They helped my two year old with a basic exam! So sweet, understanding and gave me all the information I needed! The front desk ladies were so friendly especially the woman with the glittery eyeshadow! ( forgot to ask her name..) she was so sweet to my son and was able to get me in free of charge for a basic look into his mouth! They don’t take AHCCCS as of right now tho, she did say close to 6 months they will be able to take that insurance! So I was relived I didn’t just drive out there for nothing and I was able to get some professional advice about his gum swelling! Again such a great staff!!! Everyone was just so welcoming!! The entrance was absolutely Beautiful nothing like I’ve ever seen for a doctors or dentist visit! Loved it all around I couldn’t have asked for more !!

So the services, hygienist and dentist were great. The issue was I searched for dentists that accepted my insurance when I booked the cleaning. I presented my card when I went for the cleaning. They did the cleaning and the exam and they quoted me how much the additional costs would be for the additional work they recommended. As I was about to leave, another lady came into the office and stated they had called and they did not accept my insurance and they would be charging me a reduced price of $59 for the cleaning. Which I paid. I would have gone back, but clearly not now. I guess triple check that they actually accept your insurance before you get any services. UPDATE: I am a bit flabbergasted. I identified an issue, they affirmatively reached out, apologized for the issue, identified policies and practices that they have created to ensure it does not happen again, and made it right. I will recommend this practice to anyone that needs a dentist. The only reason I am changing it to a 5 star review is because I can not give them 6. Thank you IGO

All the workers were nice. Dentist was quick to give me answers, and quick to get me scheduled for treatment. I need a root canal, and they got me an appointment 2 days later. I have a buddy is using a dofferent dentist and he also needs a root canal, and he has to wait a whole month before treatment.

I researched and searched so many implant specialists throughout Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix. Found IGO in Tempe through Instagram. I know was leary on searching in social media. They were offering a special and new office and all the other dentists offices blew me off. Scheduled my free consultation and had me in office within a few weeks. Need 3 implants and was nervous but I need this to smile again. The implant specialist explained everything along with staff. Had a comfy blanket a pillow and headphones to watch TV while they procedure. I was getting a little anxious after he finished the first and second one and I don’t remember him placing the third. I was shocked that it was done so quickly. Right now the top implant no pain the bottom ones are still numb. Very impressed with procedure and looking for to get my smile back. Will give an update in a couple of months with a picture!!

This is an elite office and everyone is very skilled and friendly. The doctors are very thorough when explaining and performing procedures. The office itself is very clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Definitely come here for your dental work! ?

Hailey had me all set up with pricing and explained all of my options. Very friendly, not pushy at all! The doc was very friendly and didnt push on unnecessary treatments. The staff is so nice and the office is so comfortable. I have bad dental anxiety and they were kind with me even though I was scared. Even though I didn't get the news I wanted, the doctor was honest and straightforward about my treatment plan. I even referred my mom to the office to look into full mouth implants.
