Well, since I can't get Dr. Daniel to call me back and tell him personally, I will post a review. If you are looking for a dentist thats warm, friendly and cuddly soft, he's not your guy. Thats why he has the dog! If you are looking for a dentist that can do what other dentist said they could NOT, this is your guy! I had veneers placed to fix my smile. My case was complicated and took quite a few visits to "perfect". The attention to my concerns was heard and addressed. The results are night and day...DRASTIC! I hate dentist offices, so when we were done, I just walked out. My nerves cannot take it. I believe he thought that meant I was not happy with the results. That couldn't be farther from the truth. My smile in pictures, in person is so much better than before. For a month, I kept checking to see if my new smile was still there!!! I would highly recommend talking with him if you are looking to greatly improve your smile aesthetics. Also, Efrin, if you read this, my night guard doesn't fit.

Don't go to this dental . Management is bad . Only need money from patients. doctors are so bad , they just looting money from patients and doing with students and without experience. There is no negative stars but , negative star recommended. This patient is upset b/c we asked him for months to pay his bill and he keeps ducking us. He agreed to pay us and did not. We don’t have “management” nor “doctors”. I am the only doctor in my owner/operator clinic, and I’m also the manager. There are no students here, and I have over 15 years of experience. We do not treatment plan based on money. We only treatment plan based on the patient’s clinical needs and their oral health goals. We work with anyone if finances are a concern. We are the most conservative office in town when it comes to treatment planning and saving you as much money as possible while also keeping you healthy. I would give all dental treatment for free to those in need, if it was possible. I genuinely love helping others and my career. We do expect payment at time of services rendered, as does every dental office in America, but we will always work with your budget if needed. We truly do not care about the money, and our integrity is of utmost importance to us for the community.

I never write reviews if i’m being honest but after my experiences here, i had to! I usually come here for a teeth cleaning. I just got my wisdom teeth pulled out and the experience was 1000/10. Front desk called me to fill out my forms at the end of the day prior to my appointment. I let her know that I’d fill out the forms before coming in. The morning of my appointment I woke up to a notification saying my appointment was cancelled. I called them and let them know I still had many hours before my appointment and I had let the front desk know that I’d be filling out the forms before coming in and she said that they have to be in the system and looked over by them a day before. I don’t understand how they would have done that if I was getting a call at the end of their workday. Receptionist also didn’t let me know that this would result in a cancellation. My husband also had an appointment and didn’t fill out his forms but his appointment wasn’t cancelled. I’m sure the doctor is great but receptionist should learn to communicate better as I rescheduled work meetings in order to make it to this appointment.
Unfortunately we need 3 business days to verify your insurance. Since my name is on the building and I’m responsible for everyone’s time, I make sure to let patients know when to have their forms filled out. We called you and text you 7 times with no response. If you can’t follow instructions, you hold up other patients, and you are not a good fit for our office. We have over 5000 patients, so we cannot accommodate just you, and run my business your way. Sheena, my front desk staff, is the best in the business. She also said you were very rude to her and wouldn’t listen. Thank you for the 1 Star review.

Tooth that a crown was being prepared for, actually was already decayed. Instead of suggesting alternative options, even when I informed of the extreme sensitivity, it was overlooked. They also performed exam mid-July (as I was a new patient), I went elsewhere mid-August and found that I had 3 abscess under my gumline. I'd been suffering from migraines and once these were removed, it minimize my daily migraines. I was recommended, and honestly had high hopes. I literally, drove 80 miles roundtrip to be seen. The customer service and interaction was always pleasant, until my questions and concerns came about, which prompted me to switch dentist.
Jon, we are so glad you were able to resolve your issues. When you have a broken tooth, it can cause referred pain everywhere. We were able to fix your first issue with your crown, and we actually referred you to a specialist for the other issues you were having with the abcesses. We didn't misdiagnose anything. It's very rare for us to make mistakes, which we did not in this case. I'm not sure if you didn't understand or there was a miscommunication but the headaches would have been resolved by the specialist. Sometimes cases are too difficult for us to treat and we feel like you are in even better hands with a specialist who sees cases like you have every day. So here we are getting a 2 star review over the excellent crown we did for you, the excellent customer service and care you received, and referring you to a specialist like you needed in the first place. We never heard from you again until this review. Had you called my office or returned for a follow up exam, we could have addressed any further issues you were having. It is our job to make sure you feel better and we never sleep until you do.

I live in Las Vegas and my boyfriend recommended I go see Ryan ( Dr. Daniel ) and told me how good he was. I had a lot of work to get done, and after meeting with him I knew this was where I wanted to be. I had one of the best experiences I ever had. Everyone in the office was amazing. I felt very comfortable, I felt like we communicated great. He always gave me his FULL attention. One visit took longer then we expected and I was there many hours he make sure everything was taken care of . He has a great attitude. I flew back and from Las Vegas to Dallas for a couple months for my appointments to get everything completed .it was well worth it. Yes, we are the absolute worst in the city, but only IF you wear glasses held together by hope and prayers. I have personally instructed all staff to break any glasses that walk through the door Andie implemented staff bonuses and pay increases based on how many pairs we can break each month. We will intentionally break them in front of your face or your kids face to show dominance and sway, b/c we mean business here. NO GLASSES. NO 4 EYES. This isn’t just any dental office. We really don’t like anyone with 4 eyes in these parts of town. It’s weird. So we just make sure not to tolerate it here. We don’t want you to be able to see how bad our work is or how blurry the tv’s are in the ops or just how ugly Dr. Daniel is in real life. We try our hardest to accumulate a bunch of bad reviews too. Dr. Daniel gives out cookies to any staff members who can break anyone’s glasses. Thank you for the kind review. I will let the staff know they did their job and I didn’t even have to do any work at all today.
In all reality, this patient came in with glasses that were super glued together and handed them to my assistant and asked him to hold them. My assistant folded them and they broke. He didn’t bother telling the assistant they were already broken. The staff was so nice and kind from the moment he walked in to the moment he left. If this person’s review helped you, please don’t come here. I opened this office to help people in this great city who need it. It’s not for idiots looking to write bad reviews after cursing and berating my staff who were so nice and kind to this patient. I literally never even met him. Had a painful wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled and went in for the first time as a new patient. Everyone was so sweet, they took xrays and they gave me a treatment plan and I met with the Doctor and I was super pumped to get this tooth out. I made an appointment and left. 2 weeks later I came in for the procedure and things were a lot different. The Dentist never said hi or acknowledged me, he must have been in a bad mood. They assistants were friendly and were holding it together for him. First he numbed me like normal and it took three times to happen, unfortunately it still didn’t numb me and so when he started yanking the tooth, and I mean yank, I still felt the pain. No I’m sorry, are you ok, nothing. I’ve had several teeth pulled before so I’m not new to this. Tooth out, out of chair, pay bill. It took me 3 weeks to get over this tooth. Pain like I’ve never had before. This is what I get when I try someone new. Went back to my old dentist, even though it’s an hour away and just did fillings. So polite and friendly, what a difference. Maybe it was a bad day for him, but some things are jus inexcusable.
Hi! I’m sorry you had an unpleasant experience. You had a very complex surgery for one of your 3 wisdom teeth that was coming in sideways. They always heal very slowly and you had a dry socket postoperatively. No one’s fault. They happen. I do apologize for not spending more time talking to you during surgery, but you were on sedation medication, so I do not have in depth conversations with patients while they are sedated. I have to focus. Your surgery was very complex and it was 100% successful. What appeared as if I didn’t care was actually the opposite. I was completely focused on the task at hand and want everything to be perfect for every surgery if possible. I demand the best from my staff so we can give you the best possible outcome. When you do a simple filling on someone as you stated about your previous dentist, that is a stress free, worry free procedure. It’s the easiest procedure in the field. I come from a sports background so focus and discipline come first. I offer very advanced and complex dental procedures in my office at half the cost of specialists, so I can help as many patients as possible without them being charged more than double by said specialist. I’ve studied extensively and practiced for many years to be able to accomplish these things. I do not do this job for the money. To be 100% transparent, I don’t own a house, lease nor own a car/truck/boat/plane, I don’t have kids, nor am I married. My life is very minimalistic. They stand by their word, even if it impacts their finances. Recently I received bills via email from D Dental. It turns out my dental insurance had denied payment for sealants for my children. I had let D Dental know before the sealants were applied that I didn't want them if they were not covered by the insurance and they had assured me I would not be charged. However, their billing department wasn't aware of that and sent bills anyway. I called D Dental and Valery was extremely understanding on the phone and took care of it for me. If you are looking for a trustworthy dentist, I highly recommend D Dental.

I talked to about 15 dentists who all said they had no knowledge of my disease or weren’t equipped to do any work on me. Dr Daniel told me right away that he would try his best to make things happen. Finally found an excellent dentist who performs excellent work at REASONABLE prices! Matt did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, very, very thorough. Dr. Daniel took the time to speak with me about my concerns and discuss RATIONAL pricing for procedures. He replaced 3 fillings for my husband done by our previous dentist that had literally fallen out THREE times...so far, they're intact and even a better color match for anterior teeth, and at a seriously better price. I went there for cleanings and it was a normal experience however my wife went in for a root canal which then turned into doing an implant at the same time. While doing the root canal, her face became terribly swollen to the point where one of her eyes closed shut. Dr. Daniel continued with the procedure claiming it was just air that was pushed in and continued the procedure stating the swelling would go down. That night we we ended up in the emergency room and now she has permanent nerve damage in her cheek. Sure the assistant tried to call us and follow up to see how the swelling was but the damage was done and and after consults with a maxio-facial surgeon and other dental professionals, they were all surprised that he continued with the procedure. Her experience was so bad she has become a case study for the maxio-facial surgeon. We asked Dr. Daniel to cover the medical expenses and similar to responses of unhappy patients on other reviews, he claims he did nothing wrong and the swelling happened afterwards. This is despite the fact that we have pictures showing otherwise and a timeline that is to the contrary. Instead of covering the $3k in emergency room and specialists bills, Dr. Daniel offered to give my wife a discount for additional work. Why on Earth would she go back to see him after that experience to take him up on the discount?
Patient came in b/c she was not taking care of her teeth and had massive amounts of decay. I started and finished the case over a few weeks and had done 100% of the work up until this point to near perfection. Did the patient write a nice review or thank me then? No. Not at all. We had performed fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and an implant. During the procedure, we were unable to complete the root canal due to the massive amount of decay in the tooth, and it was determined we needed to pull it. Since I am trained in implants as well, we decided to place the implant immediately and start the healing process. Sometime during the procedure while the patient was upside down and I was focusing on saving her teeth, a temporary assistant that was working with us that day, had used air and water to rinse the patient’s mouth out. At some point, the small amounts of the air was trapped in her tissues, like blowing up a balloon on that side of her face. (It’s why boxers and fighters aren’t allowed blow their nose in between rounds, they will look like a caricature). It’s called a sub q emphysema (air trapped under the tissue). This is extremely rare and has never happened in my 12+ years of practicing, seeing thousands and thousands of patients, and doing a million procedures. It’s that rare.
As with anything that happens in the dental office, I informed the patient to monitor the air trapped in her tissues, and explained the air would dissipate on it’s own, and it did. The patient refused to come in for follow ups with us as well and never returned our follow up calls when checking on her. This patient is also a doctor and had her colleagues at the hospital check on her, as she should.
The implant that was placed healed perfectly. The air in her tissues went away. Then the patient contacted me and stated they wanted $3000.00 for medical bills and alluded to writing a bad review or suing me if I didn’t comply with their demands.
Unfortunately I cannot pay for everyone’s teeth or complications from them not taking care of their teeth, so I offered her a discount on cosmetic dental work that she wanted to do with me. We have patients fly in from all over the country to get veneers and or crowns done by my office b/c we do such amazing work at a great value. I offered the patient a discount on her cosmetic work and apologized to the patient that she had unforeseen complications, and was very empathetic.
Since I am the leader of the office, I must take blame for everything that happens, even if that is from an assistant or even the patient’s own neglect, and I did not directly cause the issue. None of this is what the patient wanted to hear so they wrote a bad review to hurt my office, b/c I didn’t give them $3000.00. Unfortunately we live in a world where people blame everyone else, even when the ones they are blaming are only there to help them.
The patient’s review is a very interesting take on what happened using a fake account to review my office. Again, the patient did not write a positive review for the dental procedures that were done near perfectly before this occurred. Fortunately there are two sides to every coin. This would be a case study for a patient trying to extort a dentist for money in exchange for not posting a negative review, which is a felony, not just a study for air trapped in tissues. I chose not to pay them, b/c I stand behind my work and I don’t mind public scrutiny, and I can work under pressure very well. They chose to write poorly worded review, shining the light directly in their favor in an attempt to hurt my office.

I called in for my first time and asked if I could be treated for my root canal here. The receptionist said yes and went ahead in making my appointment. FALSE. The only thing they did was clean my teeth and transferred me to a specialist in Frisco which said to be within network. FALSE AGAIN. After getting treated for my root canal, I get a huge bill because it was out of network! When I called to get it fixed, these people denied everything! Accusing me of lying!
Sarah, this review you wrote is for your husband. You are 100% misinformed by what you are writing as a review. I DO root canals in my office. Unfortunately, your husband's root canal had already been done previously by a General Dentist and it FAILED. General Dentists do not usually redo or "retreat root canals". You MUST see a specialist for failed root canals, IF you want it done right. Reason being is that they spent 2-4 extra years after dental school only focusing on root canals. They are THE BEST. There is a reason for the failure (which had nothing to do with my office, nor Dr. Wang's) and specialists are better equipped to handle those issues than any General Dentist on planet Earth. If you don't want the tooth to fail again, or risk having it pulled, and getting an Implant which costs double what a root canal costs, then the specialist is absolutely, the best way to go. I have been a dentist in Dallas for 12 years and have seen tons of work by specialists. I refer to Dr. Wang in Frisco b/c she does the absolute best work I have ever seen. I trust her to always deliver the best care to all of my patients. She is utterly amazing. When I refer you to a specialist, you don't have to see them. You can choose anyone you would like, even a General Dentist again (who will also refer you again), you can do nothing, you can go to Baylor College of Dentistry, you can go to Mexico, you can call your old dentist who did the root canal and write a bad review for him or her, or you can even call our office to help you with any issues if you don't feel comfortable instead of writing a negative review about my small business which I put my heart and soul into for my patients, instead of assuming everyone is out to get you. There are about 3000 dental insurance companies. It wouldn't be in anyone's best interest for me estimate your insurance coverage at the specialists office. They set their own cash fees and 99% are out of network for dental insurance anyway. After speaking to the specialist's office, your insurance company didn't pay what they estimated they would pay, and you had a bill for approx. $350.00 give or take. The specialist has agreed to help you out and eat some of the costs b/c you are so upset that your insurance company didn't pay for it. At the end of the day, I give my best for everyone. I don't deserve this review nor the negative things you have said about my office. We always give 100% effort and care to all of our patients, and you are the ONLY one, out of the hundreds of patients we have referred, who has had something negative to say about Dr. Wang and our referral process.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Daniel and his team!! They are always friendly, easy to work with, and listen to all my concerns and needs. I know they are not a “pediatric” dental office but I take my five year old son there for his teeth cleanings and he loves going there!! Matt is great with kids!! Regina is an amazing office manager and is always willing to work with my busy schedule. They work certain weekends and a late night just so people don’t have to miss work which is AWESOME! Same old story as everyone when they have to go to the dentist you think "I HATE the dentist!" Its been two years since I've been to one and I knew I needed to go badly. So I sucked it up, found one and went. From the very first interaction with this office, which was over the phone, I felt at ease. They are friendly and knowledgeable and that was just the front half staff! I showed up 20 minutes early to my appointment because I hate to be late. I don't think I even sat for 5 minutes and they called me back to start on xrays. That process was easy and painless, I like the knew way they take xrays instead of the bitewing films. But then came the scary part, being told whats wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. Matt came to talk to me and showed me the points he was talking about, explained the procedure and asked if I was okay with it. I needed a deep cleaning, it sounded terrible but it needed to be done. He said he had time right then so I agreed and he set to work. There were a few tender areas but over all it was not a bad experience. I listened to my music and not even an hour later we were done. I also was given some insight on how to do a better job maintaining my teeth. Its was a great visit! I am actually looking forward to going back for the follow ups and to have some fillings done because I know the staff is amazing and will do their best to make it a painless trip. Thank you for being the best dentist I have ever seen in my life!!!

I was so scared to go for my root canal treatment but Dr. Ryan Daniel is very knowledgeable and experienced with so much patience. Assistant 'Jayme' made me so comfy and made me strong while surgery and I was not even realized that its done. Jayme was AWESOME. Very friendly staff and welcoming environment. Probably the best experience I've had at a dental office. They also have tv's in every room so you can enjoy watching tv while having your teeth worked on. Matt is the hygienist there and does an amazing job! I even had him whiten my teeth and saw amazing results before even leaving the office. Dr Daniel is the Dentist and he took care of a cavity and a wisdom tooth I needed to have removed. Late last year I was looking for a new dentist having recently moved from Ft. Worth to the Dallas area. On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted D Dental and set up an appointment. I needed some more serious work done, but also some maintenance cleaning, etc. From Day 1 the entire staff have been amazing to work with. A five star experience in every aspect at this dental office. The office is modern yet inviting with a TV for every chair. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The hygienist, Matt, provided a thorough cleaning and a fantastic first visit experience. After getting a treatment plan, my next few visits were just as pleasant as the initial one. Dr. Daniel made sure I was comfortable during and after procedures, and the office even called in prescriptions to my pharmacy so they'd be ready to pick up sooner.
