-All the care about is the patients money -They will make you wait for however long -They practice malpractice -Constantly understaffed -Owners can dictate your hours even if your full time -dentist are rude towards their works -They re-use the automatic polishing handle with out putting it in the autoclave (patient to patient) -They will try to push as much work on the patient to make quota because the doctors work on commission -Allow new doctors to work on you -constantly have to redo implants become they fall out due to lack of education -RDA’s/DA’s don’t have actual certification for sealants or Nitrous oxide (aka Laughing Gas) just ask for it they don’t have it.

My history... braces for 5 1/2 years, 9 teeth pulled, plus my wisdom teeth that were impacted, surgery on my gums, and cavities filled. Today, I went to ACE in Taylor (my first time) for a small tooth chip. I chose ACE because it's about 5 min from my house. Well, after the experience I had, I would fly across the country to come here. Everything from the easy scheduling, the greeting and efficiency of the office staff, the radiology tech, to the DDS was simply the best experience I've ever had. And you can see by my history, I've been through a lot. Everything was explained in detail, and I was even presented with options. There was no "upsell" or "recommendations" as I've experienced with other dentist offices. The care was gentle, thorough, and unlike my past experiences, the doctor constantly asked me how I was doing throughout the procedure. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER with the results. I would give ACE dental of Taylor 100 stars if I could!

First let me start by saying what’s important to us all very affordable. I have free I Dental care at the VA Hospital but sometimes it takes a while to get an appointment. So for the amount that they charge I can get whatever work I need done. Knowing it will be painless professional and worry free. You get a X-ray they sit you in a chair the Doctor comes in takes a look goes and writes up a plan. The front desk works up the cost comes and explains everything so that you can understand where your money is being spent and what the Doctor plans on doing. You agree and just like that it happens you stop by the X-ray they check again. Then off to the front desk to pay and. Out the door.Nice place nicest people Grreatest Doctors been going there for years you should be also!!!

I brought my 6 year old daughter here because they had the quickest availability for an emergency case. Her baby molar broke, we went in on Monday during the freeze, so the DAs were not in the dentist still took us back to look at the tooth and come up with a plan. Since she could not get X-rays we scheduled to come back Friday, but she didn’t want us to leave empty handed and went ahead and did the cleaning without any assistance. She talked my daughter through each step to make her comfortable. Fast forward to today when we were scheduled for the extraction of the molar. The team really made sure my 6 year old was comfortable they again talked her through everything. They let her have a voice if she said something hurt. The dentist even sang to her as she did the procedure. I couldn’t haven’t felt more comfortable with the staff.

Went in for an emergency exam. I have a terrible toothache. I was a dental assistant for 14 years. My experience at this office was about a 2. The front office girl was a little moody. She was actually belittling the other front office lady maybe she was new and she was teaching her but it came off very snotty and unprofessional. The dental assistant was very sweet I enjoyed her smiling and caring she took a X-ray on my pained tooth and she did so well. The actual dentist walked into the room, did not even introduce herself was so quick taking behind my back. I don’t even know her name. Then when she realized I knew what I was talking about she changed a little. I know dentistry. I know you do not have to have a bone graft with an extraction. I unfortunately do not have dental insurance and with the pain I am in I asked if we could just do extraction with no bone graft. The financial lady also front office lady went to ask her and she told her no. Which tells me the dentist just wants to make money and does not genuinely care for her patients. I have done this long enough to know this. Also the front office lady who was also the financial lady did not explain anything well at all to me. She was not helpful at all. The dentist also told me I had perio disease which is not true. I have always had healthy gums. Maybe due to the abscess and decay I had it became a perio issue around that tooth but you can’t go assuming I have perio without seeing my whole mouth it was one side and a pano taken you really cannot tell without a full mouth exam. Overall my experience was not great I won’t be going back. The only person that was sweet and caring was the actual dental assistant the rest not so much. Not sure if they were having a bad day or something but I wouldn’t have treated a patient in pain that way. That’s the problem with these chop shop dentist chain offices.

Slowest dentist we’ve ever been to. Took over 2 hours of waiting and waiting just to get a cleaning. The cleaning itself lasted maybe 10 mins. Then we had to wait and wait again to get a “treatment plan” before we could leave. The nurses and dentist were fine, but didn’t seem aware of how insanely long they are making people wait. I found this to be rather disrespectful.

First off the ladies at this facility were very kind and respectful, which is the only reason for 2 stars. I went in for pain sensitivity to cold and because I had a cracked tooth. Had to get a crown, and the work done solved the pain issue.....for a minute. Within a few days the crown broke, and the resolution was to just grind off the sharp edges and call it good as it was a back tooth and only cosmetic. I had a long conversation with the Doctor expressing my concerns for not only the fact that the crown broke, but i was already uncomfortable with it being almost perfectly flat on top. Within 3 months the pain was returning, and escalated far beyond the original level as more time passed. Out of fear of further complications I wisely chose not to return to Ace Dental, which unfortunately means I wasted my time and lots of money with them. I've since had to have a root canal on the tooth and am scheduled to have the subpar outdated crown, according to multiple other dentists, replaced. "Excellent reviews" don't translate to excellent results, l highly recommend making a better choice than "Ace Dental". Update: got my tooth fixed properly and with non-outdated crown. Couldn't be a bigger difference in fit, function, and comfort....please do yourself a favor and go to a real dentist office!

Since ace dental switched dentist me and my wife WON'T be back because the dentist was really rough while cleaning my teeth and made my jaw hurt and also hurt my wife she had filling done and a cleaning when the dentist was numbing my wife's left side of her mouth she was shaking her cheek while administering the numbing stuff into her jaw she also was really rough while cleaning my wife teeth ..my wife and I was in on Friday it's now Sunday and her left side of her jaw still hurt and she can barly eat on her left side pluse when she opens her mouth she's in tears that is not professional so as I said we will NOT be back to this dentist we are finding a new one

The moment I walked in I was greeted with respect and compassion the team made my visit feel so welcome and at ease because I was nervous and anxious. Overall I was so excited to get done what I had to do even though I was in some pain they made me feel good throughout the difficult process of removing my tooth and gave me support of calming me down holding my hand and just making sure that I was in good spirits once they finished so they get an A+ for dealing with a grown woman that had some outbursts of words and trying to jump out of my seat at times made my visit one that I can brag about and tell family and friends that's an amazing place to go to because they had a customer like me. Emergency visit for pain...promised relief. I am self pay. Was told I needed a root canal. Quoted $2k. I asked if I could just do the root canal today & pay cash...& pay for the cap next week $$$. I was told no but I could apply with numerous companies for financing!!! 2 hours later. Not offered so much as an aspirin for the pain. I had to leave & seek relief from a doctor who cares about people more the $$$$

I went in to have a tooth pulled. I was told I needed a bone graph. I did get a second and 3rd opinion. I don't actually need one. Second I was told I need a filing. When I went to get that done I was told I needed a cap instead. I applied for financial assistance and was told I would be billed starting the 1st. I was billed a couple days later. I called the office and told them to cancel everything. There is no way I trust this office or the dentist at this point. The office staff is real quick to try and dismiss me when they are the ones who misrepresented the service. Very unprofessional and the passive aggressive nice, nasty was uncalled for. I will definitely be filling a formal complaint with my dental insurance company.

First ACE dental tried to push my wife into a procedure that was completely unnecessary and luckily she found competent dentist and periodontist that were able to accomplish excellent results with far less invasive procedure. Secondly ACE made claims against our insurance for procedures they did not even do. They seem to have no trouble just wanting to rip all of your teeth out when you turn them down to find someone ethical and competent, they commit fraud and theft. Stay clear of these quacks.

We were sent here from the neighboring office in Taylor, tx. They were unequipped to hand the tooth extraction. After they tried and failed they sent us to belton. We were told they were prepared and waiting for us. After driving an hour we were told that they were not prepared, and we'd have to sit and wait hours for there mistake. Sitting in completely agony they refused to help with pain management. It was a mistake choosing ace dental, I hope this account helps someone else. They should be avoided if u have a problem with pain. Very unprofessional and it shows in there practice.

I scheduled a new patient appointment online for a time slot that was available and fit my schedule perfectly, I did specify online that I was a new patient and coming for a cleaning and exam. Later I got a call and was told that the spot wasn't actually available and that I wasn't scheduled at all. The person I spoke with Stephanie was very polite and helpful and really kind but as far as scheduling goes its a little annoying that you would have the appointment available online but then not follow through. fix your online scheduling and don't offer appointments that aren't available.

Tried to let the receptionist know that I may be unable to make it to an appointment and she forced me to schedule for that same day. Called back and asked if they were open on memorial day and she said yes and then proceeded to say no when I said the location. Husband doesn't get off until 5pm. It says on the website its open on Saturdays and she said they were closed on Saturday! I've also gone in on Saturday before. Reception was one in Killeen. Will also be changing dental offices.

What an absolute nightmare. Avoid this place like Covid. Evey aspect of my appointment was painful. Scheduling, check-in, "nurse", dentist, everything. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was informed if I filled out the online questions, it would eliminate my wait. Which was good news, because I was in excruciating pain. I needed to get in and be seen as soon as possible. The appointment was in 3 hours. I can do that... After my arrival, and check-in, I waited 45 minutes before the "nurse" brought me to the back, where I waited another 10 minutes for x-rays. Then, I waited in the chair for more x-rays before the dentist was available. Where she finally told me she couldn't help me. I wasted the whole day, and over an hour at the office and they knew my problem before I arrived. The whole staff acted like they did care that I was in serius pain, haven't eaten or slept in 2 days and needed the tooth extracted.

The staff can be friendly, but at the end of the day what truly matters is the quality of work. Fillings were not up to par, and a chipped front tooth was not taken care of properly. The front teeth are people’s livelihood. A smile is important, and not being able to smile confidently is terrible. We came to this drs office to get help with that. Again, quality of work was just not there. We went to a different offfice in Cameron Tx and the Dentist there fixed mistakes that were made here. BEWARE! Would not recommend.

The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Just kept charging me. The fillings were not completed and now they have fallen off my teeth. My teeth felt like they glued sandpaper to them. Not smooth like the should have been. Way over priced. If I could rate negative they would be a negative 10 or more They just called now and invited me to come in so they could fix the problem without charge. Didnt offer a refund of any amount.

I’m giving this dental office 2 stars because of 2 reasons: 1. The dental assistant was completely rude to another one that was obviously new and in training. She was giving her the ugliest attitude, being impatient with her and bossing her around. The new dental assistant was having trouble setting something up and the other came and yanked it out of her hand and was telling her RUDELY how to use it. Very unprofessional and childish. 2. I had a cavity that apparently to the dentist was “too small” and she “didn’t want to worry about it” even after I told her there’s times when it hurts. Every single dentist I’ve been to in my lifetime has always taken care of ALL my cavities, big or small. Especially when I say that it hurts. This dental office is good if you just want a cleaning, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything else other than that.

I took my kids here the first time and liked it so much I went myself. Office staff are always so sweet and friendly. The dentist is great and explains every step of the way. They detail your insurance costs wel,l and get you into appointments quickly. I was avle to get everything done the same day. From my experience with three different Taylor dental offices, Ace is hands down the best. I will be taking my whole family here from now on. Always a positive experience!

So yesterday i went to see the good people at ace dental in taylor tx. I had meet a young lady name beatriz in the senior traid expo in rockdale a few weeks ago . i had won the door prize for a free exam and free teeth whitening. So i called them up and ms. Beatriz set me up and appt got my cleaning and my fillings done too. They also gave me a discount so happy with there service's i live in rockdale drove 25 mins but worth it.

Well !! We have a been going to Ace Dental for almost a year and I started last week . Every time we set a appointment they would call back and try to cancel the appointment because of any reason that doesn't work for them . We had different apportionment set and every time they called a day before or even 20 mins before to have a an excuse why they can't keep it . WELL we have a life too that has to be set and when we take off time from work or other activity in owe life to get a call from NEW office manager. OK i sorry if im ranting but today I was going in for a basic cleaning and she called to cancel again telling me that no one would be in the office because there people can't get out of there house because of flood waters WOW !! Taylor Texas is under water !! I didn't buy that and I think the doctors are not professional and thinking there customers time is not important at all !! So we will find a new Detest to so for my family of 4 So any one read this beware of the lack of professionalize you will have working on your teeth and be good idea to ask how long that person has worked for Ace Dental ? And what school they went too !!

Our regular dentist was not available to see my 9 year old with a toothache. We made an appt with Ace dental . And were seen very quickly, the diagnoses and treatment was done in a timely manner. The staff wss very professional and followed up with me and my husband . On what was done and any followups. Highly recommemded for rest of my family and friend's.

I’m very upset and disappointed. I had 3 extractions on Friday morning. And someone at this office failed to call in my antibiotics and pain medication to the pharmacy. The main call center said we would have to wait until Monday for someone to get back to us. I don’t recommend the Taylor location. .
