, Dr. Patterson called me this morning to see how I was feeling. Overall, I was very nervous going in and they did everything to make me feel comfortable as well as give me top notch care. Thank you, Lifetime Dental!

Dr. Nino and his staff are absolute PRO's. This was my first time needing any sort of major dental work done, and they were able to see me on very short notice. The entire experience was very relaxed, as well as educational. The Dr. was very eager to explain all the steps and include me in the process. I can honestly say that I had a great time getting a root canal!
