Staff was friendly and the facility was nice, but it took a very long time. I took my daughter there for an exam and cleaning and we were there for 2 hours. About 40 minutes of it was actual dental work and the rest was waiting. I wasn’t impressed.

Very disappointed in the service and care. I was a first time patient because of a chipped tooth. They gave me excuses on why they couldn’t fix it today and would have to wait at least a week. I walked out very disappointed and frustrated. I went to a different dentist an hour later and they were able to fix me up & I have been pain free. Also at a cheaper price. I would never recommend Ace Dental to anyone.

about 2 or three years ago I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Roo. excellent experience, in out in under 2 hours, nice follow up, great awesome. fast forward to late last year and they have moved locations, and Dr. Roo left to start his own business or w/e. The Dr. that I saw didn't find any issues so that's fine. The problem starts during the appointment 4 months after that where the same Dr. is saying I have 5 different cavities and that I need two crowns and its gonna be like $1300 lets set up a payment plan and get this all done right here right now, even though everything was perfectly fine 4 months prior. Immediate alarms and red flags. My wife decides to go there anyways and oh my gosh she has 7 cavities that need to be filled immediately! even though she's never had a cavity in her life! she goes through with it because they rushed her like they tried to do with me and she basically got peer pressured. needless to say that not only am I not going to let them drill into my jaw for those 5 magical cavities that all suddenly manifested within 4 months but am never going to go to any ace dental again I think. If you're reading this and, like me, had good experiences with the previous Dr. Roo who left, best to just go to wherever he went, or find someone else entirely. It is NOT worth it to let permanent damage to your body happen because some overzealous dentist wants to make a quick buck. TL;DR look out for signs of shady dentistry (look up on google) and when ACE Dental checks 3/5 signs, leave.

I am deeply disappointed with the dental care provided to my family and me at this practice. Over the past two months, all of us received cavity work, and we’ve experienced significant issues since then. We've all developed sensitivity in our teeth, which we never had before the treatments. It appears that the materials used were of poor quality, leading to this unexpected and distressing problem. Despite having no prior issues, the sensitivity has been consistent across all our treatments. I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider alternative options for their dental care.

Do not expect good customer service from the ancillary staff from this company!! I have been a patient of this dental clinic for over 4 years due to trusting the dentist at the Belton clinic even though all of the problems with the horrible ancillary staff and the extremely inexperienced dental techs. He ultimately left to start his own practice in Austin, which was too far for me to drive. Multiple times did I tell the new dentists that I had issues with anesthesia, yet they did not listen. One of the things you need to teach her clinicians is that sometimes patients know what they are talking about. I wish that I did not have to come back to your clinic to complete my treatment plan, but, unfortunately I must since I am pending my permanent crown. I would never recommend Ace dental. I have never brought my family members there because of my lack of trust with these staff. I would hope that there would be more oversight. And not just focusing on economics. I have always paid my bills and currently have two insurance plans. I feel sorry for those who are not able to choose a different dental clinic because of convenience and or options in the Belton area.

I got one of my wisdom teeth pulled and it was a relief (no pain after and I didn’t have to take any medicine ??). No pain during the process. Got my crown put on today and no pain. Had a great experience today with the dental office. I actually went in because I was needing a tooth pulled because of the pain and it being cracked. The dentist and her team were very polite to me and explained everything they were doing and listened to what I was actually needing and not trying to get me to do anything else that I wasn't trying to get done at this particular time, like some other dental offices do. I wasn't able to get the tooth pulled today because of it being infected which I understand, but I was able to get an appointment to do it soon, she prescribed me from what I understood was a strong antibiotic which will take the infection away so she can pull it and some pain relief so I can deal with the pain throughout the day unfortunately lol. The dentist was also very informative on the work she'll be doing and what she'll be doing after the tooth pulled.

I broke my tooth & they fixed me right up. Everything from phone calls, to check in, the procedure & check out was amazing! There was no pressure to fix other teeth. They focused on the problem I had. There was no extensive exam fees & I found the pricing to be very affordable. They also offer payment plans. I look forward to my future visits. From the moment I called I was greeted with a friendly, kind person that helped me with a great deal and timely appt. Then I meet Dr Neha Korla she is an amazing dentist, very professional, best dentist I have ever been too in all my 62yrs of life. It was terrible. 1. The front desk clerk stated that I owed $566, the accounting has me as having a $576 credit but provided me a statement that stated I have -$160. The clerk at the front desk states the the -$160 means I owe that amount, finance tells me it is a credit. I would like an implant and a partial, but want a clean balance before I shell out $5000 plus and then have the credit get lost in the mix. On Feb 29, 2024 I had to make three trips to the Belton Ace Dental Clinic and never got seen for my appointment. Everytime I go there, I site in the treatment chair from 30 to 60 minutes before the dentist starts work. The people are very friendly, but the process needs fixing. The crown on the implant I had done there has come loose three times in the last two years. Implants are expensive and for we pay, should be issue free. I know I have a $576,00 credit at Ace Dental for the past 4 years and have a receipt showing the credit. But they have refused to issue a refund, keep staling and their accounting does not match between the clinics and accounting office. Spend you money somewhere else. Do not make the same mistake as I did by giving them a second chance.

Came in for extraction on 3 teeth. Procedure took over 5 hours for 2 1/2 teeth. After being in major pain and max on injections doctors still insisted on getting the final 1/2 tooth out that was blocked partially by my wisdom teeth, also kept telling me that it was "pressure I was feeling not pain" multiple times. The final hour they went and got another doctor (at this point over the max limit for numbing injections) and insisted the same. It was just pressure not pain. I had to physically sit up and tell them it was over multiple times before they finally sewed me up. I went to an oral surgeon today they extracted my upper and lower wisdoms and the 1/2 in 45 mins with NO PAIN. I will not be back to the place ever again and I do not recommend to anyone ever

I went in knowing how bad my teeth were from years of smoke and neglect. I got 6 teeth extracted and now I feel better know I won't have to deal with pain and infections. The staff was amazing and they helped me get financial help so I could get the work done. My dentist, Neha was so awesome and was very patient with getting my teeth out. She did the best job and made sure I didn't feel any pain during the process. This place is great and the staff is the best

As a new patient, they tried to insist on a panoramic xray, which wouldn’t be covered by my insurance as I had one 10 months ago. Normal bite wing X-rays should be enough paired with previous panoramic X-ray. I got them a copy of previous one but it wasn’t sufficient. I left and found another dentist.

There was one dentist and about 4 patients actively undergoing exams or treatments. This meant the dentist was not able to give individual attention to each patient and basically rotated between exam rooms. I needed a filling which required numbing injections. The fact that the dentist gave me my injections then left me waiting for up to 20 minutes to care for other patients meant that I needed additional numbing injections and experienced unnecessary pain. This is the second dental clinic I’ve been to that saw patients in this ‘rotation’ manner, and while this experience was no where near as traumatic, it left me filled with anxiety and expecting immense pain due to the wait between injection and drilling. Schedule a patient, see that patient, THEN see the next patient. A single dentist shouldn’t be seeing 4 patients ALL AT ONCE. One patient at a time. On a positive note the receptionists, dentist, and cost of the work were pleasant and within reason. However, I won’t be back and am currently looking for a clinic that doesn’t implement this scheduling practice.

I was disappointed with Ace dental. I was there at 9 am and didn't leave til 11.45 for only 2 cavities to fill. The all in all time spent with a doc was 20-25 min but they were too busy to complete the job without having to go from patient to patient to patient. I think it was probably good care but I felt like the way they run their system was very time wasting for the patient. I was lucky my babysitter didn't need to be anywhere. They also had very interns taking care of x rays and were very new to learning how to be a dental assistant. But this wasn't what bothered me. You have to start somewhere. Being there for 3 hours for 20 min of work was a shame. I hope the customers time will become a little more respected I guess.

First experience was good, second experience not good quite frustrating, some what traumatizing and over all just saddening. Especially after paying for the same thing twice. I went to have a composite done and the first time it was too small for my liking however Dr. Ahmad was not to worried about what I wanted she more so felt that her work was fine and nothing needed to be fixed, however even when I came I was given the third degree about wanting the composite redone with passive aggressive statements while she was redoing my composite i.e. "goodbye my beautiful work." She was not happy with the fact that I was not happy with the composite she had done before and it was made clear so once she was done and gave me some what of the shape I wanted I left. I'm unsatisfied honestly with this office, I've paid for the same thing twice and then also now have a yellowish brown composite which the composite before was not this color at all because I have the picture. She wiped blood into the composite that she was making and it discolored it and instead of trying to correct it to satisfy me she stated that I had staining there before and I did not because I have pictures of my teeth prior to her working on them and after. Update: 11/18/24 I emailed Ace Dental Experience due to the reply that I got from my initial review. I haven’t received a reply yet however I will continue to update as time goes on.

I have gone here since 2020 and loved the doc. This year they moved and I saw a new different doc. I went in for a routine cleaning, and they did X-rays, but she did not scale/ clean my teeth -which is the whole reason I went in. I’ve called multiple times to try to schedule the rest of the service I already paid for with my original doc, and the staff takes a message, but I never receive a call back. I’ll be looking elsewhere. Update: it has been 3 months and I have not received a call back.

Booked an appointment at their temple office. They called and said that they could get us in earlier at their Belton office and they give us a free teeth whitening. I was hesitant because i work nights and i didn't want to do an appointment on a night i work, but i said yes and gave my insurance info over the phone. They told me my insurance was only for PEDS and not adults, which was weird because it said adults on insurance plan. I asked what it would cost for a teeth cleaning without insurance and they came back with $75. Said that's fine, went to my 9 am appointment at 8:45 am. Had to wait outside for 15 minutes because they don't open until 9 am. During check in, I found out the teeth whiting they promised was just some stuff you got to take home with you and do yourself, which was not what i was lead to believe over the phone. Then they began taking multiple xrays of my mouth. I asked if this was necessary and they said "everyone who gets a teeth cleaning has to do this". The dentist came in, recommended a crown fixing, said my teeth was otherwise ok, then left. Next person I spoke with gave me a run down of my bill. A whopping $1100 and change! I said "I was informed it would be $75 for the cleaning", which she said " no, $75 is for the exam (that I never asked for), the cleaning is $250, and the $800 is for the crown to get fixed". I said I never asked for an exam only a teeth cleaning. She told me that because they already performed the exam, I had to pay the $75 now but if I wanted everything else she would set up a payment plan. I paid the $75 and left. Guess me, my wife, our 3 children, and anyone else who will listen will get our dental care elsewhere. I'm not even mad about the money. Don't lie to me!

So, for starters I don’t know if I’m just unlucky or don’t know how to pick things. However, I have had terrible experiences with dentists since I was younger. I take care of my teeth and I highly recommend staying away from ace dental in Killeen. They referred me to Belton because Dr. Roo specializes in my type of wisdom teeth removal. Well, this has been one of the best if not the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist. One, he gave me the second opinion of confirming I don’t have cavities the dentist in the Ace dental in Killeen said I had, and I was extremely confused because I’ve never had one before. It’s not impossible but less than four months ago I went to Castle Dental who did an assessment and referred me to Ace Dental in Killeen. I didn’t have them then and I hadn’t changed my oral hygiene procedure so it through me off. Anyway, after the dentist got mad at me in Killeen and referred me to Belton, to here I went. I’m grateful she did refer me. Ke, in the Belton location is one of Dr. Roo’s assistants. I couldn’t have gotten through my procedure without her. I cried and was scared based on some prior experiences I mentioned above with dentists. The idea of being poked in my gums just doesn’t sit right with me. Both Dr. Roo and Ke were extraordinary. He was patient, kind, efficient , and quick. Ke was calming, held my hand when I was scared, and reassured me the whole way. Thank you both. Truly, I cannot express how grateful I am. This place rocks!

Today will be my ABSOLUTE last time going to Ace dental in Belton. I went Wednesday 8/30/23 at945a because I was having pain in a year old root canal treated tooth, I had the DR Y not sure of her whole name, I explained the situation and she assured me it WAS NOT the root canal but the tooth in front of it(from grinding my teeth), she filed and numbed it and set me on my way around 2p I was back in EXTREME pain( numbing wore off) so I went back, a SECOND time she told me it WAS NOT my root canal filed it more, numbed it sent me home with pain meds, no sooner then getting across the street to Walmart the pain was back even with pain meds it hurt all night so Thursday 8/31 I went to the temple location in EXTREME pain and explained the situation by now the side of my face was noticably swollen, doc did X-rays and said she DID see broken equipment in my tooth and when she started working on it it was full of pus unfortunately she couldn't extract it completely and I had to GO BACK to belton to see Dr roo (who did a very good job) however now my face is ballooned up bc nothing was done the FIRST time I went in and I was made to look crazy or like a drug seeker. It's frustrating being in pain and ur doctor not caring/ listening to you. The meds she gave her narcotics in them (which I don't like bc they make me feel weird) long story short DONT LET DR Y TOUCH YOU

So we went to get a tooth removed last week and Ace had pretty good reviews so we decided to give them a shot. Scheduling was a disaster that we ended up having to reschedule over to the Temple location even after Belton charged me for the office visit. We arrive to the Temple location and were told its best to go back to Belton or get charged $75 again. So back to Belton we go and finally had the procedure done late in the afternoon. When i was done, they charged me for procedure but the wrong amount. Instead of $200 plus the $75 Office visit that i was supposed to pay i ended up paying $400 and the $75 office fee. I asked for a refund immediately and was told they would leave on my account for a future visit. NO WAY! So they said they would process a refund and today (Monday) i was told that i have to wait till the second or third week of September for them to get me a check! Totally ridiculous and unprofessional! If you decide to come into the Belton office, be advised they may overcharge you and hold your funds. If you want to avoid the billing headache, go elsewhere. Update: i have called and gave patient information with a statement of they will look into it can call back before end of the day! Update #2 - the end of the day came and no call back and obviously no refund. Unprofessionalism at its finest! My review stands. Avoid being overcharged by just going elsewhere and not this place.

Dr. Roo is simply the best!!! I drive from Killeen to Belton. Will keep coming back! The staff are excellent especially Ana but my second visit, I found out she does not work here anymore. She was very helpful and really showed compassion to patients. I have really bad anxiety when going to the dentist and they make sure to make you feel comfortable throughout the process. I’ve gotten my wisdom teeth removed here twice by Dr. Roo. He is simply the best! He shows care, and explains to you every single detail about the procedure. Sometimes when I go to the dentist, I feel intimidated because of the overwhelming cost especially for cash paying patients. Dr. Roo will tell you which ones you need to prioritize first so you have time to gather all your funds for the other non-emergency procedures. I appreciate that a lot. I’ve called around from Killeen, to Temple, Gatesville and this is the only place that did not turn me away for my painful wisdom teeth. They take people with no insurance like myself. I dont have insurance so I paid cash for the procedure. It’s about $50-75 for the X-ray (mandatory) and I paid about $450-500 for one tooth extraction for my wisdom tooth that had to be cut open (yikes.) They will work with you if you need financial help. Theres a lot of programs/loans you might be eligible for.

I called around 9 am to see if they had an emergency appointment for same day, 3 hours later I was in the office with an appointment. I was in so much pain, they did X-rays told me my options I decided to get a root canal because I didn’t want to lose my tooth. He made sure I was as comfortable as possible. If I felt anything he made sure to numb some more and keep going. I’m no longer in pain, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is friendly and will answer all questions to the best of their knowledge. & I just want to thank them!

Had a root canal done, and a piece of the equipment broke off in my gum. The dentist told me after the fact, and said that he would watch it and fix it if need be. I have waited months and have requested for it to be fixed but was told since I'm in no pain, that all was well, and it would be complex to fix. Now spending lots to fix it on my own :(

I have dreaded posting this. But I don't recommend this place. They could've done such a better job seeing as I was paying cash money. Had all my top teeth removed, and 8 total on the bottom. And had a top denture made. Needless to say I felt every tooth being removed. Told them several times I could feel everything. I was swollen and in tears and in shock by the time they finished. Then to go threw all that pain for a 1200$ denture not to fit, nor would they continue to work with getting it fit correctly. 2 years later and I had to go somewhere else to have dentures done the correct way and right. The new place was in shock on what the old denture looks like etc.. ace dental refuses to give me the money I spent on the denture back. I have contacted numerous times to fix it right or reimburse the money for the denture. Please be aware

Don’t waste your time to go here. The dentist literally damaged my lip and part of my skin around my lip, when I addressed it, I am being told “maybe it’s a cold sore.” Like really. My root canal still hurts, it hurt all through the holiday, I didn’t get any medication. When I called for medication, the receptionist was rude. I was warned by a friend not to go here but I did anyways, and I should not have. Terrible!!! I cancelled my future appointment.

Ace Dental in Belton, TX have a very courteous, and professional staff. Being a new patient of their's, I was a little overwhelmed over how much care they took considering my needs. They recommended other dental services that I simply couldn't afford, but they were very understanding of my situation when I explained that to them. They were very caring and understanding. I doubt I've ever said this about any trip to the dentist, but I was actually very pleased with Ace Dental. I can honestly say I love Dr. Kunho Roo.. I’ve been going there for over a little bit of a year now and I’m really comfortable with him… In this past year I’ve gotten one implant, one root canal, couple fillings, couple cleanings and each and every time he has made me feel comfortable like he genuinely cares. He is very knowledgeable and will explain his thoughts on what needs to be done to get your teeth or tooth back in tip top shape…. I would recommend him to any family or friend….

I was there to get my wisdom tooth removed & i was SCAREEEED! But, the moment i walked in the staff was so friendly & calming! The whole time my dental assistant was helping me take my mind off it & the dentist was letting me know i was doing great. The both of them were just absolutely amazing at making me sooooo comfortable! I felt like i wasn’t numb enough to make it and the dentist was very active at making sure i wouldn’t feel a thing (which i didn’t) JUST AMAZING ALL THE WAY AROUND! And to top it off it was SO AFFORDABLE! I was nervous to know the price, and it was so CHEAP. Cheap & great service!!

This was my second visit and each time I was taken into the back within 5 mins. The staff are amazing, friendly and caring. The Dentist is very humble and a remarkable professional. Unlike other dentists I have been to he, doesn't try to overcharge you or recommend unnecessary procedures. My first visit I was so impressed I asked him to be my permanent dentist. Recently I had a total tooth extraction and was very anxious about the procedure. Having really bad previous experiences, I was even more anxious the day I went in. Then, I see Dr Roo and everything changed, he made me feel very comfortable through the process, knowing my anxiety he took his time and stopped a few times to make sure I was doing good. Very bad service, I will not recommend them, I had an appointment scheduled for almost 4 months in advance at 1:30 we wait over 45 minutes before the nurse came and took my 5 year old inside to take an X-ray & leave me behind at the lobby, then I had to ask twice before the staff allowed me to be even at the hall waiting for my daughter…Then the nurse said that the X-ray program or computer wasn’t working… so had to wait 15 more minutes until I walk out with my kids… they pretended me to wait I don’t know how much longer until the computer works ? I had to take the day off in order to make it on time for my kids appointments, so disappointed & by sure never coming back.

The staff new I was very uptight about coming in cause I had so much to get worked on. The ladies upfront are very professional and a real class act. All the positive experience started with them. I was really encountered by their positivity and the way they made me feel at ease. Also Dr. Roo and his assistant were awesome, They made me feel comfortable the whole way through and took care of me. After being so worked up from coming in, in the first place, I was able to calm down and relax. Definitely going to keep up with my cleanings every 6 months and look forward to being back to Ace.

Ace made a same day appointment to fix my normal dentist mistake. When I called my normal dentist they expeted me to stay in pain for over 2 weeks. Needless to say ace just became a friend and my new dentist I will be back. The price was way cheaper for the procedure and he never hurt me drilling all the way into my gum. Very Profesional

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, Dr. Roo explained to her what he was doing and how he was going to remove them. He made sure she felt as little pain as possible during the procedure. We had thought she was going to have another tooth extracted as well, but Dr. Roo said that tooth can be saved doing another procedure at a later time. Great news. This was the first major issue my daughter had to go through without her mom, she passed in September 2021. I was able to be in there with her and give her comfort during the procedure.

At the end of my service I had questions. The dentist was not available to answer them he had moved on to the next patient. Even though four cavities were filled I still have two dark spots in the area where the work was done. The receptionist was nice to attempt to take a guess but I still have questions and concerns. I also would prefer that I see the dentist and his assistant change the gloves and wipe the glasses. I have to assume in good faith that these are clean however I tend to walk away with a belly of anxiety. To call and speak with someone is often a hassle. I get the customer service rep explain everything to them and confirm my information all for them to transfer me again, and I am either on hold or no one can help me. The dentist is polite and kind so is his staff. Just this last visit I walked away with questions and no one to answer them.

I called for an emergency appointment and was seen the same day. Got treatment plan and treatment. From the time I walked in the front staff was very sweet and helpful, the hygienist and dr himself we’re great and explained everything as they proceeded with the procedure. I was also a cash pay patient and it was very affordable and they also offer financing. Everyone’s approved. I’ll definitely e going back to finish up the work needed and will recommend this place!

I am absolutely terrified of dentist due to bad experiences in the past. When I came in today I said this over and over everyone was super nice and attentive they even helped calm me down when I had a full panic attack and was ugly crying and everything the dentist and hygienist we're amazing got me calm worked with me to over come my fears , discussed payment plans etc and it was an overall amazing experience I felt listened to and my goals for my teeth were discussed and a plan was made. I am super impressed and will only be seeing them from here on out I definitely recommend them to everyone!

I had an issue with another place where I now have PTSD but after coming here, it made me feel a lot better. I can't give you anymore than a 2 under the circumstances of my visit. I was told by the CC ACE DENTAL that I was needing to get the excess bone taken out of my mouth so an upper denture would fit better AND I was told that since Dr. ROO is a Specialist that I would Not have to get the shots, but I would have options to choose from. I came over to Belton with options on my mind only to be told that you do Not have anymore options than the Ace dental in CC, which is nitrous gas & the shots! So I left there very disappointed

I had called about 4 times prior to confirm that I would only be charged for the bitewing x-rays and not the panoramic. I received 4 bitewing images. However they tried to still charge me for 17 additional x-ray images that were never performed. They claim they participate with all PPO insurance, however that did not seem to be the case with my federal insurance.

Honestly, I love Ace Dental. Like the staff is so friendly and kind and they always explain things for me so I know 100% what’s going on. Plus, at least with my insurance which is Renaissance Dental, the cost is super cheap compared to other places. I had to get a wisdom tooth removed like that day and they were so sweet and kind about it, which I was happy about cause it was scheduled like an hour before it was an emergency. All in all, it’s a great place and they always put you first.

I went there today for a cleaning. Hygienist Cindy was very polite and knowledgeable . She and Dr. Roo (sp ?) together did a through cleaning. Unfortunately two cavities were found. They showed them to me on the xray and they photographed them as well so I could clearly see the offending caries. Best part was they were able to fill them on this visit. All around good experience. Highly recommend.

I am almost 40. I had a rough experience in the past and was honestly so scared to get 2 extractions I was literally trembling. I walked in everyone was so kind and had complete confidence in there dentist.it was a relaxed warm feeling.I was still unsure. As we got ready my hands had indentations from clenching them so hard. The dentist was amazing. He really took the time to listen and was very alert on my every feeling. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. I'm not from Belton but I can honestly say I will drive there again everytime I need dental work done. I also plan on switching my entire family. So I thank everyone at Ace dental in Belton. I have some medical issues which really impact the health of my teeth. I need a ton of extractions and I know I'm going to choose to go to Ace again. They were really nice and not judgmental at all. Usually, I have to worry about people jumping to conclusions before I have a chance to explain my medical history. They handled the entire situation professionally and with care. Ace dental saved my smile, I thought since my teeth were so messed up that it would be cheaper to pull my teeth and have dentures because the other dentist I went to said that my teeth were too long and it would be 4,567 to fix my smile! Then I got a second opinion and I am so glad that I did. I told dr. Roo that I needed a deep cleaning according to the other dentist, who didn’t even clean my teeth. Turns out I didn’t need a deep cleaning, like Total dental and orthodontic in Taylor texas said I needed. I even ended up paying a lower price on the partial and crowns. I got the partial today and it will take some getting to use to smiling with my teeth again but I am so glad that I went to another dentist.

I have not been with Ace dental before but I’m recommending them to everyone I know. My grandma & I live in Belton but cane across Ace dental in cove we walked up to their tent and we were greeted by a girl named Allie. She was so kind and patient with all the questions my grandma had, she kept her smile through the entire conversation even when my grandma got off topic. She took the time to connect with her. my grandma passed unexpectedly later that day & I didn’t get to thank her for the kindness she showed us. I recommend ace because if they take their time to train their staff to treat customers like the way we were treated then I can only imagine how well they’d take care of anyone who comes in to their office.

*ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANT LEAVE ZERO* My children’s insurance assigned them to Ace Dental in Belton when we first moved to the area. Our first visit wasn’t bad, wasn’t good. I attributed it to not being a pediatric dental facility. When their next cleaning time came around my fiancé took them in to get started, I had to finish up at work. When I got there they had finished my daughter and were working on my son. I was trying to ask what had been done with her, what they were doing with him, etc. The dentist was very short and seemed annoyed with me asking for an update on my children, they didn’t even tell my fiancé before they started so he couldn’t fill me in. Finally after several attempts they said they were doing “a filling.” That was all the information I received. My children had never had a filling, I didn’t know what it was for until I enlisted google for help! While working on my son the dentist was repeatedly distracted by the assistant talking to other people outside the room about her personal life to the point she wasn’t doing her job right and impeding the Dentist from doing his. It was very tense. The dentist also had little patience while working on my ADHD 8 year old son and was unprofessional in his tone when addressing him. After he was done they sent us on our way. No information on my daughter STILL and no after care instructions on my son. I was pretty livid. That night my son was crying to me about his cheek hurting during bedtime, when he came down his entire face was swollen! He had bit into his mouth constantly over the course of the evening from being numb. I had no idea they even numbed him! The bite turned into an abscess, my son was in significant pain and on a liquid diet for 2 weeks. Fast forward 4.5months to the present and my daughter complains of her gums hurting. I look and they are swollen, yellow, and smell awful. Take her to a different dentist, someone competent in pediatrics, and they inform me that she had a filling done as well. The tooth should’ve been capped instead of being filled. The filling went too far and damaged nerves in the tooth leading to an infection inside the tooth. The infection are away at bone over the course of time until it reached the gums where my daughter felt the first bite of pain. My 7 year old daughter had to have TWO teeth extracted today because of this error in judgment. I don’t know if it was just an off day with a lot of distractions or what the problem was when my children visited Ace, but BOTH of them have now encountered pain and discomfort due to carelessness from the “care” providers who tended to them that day. All I can say is if you take your child there don’t be afraid to advocate and make sure you get CLEAR information BEFORE letting them look at your child’s mouth!

When I have to take my 8 year old to the ER because the dentist and the dental assistant can’t get on the same page because they rather talk to other people while taking care of my sons teeth. Because of this they tore up his whole side of his mouth, to the point his mouth swelled up to the size of a baseball. Will never go there again. Oh and when we explained to them that we had to take him to the hospital, the doctor and the assistant thought it was funny.

I would have thought that by the time I was this age, I didn't have much new to learn, but I actually learned new tips for brushing and flossing, and it was not dispensed in the heavy-handed way of some dentists. I will be back.

Horrible place I went for an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed they called to confirm my appointment they said everything was fine and when I got to my appointment my dental insurance said they didn't have my information that I had to pay cash then they said they found my insurance that was active later He told me that it was just cleaning and that they were not going to remove my wisdom teeth and the only thing the secretaries did was talk and talk among themselves, lack of professionalism, I do not recommend it...

Absolutely love this place. Got all 3 of my children in within a few days, the staff was amazing and kind to my little ones. Amber referred me and I am so happy she did. This place ruined my mouth and I would warn anyone going there for the first time or even if you've had a good past experience so far, THEY ARE TERRIBLE. I would compare this office to fast food drive-thru of dental offices, versus the fine dining of real offices, such as Dr. Gates in temple. I came here because of the advertisement of cheap dental work and it sounded nice enough, they were clean and friendly, but little did I know the dentist here would complete mess my mouth up so bad that I haven't been able to chew on the right side of my mouth for almost two full months. I was supposed to have a routine cavity (apparently surface level) taken care of and obviously it wasn't taken care of the right way and I'm having to go to a new dentist now a second time to try be correct the mistake this incompetent "dentist" has made.

Went in for a check up after years of not seeing a dentist..along with my 5 year old for his annual check up...originally chose them for convenience but now I won't go anywhere else....my son had a great visit...and I was told what I already knew...deep cleaning and one wisdom tooth extraction....I went back a week later to have it done absolutely terrified...a tooth pulled out really....I was not looking forward to it...the staff and Dr did such an amazing job...with just a little local I didn't feel a thing...followed post surgery directions and was back to totally normal in just a few days...love them so much :)

Good staff, friendly and courteous. However watch out for what appears to be insurance scams or fraudulent diagnosis. Was told I "needed" three "micro fillings" for teeth that that honestly have no issue for them. Was then recommended to get a crown for a healthy tooth with no issues. What was supposed to be a $50 copay and free cleaning turned into a proposed treatment plan for $1,200, myself paying $506 of it. Get a second opinion, because he staff seems coached to upsell, even the hygienist and front desk associates kept asking repeatedly if I wanted to set a date for the treatment after I said I'd consider it later and dropping little remarks like "wow that is really cheap for that amount of work!" Just be careful.
Mr. Ballard, unfortunately what seems to be healthy teeth are actually decaying or week teeth without any pain, where preventive treatment becomes vital to prevent non restorable damage to the teeth. Dental insurance do not cover the treatment cost at 100%. We are sorry you left with not so great experience but it's important that our patients understand the reason why their treatment was planned and proposed the way it was. We are happy to offer you a complimentary exam with another dentist in the office for a second opinion if you like.

Never even able to be seen most unprofesional staff I have ever had the displeasure speaking to. Need to request off 6 months in advance made the appointment 45 days in advance and get a call asking the reschedule less than 48 hrs before the apt . yeah I'll reschedule... in 6 months. Yeah I think not.

1) they book me at 11am I sited there and waited along with 5 other people for over then hour 2) they booking everyone at a sometime just telling everyone on a phone you can come now and then making you wait 1-2 hours 3) after waited there for over then hour they told me they can't do it today come back Monday 4) from getting quotes from 3 different dentists they charging more then other 3 but sometime they only have 3 chairs to serve costumers and 1 doctor who doing all the work located in same building next door from dollar store lol the place highly unprofessional and over charging based on how small this place and how they unprofessionally booking 10 people at a sometime and then making everyone wait for hours before they get to see doctor If you have tooth pain or in rush to get job done forget about this guy as they 100% time wasters
Our Saturday schedule is by appointments only, we try to accept Walkins if someone has emergency and needs immediate attention. When we say " you can come now", that doesn't make the patients already on schedule to wait any longer than they should and that is reason walk in patients have a little longer wait sometimes. .We appreciate your feedback and will address this concern though.
