My children love Carrera Dental !!! They are anticipating going to the dentist all the time. The staff top tier so nice helpful and compassionate. And my children are safe with them even my 2 year old, there’s plenty to occupy the children while waiting, movie theater games and more….I can’t make this up my children Do Not want to go to any other dentistry clinic and i don’t blame them?. Carrera Dental is the best and since we have been coming, my children do not have any cavities 10/10 I recommend we have been going for a while now..I Don’t regret not one visit ?

A bad experience for me and my children. I was treated because they also treat adults. I knew I had a problem with my tooth and the Dr. said there was nothing wrong with it. I went to another clinic after about 2 months because it hurt and no longer, it wasn’t a filling, it was already advanced and they did a root canal. The same thing happened with my second son. I started taking him when he was one year old, I think if it was not before, the same thing happened. He told me that everything was fine. The last time I suspected I had cavities, the Dr. just asked the assistant how old I was, at that time I was already 2 years old and he just said “oh ok” then I learned that he knew I had some teeth under observation and he never told me or referred me to another place that could treat small children. I decided to take him to another clinic and now his cavities are so advanced that they are going to put 4 corinitas on his teeth and he is only 2 and a half years old. With my oldest son, who since he was a baby I took him to another clinic because he lived in another city, I never had a problem at such a young age because I try to make sure he doesn’t miss any appointments with his doctors.

The dentist was rude and unkind to my daughter. She went in with a toothache but was not properly treated. They took an X-ray and did a cleaning, but the pain is still there. If you're just looking for a routine check-up or cleaning, this place might be fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for an emergency toothache. Additionally, the dentist kept trying to speak in Spanish, assuming I didn’t understand, which felt unnecessary and condescending. Smh
Mirian, we are sorry to hear about your experience. All of our Assistants and some doctors speak Spanish but only because we know some of our parents do not. If there was confusion there, please rest assured that we only do this to better serve our patients and parents. As for any pain that you believe was unaddressed, please call and ask for Mike! We believe we always take care of the total needs of our patients, so there must have been some miscommunication.

The worst experience I took my 2 year old daughter the first time they rescheduled my appointment after a long wait time I went to the second appointment and after an hour and 30 minutes the lady at the reception called me in a very unprofessional manner and told me that they were going to reschedule my appointment again because my daughter was crying and that she was not going to let herself be seen like that she assumed this just from seeing a tired two year old after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and I told her that it seemed very unfair to me and that I knew my daughter and I knew that she was going to let herself be seen besides they have to try at least, and she said well if you want keep waiting because there is still a long way to go the truth is it seemed very unfair to me that just like that they treat people like dogs it should be noted that I am 38 weeks pregnant and the Clinic is 30 minutes away so for them to play with people's time like that is unacceptable to me.

I love this place so far. My kids love the waiting room, it has racecars for them to drive, a movie theater, motorcycle rides and the walls are beautifully painted with all the Disney cartoon characters. And the people there are very kind and warm and welcoming. The doctors are almost 90% sure they can save my daughter's 2 front teeth where as this other place I took her to was very rude and without a doubt wanting to pull them not to mention they put caps on every one of my sons teeth and 3 other kids I'm familiar with in a matter of 6 months. Y'all got to be careful out there when letting people mess with your children do your research and while doing my research I came across this place and trust them deeply!

I really liked this clinic. I've had bad experiences with other dentists where every time I went, they were given procedures even if they didn't need them. My kids have been going to Carerra dental for over a year and we couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The facility is fantastic where they have games for kids while you wait; Disney cartoons playing in every patient room, the staff is polite and working very efficiently to get your X-rays done and get you seen by the doc asap. Best of all….Dr. Khan is extremely patient with my two girls and they are a lot more at ease with her than any dentist they’ve seen in the past. Dr. Tran is lazy. He arrived late and when he got to us, he was in and out in less than 2 minutes. He didn’t even examine my daughter. He just brushed her teeth for 5 seconds and said, “all done!” And was headed out the door. I asked him a few questions and he started tapping his hands on his knees as if it was an inconvenience. Parking is HORRIBLE. They have about 4 spots in front of their office but are all taken up so you have to park at the business next door. Maria Ochoa should know better than to refer people to this place. Yes, they’re lobby is attractive but what’s the point in that if you don’t have any patients? Terrible service. Never again will I go here and I’m sure going to let people know about this place also! Fast service but even faster to bill your insurance!!

Todo ala carerra?They do not take time to do anything ... seems like both doctor and lady who helps him are rushing even to talk thy run out of breath...smh they are super high and seem eager to get u in and out as fast as possible..which is not good at all... I came in behalf of someone who offered gift cards for me and my 3kids...a lie... telling me i would get a 25 dollar card per kid.. that was a total lie ...we did receive a 5 dollar mcdonalds card and a 10 walmart lol..

They have you fill stuff online and on social media and give you gift cards so don’t believe in the reviews. My son had cavities filled and they couldn’t find the right size during the procedure so instead of talking to my wife who was sitting in the room they instead decided on their own that they’ll use small caps and now my son about his teeth and smile. Just not a good visit to this dentist and would not recommend it to anybody.

I recommend Carrera-dental because it’s so many things in here that makes the kids comfortable for example, on the wall the cars like lighting maqueen is painted on the wall and there’s movies that the kids to watch while getting taking care of so they won’t feel scared. "Prevention is better than extraction". The team at Carrera Dental and Braces have become the first choice for me and my family when it comes to professional oral hygiene and routine checkups for many years now. Visits to the dentist can often be quite intimidating and unnecessarily skipped... Well, until it's too late. The doctors here had a very professional and yet friendly 'bed side manner' and they made a potentially complicated process not so difficult for me to understand. Many years ago, when I first came in to Carrera Dental and Braces for a consultation, I had multiple issues with my teeth I had been ignoring, or not coping with very well. I was born with a cleft pallet and required quite a bit of specialist orthodontic work as a younger person, and in my experience, a trip to the dentist was usually associated with both physical pain and financial pains too. I needed help with how best to approach the multiple problem areas of decay caused over the years through neglect. I knew there had to be a way to fixing my smile. All of the staff here, were really excellent and made me feel comfortable despite my embarrassing smell and obviously I felt ashamed. When it came to simply, and clearly explaining the procedures, the staff here were really quite excellent. Working together we were easily able to design an affordable plan moving forward, and ultimately making it possible for me to proudly smile again. I would always recommend Carrera Dental and Braces to anyone needing anything from a simple dental checkup, right through to an orthodontist for more complicated dentistry. CDB is good enough for my family, they'll be good enough for you and yours too.

Carrera Dental & Braces not only has the fun factor for kids, (and the kid in me), they have prices and payment plans that really helped me with my needed dental work. I happened to meet Janett when I walked in and she was so kind and patient as she graciously made me feel welcomed. She and the other staff took the pain out of the paperwork process too. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly & knowledgeable and I left with a better outlook on seeing the dentist (usually my least favorite thing to do). It was great. They have a great Sergical Dentist for kids/Adults Dr. Astani, my son goes here and they explained everything to me. Made sure if I didn't want it to be done I had the option even if it was the day of. My son was in no pain after. Skittle blood but they answered all my calls, talked me through the cleaning process and even told me to bring him in if it continues. They have a wonderful staff who remembers their patients and families. They always have fun actives and parties for kids. They have awesome game room, WiFi and movie theater. My son enjoys going to the dentist. He rushes out the house Everytime.

The whole place is amazing! First the atmosphere alone is insanely amazing. They have decor and cool stuff everywhere. Then they have video games. Awesome acrade kinds. Not only that the staff is amazing and super sweet. The dentist is paitent and awesome. He really did beautiful with all 3 of my kids. Ages 6.5. And 2. And after they were done they got the coolest toys. Nice ones. Not these really cheap ones that you usally get that break in 2 seconds after getting in the car. My son had to have some work done. And they have a tv on the celling playing a movie to help him feel comfortable. They whole experience was enjoyable and just so awesome to see my kids not scared of being there. And telling me they want to go back everyday. Haha. If you dont go here your crazy.. Oh and they take adults too. So even more of a reason for the whole family to go!

The experience at Carrera Dental was absolutely amazing I took my niece in for an appointment and the staff was very kind and understanding. Diana the dental assistant helped calm my niece down during her appointment she did such an amazing job I would definitely recommend this location they are amazing with the kids!

My kids loved to go there. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is based on kids. They have a mini theather, they have arcade games and Xbox games where the kids play meanwhile they wait for their appointment. The staff were very friendly and ready to help on my questions. The dentist was very kind and easy to talk to. This is an awesome place for kids and grown ups too.
