I had the most easy and comfortable experience with Dr. Danielson in fixing my root canal, he was so gentle and kind, checking up on me constantly to make sure I was doing good! I normally dread these types of appointments but Perio Endo Experts were a breath of fresh air. They had the most beautiful and inviting office, and it seems they truly thought of everything a person would need/want to feel comfortable and welcome. Wow! I’ve not been welcomed into an office like I was Dr Jett’s! Very friendly and greeted me immediately saying “welcome!” Very helpful. Explained each step of the visit along the way. After I was roomed Dr Jett flew in and welcomed me pleasantly. Dr Louie was extremely professional and thorough and gave me at least 30 to 35 minutes of his time which I have never seen before in such a professional doctor. I’m not quite sure if words will do justice, but my experience here has been the absolute best I’ve experienced in any medical setting. This is my second visit, and it has been about a month since my last. When I walked in, I was welcomed back by the front desk reception, and by name at that. That in itself, doesn’t happen most places, and if it does, not by the second visit. It’s nice to feel remembered. The waiting area is stocked with coffee and tea while you wait, and not just the cheap stuff, it’s Starbies. Another thing the office has done to show they care. I was called back a couple minutes before my appointment time, very short wait. Dr. Jett was not far behind at all. Jett not only fully explained the issues on hand with my gums and teeth, but educated me on the why’s, and the how’s on what needs to be done to correct the matter. It was easy to see the confidence that Jett had in his knowledge and expertise, as well as the tools that he has available to him, in what I must is a very impressive office. When it came time to talk numbers and what costs might be, that was my biggest worry. How much would this all cost me? I was scared I would be unable to afford the costs, and as a result, not be able to take care of the health of my teeth and gums, and having matters spiral further out of control. Dr. Jett went above and beyond to assure me that we can take care of this, and provided me a plan to make it happen. It’s been 10 years so far, that I’ve been without some of my teeth. Many years of dealing with the self esteem hit of not wanting to ever smile.. to be in photos, or even want to talk much, for fear of what others thought of my teeth. Today, thanks to Dr. Jett and his team, I truly feel like I’m finally on my way to fixing everything I’ve been wanting to take care of for years. I don’t know how I could possibly thank them as much as I think they deserve. I am more than anxious to begin our treatment plan, and such a weight, a mental stress and worry has been taken away. Guys, I literally could not hold back my tears. I wish I could give them 6 out of 5 stars. For anyone checking the reviews to decide if this might be the place for you, please come see for yourself just how amazing humans can be sometimes.

Unfortunately, for me I have the need of Dr. Jett’s services for the second time in six years. Fortunately for me I was referred to him. Both times, Dr. Jett was engaging and quite friendly. He explains procedures in an understandable, but not condescending manner. Dr. Jett puts me at ease and I have full confidence in him.

Been with dr Danielson since the previous clinic he was at, great guy, takes his time and does careful work, he’s done many root canal retreats for me (due to previous faulty subprime dentistry, which makes me very cautious when finding new dentist), highly recommend. Another huge plus is this office use many new looking up to date equipment (at least to my untrained eye), which is definitely a plus.

Dr Jett is so nice, knowledgable, and honest. All around a great provider. The new office is beautiful and modern, and all of the staff are also very professional and kind. The assistant that took my panoramic X-ray and my history was so incredibly kind and personable. I’m pretty sure her name is Victoria, but I was very nervous and on-edge before I saw the doctor so I apologize for the lack of confidence in my memory. Honestly, This office runs like well oiled clockwork! Very friendly! Each one of them! They make sure you are comfortable, and every aspect of your visit is well understood. They cover all the options and even address all your suggestions. Dr. Louie is very patient and even calming. There us always a bit if fear when it comes to your mouth and any possible surgery. I was greeted by the very personable and friendly staff as I entered. I arrived a little late for my appointment as I was traveling from a distance. They were still able to get me into my appointment promptly. Dr. Jett was very thorough during my exam and consultation. He explained what my procedure would intel and made sure all my questions were answered. I was also given a printout of my out of pocket expense and shown what my insurance covers for my procedure. As well as what to expect for my pre op and post op treatment. This gave me the confidence to know that I will be taken care of throughout the whole process. I was very happy with my visit and look forward to the care I will receive for my procedure.

I have struggled to find the words to describe just how wonderful our experience was with Dr. Jett and his staff. My daughter visited him to improve her gummy smile with esthetic crown lengthening. From the very first second of entering the office we were greeted with kind welcomes and genuine hellos from the staff. They had an awesome coffee bar. We waited under 3 minutes to be called back, and Dr. Jett was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. The procedure was seamless and the assistant Jesica (with one S ?) was so gentle and helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for proper healing and aftercare. After getting the crown lengthening, I saw my daughter’s confidence soar when she smiled. We are so blessed to have such a such a skilled periodontist work on her gums such as Dr. Jett, but even more so such a kind, lovely experience at this office. I will forever recommend him and his staff to everyone we know. After leaving the office my daughter even spoke about how she would maybe want to work in his office! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this office - the staff at every level of care have been kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr Louie was patient and attentive to my needs and gave explanations and room for questions throughout my procedure process and made me feel at ease. Sara was also super helpful through the process and explaining insurance billing. Dr Louie’s assistant was wonderful in explaining all the post operative instructions as well as being helpful when making the stent. And I truly don’t think I’ve ever interacted with a more friendly front desk registration staff before! Can’t say enough good things about this office and the work they do!

My dentist unable to help my problem referred me to Dr Louie , it was going to be an hour drive but I decided to go with the referral. OMG!! I’m so glad I did . Greeted with a warm and cheerful welcome I was immediately thanked for properly completing the new patient documents online. After a very short wait, I was escorted to the exam room. The assistant thoroughly reviewed my new patient documents and gathered additional information as it related to today’s appointment. Shortly, Dr. Jett arrived. My first impression of Dr. Jett was an immediate and sincere interest in my dental needs. He clearly explained why my appointment was necessary and how his expertise was part of Willow Dental’s Dr. (Maddox) LaFon’s intricate multi-phase dental implant strategy. Once Dr. Jett felt satisfied he’d answered all my questions and concerns, he then began his thorough exam. Much to my surprise (and relief), Dr. Jett reported I was free of any gum disease and had addressed all of Dr. LaFon’s concerns. I had to have a root canal and have to tell you the service I received walking in the door till I left was awesome. The entire staff was friendly throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Newman was very informative and very professional. I left that day expecting some pain but to my surprise I was pain free during and after the procedure. I received a call a day after and I told their staff I have never had such a good experience and in fact was looking forward to another root canal........ "You need a root canal." As soon as I heard those words, I felt a pit in my stomach. Scenes from movies, such as "Little Shop of Horrors" began flashing into my mind. After confirming the appointment at Advanced Perio Endo eXperts, I thought to myself, "Well, that wasn't bad." Still, I was convinced a sadistic Steve Martin as Dr. Orin Scrivello would greet me at my appointment. My experience at Advanced Perio Endo eXperts was NOTHING like "Little Shop of Horrors". The staff was the definition of inviting and did everything they could to reduce my fear. I'm sure I wasn't the first person to walk through their doors with the "Please don't hurt me" look on my face. Instead of Dr. Scrivello, I was greeted by a warm Dr. Newman who told me all about the procedure, from the overall process to how long I would be in the chair. Knowing what was to come eased my fears considerably. My anxiety decreased once again after I was told they play patient-requested music during the procedure. As my favorite Pandora station played on the speaker overhead, Dr. Newman explained each step in incredible detail, asking me numerous times how I was feeling and if I needed her to pause. Before I knew it, she was wrapping up and handing me my discharge papers. I know the idea of having a root canal is right up there with bamboo shoots being shoved under your fingernails, but I assure you, it was less stressful than receiving a filling. Have no fear, Dr. Newman is here.

Great staff and care Not your average dentist office

Today was the first time I had visited the Advanced Perio Endo Experts and met with Dr. Louie and his staff. They were all awesome making myself and my wife feeling very welcome to their practice.
