Dr. Appareddy and the staff here are AMAZING! My son is on the spectrum and gets extremely anxious when it’s time to visit the dentist, but everyone here tried to make him feel better! My son did cry during the visit, but nonetheless, Dr. Appareddy and the entire stuff made us feel better. I apologized for the crying and the entire staff kept telling me not to apologize. My daughter had the worst experience with this provider. She had a surgery at Texas Children, crowns looked terribly bad as if they are falling off. Within 6 months two of the crowns came out and we had to pay a lot of money to put them back.

Our doctor and team genuinely care for all of our patients. We close our office once or twice a month and bring our equipment and supplies to TCH to care for children who require treatment under general anesthesia. Dr. Appareddy has been doing this for more than a decade.
Pediatric crowns, unfortunately, do dislodge from time to time (especially with sticky foods) but can easily be recemented.
Regardless, thank you for choosing us as your dental provider and we hope you found a provider who better suits your needs.

I was a very anxious parent, extremely nervous when I found out my 3.5-year-old son needed to be put under anesthesia for two hours due to tooth decay and several cavities from nighttime bottles. My son is Autistic, and I knew this was the only realistic way to get his dental work done, which made me even more nervous. From the moment we met her, Dr. Appareddy was incredibly supportive, kind, and patient. You can truly tell she loves what she does and genuinely cares for her patients. The way she treated our son—with so much compassion and gentleness—I will forever be grateful. Our anesthesiologist, Dr. Park, was equally wonderful. Both doctors took the time to clearly and calmly explain the process beforehand, which helped ease a lot of my worries. During the procedure, the nurse kept us continuously updated, which brought us so much relief. The office was very clean, and every staff member we interacted with was kind and reassuring. My son was a bit upset waking up from anesthesia, but he bounced back to his happy, energetic self once we were home. Later that day, both Dr. Appareddy and Dr. Park personally called to check on him, which meant so much to us. We were incredibly impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and compassion at Kids 360 Pediatric Dentistry. Had very traumatic experience yesterday. Got extraction of my kid wiggly tooth. Doctor put jelly on tooth and without asking my child if it was numb or not, straight way pulled the tooth out. He was in lot of pain n bleeding. I later asked him if it was numb. He said it was not numb at all. She did not checked even once if was numb or not nor did wait to get it numb and neither asked my child if it was numb. She should have taken her time to make sure instead of rushing it. The roots weee connect to the tissue and imagine pulling the tooth without it making numb. He was so much in pain, was crying all the way back and all evening. I trusted her professionally so much but very disappointed. It has been traumatic not only for my child but for myself too seeing my child crying with so much pain

When we arrived, the front office was super inviting for a child with organized toys and play area and the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Then when we were taken back, the dentist and assistant and dentist were so sweet and patient with my daughter. She was very nervous and upset, crying a lot. The staff was so gentle and friendly. They used princess terms when referring to different tools and even convinced her that princess Elsa gets her teeth cleaned there. It was adorable. As soon as we left she was so proud of herself. We just took our daughter to Kids360 Pediatric Dentistry for her first dental visit. I mentally prepared myself ahead of time for this visit because I knew it was going to be tough. Our daughter has special needs, is nonverbal and absolutely hates having her teeth brushed. From the moment we stepped in the door my daughter was relaxed. She went straight to the toys in the playroom they have set up. The office was very calming and inviting for kids and parents. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Appareddy and her entire staff. What I expected to be a complete nightmare turned out to be such a wonderful experience for my daughter and myself. The staff was very understanding and patient and didn't try to force my daughter to do anything. The doctor came right away so there was no waiting around in the exam room. They lowered the lights and put twinkly stars on and even asked what my daughter's favorite show was to put on the TV. My daughter sat in my lap on the exam chair and allowed Dr. Appareddy to brush her teeth with a regular toothbrush, examine her with a mirror and even tolerated the electric brush with toothpaste and floss!!! I was absolutely floored and amazed at the quality of care. To top it off they were even able to get 2 x-rays done at the end of the visit. Medical appointments and new settings can be extremely stressful for special needs kids and parents. This appointment today went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. I cannot thank Dr. Appareddy and her staff enough!

Update 04/17/2025: Sadly I have to leave this review now because they don’t value their patients. I have been going there for more than three years and blindly trust them but today when I wanted to schedule appointment for my son, receptionist told me I have pending $50 no show fees from December 2024. She didn’t offer any waive or something since I wasn’t aware of the fees either. Instead when I told her thats fine I will go somewhere else she said OK?! Well to the owner of the clinic, if you will keep going on with customer service like that you will be losing trusted valued customer. I bragged about this place to my family and friends but unfortunately I had different experience with them today. It was great experience at kids360. My 7 yo has anxiety issues but they really make all process from x-ray to cleaning smooth and comfortable. They are not in rush they let your kid take time to get comfortable from staff to dentist.

All of our patients fill out new patient paperwork. Our no show and cancellation policy is stated in this paperwork. We value our patients and their time, and we hope they will value ours as well. When someone no shows for an appointment, it takes the opportunity away from another patient who wanted/needed that appointment slot (especially after school hours or during school holidays).

Unacceptable Appointment Scheduling for Urgent Pediatric Care I am extremely disappointed with the scheduling process. I called to make an appointment for my child, who is experiencing gum pain/issues, and was shocked to be offered an appointment 20 days later. How can a dental office operate without prioritizing patients in urgent need, especially children? Gum pain is not something that can wait weeks for treatment. A responsible dental practice should have urgent care slots or at least a better triage system. If they cannot accommodate urgent cases, they should be upfront about it so parents can seek care elsewhere instead of wasting valuable time. I would not recommend this office to anyone who expects timely and compassionate dental care.
I apologize that you are unhappy with your scheduling experience. However, you are not currently patients of record in our office. You also spoke to our off site scheduling service when the office was closed. They do not have full access to appointments and availability.
Our office staff does make every effort to schedule emergency patients in a timely fashion. I wish you well in finding another provider who better suits your needs.

Price tricks: becareful when they discuss the price chart with you. In our case they were an in network provider so they should charge the agreed upon price but they try to trick you into paying extra. This is disgusting, they should never be allowed to do this.
Hello Mr. Aziz, There appears to be confusion. We’re unsure of the specifics of your situation. We do honor in-network fees for covered services for insurance companies with whom we participate. however, dental and medical treatment plans are always an estimate. We are happy to submit preauthorizations to insurance companies to get as close to an estimate as possible for treatment plans. Even then, insurance companies may pay more or less than the estimate once a claim is processed. If the insurance company covers more than expected, the subscriber is due a refund. If the insurance company covers less than expected, there is a balance due on the account. That is unfortunately how insurance companies work.

Fantastic experience ! I simply did a google search(because I m new to the area) and decided to try them out ... From making the appt , to checking in , x-ray, exam visit with Dr and the check out process everything was easy and professional. Not to mention the office was easy to find, lots of parking , and very clean inside. I am now taking both of my kids and would record to parents. The part of the visit that stuck out to me the most was the nurse, Great patiences with my son ( he was scared and was not looking forward to the x-ray) , also the Dr very nice, sweet and on time,.... after her exam she called me over and showed me what she was recommending and explained why it was needed.

Front desk staff were polite, professional, and helpful. Went with both girls and they were seen together, I was able to watch my youngest as the hygienist spoke directly with my daughter to direct her on what she was doing. My daughter (4yr, second visit here) was calm and felt she could tell her what she needed rather then telling me to tell her. When my youngest (almost 2) didn't feel comfortable laying down the hygienist adjusted to her sitting up easily. Both the hygienist and dentist spoke to the girls to tell them what to expect as well as to me regarding concerns and options. Wonderful visit. We don't have insurance and I'll keep coming back because of the experience my girls have had.

My children first visit to this office will be their last. They came in for cleaning but instead the non-hygienist brush their teeth just like what I would do at home. Plaque and tartar build ups were still there like they haven’t been seen by a dentist. It was super disappointed, they didn’t seem to be concerned and/or show sympathy when my concerns were raised. Their highly recommended service wasn’t exactly what was delivered. Be alert.
Our apologies that we did not meet your expectations. However, it is difficult to address a concern 3 months after an appointment. We wish we had known sooner that you were unhappy.

I'm so happy n pleased! Our first experience with a dentist for my toddler was not great. I heard great things about 360 and booked an appt with ease. During the busy Dec month they were polite and not rushed on the phone in answering my questions. I also booked easily via the website. It was refreshing to have that option! The office was very clean and cute. Associates were all friendly and attentive. My toddler gravitated towards Dr A and her dental hygienist! Such warm demeanors! Our appt was the last of the day and again, absolutely none of the 4 staff we interacted with rushed us in any way. I highly recommend this office. TV's hang from the ceiling when they lay down, they get cool sunglasses to wear during their cleanings and get little happies on the way out! I loved the place!! Everything it's so cleaned, the staff was very helpful from the moment of our arrival, there was no waiting time, feel pretty safe since they're following all CDC protocols to prevent Covid. My kids felt very confident while assistants were taking X-rays, glad they have bilingual personal (English & Spanish). They have TV's in the opertories, letting the kids to choose their favorites shows! The Doctor was very nice and patient with my kids ( specially with my 2 years old that was kind of scare). Treatment and home care instructions were clearly provided. Kids were so happy with their goody bags and surprises they got to choose at the end of their treatment.I referred two of my closest friends already! I'm a Dental Assistant of a Periodontist at a different office, so typically I'm to OCD, but I definitely loved this place!!

I didn't take my son but my husband did and said that it was a pleasant experience. Our kiddo is only a year old and cried while having his teeth brushed but that can't be helped as he has an oral aversion. Staff and dentist were very friendly. I did schedule the appointment and they made that easy as well and helped me make sure everything was good with our secondary insurance. I look forward to taking Jim myself to his next 6 month visit so I can meet them myself.

We are fairly new to the area so I found them through the Next Door app and I could not be any happier. They are so beyond friendly and helpful and the doctor is super knowledgeable. They helped me figure out insurance vs. their office payment plan and took the time when I felt like I had a million questions. There is no messing around, get in, get it done, and get on with your day all with laughs. They referred us to a great orthodontist and are coordinating our care so that I don't have to remember all of the things that needs to happen. Granted, we have only been there twice, but I have two more kids that I will be bringing back!

The staff did temperature checks and screening for COVID prior to entry so I felt safe. The dental hygienist and assistant were very friendly and took extra measures to make my special needs son feel at ease. They improvised to allow the dentists examination go as smoothly as possible. The office is new and state of the art equipment is everywhere. They have flat screens in the rooms including overhead for when the patient is lying in the chair. I highly recommend this dentist! Thorough, informative and very nice.

My daughter was a new patient and they got her in very quickly and everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor was absolutely nothing short of amazing. My daughter has high anxiety and fear at the dentist but dr appareddy and her staff did a wonderful job being so patient and not making her feel forced or pressured to do anything she wasn’t comfortable with. My daughter was the only patient in the office during her visit and they do take great safety and cleanliness/sanitation precautions during this pandemic. Dr. Mayuri Appareddy was amazing I was referred to her by another dentist for my daughter and let me just say I’m super picky when it comes to my kids doctors! My daughter had a lot of work that needed to be done and had to go to hospital for iv sedation! Dr. Mayuri Appareddy Went above and beyond and did a amazing job! My daughter even after having 3 teeth removed and baby root canal, spacers and crowns had very little pain from dental work! Thank you!!! Also she won’t be in the future and isn’t afraid of dentist due to the great job they all did making it a good experience for her!

My son is 13 and autistic. He has some trauma from his previous dentist, who I feel he, nor his staff were ever properly trained to handle and calm special needs children. At kids 360 they were very patient, very understanding, calming, and friendly. What I love the most is that they allow the parent to be with the child in the exam room. My 18 month also had her very first dentist appointment here and it went a lot better than I expected for her first visit. She was so happy and even clapping with the dentist and her assistant throughout the cleaning and examining. Of course she was scared at first but they helped her to be comfortable as possible.

The office is new and clean. The layout is oriented towards children, as there is a kitchen and tent for play. There is also a station for drinks for parents. Unfortunately, they are inaccessible due to the pandemic. I have nothing but positive opinions on Dr. Appareddy and her staff. She is easy to approach, which is important as it helps parents voice their concerns and any questions they may have. She is well-informed, gives great advice, and is a great listener. Dr. Appareddy and Nelly are both mothers themselves, and this helps them connect with my baby girl to make her comfortable at the dentist's. I was pleasantly surprised to have such a warm welcome with a cheerful team awaiting our arrival. The staff was professional and helped my kiddos feel more than comfortable. The environment is extremely clean and child friendly! The office has private pods which was important to me. Dr. Appareddy is incredibly friendly and professional. She engaged in conversation with both kids and with me. My kids walked out stating that this is their favorite place and they are glad to have a new doctor. I’m pleased!

We recently went to go see Dr. Appareddy for our son's first dentist appointment and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt with his weekend appointment which is great for working parents. They practiced social distancing perfectly by limiting patients in the lobby but still provided a personal and warm feel. Dr Appareddy was great with our son, who was not so happy about his first dentist visit. She was patient, friendly and very informative and really made us comfortable to ask any questions we had.

I took my two children (7,8) to this dentist today. I couldn’t be happier with our experience! I have never had such an amazing experience at a dentist ever. My kids felt so special and they where both so wonderful with them. My son had two cavities and they took care of him and he was never in any discomfort. When we left, both of my kids said that they had so much fun and a great time. Not something kids usually associate with a visit to the dentist. They both walked out with goodie bags, new toothbrushes and sunglasses. They where so happy! Thank you so much, we definitely will be back. I would definitely recommend going here with your kids!

Since the first contact everything was Amazing. We went twice: first for an inicial consultation (even my son was so afraid of the dentist) the X-ray went smooth and without tears. The second time was for an extraction and I was the one afraid cause didn’t want my son to suffer but......unbelievable, no pain neither tears!!!!!! Successful visit and We are new fans of Dr and her assistant Nelly! Congrats for a beautiful experience and all your help. I highly recommend this place for your kids. Very professional but most very king and sweet people!!!!!! ❤️

Wonderful experience from start to finish! I’m extremely pleased with Dr. Appareddy and her assistant! This was my 1 year old son’s first visit to the dentist and it was perfect! Dr. Appareddy and her assistant were so warm and welcoming and did such a beautiful job of helping my son feel comfortable. Highly recommended!! I made my 2 year olds appointment with fear of seeing her throw a fit and not let the Doctor & Assistants do what they have to do. She was traumatised by her previous dentist that it made even brushing her teeth a task for her dad & I. Having to wrestle her to brush her teeth. So i feared she was going to give me heck at this appt.. I warned the office before arrival that she'd need to be given something to calm her down. Boy was I wrong!!! This is the BEST Dentist I could have found! Making the appt online was easy, friendly reminders, including getting her records... now the day of her appt was life changing! The receptionist was so kind offering beverages while we waited (not even 5mins.), the children's play area is absolutely adorable and very clean. Being called back the Dentist hygienist/ assistant was hand down an expert in handling kids. She calmed my daughter down right aware reassuring her, making it fun, they put the t.v. on for my daughter with educational videos that my daughter loved. The Dentist and her assistant sang as they cleaned my daughters teeth. My daughter for the first time sat completely still and let them clean. I was in complete shock it was a different baby laying on that table. When she was finished she got to choose from the treasure chest and got her tooth brush that she loves. Another problem my daughter had was she hated toothpaste. She would gag even to the fruity toothpaste and it discouraged her even more. The dentist recommended a tooth paste that taste like chocolate and has fluoride. I ordered it that same day off of Amazon. Today my now 3 year old brushes her own teeth twice a day with her chocolate tooth paste and enjoys letting me floss her teeth! Kids 360 Pediatric and the entire Staff are a God send that has changed my littles life and perspective on oral care. I am so thankful for this dentistry. I don't ever post reviews but I'm one that will choose a product/service/or business off of others reviews. Trust me this is definitely the place you want to bring your littles! - From one mother to another ♥

Dr Appareddy is an excellent Pediatric Dentist! My wife and I wanted our son to have the BEST and most comfortable first dental experience, so chose Dr Appareddy! It was an easy choice and we were thoroughly impressed. She has a beautiful, brand new office that is very welcoming for kids of all ages (we plan to bring our 6 month old baby girl soon too). The operatories even had a TV on the ceiling for my son! Her assistant is great with kids as well. Dr Appareddy is an expert in her field and we highly recommend a visit to her office for your child's oral health. Your child will want to visit the dentist after they meet Dr Appareddy and her friendly and fun staff! Our 2 year old son gives her a thumb ups too, so much so that he didn't want to leave the waiting area!

I took my one year old twins and 3 year old daughter and had a wonderful experience! The dentist and dental assistant were so nice, caring and patient. The lady in the front was also very friendly. They have cute toys to keep the little ones entertained while you wait, but the wait wasn't long. The facility is new and clean. So glad I found a pediatric dentist close to home. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Appareddy and her staff were so welcoming and took great care of my daughter! The lobby has a great play area (although the wait was less than 5 minutes), the staff was so much fun with great energy that put my daughter at ease. We were a little nervous because this was her first visit to the dentist, but our anxiousness was short-lived. The exam was gentle and thorough, although my daughter didn’t notice because she was too busy watching Llama Llama on the television on the ceiling! Dr. Appareddy took her time explaining and answering all our questions. My daughter was only disappointed because her next appointment isn’t for 6 more months! She got to select a special surprise on her way out and was ready to come back again the next day! Overall a great experience for both parent and child.
