Right when you Walk in the office you immediately greeted with a friendly person they ask you would you like anything to drink? They literally have like Starbucks, coffee, water, and tea. Surgeon was eloquent, precise and laid out a realistic but conservative plan to diagnose and possibly treat my situation down the road, without a rush to judgment. The waiting area and offices were clean and beautiful . Dr. Danielson did my root canal. I was really nervous and he did a great job evaluating my tooth, explaining everything before and during the procedure in a calming way. This office went above and beyond to take care of me and my dental needs despite some personal circumstances that really made my care more challenging. The kindness and professionalism from everyone here really blew me away. From the moment you step in you’re greeted by your first name by Jacky and others who work the front desk. Once in the back, the nurses and doctors do an excellent job of explain what they’re doing and why. Finally before you leave, you meet with insurance/finance experts like Sara who have a wealth of knowledge to share with you in picking the best strategy to move forward with. All around an excellent, well-run operation.

The assistant that took my panoramic X-ray and my history was so incredibly kind and personable. I’m pretty sure her name is Victoria, but I was very nervous and on-edge before I saw the doctor so I apologize for the lack of confidence in my memory. Thank you all for a pleasant visit and for calming my nerves. I left that appointment with peace of mind and relief, and for that I am grateful.

Honestly, This office runs like well oiled clockwork! Very friendly! Each one of them! They make sure you are comfortable, and every aspect of your visit is well understood. "You need a root canal." As soon as I heard those words, I felt a pit in my stomach. Scenes from movies, such as "Little Shop of Horrors" began flashing into my mind. After confirming the appointment at Advanced Perio Endo eXperts, I thought to myself, "Well, that wasn't bad." Still, I was convinced a sadistic Steve Martin as Dr. Orin Scrivello would greet me at my appointment. My experience at Advanced Perio Endo eXperts was NOTHING like "Little Shop of Horrors". The staff was the definition of inviting and did everything they could to reduce my fear. I'm sure I wasn't the first person to walk through their doors with the "Please don't hurt me" look on my face. Instead of Dr. Scrivello, I was greeted by a warm Dr. Newman who told me all about the procedure, from the overall process to how long I would be in the chair. Knowing what was to come eased my fears considerably. My anxiety decreased once again after I was told they play patient-requested music during the procedure. As my favorite Pandora station played on the speaker overhead, Dr. Newman explained each step in incredible detail, asking me numerous times how I was feeling and if I needed her to pause. Before I knew it, she was wrapping up and handing me my discharge papers. I know the idea of having a root canal is right up there with bamboo shoots being shoved under your fingernails, but I assure you, it was less stressful than receiving a filling. Have no fear, Dr. Newman is here.

I received a call a day after and I told their staff I have never had such a good experience and in fact was looking forward to another root canal........ The office is gorgeous and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Louie is absolutely an intelligent, professional who levels to his patients. He explains everything so thoroughly and gives his honest professional assessment. So impressive. I'd recommend him and his office to anyone!

My dentist unable to help my problem referred me to Dr Louie , it was going to be an hour drive but I decided to go with the referral. OMG!! I’m so glad I did . Next, the person at the front desk, then the person who took me into the office and helped me with my paperwork as she readied me for the dentist. He, Dr Jett, the Dentist was so friendly and explained my problem and procedures very well. I feel I’m in good hands! Next was the lovely person who went over the costs. Efficient and kind. From the moment I entered Dr. Jett’s office I knew this was the beginning of a great experience. Greeted with a warm and cheerful welcome I was immediately thanked for properly completing the new patient documents online. After a very short wait, I was escorted to the exam room. The assistant thoroughly reviewed my new patient documents and gathered additional information as it related to today’s appointment. Shortly, Dr. Jett arrived. My first impression of Dr. Jett was an immediate and sincere interest in my dental needs. He clearly explained why my appointment was necessary and how his expertise was part of Willow Dental’s Dr. (Maddox) LaFon’s intricate multi-phase dental implant strategy. Once Dr. Jett felt satisfied he’d answered all my questions and concerns, he then began his thorough exam. Much to my surprise (and relief), Dr. Jett reported I was free of any gum disease and had addressed all of Dr. LaFon’s concerns. My first time visiting Dr. Jett office and I didn't know they had that type of Dentist. His Receptionist that gave me directions was very nice and helpful. The office is clean and very relaxing. I was nervous but he and his assistant made me feel better. I have to go back in two weeks this time I will be more relaxed.

I have struggled to find the words to describe just how wonderful our experience was with Dr. Jett and his staff. My daughter visited him to improve her gummy smile with esthetic crown lengthening. From the very first second of entering the office we were greeted with kind welcomes and genuine hellos from the staff. They had an awesome coffee bar. We waited under 3 minutes to be called back, and Dr. Jett was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. The procedure was seamless and the assistant Jesica (with one S 😉) was so gentle and helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for proper healing and aftercare. After getting the crown lengthening, I saw my daughter’s confidence soar when she smiled. We are so blessed to have such a such a skilled periodontist work on her gums such as Dr. Jett, but even more so such a kind, lovely experience at this office. I will forever recommend him and his staff to everyone we know. After leaving the office my daughter even spoke about how she would maybe want to work in his office! I was greeted by the very personable and friendly staff as I entered. I arrived a little late for my appointment as I was traveling from a distance. They were still able to get me into my appointment promptly. Dr. Jett was very thorough during my exam and consultation. He explained what my procedure would intel and made sure all my questions were answered. I was also given a printout of my out of pocket expense and shown what my insurance covers for my procedure. As well as what to expect for my pre op and post op treatment. This gave me the confidence to know that I will be taken care of throughout the whole process. I was very happy with my visit and look forward to the care I will receive for my procedure.

I am a retired dentist who referred many patients to Dr Jett over the years. When I needed a procedure I traveled over 200 miles for Dr Jett to take care of me. It was worth it. Dr. Jett and his staff exude professionalism, competence and humanity.

Beautiful office. Staff was very kind and professional. Went in to see the Dr right away. He did an evaluation and suggested we wait on any corrective surgery and reevaluate in 8 months. I was very pleased and the visit cost only half the cost stated by my dentist. Wonderful staff and office!

I was in need of a root canal for a broken front tooth. My dentist referred me to Dr. Newman and as everyone else here has said said was awesome. Zero pain with the exception of the injection in the roof of the mouth to numb it. Explained everything as she went and what it would be like. She did an absolute great job rebuilding the tooth to look natural until my crown was done.

Very modern and nice office and treatments area. Staff is nice and helpful and very pleasant. Dr Louie is very honest and explained in detail all the options and treatment as well as future problems and or success to the procedure.

Dr. Newman is a genius! She was able to look at my CBCT scan and predict a possible bad situation with a tooth. The tooth had a history of re-treatments with fillings at the general dentist, and I was pushing its limit. I fully trusted her expertise and accepted the root canal treatment. One root canal was in the early stage of an infection! We were both very happy and pleased to catch it early. I had very minimal discomfort afterwards. I really do appreciate the entire endo team at APEX! Thank you Dr. Newman, Maira, Chanell, Yvonne and Aly!!

I had an appointment on April 26,2021 with Dr Jett. I hav always been afraid of going for any type of dental work ! I have VERY sensitive teeth and gums and even a routine probing is uncomfortable... however, I was at such ease while talking with DR Jett... he was SO gentle and kind and the probing didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would..I am actually not afraid to go back for the recommended dental procedure he has suggested... also the person who brought me back to the room was super nice!
