Great experience. I had a horrible toothache. Dr. Nobles was very informative and answered all my questions. Front staff work with me to sign up for financial assistance. Great team.

Outstanding! How did I not know about emergency dentists? I just thought you had to suffer until a dentist could see you. Well, last night, I received a midnight root canal. There was an enormous infection I didn’t know about, behind a filling? I was utterly incapacitated with pain. 10/10. It sounds like a midnight root canal would be horrible. Like many people, I have had harrowing experiences in dentistry. But, really? The horrible part was BEFORE going in. No pain at all after. (How??) I couldn’t recommend more Dr. Nobles of Dental Emergency Care. I saw indications of the practice being Black-led; LGBTQ run & friendly, neurodivergent-friendly, welcoming, very gentle, never shaming, and… Do you ever talk to someone and get the overwhelming sense this person is a humble genius? That’s Dr. Nobles. I’m exhausted from being up all night, but I’m overjoyed by being out of pain and back on track. Lord! What a blessing. Oh, he is also ridiculously handsome and somehow chiseled-fit ripped, lol, which is neither here nor there? But it doesn’t take OFF a star from the experience. ? I’m so grateful. Feeling more than a bit healed, in my heart too, for having a safe and kind, professional, not-scary, big dental procedure. (Btw it doesn’t cost more than a regular dentist!)

Great people and atmosphere:) helped me with this infected molar I needed extracted I’m glad to be rid of the tooth even though it was a little pricey, but it was worth it in the end

The dr and the entire staff went above and beyond to make my 10 year old comfortable with her first root canal. They worked with my financial situation and the hours of being open late were a huge benefit as a working nom. A++!!

Got me an appt within 45 minutes of calling. Dealt with my snappy & stressed out spouse with kindness and patience. Made financing very easy and had the infected root canal tooth out within 10 minutes of starting. We came in very stressed and left very happy and not in pain. 5/5 stars, would go back again.

I brought my mom in over the weekend for an emergency tooth extraction. She was in so much pain and the team got her in right away. Dr. Nobles was incredibly kind and reassuring before and after the procedure and made a difficult situation manageable. We are so grateful for the speed and efficiency handling the extraction, but most of all the kindness that was shown. Thank you!

From the entry to the back all the staff are friendly quick knowledgeable. I recommend this place anytime for emergencys they can everything God has blessed their hands

This is going to be a really long and detailed review. Long story short, don't go here for anything! My husband went here Wednesday, May 29, 2024 because he had really bad tooth pain and couldn't find any other dentist office to get him in. I'm writing this review because he won't. Do not go here. He was charged $3,700 for a root canal and a crown and it was going to be around $5k to have the tooth pulled. My husband's phone was dead (the office was nice enough to charge his phone while he was getting the procedure) and he was in so much pain went with the root canal and crown option. His face is all swollen, his lip is split or cut open in 2 different places. The dentist that saw him didn't even to check to see if he was numb before starting to drill on his tooth and he wasn't numb at all yet. He's had a root canal before as well as 2 separate emergency extractions (unfortunately the place he went to had closed) and his face has NEVER been this swollen, bruised and beaten up looking. I should have taken pictures when he got home, but didnt get any until when he got home today. He never wants to go back to another dentist again now. He said it was so painful the entire time and made it known he wasn't comfortable. He was at their clinic from 5:30pm until around 10:15pm-10:20pm is when he finally called me on his was home and told me about everything and cost. I about had a heart attack when he told me the cost and that it would cost even more to have the tooth pulled because of a bone graft they wanted to do. His other extractions only cost around $900 (I'm sure it's gone up since his last one in 2015 but not $5k) and were done at a late night dentist's office in Fort Worth but we couldn't find it on a Google so I am guessing they closed. He's also never needed a bone graft for any extraction before. But wait! There's more! The clinic sent 2 prescriptions to a 24 CVS in Irving (we do not live in Irving) and printed out a prescription for a 3rd medication. My husband was too tired and in too much pain to go get the prescriptions after everything and working. It was too late for me to drive out there because I get up at 4:30am for work so he went to pick them up today after he got off work and gave them the paper one when he got there. He was waiting for his 3rd rx to be filled and the pharmacist came out and pulled him to the side and told him "your prescription is coming up as fraudulent and we can't get a hold of the dentist or anyone at the office. You better get someone to contact us or we're going to have to call the police". It ended up taking him 45 minutes at the CVS. I feel bad my husband has to go back to this place to get his crown put on, but unfortunately he will have to because we have no more credit left on our care credit card he had to put this on because we just don't have $3700 saved up. We will definitely NEVER use this clinic for any other dental services.

Literally would give 10 stars if I could, my gf was having terrible tooth pair in different areas, they went above and beyond for her and stayed 2 hours after...thank you so much she hasn't stopped smiling :)

The staff here is amazing! I received x-rays, a consultation, and an extraction all near-to and after closing. I was in so much pain, it was crippling and they absolutely saved my day..my night.. my week! I appreciate you all so much!

This office saved me an entire night of stress! I had a dental emergency and the office was able to get me in same day at 10pm!! Dr. Nobles was excellent and straight forward about the repair that was needed. 100% recommend them!

Tara and Dr.Nobles did a great job at treating my urgen case. My crown fell, and thankfully after an evaluation, they where able to recement the crown due to no underlying problems.

Love the experience. I called they said they could take me that day. I was in so much pain. We went over options and made sure I knew everything. Thank you it’s the next day and I feel so much better!

My kid had an accident which we had to go to this emergency dental and I must say my experience was great. The front desk were very nice and child friendly, Reyna was the one to help us in the front and she very nice and helped me understand everything perfectly as someone who has no clue about the dental field. Not only did she make me feel welcomed she also helped calm my kid down. The doctor was just as great, Dr. Noble was great with my little one and very accommodating. This experience was for sure amazing and I would definitely recommend this office to someone in need.

Now I usually avoid the dentist office altogether but this place is 10 out of 10, highly recommend!! I had the worst tooth pain and was lucky to find this place, open late in Irving. The front staff, Reyna, was sweet and got me in right away. Dr. Nobles made the procedure quick and painless. Special thank you to the DA, Fardos, helped me stay calm the entire time.

Awesome experience. Needed a root canal done late at night and Dental Emergency Care saw and treated me even after they closed. Dr. Nobles and his assistant Meesha made sure I was comfortable and I didn't feel any pain. I will definitely return for future dental care and recommend anyone who needs quick emergency dental care to come here.

Amazing experience. The team was all very friendly. Dr. Nobles is the best. I came in extreme pain and he did a completely painless root canal for me that took me out of pain same day. Went there as a walk in and they were able to do my root canal same day . The dentist was very helpful explaining everything and the staff was nice and friendly.

They performed an outstanding job! I was experiencing severe pain due to a cracked tooth and required an immediate tooth extraction. The entire team demonstrated great understanding and patience. Dr. Nobles ensured that the procedure was painless, and the nurse assisting him provided exceptional patient care. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the process. The entire staff is truly remarkable.

This place is great when you have an emergency. Had a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted asap due to it cracking. Fardos and Dr Kobe are MVPs from the great customer service upon arrival to a quick and painless procedure.

Please don't go to this place.l went there on the weekend to find out what is going on with one of my tooth upon getting there l gave them my insurance card and then they told me l needed to make a copay of $74 which I did, after The doctor checked my tooth he advised me to remove it upon asking them how much he told me l need to make a payment of$637for just removing on tooth and I asked them what is the work of insurance cutting the story short don't go to this place they drain your pocket and they take advantage of u

They were AMAZING! I was in so much pain and they fixed it when my regular dentist couldn’t! Everyone was so understanding and patient…Dr. Nobles did the best he could to ensure it was painless and I wish I remembered the nurse’s name who was working with him because I would love to give her a shout out for her patient care. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and as quickly as possible from start to end. The entire staff is amazing. I believe anyone in patient care could take a lesson from this clinic.

My recent experience at Dental Emergency Care was the best dental visit I've had in years. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they got me in & out quickly. Everyone was very professional & kind. Dr. Nobles and Lenora were awesome! Lenora is a gem, she had me laughing through my pain and anxiety. Dr. Nobles was very professional, pleasant and provided me with different dental care options and education about the procedure & post care. The dynamic duo (Lenora & Dr. Nobles) took exceptional care of me. If I ever have another dental emergency, I'll definitely return to Dental Emergency Care.

I have been in so much pain to the point I hoped up to find a dentist due to me being new to Texas . I ran across Dental Emergency Care. I called Renya asked me a few questions and scheduled me right away.(Same Day) I get there staff was very welcoming. I go to the back I get some X-rays to see what’s really going on. I was upset because of my own personal reason when Renya told me the price but she had a resolution . Tanika and Dr Nobles made me so comfortable and preformed the procedure. They were gentle caring but quick all at the same time . When I say everyone was fantastic I MEAN EVERYONE. Thanks team you’re all amazing.

About 1.5 years ago I got a root canal done here with the lady dentist that used to work in the office. After it was done my tooth did not feel right, I went back multiple times to tell her something was off and every time she said my tooth bite was just too high. The left time I went to see her she even told me “ I hope I don’t see you again anytime soon and I fixed your issue” I even went on a day when she wasn’t working and the guy dentist refused to see me because it wasn’t his work Well that really rubbed me the wrong way so I didn’t go back even if I was in pain because she shamed me. I finally went back because the pain became unbearable. The guy dentist agreed to see me only because she no longer works there and turns out I had an infected root canal. He said u had to go to an Endodontics to get it fixed They ended up charging me $3,000 to fix their mistake because turned out the previous dentist MISSED a spot in my tooth and left a space for the infection to grow. I paid so much initial money, got shamed, and spent so much unnecessary extra money just because she didn’t care enough to listen. I attached a photo of the before and after you can clearly see the spots she missed.

They have now completed two procedures on me now. This dentistry office is about business! Very professional and knowledgable. Thanks again Dr.Nobles and Tanika and Reyna

First off they are open until midnight Tanika the fronf desk lady was so helpful nice and full of knowledge with helping me apply for care credit to take care of payment there was no way i could go another day with the pain I was experiencing. While in the back Dr. Kwon was very patient and quick when i say he removed my tooth with ease and it was PAINLESS. His assistant Lenora was compassionate and tended to my every need. You can tell this team loves what they do. The office was clean and smelled good! Thank you Iwas very impressed . This is the place to go for after hour care! Keep up the good work yall are AMAZING ?

Very satisfied with my visit on 4/15. Normally I get terrified with dentist, already got stressed out from being in so much pain. This time was different. Dr. Nobles was very thorough, kind and know what he was doing. I had a tooth extraction & bone graft done and I felt nothing. Prices were fair, considering I was uninsured. Tanika was super sweet made me feel easy on my side during the procedure. I would highly recommend this office for any dental work to my family and friends.

I was disappointed with my experience here. The staff was all kind which I appreciated. Price was good. I did have to wait for over an hour when I had an appointment to be seen which I do understand happens. I am unsure if maybe the dentist wasn’t feeling well? He seemed sniffly. The entire experience lacked professionalism. It took me awhile to even figure out who was the dentist and who was the assistant as there were no introductions. I had a cement blob dislodged from my built in retainer and the dentist was replacing the cement blob. Afterwards the assistant asked if everything was good and I told her there was residue on my tooth, she tried to scrape some of it off but told me if she scrapped anymore it would pop off my retainer. There is so much excessive cement on my teeth and I have two teeth glued together now that aren’t even attached by the retainer. I can’t floss at all between those teeth. I am now going to have to see my regular dentist tomorrow to get this situation fixed. I really truly hate leaving bad reviews because I know everyone has bad days and I try to be understanding, but this is so upsetting to me. Little chunks of cement keep falling off inside my mouth, it is awful. I do want to add that the owner did call me and try to rectify the situation which I did really appreciate. He refunded me and was very apologetic for the inadequate care I received. He offered to fix the physical mistake as well.

The staff was wonderful but there was a dentist there by the name of Dr. Kobe and is lazy, unprofessional and nonchalant. Patients are sitting for 3 hours before being seen. These health professionals wouldnot work in richer neighborhoods and treat them that way but neighborhoods with different ethnic backgrounds are mistreated and he is black.

They are very unprofessional at this place they told me One price and then I paid that price then they said that I needed to pay an extra 780 just for a tooth to be pulled

Great dental care that I received. Had an surgery and extraction done due to a tooth splitting in half on me. Raya, Dr. Nobles, Lenora, and Angie all too good care of me and rendered amazing service ♥. Cost was affordable and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of dental emergency services.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. My husband lost a tooth getting hit by a ball at our daughter’s softball tournament and they were so helpful here in a crappy situation. We called others in the area and no one was any help at all. We even went to a different place before this one where the hours said they were open but were actually closed. Dr. Reeves truly saved the day!

WOST PLACE EVER! took my husband to Timewise Dental on Saturday he was pushed into a root canal and given antibiotics and painkillers… Sunday-still in pain, Monday-still in pain called Tuesday was sent to another office in Coppell on dental emergency care on belt line was put in a chair by the doctor he was told wait for 2 weeks the pain might go away. when he came back for the delivery of the crown they can make the decision then if the tooth needs to be pulled. Then the dentist goes on to say I might have cracked the tooth in the root area. Leaving with no real answer as to how to fix this the man at the front desk has a sign asking us to do a google review and please make it a nice one! Who does that when your patient is in pain? Oh and do not try to call either office no one answers they take your money and there is no after care. NEVER GOING BACK

Do not go to this facility i came with tremendous amount of pain on my left side of the mouth and with insurance they didnt even let me get an xray lol literally most corrupt and careless dentistry on the planet

I came here and the doctor didn’t even look in my child’s mouth. A waste of money and time. I took her to a different clinic and left with a prescription in hand. Update: Samantha did reach out to me afterwards and provided quality customer service. I’m still not happy with the doctor but I give her A for effort.

They were very helpful in removing a bad tooth. I have very minimal pain the next day. It’s such a relief to be able to actually breathe or even talk now that the tooth is gone. They are very professional and kind.

First off, I would like to say that the Dental Emergency Care team was amazing! The office was very clean and up-to-date. My girlfriend found this location after many attempts from multiple dentist offices to get my tooth extracted (on a Sat) due to intense pain from a broken wisdom tooth. We found them on a Saturday at 4:30 pm and I am back on the road heading hm at 6:30 pm with no pain. They were a lifesaver! I was ready to run through a wall due to the pain! ?Thank you so much for having my back! I would highly recommend using Dental Emergency Care in Irving, Tx Marlin S.

I came here for a root canal issue for my boyfriend. The wait was a little long at about an hour, however I appreciate that they were open so late. We ultimately ended up being referred to an endodontist, but Dr. Reeves did a good job keeping him calm and collected after they took x rays, and prescribed him some antibiotics and painkillers to help. There is also a 24/7 pharmacy nearby that we went to afterwards.

When no other dentist could see for 2 weeks I was in the dentist chair within an hour of my phonecall at 630pm! Exceptionally staff was very kind and gentle walking me thru all my options. Then they performed the root carnal that evening and it was PAIN free. Thank you so much for helping me when I was in excruciating pain.

Very thankful I found this place one night. My 8yr old had an infection on her tooth abscesses formed and needed a root canal, crown on cavity. 4 dentist offices and children surgery center sent her away because of her sleep apnea they didn’t want to operate on her even tho she has been in a lot of pain, crying every night. This place took good care of my daughter. Of course she was crying because she was scared and never had an operation before. The minute we got home she said “mom I feel so much better” she’s back to herself again! I know tonight she is going to have a good nights sleep and pain free. I finally have peace and know my baby girls isn’t in pain anymore

I recommend this place I went in last night around 9 o’clock with a dry socket. The ladies in the front got me and was very understanding over the phone when trying to set my appointment the assistant that they have very sweet young lady. She took her time when explaining to her, how many times I’ve already went to go get this dry socket looked at the doctor came in looked at it told me what they’re gonna do. They got me all fixed up and I’m not talking about rinsing it out and that’s it like the other dentist. I went to two days ago I know where I would be going from now on and if you’re looking for a place that actually takes time and listens to you. This is the place for you. 10 out of 10 rating.

Amazing and kind workers there! I needed two root canals gone and yeah I wish teeth stuff wasn’t so expensive but that’s every dentist office in my opinion. Dr. Reeves and Tanika are super sweet and funny and the receptionist upfront she was very kind when I was really in pain. Thank you guys for being open 7 days a week for people like me.

This has by far been the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to! I had A really huge hole in my tooth that kept me up during the night from the excruciating pain so I called Dental Emergency Care at about 11pm. They made an appointment with me for the next day. I got A tooth extraction and bone graft right away They were SO informative & made sure I understood EVERYTHING! The customer service from EVERYONE in the office was AMAZING!! I’m honestly blown away and can’t wait to tell everyone I know About Dental Emergency Care!❤️ They REALLY DO TAKE CARE OF YOU! ALL of them! They’ve gained a lifetime patient! ~Olivia

Great staff, informative and experienced dentist, and great service! I was in town from Houston celebrating my birthday, but my failed root canal caused unbearable pain and I needed to find out what was going on ASAP! I was afraid I wouldn't find anyone to help me but i found this place!!!! I am so grateful for the services i received here! They took x-rays of my problem area and it revealed I had a bad infection and abscess. I was prescribed antibiotics and put on some pain medications and i was on my way to feeling better! The dentist was so helpful and took time to answer all my questions and explain my situation and reason for pain. The front staff and nurses were so nice and patient and even let me wait for my uber in office even after they closed. They stayed with me until i was picked up from the office. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this location!

Wow. I just had the craziest experience ever. The office staff and dental assistant’s were professional and pleasant. I had two focal X rays and a panoramic X-ray. The assistant came back in and announced the dentist wanted more X-rays and I as the patient and customer refused. All I can say about the demeanor of the dentist because of my choice was IKE TURNER. This guy was triggered and unleashed on me. If you want an angry dentist go to this place in an Emergency.

came in crying with an immense toothache because this place was the closest to me at the time. two stars for the staff because they were very kind, and they saw me in a timely manner. however, the dentist (hastily) gave me a false diagnosis that i paid almost $200 for and quoted me an insane amount for a procedure that i didn’t need. ended up going back to my primary dentist the next day for a second opinion, and i’m really glad i did because i was given the proper care i needed, all of my concerns were addressed, and most importantly my pain stopped. i definitely regret coming here. felt like i was robbed ??

Most of my dental experiences have been full of judgement, which for anyone having dental issues, the last thing you want to hear is a lecture from those who’re supposed to be helping you. Well, I was in so much pain Friday and needed help, and found that the office is open until midnight ! It’s basically an urgent care for dental emergencies. My experience was much better than I imagined and it was easily my best visit to the dentist. Starting with Dejne, the receptionist, she was polite, which is already so much better than many dentist offices, and her calm and friendly demeanor put me at ease before going to get X-rays and starting procedure. Then Adela, the hygienist, was also kind , I was worried she’d bring up the severity of my dental issues and she did not, she truly did not make me feel like I’m a lost cause , which I’ve felt at every dentist appointment ever, probably a large reason why i ended up in a dire dental situation. Lastly, but not least, Dr. Reeves was the best. Upbeat attitude, clearly very good at his job, knows within the first glance at an X-ray exactly what needs to be done, and he was kind, also not talking about the severity of my dental issues , just focused on the priorities and still informing me on what needs to be done in the future, completely non judgmental. If it wasn’t an emergency care, I’d go there for my regular appointments, which I’ll be doing soon just because of this good experience I had, it gives me hope . Thank y’all so much !

The team was professional, courteous and efficient. I was in pain and Dr Stephanie made me comfortable and extracted my molar with me experiencing very little discomfort. So glad they were there for me on a Sunday! Keep up the good work!

I went in for a surgery and to get a cleaning and the crew and everyone was so nice and warming and kept reassuring if I was alright and got everything done in one night I would highly recommend this place if you need anything done from a dentist!

I was feeling miserable with toothache. The minute I walked in, the front desk gentlemen was very courteous and super friendly. The staff is very professional and caring. The dentist did an outstanding job with my wisdom teeth extraction, no major pain. They communicated with me from start to finish and it felt comforting. I have always been terrified of the dentist. I came in the office crying because i needed a root canal. But when I tell you I had the most amazing experience here, I felt absolutely no pain. I was sleepy so I actually almost fell asleep. He is the best dentist/oral surgeon & was very kind. Absolutely love him & I would have no fear of going back if I ever need another one! 100 out of 10 recommend :) And loved everyone else in the office as well!

I lost a huge chunk of my molar one evening and was so grateful Dental Emergency Care was open. There was a bit of a wait but that was completely understandable. Once they figured out the problem, I was treated quickly and efficiently with PLENTY of local anesthetic. LOL. The dentist and everyone at the office was reassuring and upbeat. Highly recommend!

I am usually so nervous at the dentist and Dr Kwon and his wonderful team made me feel at ease and I was able to get same day treatment. I would definitely recommend this dental office to my family and friends. There late office hours work well with my busy work schedule too.

HORRIBLE!! I drove 45 mins in the rain for them to tell me they couldn't help my daughter. After telling me over the phone that they could see her. The dentist didn't even look at my daughter she just determine she wasn't going to be able to help without looking at her. The lack of emathy for my daughter is what bothered me the most. The front desk lady was also rude and dismissive. I don't understand how they even have a 4.7 review!

I am one of the many who hate going to dentist, but my experience with this place was wonderful. The front office staff was nice and professional, they got me in within one hour and gave me relief from a painful tooth. Dr. Kwon was very patient with me and listened to my concerns. He did root canal and crown and I felt zero pain and I could tell he's vary meticulous and took his time to make sure everything goes smoothly. Now I feel great with the tooth. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kwon and his staff to my family and friends

No insurance, lots of pain. But they took care of me, treated me well, and made me laugh. They do treat you well and understand your predicament and will work with you.

I Just left about two hours ago. I was googling online because I went to a dentist office last week and had two wisdom teeth removed and I’ve been in pain ever since. It was unbearable! So I came here and found out I had dry socket and the staff was friendly and very helpful and the doctor fixed me right up. #1 hands down and I’m not even from the Dallas/Irving area. I will send EVERYBODY I KNOW TO THIS PLACE‼️‼️ I will also be returning myself!! Thank you guys sooooooo much!!!!

This place is amazing. I was in so much pain due to a mouth ulcer as well as had a chipped tooth. I was told by all of the other emergency dental places that no one could help me. I went here and thet not only fixed my chipped tooth but also gave me medications to help with my mouth ulcer!! I will definitely be going back!! This place was amazing. Very friendly, answered ally questions and the doctor provided me top notch care!! Thank you for all your help!!

This place is AWESOME. I know people sometimes glance over reviews/ not believe them, but this place is amazing. Super low costs, same day services, doctor was very polite and took time with us to go over all of our options and issues.

Read the reviews please. I wasn't treated properly... I got some filings because I was feeling a mild pain in my tooth when I went to this office they made me pay a little less than $500 for the filings only for me to go home and have the whole left side of my head in unbearable pain. I don't know what they did but I have had filings before and never felt that pain after procedure. I called them after 2 days because I couldn't take it any longer and the pain wasn't going away so, we made an appointment and once we got there they started talking about doing more procedures. I told them that was enough and at this point, I wanted the tooth out because I couldn't take the pain any longer. After they took the tooth out, they said that I wouldn't be charged but my insurance was billed again. Mind you, if the filings were properly done in the first place, I wouldn't have gone back to have the tooth removed so why is my insurance billed a second time for your mistake?! I cannot recommend this place to anyone unfortunately!

I was in so much pain all friday night called here first thing Saturday morning and they were able to see me right away! front staff was very welcoming & assistants were very friendly they made me feel very comfortable. Dr Sophia did a great job taking my wisdom tooth out and made it very painless , it took only about 30 mins . They move quickly , highly recommend this place!! (:

Like all unexpected dental emergencies, found myself in unbearable pain and with no one to turn to. Found this amazing clinic by accident but so glad I did. Oscar at the front desk was hands down so courteous and professional when helping me get registered. And Dr. Sofia Kwak was calming and reassuring that the pain I felt (was at wits end) would subside not to mention explaining everything to me in simple terms. Her professionalism is unparalleled. If you find yourself in a situation with no where to turn to or trust please give this clinic and staff a chance you'll be glad you did. A++++++++++ experience here.

The staff members are kind, gentle, super friendly and make you feel right at home! Very non-judgmental and won’t break your pockets! Plenty of options to pay if you need it! I will be going here from now on. And I I’d like to shout out DR. Kwon, dudes got the right touch! The assistant Ms or Mrs Miriam made me feel like I had someone there that actually cared and both of them handled the situation and surgery with my health and comfort in concern!!!!

The front desk people were great getting me in after calling close to closing time I made them aware of my condition and emergency tooth ache but making them known of my financial situation (no money) no insurance and they said yes head over we will work with you i come in get checked out sign up for carecredit which I was not approved so paid $130 upfront just to be seen and 1 x-ray but the technician was very sweet and kind i needed another one which would have been an additional $30 but I told her I dont have that money but she decided to do anyways after the doctor reviewed the x-rays he let me know it was an emergency and my tooth needed to be extracted so he proceeded to numb me up "thank you relief" then in comes one of the front desk assistant came in to let me know that was an additional $100 and another $1000 just to have my tooth pulled when I proceeded to remind her I do not have that money like I said before and that was that the dentist never came back to check on me nor try to help me in giving me further care nor options like prescribing pain meds at least or antibiotics absolutely left feeling even more terrible than I did arriving because I didn't have $ i was no longer a patient worth even continuing to help in the little things I ended up having to go to er hospital to at least get the bare minimum of a prescription to ease my pain. Edit: to reply to the comment the numbing agent that was given to me at no charge is a lie, i was being charged for it until you guys realized the very grave mistake you guys made of not following through with the simple medical care i needed to be offered legally! i was told to come back and pay it when i could afford to and also have my tooth pulled which was also able to be saved by another dentist. Your patients care is not a top priority and should be held liable for the mistreatment you guys gave that day. I'm assuming you guys do it alot!

I had a dental emergency this past Saturday and I was in SEVERE pain. I called several "emergency dentists" from Google and no one could get me in for several days. I called Dental Emergency Care, and they got me in within a few hours. From the time I showed up for my appointment in a puddle of tears from the pain and missing my only daughter's engagement party, I was treated with the utmost care and compassion. I ended up with a root canal which was no fun. But Dr. Kwak and her precious dental assistant (can't remember her name but she was amazing) worked hard and were able to console me, stop my pain, and save my tooth. I will always be grateful for their compassion and care!! I would recommend this dentist to all.

Having alot pain pay $90 for exam and xray they tell me they have to remove 2 tooth I tell them no don't have insurance to they give a $2100 bill for extract 2 tooth out I tell the I can't afford it she say we already send the prescriptions to the farmacy I call them I can't pick the prescriptions in to Monday waist my time and money to go there very disappointed for the way they do business

Dentist was amazing! But I have serious gripes with their billing department. First, they never sent me a balance due since they said my insurance would cover it. This was years ago. Second, instead of informing me that insurance didn't cover everything, they left charges on my account for several YEARS and never told me, then passed on the balance to a collection agency. Third, the first and only statement I received from them was this year, and it stated $0 because they had already printed "Send to Collection". Why not first send a bill to the patient directly, giving them a chance to pay? Why threaten a patient's credit score when the billing department is at fault for not billing properly?

This is a great dental ER. Being a person with dental anxiety, the staff was caring and awesome. From Samantha in the front office, Miriam the dental assistant and Dr. Sophia my experience was easy and pain free! They immediately took an X-ray and determined it was a wisdom tooth that needed to be removed. I was in and out in basically an hour. Affordable (I have insurance) for an emergency situation. Highly recommend!!!

They were able to get me in quickly and walked through the treatment and payment process before anything. Everyone I came in contact was so friendly.

Made an appointment & received a call to delay my appointment an hour or so. I obliged & upon arrival I was still required to wait over an hour before being called back. I spent about 5 hours at the facility for 5 fillings & an extraction. The doctor’s chair side manners were good & the procedure was no more than 1 hour. My biggest problem is that today I went to pick up my antibiotics & pain meds and they were never put in to my pharmacy. Now, I am having to wait until 4p when they open which means that I am not properly caring for myself post op.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Reeves and his staff!! I booked a Sunday evening appointment out of desperation as I had severe pain on the left side of my face, and my dentist could not get me in sooner. Although the source of my pain was a hairline fracture on a molar, this was not showing up on the X-rays. Dr. Reeves prescribed a medication that helped calm the pain for a few days and helped with the teeth grinding in my sleep. By Friday evening, a piece of my molar broke off while eating dinner and I was a complete wreck. Again, I was able to schedule a same-day emergency appointment (within 20 minutes of it happening). Unfortunately for me, the crack was deep into the nerve so I needed a root canal. I was incredibly nervous and anxious but Dr. Reeves and his dental assistant made me feel completely comfortable throughout the duration of my procedure. Since then I’ve seen Dr. Reeves for my crown and he is as pleasant as always. Having a dental emergency can really suck but I thank Dr. Reeves and his entire staff for providing the best care! I highly recommend this establishment.

The two offices stated in this review are affiliated. This review has been submitted for both offices. The absolute worst experience I have had with a doctor or dental office. The office in north Fort worth is connected to a dentist at 2644 north beltline in Arlington. I scheduled an appointment the night before for 4:30. The 2644 office called me at 2 the day of Apple to say the Dr. Would not be at the office until 6pm. So, they need to push my appointment back. I was ok with that. When I arrive, the dentist called to say he would not arrive until 7PM. He called a second time to say he would not make it until 7:40, according to staff, if he came at all. There were at least 2 of us waiting. How does an emergency say he or she is not going to show up with patients scheduled, no notice that would allow patients to schedule an appointment elsewhere that day. The staff originally said they could not help me find another emergency dentist nearby. So, I waited. Rhen she called the other office, who could see me. That office was 30 mins away. I drove to the second location. At that site, staff could not find the patient registration that staff at first location swore would be in the system. After completing paperwork 3 times, they found it. While I was completing the paperwork, the staff .Over another person who arrived after me into the exam room. And I had to wait again. After an extraction and a bone graph which I was advised wasn't optional, prescriptions were to be sent to a local 24-hour pharmacy. It was to be sent immediately according to staff. I waited for an hour and a half for the prescription to be called in. I would give them 0 stars if that were an option.

Beware… this office is preys on people in a state of desperation. Thank god I came here preemptively and not because I was already in excruciating pain. They wanted me to pay $230 to just be seen. I knew I needed an extraction because I had been in a similar situation previously so when I asked how much additional that would cost, they refused to tell me. They take your money to do exams well covered under insurance only to force people into procedures that could be done at any other facility for 1/4 the price. Having FSA allows me to make comfortable medical decisions but my heart could not take allowing these people to scam me. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Best place ever! I was so nervous going there, especially by myself! They made me feel so comfortable! From the time I walked in, until I left! So thankful for them all! Wow! What an amazing place. Dr. Reeves and staff were absolutely awesome! My son needed a root canal but couldn’t get in with our dentist for several days. We were seen quickly and Dr. Reeves numbed him up before he had even decided if the procedure could be done today so he would have pain relief (at no extra charge I might add). Root canal and temporary crown done and my boy is no longer experiencing that horrible pain. It was higher than I would’ve had to pay at our regular dentist but that was to be expected as they were out of our network and an emergency facility. We feel extremely blessed to have found them today. Also Oscar at the front desk was phenomenal! I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Very friendly and professional staff. My dentist was exceptional in listening to my dental woe’s, then after his examination, took time to explain to my wife and myself what his conclusions were and his recommendations were … then came time to pay the “pied piper”… surprisingly, not bad at all.. pretty much in line with other dentist prices as far as I can tell. I was very satisfied with all facets of their operation… I would certainly recommend them to my friends and associates.

This place stays open late which came in handy for the procedure i needed. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER WAS AMAZING. From start to finish. They are so cool. Mohammed is a perfectionist (loved that for me). I love this place

I visited Dental Emergency Care for the first time yesterday. My experience was great I have really bad dental anxiety and EVERYONE understood that. Very patient and kind. Gave me all of my options for treatment and worked with me.

I was a patient there on 7/14. I have a healthcare background for 10 years and felt There were a few interactions that were unprofessional. The front desk woman asked me to open my mouth and show her where my pain was in order to order a X-ray, after I repeatedly communicated where my pain was located. I even told her no I am not comfortable doing that and she persisted because it was “normal” for her to ask patients. No means NO. I would never continue to ask one of my patients to do something they did not want to do. Then she tried to make small talk/probe, which I am not a chatty person nor was I able trying to engage in communication due to the pain I was experiencing. “What did you do today?” “What are you doing this weekend”. It’s too much. Too invasive, just being nosey. Then after the dentist came in she came back in to discuss prices of treatment with me. NOT ONCE did she mention this business is out of network with my insurance (in fact I didn’t find that out till a few days later when I called back to ask). The office quoted me $1700 for a crown and I expressed I’d like to get a second opinion elsewhere. After she told me the price, she asked me “where do I work and what do at my job?” I proceeded to tell her, “I am a nurse” then she proceeded to ask me, “ are you an lvn or rn” “I then stated I’m a registered nurse”LIKE WHY DOES THAT MATTER. Then she told me that they have options for payment plans. The interactions with her felt invasive and discriminatory. I would never go back to this business because of it. The lack of transparency regarding insurance, poor customer service and discrimination is just disrespectful. I’m thankful I received a better overall experience from another dentist office that was professional, in network and saved me $1000.

My 10 year old son started having tooth pain the day before and by the time I got home from work yesterday, the left side of his jaw had swollen to the size of a baseball. I knew that he couldn't wait till the next day to see a dentist during normal hours so I started calling around and finally got ahold of someone at Dental Emergency Care around 7pm last night. They got him in immediately and unfortunately had to extract two of his teeth. The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to encourage him through every minute of it. It goes without saying that no parent wants to see their child in that kind of pain, but I couldn't have found a better place to take my child to. Thank you all so much!

Waited in the lobby for 2 hours with no other patients in the office

My husband found this place last night as I was dying need of emergency help with my root canal. I couldn't wait until January 12th with my original dentist. We drove over 45 minutes for treatment and it was well worth it. From the check in process, to the exam and x-rays to the actual treatment and extraction I was provided with A1 service. I came in with excruciating pain and left feeling an immediate sense of relief. I knew something was wrong when my face, neck, ear and arm began feeling numb to the touch and the pain was 100. The doctor knew exactly what needed to be done and he took care of me. Today as I write this review it will be my first day of recovery. And I'm doing so good. Thanks to the entire team on last night. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

When severe pain speaks, it usually screams. After 36 hours of my pain 'screaming,' I finally found Dental Emergency Care via Google. Though hours away from opening, my call was answered and an appointment was scheduled for me later the same day (Friday after Thanksgiving). The staff was professional and courteous. X-rays and intake info was obtained, the Dr. examined me (cracked molar into the pulp cavity, exposing the nerve), then discussed his diagnosis and 2 possible solutions with me. Staff presented costs of each intervention/therapy, and I made my decision: extraction + bone graft. I paid, and almost immediately, the dental assistant applied numbing gel. A short time later, Dr. Reeves began administering local anesthetic (what a relief). After that, I had absolutely NO pain whatsoever....really, NO discomfort at all - not even when Dr. Reeves had to work diligently to remove a portion of root that was part of the break, and was 'embedded.' All of this work being done while I was watching a great movie. Additionally, four (4) prescriptions were called into a nearby CVS, which were ready when I arrived - with discounts already applied. I worked in invasive cardiology and surgery for years at a 1000+ bed university teaching hospital, as well as 13 years in the medical device industry. Without hesitation, or equivocation, I say: Dr. Reeves is a phenomenal, exceptional dental interventionist; equal to the best physicians, dentists, and oral surgeons I have ever had the privilege of working with. He is also kind, empathetic, gentle, warm, and humorous. His dental assistants are wonderful as well. I cannot recommend Dr. Reeves and his staff highly enough.

I went in with a massive wisdom tooth pain... The staff was amazing! The doctor just the way he talks to you and explains what he is going to do makes you feel comfortable and his assistant was amazing and funny lol... Recommend 100%

We made an appointment because one of my son's was having a bad toothache. Our appointment time was 7:30. We arrived at 7:05. I wasn't clear how long the wait would be at first but we were told we could leave our phone number and they would call us. The waiting area only seats 4, and all the seats were taken, so we waited in our car. If we lived closer we could have gone home and they would have called, but Irving has a lot nearby so we were able to get food. We checked back in about an hour later and were told there were still 5 people ahead of us and it would be a while. We drove 45 minutes to get there and had already waited an hour so we stuck it out. We were finally called back at 11:15. The staff was incredibly nice and caring. They called the prescription in immediately and we were able to get it filled that night. I give it 3 stars because we made an appointment and still had to wait an extremely long time.

I haven't had the chance to congratulate the staff and Dr Kwon living and Texas and find top Dr top staff and top customer service is so hard but I found it at dental emergency care Irving thanks for the fillings Miriam you are awesome, Adele, Samantha for your prompt action with paper work, Dr I don't feel the needle for the anesthesia again your service is priceless Texas need more professionals like you guys thanks for your dedication.

These people are crooks... Went in to have two teeth pulled with insurance. They told me $880 to remove them. Of course I walked out, way too high. Went to a regular dentist today and after my insurance it was only $103.00 out of my pocket. Even if it was cash pay, it was only $286.00. The ER dentist are out of network and charge you because you are in pain and they bet you will pay the higher rates. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy!!!

I absolutely love this place and recommend it 100%. Starting from the staff to the doctor. My husband was in so much pain and he was taken care of right away. The recovery was smooth and no complaints. Dentistry can be intimidating but when you are well taken care of, you forget about it.

They are awesome and took great care of me!! Made sure me and my family were ok during the wait. Very positive and informative definitely a must go to place for your dentist needs I can assure you!!when I say I feel ten times better than when I walked in I mean that you guys are amazing and truly appreciate y'all for taking care of me before the big fight!! Anyone wether you are in MMA or just a average Joe if you're need of any dental/emergency work don't delay any further give them a call right away you'll be taking care and that's a fact. They took their time to ensure my recovery was going smooth after my tooth extraction. Compassion, communication and comfort are definitely their top priorities!

Went for emergency at 8:30 pm. Was asked to pay 69.00...I then asked if that was my copay with my insurance. I was told yes. So I paid it. I was then called back like at 10 pm. Dentist finally came in said what he needed to do. They called in prescriptions and then like 30 min later came in to tell me how much it was going to cost. I was surprised by the amount told to me and "that's" when they tell me I'm out of network. That is some SHADY STUFF...I wasted 2 hours of my time when they should have told me I was out of network when I asked about the co pay. They just want your money so disappointed by this place...they need to be more upfront with people so they are not overcharged. Would not recommend.

I hate to go to dentist, but this place was simply the best dentist I ever been to. Dr. Kwak did exceptional job and got me out of pain, removed my two broken teeth so quick and painless.  All the staff were very friendly and professional.  Prices were fair considering that I was uninsured, and they saw me on Sunday.
