My elderly father is a veteran and they charged him $3200 for dentures! Plus he didn't even get them that day it was just for impressions. Plus even though he paid cash for a tooth extraction they still emailed me (his care taker) for more money $10.01. Don't go here, find another place with more professional and communicative people this place completely robs you! There are so many places that offer payment plans, they took advantage of my elderly father and make all these plans for him without any communication to me and if I would have known that him originally coming here to get a tooth extraction ended in them coning him to get dentures and all this with no payment plan or anything then what's the point. He is on a fixed income and they made him feel pressured and forced to pay this price. Please check other places for your family dental needs!

I have never been taken better care of by a dentist than by Dr Singh! He is so gentle and listens so well, his compassion and care for the patients is unmatched. He watches for cues that you need a break or are uncomfortable without even having to raise my hand or say anything. His office is very well organized and works quickly to take care of everything smoothly. I always notice there's barely anyone in the waiting room and I've never sat for more than 5 minutes waiting to get in! That says a lot ? Also, when there's a problem with work they've done they work so quick to get you in at either office (Waco or Bellmead) and get you taken care of. Just all around very pleased. Highly recommend.

This Dentist is very rude. I was there to get a teeth cleaning and he said before I can get my teeth clean, the Financial person will have to go I’ve a plan to have work did to my teeth. When you are making up things that don’t need to be done, that’s when I loose respect for the Service and company. It was the worst experience I have every encountered at a Dentist.

Very unsatisfied! confirmed my appointment two days prior and when I got to my appointment I was told it was canceled for non-confirmation. On top of that was told that I had an invalid phone number and which they have been trying to reach me to confirm which is odd to me considering I had received multiple texts from the office and had confirmed them thru text. I was told they would try to work me in at their convenience, Very unprofessional and need to learn some customer service

Complete waste of my time. I had a 2pm appointment for a check and cleaning. Someone finally came to get me from waiting room around 2:17. They take me back and Leave me sitting 10-15 minutes. Hygienist comes in and asks me some questions. Again, left me sitting 10-15 minutes. Dentist comes in. Checks me out. Again, left sitting 15-20 minutes alone. Around 3:40 pm, a lady comes in and says it will be another 15 minutes till they can clean my teeth. I said no thanks.

I came in with an abscess that had me in so much pain. I hadn't eaten in 2days because of this. I didn't have insurance but I was able to get in for a consultation and referred to an oral specialist. They prescribed me antibiotics and pain meds and I'm already feeling better. The staff was great especially Olivian at the front desk. She was very nice and helpful when explaining insurance and payments plans. She even gave my 1yo a bouncy ball while he waited. I will definitely be going back and I've already scheduled my sons 1st appointment.

I was having unbearable tooth pain and I went in at 12:45 on a Saturday and they close at 2. They not only got me in, did X-rays but they removed my tooth! The Doctor, Receptionist and Hygienist stayed after and never once made me feel like I was an imposition, they were all so welcoming! And to top it off I felt NOTHING. I was at a pain level of 10 and left at a 0. Numbing has worn off and I’m sore but that’s to be expected! Will be using them as my dentists from now on!

I went in for my top right wisdom tooth. It needed to be removed. I am SO thankful that I went. The same day, today, in fact, the dentist removed the tooth. Though numbing was uncomfortable, the entire procedure was easy and she was so wonderful to me. The entire staff had great attitudes, (odd for 2022). They were courteous, friendly, eager to help and they had 3 financing options that I could choose from to help pay for my bill. I recently moved from DFW. The cheapest rate that I could find was $1400.00, Ace Dental charged me $900 for an extraction, a filling on another tooth and a bone graft in place of the wisdom tooth. ? Thank you Ace Dental!

Very nice experience. My wife is an immigrant from Thailand and I had to take her to get a tooth pulled. We went in on the first consultation and got x-rays very professional very new equipment. When we made the appointment to get her tooth pulled it took approximately 15 minutes we were in and out before I knew it. The only thing that I thought was negative was I thought the price of $200 to pull one tooth was a little pricey but I had not had to pay for a tooth extraction in many years so I’m sure their price is very competitive. The doctor was exceptional my wife does not speak English very well she is from Thailand the doctor had installed the Google translator on her phone and selected Thai for translation help So she was able to communicate well with my wife. I thought that was very thoughtful.

My daughter cracked her molar, Ace was able to get us in the next day and do a root canal. From the front receptionist, dental hygienist, dentist and the finance lady were all amazing. I made an appt here to get some dental fillings done in June/July by October one came out and they “fixed” it. A week later it came right back out! And one day ago another one just came out with while I was chewing gum. Why would I want to go back?!!!!

I had a difficult tooth extracted and because of my severe anxiety Dr. Singh asked repeatedly if I was ok and was I in any pain. I had no pain during the extraction or for the past 2 days following. Again got overall good treatment. Dentist did good job cleaning my teeth. 1st Tech did the flossing and then had to get a second Tech to do the polishing and fluoride treatment. Seems like there are an awful lot of folks trained to do only certain things. One Tech ought to be able to do flossing, polishing and then fluoride treatment. Might be less expensive for business with fewer employees?? Was satisfied with my treatment---

This place was amazing. The people here went above and beyond! It's the Friday before Labor day weekend and they stay an hour and half late to help me fix my broken front tooth! No one else in the waco are would even see me. Forever grateful to the people here! Oh and they did an amazing job!

This was my first time at this dental office. Dr Singh and staff very professional and nice. Had some extensive dental work ... 2 crowns.. A root canal.. And fillings done to save 2 receding canine teeth. All work was pre approved by my insurance company.. So the price quoted for my share of the bills was what I had to pay. No hidden cost.

Let me start off and say this, DO NOT schedule an appointment online on their website because they will call and tell you that they actually don’t have an open spot at that time. It should not be a customers problem that as a company you don’t have your schedules together. As a customer I scheduled my appointment to fit my schedule not there’s. So I had to miss my class just to get in. This should never happen. Then, they raise the prices of procedures than what was advertised. Front desk and dental assistant were kind. I couldn’t understand the Dentist half the time so the Assistant had to tell me what he was saying, this also should not be an issue.
