Absolutely love this place! My kids look forward to going to the dentist and so do I! The staff is super friendly and very professional. The dentist is amazing with kiddos and does a very thorough exam. Excited that we found our forever dentist for our children. It's a bonus that this place is equipped with everything children love; TVs on the ceiling and walls, toys, a sitting place in the back so everyone can be together the entire time, the kids get a coin after their cleaning/visit and get to pick from a variety of vending machines full of toys so they get a prize every visit, the bags they take home come with a BLUEY TOOTHBRUSH! My daughter had a fit over, and all cleaning needs. We love this place and would recommend it to anyone with kids!

Dr Dean is one of the best pediatric dentists around. His attentiveness and warmness is wonderful. After each visit he takes the time to talk with the parent. This is my daughter’s last year with a pediatric dentist and we are both saddened. But if I can turn other parents on to him, that would be great.

Awesome place for dental care for my 4 year old! Very modern, very kid friendly, and Bluey was playing on tvs mounted on the ceiling while my daughter got her teeth cleaned. No tears were shed and she was very comfy and happy here ?

My three kiddos have gone to KidSmiles for the last year and their communication is great and staff is super friendly. My kids love going. Just had our first time getting an appointment for an issue instead of just cleaning and they got us in same day. We also switched insurances and they verified it quickly and helped me with the process of picking the plan from my employer to make sure they take it. My kids love their prize wall after every visit.

Our first visit to with my 12-year-old son was wonderful. We were greeted warmly and Mary immediately walked us through the check-in process, which was very helpful. We had a very short wait before being called back. A few quick medical questions were asked, and then we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Dean. My son was called to the chair for his teeth to be checked and cleaned in a flash. Well, he does have some cavities the office made it incredibly easy to schedule his follow up appointment and without any hassle. Mary thoroughly explained the paperwork and costs involved. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout our visit. My son who will definitely state if he’s not pleased with something, only mentioned that he was a bit cold – that’s a huge win for me. I’m definitely pleased with the service and professionalism we received. I’m glad we made the decision to choose KidSmiles Dental and we highly recommend them.

Our orthodontist, Dr. Roger’s made the entire orthodontic process easy and stress-free for my son. She was kind, detail-oriented, and incredibly patient—especially great with teens and kids. Every adjustment was thoughtful and really addressed what his teeth needed at each stage. I always felt he was in good hands and well cared for. I highly recommend her!

Such a great staff! I was worried as we had to switch Pediatric Dentist due to insurance change. My son's 2-1/2 and has only been to the dentist twice before, but of course, I wasn't sure how he'd handle the dental visit on top of a new environment. Wow! The grass was actually greener! They had ipads in the waiting room and bluey playing on the tv!. The front office staff kept us informed and were very apologetic for the small delay. The assistant and doctor were so sweet!. My son doesn't adapt to change or new environments very well but he was at ease very quickly. I appreciate the closed room for toddler visits. Toys in the room was a huge plus. It was like a well orchestrated dance. Of course he was not comfortable getting his teeth cleaned, but Doc was so smooth and quick, it was over before her knew it. Right when he sat up, Emily had a prize ready for him. Im so happy to call this our new dental home for our baby boy!

I am so glad we found our pediatric dentist for both of our girls! My oldest has always been so nervous of going to the dentist, even when it's just a regular cleaning. This office has always done a great job caring for my child! We use them for dentistry and orthodontics and it’s the first time in my son’s life he hasn’t dreaded someone messing with his teeth. We switched to this dental practice initially because they are in network for our dental insurance. We have stayed because the staff is so friendly and caring. Cindy at the front always has a smile on her face, and Dr. Dean has such a gentle manner. Our kids like coming here too! We are happy to have found this practice, and I have referred many friends to them.

We absolutely love KidSmiles. The entire staff is amazing, friendly, professional, and thorough. They discovered and filled cavities that our previous dentist had completely missed, which gave us even more confidence in their care. My daughter also got her braces here, and we are already seeing such fast improvement! A special shoutout to Cindy at the front desk, she is incredibly organized and always keeps us on track with appointments and reminders. It’s such a relief knowing we’re in good hands.

We love KidSmiles, especially my kids. It’s definitely caters to their interests with technology and entertainment which helps ease the fear when going to a dentist. It’s very clean and seems very new, and the staff and doctors are also so great and patient with our whole family. Kids aren’t scared to come here- in fact they are excited and walk away happy, even after having cavities addressed! Update: we STILL LOVE IT HERE! Now we have braces and they’ve done such a wonderful job not just doing the actual work, but easing my daughter’s fears, making it fun to choose rubber bands. Cindy who is the person who greets you and sets you up for all your appointments, is the sweetest. I almost missed an appointment because I have a new baby, but they were so understanding and gracious- we love it here! It’s a must for pediatric dentistry and ortho! After a long period of no dental insurance, my kids were behind on their dental care. They had a lot of anxiety about getting in the chair, but Dr. Dean and his hygienists put us at ease immediately, and I did not pick up even a hint of judgement from anyone about the not-great state of their teeth. After being under their care for a year, their oral health has improved immensely. I knew my kids were going to need braces, I was so happy to find one office to service both needs. The orthodontist Dr. Kim has been amazing and we have seen incredible results. My kids absolutely love everyone who works on their teeth, and now their dental anxiety is non-existent. Wow. What a facility! What a doctor! And for us, dentist offices have been a bane to our existence, not because of the doctor, it’s because of the front office staff. Most dentists and doctors’ offices are staffed with unhappy people who are poor communicators and don’t monitor the business email box (this means they don’t want new patients!). This is how we test these places. We send an email and most of the time we never get a reply. That is not an office we want to work with. This dentist office is staffed with great, happy people who are good communicators and explain insurance issues clearly and concisely. Bravo Zulu!! —CIA Combat Veteran with two small children.

Dr. Dean is the best pediatric dentist we have had for our kiddos. He is very patient, professional, knowledgeable and excellent at what he does. He worked on my kid when she was 15 months old and we absolutely love him. He moved location 2 years ago and we were so happy to find him and his new location recently. We are 45 minutes away from him now but it’s so worth the drive every 6 months. My kiddo was extremely happy seeing him again. If you are in the area and looking for the BEST pediatric dentist, look no further! This is him, the best pediatric dentist ever Dr. Dean at Kidsmiles dental!

Today was my 3 year old's first dentist appointment. You would think today was the best day of her life because of how much she loved KidSmiles. Her favorite show greeted us in the waiting room when we arrived. My daughter loved meeting each staff member and even wanted to go back to give everyone hugs. She did great at her first appointment and did not want to leave. Because I am an evil mother, I made her leave to go shopping. She was excited to tell her Papa all about her adventures at the dentist office today. She loved having her teeth flossed and brushed, the surprise she got at the end, AND she was gifted a Bluey toothbrush, which is, apparently, the best thing ever. Wish I could give KidSmiles more than 10 stars. Happy kiddo = happy Mama. ?

Dr. Dean and his team are amazing! His office staff is very helpful coordinating appointments and dealing with insurance. My 8 year old felt very comfortable with the staff and did great with the anesthesia team. We live over 2hrs away and I’d make the drive again for any of my kids. Dr. Dean is very proficient and values your time. He even called at 8:30pm to check on my daughter. You can tell he really cares.

Dr Dean has been my kids’ dentist for 10 years. He is the only person I trust. He is so wonderful with my daughters and they are never afraid to go see him. He has pulled almost every tooth for both girls (they have weird teeth that won’t fall out on their own) and they still love him. I drive 30 min to see him now that he moved to Flower Mound. And I will continue to drive as far as I need to for Dr. Dean to be my daughters’ dentist.

They do a great job making both my kids feel comfortable at the dentist. They are also conservative in their approach and are friendly and approachable. Highly recommend!

We had the BEST experience today with the new Kid Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontist! I have an 11year old boy and this is our third dentist in 4 years (never loved the others) but he seriously enjoyed the experience and cleaning today. He talked about it several times after we left. The staff was so amazing and kind. It was the most honest review I’ve felt from a Dr in an long time. Excited to now take our 2.5 year old for her first visit next!

This place is great! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They have iPads and TVs for your child to play with while they wait. TVs on the ceiling while they have their teeth cleaned. The facility is new and clean and I love the layout. We are so happy to have Dr. Dean as our daughter’s new dentist.
