I’m not quite sure if words will do justice, but my experience here has been the absolute best I’ve experienced in any medical setting. This is my second visit, and it has been about a month since my last. When I walked in, I was welcomed back by the front desk reception, and by name at that. That in itself, doesn’t happen most places, and if it does, not by the second visit. It’s nice to feel remembered. The waiting area is stocked with coffee and tea while you wait, and not just the cheap stuff, it’s Starbies. Another thing the office has done to show they care. I was called back a couple minutes before my appointment time, very short wait. Dr. Jett was not far behind at all. Jett not only fully explained the issues on hand with my gums and teeth, but educated me on the why’s, and the how’s on what needs to be done to correct the matter. It was easy to see the confidence that Jett had in his knowledge and expertise, as well as the tools that he has available to him, in what I must is a very impressive office. When it came time to talk numbers and what costs might be, that was my biggest worry. How much would this all cost me? I was scared I would be unable to afford the costs, and as a result, not be able to take care of the health of my teeth and gums, and having matters spiral further out of control. Dr. Jett went above and beyond to assure me that we can take care of this, and provided me a plan to make it happen. It’s been 10 years so far, that I’ve been without some of my teeth. Many years of dealing with the self esteem hit of not wanting to ever smile.. to be in photos, or even want to talk much, for fear of what others thought of my teeth. Today, thanks to Dr. Jett and his team, I truly feel like I’m finally on my way to fixing everything I’ve been wanting to take care of for years. I don’t know how I could possibly thank them as much as I think they deserve. I am more than anxious to begin our treatment plan, and such a weight, a mental stress and worry has been taken away. Guys, I literally could not hold back my tears. I wish I could give them 6 out of 5 stars. For anyone checking the reviews to decide if this might be the place for you, please come see for yourself just how amazing humans can be sometimes.

Been with dr Danielson since the previous clinic he was at, great guy, takes his time and does careful work, he’s done many root canal retreats for me (due to previous faulty subprime dentistry, which makes me very cautious when finding new dentist), highly recommend. Another huge plus is this office use many new looking up to date equipment (at least to my untrained eye), which is definitely a plus.

They were still able to get me into my appointment promptly. Dr. Jett was very thorough during my exam and consultation. I have struggled to find the words to describe just how wonderful our experience was with Dr. Jett and his staff. My daughter visited him to improve her gummy smile with esthetic crown lengthening. From the very first second of entering the office we were greeted with kind welcomes and genuine hellos from the staff. They had an awesome coffee bar. We waited under 3 minutes to be called back, and Dr. Jett was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. The procedure was seamless and the assistant Jesica (with one S ?) was so gentle and helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for proper healing and aftercare. After getting the crown lengthening, I saw my daughter’s confidence soar when she smiled. We are so blessed to have such a such a skilled periodontist work on her gums such as Dr. Jett, but even more so such a kind, lovely experience at this office. I will forever recommend him and his staff to everyone we know. After leaving the office my daughter even spoke about how she would maybe want to work in his office! That speaks volumes about this experience! 100/100 A+ experience! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Still, I was convinced a sadistic Steve Martin as Dr. Orin Scrivello would greet me at my appointment. My experience at Advanced Perio Endo eXperts was NOTHING like "Little Shop of Horrors". The staff was the definition of inviting and did everything they could to reduce my fear. I'm sure I wasn't the first person to walk through their doors with the "Please don't hurt me" look on my face. Instead of Dr. Scrivello, I was greeted by a warm Dr. Newman who told me all about the procedure, from the overall process to how long I would be in the chair. Knowing what was to come eased my fears considerably. My anxiety decreased once again after I was told they play patient-requested music during the procedure. As my favorite Pandora station played on the speaker overhead, Dr. Newman explained each step in incredible detail, asking me numerous times how I was feeling and if I needed her to pause. Before I knew it, she was wrapping up and handing me my discharge papers. I know the idea of having a root canal is right up there with bamboo shoots being shoved under your fingernails, but I assure you, it was less stressful than receiving a filling. Have no fear, Dr. Newman is here.

Upon entering the practice I was greeted by the front desk staff. The front desk staff is exceptionally polite and friendly. As I waited I admired the beautiful interior of the office (super jealous of the coffee machine they have for their guests.) I was greeted by Chanel and she took me to my procedure room. Her upbeat attitude and friendliness put my nerves at ease. They allow you to choose the music to listen to and it’s a wonderful change from the same Christmas music played on repeat at every establishment this time of year. Dr. Newman was very personable and made my experience very pleasant. She explains every step before getting started and makes sure you have a real understanding of what’s going to happen. No one wants to have to have a root canal, but Dr. Newman and Chanel included me in their conversation and paid great attention to my needs. This afternoon I had a consultation appointment at Advanced Perio Endo Experts, specifically with Dr. Scott Jett. I entered a beautiful office & was first greeted by a very friendly front office staff. I was then taken back by an equally sweet dental technician, Megan, who took my X-rays and assisted Dr. Jett. I was then introduced and seen by Dr. Jett. He was very personable as well as informative in my dental surgical needs and dental plan. He explained a new way of grafting my recessed gums that I qualify for called Pinhole Graft technique. I then met with Shannon, the Treatment Coordinator. Again, very nice, personable and informative. I just need to schedule a surgery date. All in all, I give this office, the staff and Dr. Jett 5 stars and highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for a (periodontist/endodontist) oral surgeon.

Dr. Newman is a genius! She was able to look at my CBCT scan and predict a possible bad situation with a tooth. The tooth had a history of re-treatments with fillings at the general dentist, and I was pushing its limit. I fully trusted her expertise and accepted the root canal treatment. One root canal was in the early stage of an infection! We were both very happy and pleased to catch it early. I had very minimal discomfort afterwards. The first day I felt a little weird due to the numbness, but second day I feel fabulous like I never had it done! I am very pleased with this office, Yvonne was also nice to work with she works upfront at the desk and answered all of my questions and called me with an estimate prior to my appointment. If I ever need another root canal or know someone who does I will definitely recommend Dr. Newman she is highly skilled and I can tell by the way my mouth feels second day amazing! Recently my dentist's office called to get me a consultation with Advanced Perio Endo eXperts. The next day a girl from APEX called me, her name was Aly. She told me that my situation had already been evaluated and my tooth would have to be extracted. I figured that would be the case and opted for the implant. I wanted to get this started right away to optimize my insurance. So Aly set up an appointment for me just 4 days later. She was a lot of fun on the phone, which was great. I got a text reminder 2 hours before my appointment and when I got there, it was a very nice office and they abided by all the COVID protocols. Everything was explained really well, they even gave me my up to date insurance info. Then I saw Dr. Louie. What a nice guy. Again a thorough explanation of what would happen. Then from the shots, to the extraction, to the bone graft, not one bit of discomfort. I slept well and woke without any pain. I appreciate people that take pride in their work and these people do. I included some pictures so you know who wrote this review and to mess with the "front desk"! Hahaha

Dr Shannon came in and was super friendly and had a couple of jokes and stories to help me feel at ease while working on my tooth. I needed a root canal for over a week. Suffering with great pain I called Dr . Newman and they got me in right away. I have had two other root canals and was very anxious about the procedure. The assistant hooked me up with some great 80 s music and the Dr started the procedure. She was so gentle explaining exactly what she was doing. Before I new it I actually fell asleep during the procedure. . It was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. From office staff everyone was so nice . Thank you for such great care. My experience at Dr. Jett’s office was so wonderful. I had no idea what I was in for with having a procedure done on my gums. From the second I walked in I was greeted so kindly. They took their time in explaining things to me and it was very clear that they cared about me and my experience. My procedure with Dr. Jett went seamless.
