Dr Gregory and his entire staff from the one who answered the phone the first time I called to the ones who greeted me from the front desk as well as the ones that worked in the medical rooms behind the scenes and alongside Dr Gregory were ABSOLUTELY fantastic! This is not an exaggeration either. Use them and see for yourselves. This was my first time using them and when I called to set up my consultation the woman on the other line sounded so happy and eager to help me. I actually hung up the phone with a big smile because their joy was so contagious. Wonderful first impression! When I went in for my consultation the ladies at the front desk radiated joy, peace and kindness once again! This TOTALLY helped my anxiety decrease because I am not a fan of the dentist (hence the reason I am seeing an oral surgeon lol). The same experience with the front desk on my second interaction was consistent on my third interaction with them. Outstanding customer service! They were punctual with my scheduled times for my appointments on both visits which is usually unheard of in my experience at other practices. This tells me that they try to value and respect my/your time. The surgery I had done on me while under anesthesia was two teeth extracted one wisdom and one other that was not. I MUST say that was the most painless procedure that I NEVER expected lol. Totally was a first for me. Complete surprise!! PHENOMENAL job all around!! Dr Gregory and his team like Sylvia, Ashley (and the others which I apologize for not remembering your names) took the time to explain everything in such great detail before and after my procedure plus an added bonus, even called me once I got home to ask how I was recovering after my surgery. This is a step above in my book. I thank you for the excellent bed side manners Dr Gregory as well as your team displaying excellent bed side manners too. That is an art that is lost in most health practices. Your dental office is refreshing to say the least. I will end with this... my mouth/teeth feel great! Little to no bleeding and as of right now which is about 17 hours after surgery I haven't had pain thanks to the thorough instructions. Thanks to all for helping me overcome my fear of having work done on my teeth. I wish your business an abundance of continued success in Jesus name. Blessings.

30 min away they called me come in early for my child’s appointment and then we sat her past our appt time and then they don’t even prescribe pain medication after your child’s wisdom teeth get removed I even attitude from the dental assistant for asking about it I’m just happy this isn’t my regular dentist bc this was unacceptable

Update: I got my wisdom teeth taken out this morning and it was a very pleasant experience.I have always been very anxious and nervous when it comes to the dentist, but knowing I would be sedated calmed me down so much. I should have done more research, I feel guilty for taking my 19yr old to a “non narcotic” practice. A noble and lofty thing to say after the opioid crisis but she left in severe pain! She was never “out of it”. Awake and writhing in pain within minutes of leaving. They told me to get OTC pain meds! Really? Then they were to call in something slightly stronger but failed to do so. Absolutely no reason for wisdom teeth to be a traumatic experience in 2023. I strongly feel my daughter‘s sedation and pain management were grossly mishandled. I will not bring my other two, who currently need wisdom teeth removed, and inform the referring dentist, who we all love, about this experience. I hope this helps someone. Go elsewhere for what you’re expecting.

Things were going well until the young lady that discussed our insurance and cost for treatment made comments that my perspective didn’t make sense to her. I expressed to her that we are trying to decide if removing my sons wisdom teeth is medically necessary at this time. I told her that I believe “why fix something that’s not broken”. After sharing a story about her friend, she thought it was okay to suggest that my view didn’t make sense while she laughed. Those choice words are offense and suggest that the views of patients aren’t valued even it they are different from doctors and staff. In her efforts to convince patients to schedule, she should be very careful with her word choices because what makes sense to her may not make sense to someone else.

I gave the front desk lady my two DENTAL insurance cards one of which she ignored saying its not dental. After my consultation she came back with the amount to pay. Once again I told her to check my other insurance. She said its probably preventative blah blah blah. I asked her to check to which she said "I can't right now I'll call tomorrow then call you after." No call next day so I reached out 30 minutes before closing. A lady answered saying she would make note and I would get a call next day. Nothing. When someone is bringing you business, why don't you just listen to what they are telling you. It's your job to check insurance so just do your job.

I am very satisfied with the service Dr. Gregory and his staff provided. I had two teeth extracted in November ‘22, and subsequent implant surgery in February. Both surgeries were done without any problems and practically pain free. The entire staff at Mark S Gregory is courteous, professional, and helpful. The girls at the front desk greeted me with smiles and were very attentive the moment I walked into the office. The office is very clean and sanitized. The dentist and his assistant Alyssa did a great job of making me feel comfortable, they were both patient with me because I have a fear of needles, and explained to me what to expect during the procedure. Dr. Mark Gregory has been our oral surgeon for my oldest son. He had to have several teeth extracted for braces, as well as his wisdom teeth. We have had consultations and surgeries. We never had to go back or call in. He and his staff are very professional and thorough. We have never had problems with billing. They thoroughly explain the process I. Every facet. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with healthcare in 30 years. Now, we are using him to perform extraction on my other son.

I was so nervous when I went in because a friend told me taking 4 wisdom teeth can take 2 to 3 hrs, so I went there already scared. But they took great care of me both professionally and very caring too. I woke up and all I was asking was " what's the time, this is quick " I was surprised it was less than an hour Thank you so much Dr. S. Gregory and team for making this a peaceful and beautiful experience for me.

Dr. Gregory is a non-narcotic practice. Wisdom tooth removal was successful, but pain was intense, and they will not give you more than 800mg of ibuprofin. i was never informed beforehand, or else i would have not gone to this doctor. if you need more pain management, they tell you to go to the ER. This is not a cheap doctor compared to others, and i would expect more support. if you think you can't tolerate wisdom tooth removal without stronger pain medication, find another doctor.

Clean place and caring staff and doctor. Went to get bottom 2 wisdom teeth. Within an hour I was waking up from the anesthesia and they were done. Fast and clean job ?? I never felt any pain after the swelling and numb went away. I would definitely recommend this place.

The office is so clean and smells great . The staff and doctor are very attentive. They inform you of all the procedure . What to do before and what to expect the day of surgery. My 15 year old niece had surgery to remove all 4 of her wisdom teeth here and everything went well for her . She felt great in a couple of days . Base on that, I am here for my daughter’s surgery. Streamlined check-in, X-ray, consultation, and financial overview of proposed surgery. Was surprised that the 2-min x-ray incurred a $300 charge, not covered by my very standard Cigna dental insurance. In such cases, it would nice to discount the X-ray cost. Seems excessive given that it's necessary for the consultation.

Spent the better part of a year going through a dental implant process and Dr. Gregory and his staff kept me informed and comfortable with it the entire time. There were no financial surprises, the procedure itself (in its multiple phases) went as expected and the aftercare/pain management was excellent. Hopefully this was a one-time situation but would definitely go to them again should the need arise.

Overall pretty good experience, except for the fact that they did not give me and kind of ice pack to help the pain and swelling immediately after my surgery. Would have been more pleased if they would have done that and told me better details on after care of my mouth.
We are sorry if you didn’t receive an ice pack, we along with the rest of the world have been struggling getting some of our supplies on a normal timeline. Our vendors have been running slow and occasionally we do not have the ice packs to provide. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope that you are recovering swiftly! ? if you have any questions about aftercare please don’t hesitate to call us.

Where do I start?! Well reviews don't lie, but I was also referred by Henegar Dental which is right next door to Dr. Gregory. I have been extending the time to have my wisdom teeth extracted because I was so nervous of the whole process and who to receive the surgery by. I am so thankful that I listened to Dr. Henegar and the reviews because now I want to inform everyone to have their surgery completed by Mark S. Gregory DDS MD and associates. The front desk staff are professional, well-dressed, friendly, and so forth. Location is great, clean area, and clean office. Melissa, Dr. Gregory's assistant, is amazing and she followed up with me a few hours after my appointment although I was sleeping due to my medication, she still left a message. I called Melissa today to inform her about my progress, she remembered me, and she provided advice and tips for me to continue to recover in the best way possible. Thank you all.

Overall I had a good experience with Dr Gregory and his team. I was told by my Dentist on a Monday/Tuesday that I needed my wisdom teeth out, She referred me to Dr Gregory and I am so glad. I had my initial review the next day Wednesday and my wisdom teeth out by Friday! The team took great precautions for Covid, I felt safe in the office as they limit people in the waiting room and everyone was wearing masks etc. I also felt the pricing was competitive (I called about 5-8 different places). While I recovered in the standard amount of time, the office never called to see if I was OK post-surgery, which I feel is standard practice for any other office. I will return if I have any oral surgery needs and would definitely recommend him.

This place has wasted 7 months of my time, my daughter still has a fused baby tooth and this place can't be bothered with her because she has medicaid. So now I am doing their job for them and wasting even more of my time. Do yourself a favor and find a DDS that cares about their patients, regardless of their insurance. Update to response: No thank you. My insurance told me they informed you 2x of the correct code to file the claim under. If you do not have the basic intelligence level to follow simple directions, you do not qualify to perform an evasive procedure on my child. The 1 star review stays. Good day to you. Final update: Found another oral surgeon, who upon examination determined my daughter's tooth was not fused to her jaw bone. 1 visit and 45 minutes later the tooth was out and we can now go on with our lives. I'm very thankful that my daughter didn't have to have an unnecessary evasive procedure just to line your company's pockets. Once again thank you for wasting so much of my time.
We understand your frustration with getting a procedure approved through insurance. Our office has tried twice to get it approved for you. However, we need to be clear, this practice does not discriminate or treat patients any differently based on whether or not they have insurance or the type of insurance they have. Please let us know if you would like us to continue to appeal your pre-determination with your insurance carrier.

Rude receptionist December 16. 2020 4:45PM. I have already submitted paperwork and requested appointments since November 30th. She starts by grilling me on what I need done, not just asking and then asks for contact and insurance information I've already submitted via the web site. They seem lax and not in need of patients so I'm going somewhere else. Dr. Gregory just lo$t a patient becau$e of front office $taff.
We value our front office team, they are trained to gather as much information upfront in order to minimize confusion and streamline the patient wait time and experience on the appointment date. Since you were not willing to share with us your name or the dentist who referred you we were unable to pull up any information that you may or may not have submitted online. We are sorry to hear that you were unable to get the appointment scheduled, if we can be of further assistance please let us know how we can help!

The staff was very kind, helpful and considerate. They were professional and services were fast (even though I was knocked out!) They ran a IV very easy on me. I did wake up crying because I wasn't prepared for what I would feel, but I learned that is normal with surgery. They had my prescriptions ordered and ready for pick up. I had a referral from my dentist to come here for wisdom teeth removal. It had already been quite the hassle to remove them and they made the last leg of it super smooth! Very nice and helpful staff and the procedure/recovery was a breeze. I later had concerns of an infection and they quickly were able to see me again to make sure everything was healthy. On top of all that, the staff in the lobby was nice enough to keep my mom entertained while I went under! Overall, a great practice.

I was so nervous to get my procedure done, but Melisa kept reassuring me that everything would be ok. When Dr. Gregory came in, he was very nice and explained the procedure. He answered all of my questions. All I remember, is him putting the IV in my arm and waking up. Sylvia wheeled me out to the car, and that was that. Super smooth experience overall. The staff is very very nice and knowledgeable, and definitely make you feel comfortable. I will always recommend Dr. Gregory and his team for your oral surgery needs! Thank you all again!

I was advised he would meet with me after my child was taken to a room the day of the procedure. But that didn't happen. The surgery was taken care and recovery was easy. I am 52, and had my first wisdom tooth removed. I have some anxiety about dental work, and admit to being scared. I was concerned about the procedure and about after care. The staff was pleasant. They addressed my concerns and answered my questions. That was helpful, but not as helpful as just getting it done. I got the meds. I went to sleep. The next thing i know i am on my way out. I experienced no pain. I didnt even get the prescription offered. I am five days out and doing great. I am grateful for the service.

Hey just wanted to get on here and say what a wonderful experience I had getting my wisdom teeth removed today. At first I was terrified with the idea of general anesthesia but thank god I was in place in hands of a wonderful team giving me the full details I sat down got put in my iv and next thing I wake up with the wonderful staff telling me I’m done and I was in shook thinking it would hurt and up till now I’m very grateful for my experience. Overall wonderful experience and if anyone else is scared of surgery don’t be if I can do it you can too!!!!!! (I’m such a nervous/easily scared person )

I’ve had 2 posts/implants done by Dr Gregory and both went perfect. The whole staff is wonderful there and helpful in explaining insurance and all that fun stuff. Dr Gregory has an excellent “bedside manner” and is the perfect balance of professional expert but also good listener to hear any concerns and explain all the details of the procedure to put you at ease. The same goes for the great nurse/surgery assistant. He was recommended by my regular dentist and I now I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I just had my surgery don’t in this past Friday 2/7/2020 and everyone there was great. The nurses there made me feel at ease from the time I walked in the 2 ladies at the front desk were welcoming and greeting me when I walked in( which is a big deal for me walking in a place of business).I don’t know the young lady name who was singing with me and dancing a little in the room while preparing for surgery but she made my fears fade away. Dr. Gregory was nice and quick all I remember is him greeting me and next thing you know they were finished. Lol if anyone ask I will definitely recommend. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.

Let me start off by saying that I have a fear of any type of dental work. Just the thought of going to a dentist office makes me nervous and the excuses just start appearing out of thin air as to why I shouldn’t go to my appointment. With that said, I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful my experience was with Dr. Gregory and staff. Yes, I called...many times just to ask whether or not I will feel any shots in my mouth for my wisdom teeth (all four) extraction. Rest assured, I didn’t even feel the IV go in and before I knew it I was waking up getting prepped to leave. Zero pain the entire experience. Every step is talked about and the procedure went very smooth and everyone in the office was very kind and encouraging. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. Thank you again to everyone at Dr. Gregory’s office.

I had a wisdom tooth surgery. The minute I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. The staffs are very professional and amazing team. Dr. Gregory is very gentle and kind. I was expecting severe pain after surgery, but I don’t have any pain at all. They help you walk into car after surgery with great care and even call back after few hours to check if we are doing fine and require any other help. The staff and Dr. Mark Gregory were gentle, swift and professional from check-in through post procedure. I’m so pleased I was allowed to pick up my prescriptions a day prior to the surgery so I didn’t have to wait for the pharmacy to fill the day of. At the consultation, the information about how to prepare for the procedure and the insurance coverage information was clearly presented. I’m now happily at home on the couch with a pint of Blue Bell and recovering comfortably. If you need your wisdom teeth removed, I highly recommend Dr. Mark Gregory. :D

This place is amazing!!! Had my wisdom teeth removed at this location. When I came in for my surgery I was a little worried. Not to found of going under with anesthesia. But Dr. Gregory and assistant Melisa made me forget about all that. Next thing I knew it I was woken and time to go. Kelly and Melisa helped me into the car and home I went. They really do take care of you. I will always take me or my family here. Thank you everyone!!!

Great office staff! My son is 16 and having to get his wisdom teeth out. They made him feel welcome and helped ease his mind for his upcoming surgery. They also got him in the followung day when I let them know he was in pain. They answered all questions we had and we could tell that they did truly care. Thank you!!!

I went to Dr.Gregory's office to have my wisdom teeth taken out. I was extremely nervous because I had never had surgery before and Ive heard many awful stories about the pain afterwards. I had them removed and Im incredibly pleased about the whole process. The staff was very professional, understanding and answered all of my questions. They gave very clear and helpful instructions for recovery. I never felt any pain! Some discomfort from swelling yes, but never pain. I highly recommend this office, they truly went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met!

So I was nervous for the entire process of getting my wisdom teeth removed to be honest, the paperwork wasn’t half bad, it took 15 minutes to complete, the AMAZING thing is they send your medication prescriptions electronically so after your done you just go ahead and pick everything up. The surgery took 30 minutes according to my grandpa, the only thing I remember was getting my HIV placed in and Doc putting my anasethia in there, and waking up. I thought I was asleep hours! 9-10 hours after surgery the swelling was completely gone and I had no pain at all! 24 hours later and still no pain, I’m taking my pain meds just in case I start feeling anything. All in all, it was quick, and easy, the amount of time you spend in there is like 2 hours tops, which is amazing! THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. GREGORY!!

Best experience, smoothest recovery. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed a few years ago by Dr. Gregory. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was very nervous to go under anesthesia during the extraction but Dr. Gregory was very kind and reassuring & it was over in no time! The staff was amazing and caring - they called to check on me & see how recovery was going at home. I experienced no pain & was eating by the following day. My friend also noted that they made it very easy for her to pull up to the side door after the procedure so she could drive me home :) Very appreciative, thank you!!

Worse place ever!! Very slow with your results and they do not care if a patient is in the hospital. The doctors at our hospital said this was the most unprofessional "DDS" they have dealt with. The staff does not care when you call about your concerns. Please stay away from this office!!!!! Please!! I will spread the word.

When laboratory and or pathology testing and reporting is required to establish a specific systemic diagnosis, these outside agencies require additional time to complete accurate testing. As soon as i walked in i was greeted and felt welcomed by the ladies in the front desk. I would have rated 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that nobody spoke Spanish. I’m fluent in both English and Spanish so this wasn’t a problem for me but there were two people who walked in needing help with the paper work because it was only offered in English. I offered to help them fill out the paper work and translated it in order for them to understand. Especially having a location in Irving i would like to think they considered hiring bilingual employees.

Great Experience. Have visited dr gregory on Sept 7th to have my wisdom teeth extracted. The had given me anesthesia to put me to sleep. I did not even know when the procedure was completed. Very friendly staff. it would be good if the staff would have provide post procedure care in more detail. Would recommend this place to every one who wants to get their wisdom teeth removed.

I went to Dr. Gregory a year ago to get 2 implants placed. Although I didn’t feel nothing because I was sedated, the end results were awful. I now have gone to more than 5 doctors to try to repair my smile. The implant was placed wrong and it looks like I have a metal piece sticking out of my gums. My gum is gray and it has receded so much. He never placed bone graft like he said he was. I wish I would of done my research more throughly but since I trusted the dentist who send me to him I didn’t hesitate. He specializes in wisdom teeth removal and placing implants yet he doesn’t see the overall picture and end results. I am still in temporarys because doctor see my case in being to hard. I hate my smile now and I’ve paid thousand of dollars to get my smile back to how it was... it’s still a process and i hope I can get it to where I want it to be. But do I recommend this doctor, No!! I suggest you do more work before letting someone do your work.

The PERFECT experience!!! I have been told for years that my wisdom teeth needed to be removed but because they have never given me problems, I didn't bother with removing them. My dentist Dr. Henegar referred me to Dr. Gregory and since my schedule was open I decided to proceed with getting my (long overdue) teeth extracted. I had a consultation with him and he was extremely professional, polite, and set my expectations. I must admit I was nervous but it was all for nothing. Dr. Gregory did an AMAZING job. I experienced some soreness and a little tenderness to the touch (which is to be expected) but I experienced no pain or noticeable discomfort during my recovery. I highly recommend him to anyone needing an oral surgeon. Great doctor and very friendly staff :).

My dentist referred me to Dr. Gregory's office. He, as well as everyone on his staff, are absolutely wonderful. Even though I was in for a minor procedure and would be sedated, I was still a little nervous. Dr. Gregory was very reassuring and made me feel right at ease. Sara was his assistant for my surgery. I met with her at the consultation and she was with me throughout my appointment. You can really tell that she is there because she loves taking care of her patients. I can not say enough good things about my entire experience, from the actual procedure itself, to Dr. Gregory, his assistants and the whole office staff.

I really enjoyed the spray that they used to numb my hand before inserting the IV. Even though its not a big pain at all without the spray, it just made the process that much more enjoyable. I was referred to Dr. Mark Gregory by my dentist. My first impression during my initial Dental consultation last month was awesome. I was very impressed with the warm welcome greetings from the Front Office team and the knowledge and experience of explaining the Dental Implant process from Melissa and Dr. Gregory was very good. I knew right after my 1st visit that I wanted my Dental Implants done by this office. As I had the procedure done on 1/6, I was a little nervous about having this surgery, but Dr Gregory and his amazing surgical team made me feel at ease and they kept telling me 'I was in good hands and they would take good care of me!'. First off, let explain my fear of needles. It is more of a phobia! I will kick, scream, and cry when I am even near a needle. I needed to get two teeth extracted, #19 and #1. uring my consult I spoke with a very nice lady who explained the process and answered all of my questions. Then we did X-Rays. After that the Dentist came in, and explained the process even more. He made me feel very comfortable. Then I got to speak with Vicky. She helped me with the payment and made me feel more at ease. I strongly recommend this dentist office to anyone in need. They are very professional, the office is very clean. The staff is the best! Oh, and the needle, I didn't really feel. I still got tense and it made me nervous, but he sprayed this cold spray at the site of injection, and I barely felt it poke me. I never once was pressured to get a dental implant. I know I needed one, but I could not afford it.

The whole process was a lot faster than I had expected which is fantastic. From my consultation date to appointment. The staff certainly made me feel welcome and were all very friendly. On the day of my appointment I only had to sign a paper then take a seat but as soon as I sat down I was already called on. So basically no wait time at all! I didn't even feel the surgery and by the time I got out an hour hadn't gone by. Unfortunately due to the anesthesia I wasn't aware of what was going on so I didn't get chance to thank Dr.Gregory and staff for their wonderful and professional work. But I did get a call from them hours later to see how I was doing and was able to thank them then. But once again, thank you Dr. Gregory and all the associates as well for such a wonderful experience. I most definitely will be recommending this location!
