Went in as emergency pain due to an extraction at the commerce location last Monday. Over a week and had really bad pain half way down my gums still and sinuses and headache and scratchy throat, not sure if was due to this just wanted to be on safe side. West side office was closed and was sent to bandera office they were great. Prescribed me antibiotics did x rays/referral to specialist and very friendly and worked me. I had an amazing experience at Celebrated Dental and Braces, especially considering it started as an emergency visit. Over the weekend, I broke a molar while eating and was in urgent need of care. Thankfully, they were able to get me in quickly, even though I was a first-time patient. Dr. Ajai and his assistant Josephine were incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and at ease. There was also another assistant helping during my first visit who was just as kind and attentive — the entire team truly went above and beyond. The procedure was extensive, but to my surprise, it was nearly painless. Their level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. Not only did they repair my broken molar, but they also identified and corrected other issues I hadn’t even realized I was having — all in the same visit! I’ve now had two appointments and am waiting on a third, and each experience has been consistently phenomenal. I’m genuinely grateful for the exceptional care I received and will definitely be returning annually for follow-ups. Highly recommend!

Our experience at first was very positive. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the office is clean. We’re always seen on time and the process is super easy. The one negative was our last visit. I was informed only then, that they had run into difficulties with our insurance since the beginning of treatment…over a year ago. I was made aware of the problems with insurance payments the very last day of my child’s treatment. We were not informed for over a year of visits that there were insurance problems. So we had to pay several hundreds of dollars right then if we wanted the braces to be removed. Although the staff remained helpful and patient helping me, I’m disappointed I wasn’t informed before today. I never received a call, never pulled aside at any visits, and even though it was stated they did, my husband never received a call. I know this is redundant, but I am obviously dumbfounded.

I got braces here, and the techs and dr alarbi have been so wonderful! It’s been a long treatment, and everyone here has been so attentive and kind. Dr. Alarbi and his staff are amazing. I had my braces for 13 months and while I was getting my treatment he provided excellent patient education and care. I switched from Invisalign to traditional braces and Dr. Alarbi and his staff made the switch seamless. I work nights and sometimes I would come in before my appointment time so that I could get more rest at home and they always fit me in no problems. Wait times were very short and appointments were efficient and brief. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for braces to come see them.

I had my first visit here today after a very bad experience at my previous dental office (the smile center on marbach) right off the bat I had a good feeling , the initial paperwork had multiple questions on how they could make the experience better , if I had any anxiety about the dentist, and what they could do to make me feel more welcome. Upon arrival my feeling was proven the doctor and nurses took great care of me. They explained every step of the process to ensure I didn’t get anxiety, they answered all questions honestly and explained in detail to make sure there was no confusion. They actually listened to me and heard my complaints and came up with the best possible solutions to my problems. If I didn’t agree with parts of the plan they had no issues being flexible with me. Overall it was a WONDERFUL experience compared to my past experiences. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental office.

I can’t express how surprised I was. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work from experiences with other dentist. I was able to get my whole right side down within an hour. Horrible customer service not to mention if you do not make sure you confirm your appointment although you are making it they will cancel it. They had me wait 2hrs for my scheduled dental appointment because I did not confirm with them through text. The second time I did not confirm through text, they rescheduled when I arrived ON TIME for my scheduled appointment. Also, the fact that the dental and braces is not as one COMPANY makes things that much more complicated. I called to update my number and they only updated the Braces side and not dental. In other words I have to call the Dental side and update the number. But best believe when it comes to getting their money they make sure the insurance is updated on both ends. I wouldn't recommend & will never take my kids there.

I’ve been with Celebrate Dental and Braces Bandera location for 4 years. I’ve gotten all my wisdom teeth removed here and my braces. On the braces side Dr.Alarbi is the best, he is detail oriented and efficient. I had moved to Austin two years ago and instead of transferring to a closer location I stayed with Dr.Alarbi because he’s really good at his job and gave me a beautiful smile. Pros: friendly staff, Dr. Alarbi Cons: if u miss an appointment or try to reschedule it is a hassle. The appointment times get booked fast. So you have to wait the following month for another appointment.

I use to love this place until recently I went in due to pain and new dr that I went in to see told me it was me grinding my teeth and there was nothing wrong with my teeth…so he winded up redoing a crown that I had many years ago and hit a nerve causing me to have a root canal and he also did a filling and cracked my tooth and now I need another root canal and they charged my insurance and now I have to pay out of my pocket 2000.00 …they used up all my benefits and was waiting for them to refund the insurance but there giving me the round around so because I can’t take the pain anymore just going to pay…Genevieve that takes payments is rude horrible customer skills I am reporting them to the better business bureau and I would think twice before you think about letting them touch your teeth

THIS IS A REAL REVIEW & it’s wayyy overdue! This office is amazing completely affordable as they have in office care plans that are more affordable than any insurance plan. I’ve encountered other docs here but Dr. Wright is the one that’s been getting me right for the last few years and he’s unbelievably patient understanding and caring seriously. Did I mention I drive from Austin every time to come here because they’re just that great! I’ve brought down at least 3 of my friends here who also love it. And I saved the best for last THE STAFF!!! From the front desk, to payment area, back on to the back where they do the nitty gritty with Dr. Wright and the other Docs. These nurses and gentle-nurses know they’re shhhh seriously. And I mean well they’re working with some of the best Docs because you can just tell they’re growing these people with them they’re young and smarter as they come here to work and learn. I absolutely adore this place because I haven’t had any problems and don’t foresee any in the future. They get extremely busy at times but they get the job done right. Bandera location is my all time fav I’m sure the others are great too but just save yourself some time and go ahead and come here first!!! This review is edited I had to update the world. I referred lots of people and after one of my friends said the Dr. Wright was rude to her. I stood up for him and said maybe he was having a bad day. She was right! After all the years of going to this place Dr. Wright caught an attitude doing some cosmetic work and threw a utensil down. That was my sign to leave and never go back. So I did! I apologized profusely to my friend. It's been five years and they are still billing me for they're rip off of a plan. I call and call and call for reimbursement and they give me the run around every time. Never even refunded me for the work I paid for and they didn't do. At your own risk you can take the chance but I myself would never go back nor recommend

Everyone was so nice. Im not a fan of dentists and shared that with the staff. I was initially afraid, but when Dr. Mc Hottie…. I mean the doctor came in he was very calming and made me feel comfortable. He had very nice chair side manners. He explained all the issues with my teeth and how they could fix them. I cant wait to go back… not sure where the “fear” went . Overall great first visit . I felt safe and didnt have my regular “ dentist anxiety “.

The environment was funny, friendly and professional. The medical assistant needs a raise!! I believe her name is Tisha. She worked her fingers to the bone. I’m sure she was stressed but she didn’t show it. All the staff was friendly. I enjoyed and thank them for everything they do. **Update** This office lost my crown. I missed work to get my crown put on only for them to inform me, while I was checking in, that my crown is not ready yet so they rescheduled me. I came back to the office(missing work again) and was informed something isn’t right because my crown still wasn’t in. They spoke with the lab who stated that didn’t receive my tooth impressions and I had to get them done again and rescheduled to another appointment for placement. This time I called multiple times before the appointment to make sure my crown was there and finally got it put on. Though the office was apologetic this was not okay for me.

I have been scared to go to the dentist for a while because of a certain dental place I went to a while back, but they do everything here at CelebrateDental to make you feel comfortable. They are also more affordable than other dentist I been to as well. I can actually afford to get my teeth fixed. If you need to get your teeth fixed, please go here. They also don’t pressure you to do anything that isn’t in your budget like some doctors I’ve been to. They will work with you when you have the time and the money for it. Make an appointment today! I am a new patient and I am going for my second consultation and I cancel for reasons that I am ill and the receptionist tells me that in 6 weeks time the doctor is very busy and does not have time why they take more patients if they cannot attend what They already have time, it is an abuse 6 weeks the brakes are loose and the wires are itching and I have to wait so long, and he said attend me or I do not have to pay the contracts. Be careful with this clinic that apparently all they want is to hook more and more clients with their contracts.

I started out at celebrate dental back in 2017. I came for braces and the same day I can in I was able to get them put on. Everyone is very nice. I was pregnant in 2018 and I was not able to lay on my back and they worked with me so that I was able to still get them tightened. They are all very understanding. I asked Jennifer to cxl my appointment when they sent a confirmation text which include a appointment for my daughter a few days after mine the appointment was never cxl and they charged me two 75.00 cxl fees. I have been coming here for years and this has never been an issue. I have never even been informed of such cxl fees. I will not be returning to this office nor will my kids. Very unprofessional!

My 14 year old daughter just had her braces removed after a 2 phase round of treatment. she was in braces at seven for a severe crossbite, a little over a year later they were removed. And as soon as her baby teeth came out we came back in for phase 2 which was the full grill top and bottom and she was in them for again for about a year and a half. And we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Dr Ferguson and his partner orthodontist are by far the best at what they do. I will be bringing my son in very soon to get his teeth perfected and then my youngest daughter after him. I'm not one to write a review but I would think they'd get a better handle on their time. I've been here with my daughter since 9am. It started out with removing her braces to this appointment was an evaluation on her braces. The assistant called to let me know they need to adjust them then do her cleaning. Going back and forth between the two General and Braces they have lack of communication. The front office informed me I had a balance from December 2019 we're in July 2020. I was never notified then so I could contact the insurance. We're still currently waiting while everyone walks in and out!!! I would NOT recommend this office. Current time is 12:49 pm and we're still WAITING!!

I visited Celebrate Dental for the first time. Took my took kids along as well for our six month check up. The front office was courteous and listened to my concern about my insurance coverage. Precautions were in order due to COVID. While Dr Ray is the only dentist, we were all seen one after the other. The dental hygienist was easygoing and quite pleasant. :) Dr Ray explained what the Xrays showed and what I especially appreciated is that he sounded like a dentist NOT a businessman wanting to make money off my lil family. I was made to feel like his patient and not a client, If that makes sense. Finally, we met with the office manager and she explained follow up treatment options. She was gracious and I appreciated the attentiveness she provided. Had an overall fantastic experience here!

This was my first visit. I will say that the job was well done. The dentist engendered trust and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. The other staff were very cordial. The only reason why I gave 3 stars was due to the hour wait. To me that was excessive. I am the type of person who believes that when i have an appointment, I should be seen in a reasonable amount of time close to the time of the appointment. It was excessive. Other than time management, the visit was satisfactory. I know this was my first time, but all is about first impression. I have work that needs to be fulfilled, suffice it to say, I will allow this office to do the work.

Got my braces done through here after a sudden move that prevented me from being able to finish my original treatment. Everyone here is very kind and patient, my only issue has been sometimes the orthodontists felt inexperienced in some way and it would result in a longer amount of time to get stuff done, but they would work together to figure out a solution to any issue, which is nice. Other than that, the pricing is affordable and they do their best to communicate their plan and updates. I would recommend this place

Before coming here I had called to see about scheduling an appointment at the last minute because the Walzem location we were scheduled to go to had temporarily closed down because someone there was exposed to Covid. Does it take 10 visits for 2 root canals? I guess so they can charge me extra for the gas and extras every visit. Cost me $3000 for 2 root canals plus many infections. I went back to tell dentist I’m in pain but I guess he got all my money. Gave me no meds no script and said sorry A specialist needs to see u. I don’t know what to do! And sent me off cryin. This is horrible place. DO NOT COME HERE.

I had a really great experience here. From the start, the staff was always super friendly, informative, and accommodating when it comes to booking my appointments. During all my treatment everything went well, 5 stars well but the day they removed my braces, it was awful, they don’t talk to you to explain what is going on, they just go ahead and o it, the polishing process to remove the glue it’s so painful I could barely take it, they just say we are almost done, my teeth became extremely sensitive after, it’s been 3 days and still hurts just from drinking water, I feel the doctor over polished and removed my enamel, no I have thin flat teeth, and when I was done they gave me my retainers in a plastic box, I had to ask for a bag they gave me a ziploc bag, I feel sad that my teeth hurt so much.

I had an appointment at 10am and I called at 8am to cancel. I told the lady I need to reschedule. She said "is there any way you can come in to avoid a $75 cancelation fee?" I told her I woke up sick, I have a stomach bug, I can't go in. I do not feel well. I'm giving you 2 hours notice and you want to charge me $75 for a cancelation fee! I would understand $75 for a no call no show. But I called! She told me I'm sorry, I hope you feel better and You won't be charged. If you get charged just contact me. I'm the manager and my name is Hope. I think she could of handled the situation differently, she is the Manager! I will Not be returning!

This was my initial consultation at this office (Bandera location) for my son. The staff was very friendly as was the dentist. They took his x-rays then led us to a consultation room where said x-rays were displayed on a large screen. I was given lots information and all my questions were answered. I arrived late to the appointment but even so we were in and out pretty fast. I will definitely be returning when my son needs braces. Thank you for your excellent service!

I’m updating this review after dealing with celebrate dental 4 months from removing my braces. They refused to let me get my braces off because they failed to update my insurance after I had advised them I had updated my insurance, I was told it was going to be taken care of. I had to pay the balance of what was supposed to be paid by my insurance and submit the claim myself they told me they could not do it I had the do all the foot work they should of been doing. MetLife was providing the correct information to them and they failed to update the correct policy number. I then started working with the office manager Laura who is completely useless because she was always on vacation never and never available. Also my bill showed 805 and my card was charged 850 I told her she could if made a mistake because I was over charge 45 dollars for no reason she said no there are additional fees that work in which makes completely no sense anything I was going to be charged was shown when I got my braces on. I will never ever recommend for anyone to come to this business ever again! They got twice the amount of money out of me. They are incompetent unintelligent scammers !!!These people don’t know what they are talking about and adding in extra fees when they want to! i had to put one star but This place deserves no stars at ALL!!

I highly recommend this place. My daughter's teeth were in horribly position especially in the front. Now she has a wonderful straight smile. Luckily, she was never embarrassed about her teeth but me as a mom wanted to give her a more beautiful smile. I love how Celebrate was affordable and had a payment plan as low as $120 per month. I also have braces on but not quite ready to have them removed. They want my teeth perfect before they take them off. I love how they don't just tell you a time limit but will go over that limit just so your teeth are perfect. Don't second guess! Go ahead and come in for a free consult. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome service and staff, i am completely satisfied with my teeth after 2 years of having my braces. I will highly recommend this place as i am happy i came here for my perfect smile! :) Update: I regret coming here for braces and wasting my money and time here. Even though the staff was friendly. After time passed and I sought additional treatment as my teeth shifted and my over bite was never corrected correctly and I was not happy with my teeth after spending two years with braces and $4,500.00 later. Now I have to go through it all over again and spend more money and time to get the smile I’ve been wanting. Don’t waste your time and money here.

The dentists are great and usually the staff is very helpful but they've hired some new girls at the front desk who are rude and unprofessional. For the second time, we've come with an appointment for one thing and been put into the wrong dental side. Having to wait more than 45 minutes past your appointment time is not only inconvenient but defeats the purpose of setting an appointment or having them call to confirm. When mentioning this to the staff, the response was "Have a seat, Mom, and I'll get back with you in moment." To which I was appalled. "No, I will not 'have a seat, Mom' until I know when my child will be seen so she can get back to Austin." I've been bringing my daughter here for 3 years and have never been so disappointed with the staff. She's in college now and can easily go to another dentist/ortho but she loves this one. It's too bad this has become an ongoing issue. I hope that the staff (whether that's schedulers or front desk or both) get more training on how to not have patients needlessly waiting or pepper responses to concerned parents.

We had an appointment at 9:30am on Saturday August 24, 2019 and were call in for the xray exam at approximately 9:45am and we sat in the dental chair until 10:30am until the doctor rotated from one chair to another to do our dental cleaning. This was an extreme long wait for the procedure to be done. Waiting for one hour is unacceptable since a patient should not wait no more than 20 minutes for the cleaning to be done.

Daughter was recently offended by the assistant who provided her service today for her braces appointment, she wouldn’t stop commenting on how she cared for her ? teeth. Customer service is to provide recommendations and gentleness, not offend a patient during the visit. I work in the medical field... there is a way to provide provide constructive criticism without offending your patient. Kids / Teens worry a lot these days on self image and to be offended by their dental office staff doesn’t make them feel any better. Positivity goes a long way
