I needed an emergency tooth extraction a few weeks ago. I called DNTL Surgery and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful and told me to come right on in. The doctor and assistant listen to all my concerns and did an excellent job removing my tooth. Not that I want a tooth extraction, but this was the best tooth extraction I have ever had. And the office waiting room is really nice.

I went here when I was in a lot of pain, and let me tell you some of the best people ever!!! I was deathly terrified of any dental person due to an incident as a kid. I am a huge baby when it comes to my teeth. I definitely have ptsd from childhood with it. I came into the office completely uneasy and freaking out. The doc was so patient with me as was the staff. The check in was easy and simple, the waiting area is cute clean and comfy. The doc was able to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The assistant did so great with making sure I knew the before and after care and neither of them made me feel silly for how panicked I was. Dr.Gilge is amazing I came here to have my jaw bone fixed from a bad job that a dentist did with pulling a tooth and have had months of pain and jaw bone sticking out. He was so kind and helped me so much. I have never been to a dentist that was a s kind as he is. The whole staff is also amazing ? thank you all for helping me and making my jaw feel better ? if you are looking for an oral surgeon this is the place to go. I'm so happy with this place. I had to get a tooth extracted and they worked with me so I wasn't in pain anymore. We found out he was out of network for my insurance but he actually cared about me as a person. As soon as he pulled it out I felt the pressure and pain go away. Evelyn the dental assistant, was awesome! She explained post op instructions with detail so I didn't have any questions. I came in very nervous and scared but they all put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable during a very uncomfortable situation. I look forward to coming here for future dental needs?

The best place you can go to for any dental problems. They're very professional and the staff are very attentive with their clients. They speak English and Spanish too. They did an extraction on the same first visit when they did the exam and X-rays and they gave me an appointment on the same day I called. Their prices are very very affordable. The receptionist (who also did my X-ray) was very helpful and sweet. The IV sedation didn't do anything , could still make full sentences, didn't help with pain much. They didn't tell me how/where to place the gauze (slightly to the side or directly on top... They were wisdom teeth that were under bone) Also they cut my lip/took a chunk out of it.

Excellent! I got my wisdom teeth removed here, and although I’m sure tooth pain can depend on the general oral situation, I had very minimal pain after getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Which was a great surprise after I had literally everyone tell me it’d be very painful. Worst part for me was waiting for the bleeding to stop right after the surgery. And I just came back about a week later to insure everything is healing as it should, and it is! They were very nice throughout the whole process. Go here!

I want to give the biggest, most heartfelt thank you to the entire team, especially Taylor, Noah, and Dr. Gilge. I first met Taylor at the Compassion Clinic, and she was so kind and understanding. I was so scared when they said they couldn't sedate me for my wisdom teeth but the dr ( I forget the name sorry) was PHENOMENAL and really eased my nerves along with his dental assistant! 100/10 would recommend this to anyone .. So I have dental anxiety. I needed a tooth extracted that was causing extreme pain. The dentist, Dr Jack was amazing!! Had my impacted wisdom teeth removed! I have never left a google review before. But this place was Amazon. Brook was amazing making sure everything I needed was perfect before surgery. The doctors were great! Got me in n out in to time. Of course the pain sucks but I would highly recommend them!

This was an exceptional dental appointment. I called and was offered a 10am appointment the next morning which in itself is amazing. From the moment I walked in Brook greeted me in a very warm and professional way. I met Dr. Gilge in the operatory for my consultation. He asked questions and explained things so I was comfortable about the extraction surgery. I had the opportunity to ask questions in return. After that I was numbed up, the extraction occurred and I did not feel any discomfort. I was thrilled. The dental assistant made sure I had the post operative nstructions written out and extra gauze. Again very professional. I give this office a 10+. Casa Grande is so fortunate to have an office like this in their city. I will be recommending to all my friends and family. And as a side note their prices are very reasonable.

This office is fantastic. The staff is so kind and Dr Gilge and Dr Snow are wonderful. I had the unfortunate situation of a fracture of one of my molars at the root line. Dr Gilge extracted the tooth for me. I am a big chicken with dentists, so that made me a more difficult patient. Dr Gilge was so kind and competent. I had no pain during or after the procedure and i healed very quickly. Their fees are the lowest I found and I believe I got top notch care. The fees especially mattered since i have no dental insurance. Their offices are clean, comfortable and beautiful too. I hope I don’t need anymore dental surgery, but if I do, I will be going to see Dr Gilge again. Thank you Dr Gilge and DNTL SURGERY for taking such good care of me. I will definitely be referring my friends for their wisdom teeth!

Just would like to thank the secretary for helping us feel comfortable when needing help with filling out paperwork she was so kind we appreciate her. Also the dentist was amazing at helping my mom understand everything she needed to make her decision today. He was gentle and handled my mom with care pulling the tooth. I couldn't recommend this location enough! I had extreme pain from an infected broken tooth & called them in tears. They were able to fit me in same day & relieve everything! I don’t have insurance but their payment plans were a lifesaver & allowed me to finally get the extraction that was way overdue. Dr. Gilge you are great at what you do, thank you to everyone in the office that helped me ??

So happy to have this new place in Casa Grande! Dr. Snow and Dr. Gilge are both kind and great practitioners and Brooke and Jacob were lovely to work with as well. I appreciate the honesty they had with me during my x-ray/consultation about the complications of my case instead of taking on something just because they wanted the business. I will definitely be returning here for any dental surgery needs I may have in the future.

First I would like to share my experience with Brooke, the receptionist, she is very caring and helpful answering my questions over the phone and making sure that I had everything set up prior to my surgery. Dr. Gild did an amazing and smooth job extracting my wisdom teeth. While I was recovering I texted him a couple times (outside of the business hrs) and he answered right away with care and attention. I highly recommended if you looking for a calm/care experience to have your wisdom teeth remove. it really exceed my expectations.

DNTL Surgery provides great sedation services. I was nervous to get my wisdom teeth out in casa grande but Dr. Gilge and Dr Snow put me at ease and I was asleep and they took my wisdom teeth out. I'm going to get a dental implant there soon!

Dr. Gilge and Dr. Snow are great practitioners and offer wisdom teeth IV Sedation and Implants at a fair price. We are so excited they decided to open their office in Casa Grande, offering people south of phoenix and north of Tucson a great option to avoid traffic. The facility is clean and new.

Dr. Gilge and Jacob performed an extraction on me yesterday. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I definitely have dental anxiety but Dr. G’s excellence and calm and supportive demeanor made all the difference in the world. Jacob will make an excellent dentist. He made sure i was comfortable and he helped me through some rough spots. The whole staff is a breath of fresh air that’s for sure. Thankful to have found Dr. G !!!

Dr. Snow did a fantastic job at removing my daughter’s wisdom teeth. She is recovering quickly and she is happily texting her friends 30 hours after surgery. I went to Dntl Surgery to have a tooth extraction done that has been bothering me for months. Dr Gilge and his staff greeted me immediately and were extremely nice and informative. I hate going to the dentist but they made this experience as painless and as easy as possible. The extraction went great, there was no pain what so ever during or after the procedure. They answered all my questions and even reached out the next day to check on how I was feeling. 5 star experience all around!
