I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire team provided excellent service and was always incredibly accommodating, attentive, and friendly. The reception team was especially understanding and supportive, even when I had to reschedule my appointments several times. Every phone call was handled with patience and kindness, which I truly appreciated. I originally came in because of a cracked tooth, and they made it possible for me to get an appointment right away. Dr. Nishat Manzur was extremely warm, gentle, and caring, while also being highly professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. From the cleaning to the treatment itself, I was genuinely impressed with the care, quality, and attention to detail. Everyone at Harmony Dental is wonderful and they have a beautiful office in a very convenient location off of 50. Adriana helped me immediately when I called first thing in the morning and was able to work me in for an urgent same day appointment. All of the staff that helped me were kind and thorough. I am terrified of the dentist and felt at ease the whole time I was there. Dr. Haq explained everything and was very honest with his in house treatment plan. He also works out of the Kissimmee office. Before I left the front desk made sure I had digital access to my xrays and provided referral recommendations to set up consults for my wisdom tooth extraction. 10/10 would recommend!

My mom had her first appointment today with Dr. Manzur and she was thrilled. She was so happy to find a dentist here in Winter Garden where everyone made her feel so comfortable. I have definitely found my new dentist! This place is beautiful, clean, quick and the service was personable, and comfortable the entire visit. I appreciate that the front office staff took the time to explain my treatment plan including breaking down my expected cost, deductible and the amount insurance is responsible for covering. I miss this kind of customer service across healthcare from the comfortable chair, quick x-rays, and friendly assistants. The comfortable seating in the lobby and the complimentary bottled water for customers is a great touch as well. I highly recommend Dr. Manzur as a dentist and her entire team for oral care.

I hate going to the dentist, so I didn’t for a long time. After going today, I realize that not all dentists are things of nightmares. Not only did Dr. Manzur calm my nerves within moments of meeting with her by providing genuine reassurance, but she made me laugh along the way. Don’t even get me started on the rest of the staff. Everyone was courteous, patient, and made sure I was taken care of. Starting off a bit nervous, I can actually say I’m excited to begin! As someone who goes almost solely off of vibes, they were immaculate.

Amazing office. DR. Haq was so good!! I had a root canal and he was patient with all my questions, the procedure itself was painless, even injecting the anesthesia was very minimal pain. The technician Adrianna was so sweet and welcoming. The front desk ladies Mari and Adriana (they have 3 Adriana’s in this office lol) were so helpful, quick, welcoming. Over all great experience. My situation was an emergency root canal because I couldn’t stand the pain so I booked them last minute and after this visit i will now be using them for any dental work. So happy with the procedure, office and staff! Definitely recommend.

I cannot speak more highly of a dentistry office, truly! I chipped my molar + had not been into a dentist office in 4 years (yikes i know). I have pretty overwhelming anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but from the moment I called to have a same-day appointment until the time I left it was nothing but calming + relaxing! We did a filling for the molar as well as a cleaning. They worked with me to find the best available option for payment while continually letting me know “We’re here to help” While I still may not enjoy going to the dentist, I very much enjoy going to this dentist! Special shoutout to the front desk helper (Adriana) and the dentist who worked on my teeth (Dr. Nishat Manzur). One of those places where everyone enjoys working together + being together, you can just tell! Seriously, thank you again!

Everyone at Harmony Dental was fantastic. I needed a new dentist because of service challenges at my previous office, and Harmony exceeded expectations. At my previous office, I would get the feeling that they were nickel and diming the moment I walked through the door, and that the focus was more on the money and not the treatments. Harmony is the opposite of that. I mentioned to Adriana when I made the appointment that I was going on a trip soon and needed a filling prior to leaving, despite being a new patient. She was accommodating and passed all of the information along. When I arrived, the doctor was aware of my needs, gave valuable advice, and performed the procedure quickly and painlessly! I haven't had any residual pain and my problem is resolved. The doctor was extremely nice and reassuring. I usually don't have strong feelings towards dental offices either way, but in this case I am actually looking forward to returning!

Even though I have gone to the dentist for 65 years I still get nervous. Dr. Mosquera and staff are very attentive to my fears and take extra care to put me at ease. The office is spotless and everyone is friendly and professional. I have recommended Harmony Dental to several folks.

This practice is definitely after your money. I asked if I could refuse An x-ray because I don’t promote additional exposure to radiation. They refused to treat me because they couldn’t diagnose me properly… All I wanted was my semi-annual tooth cleaning. (All of which I’ve been able to complete every six months for the last 30 years of my life, and never have I’ve been pressed to pay for an unnecessary x-ray.) All of this after they had me wait an extra half an hour in the lobby because they were running late. Not a great first impression and I assure you, I nor my family will return.
