Needless to say I could not express my true feelings about a horrible experience and outcome that cost me nearly $21,000. Dental implants?? What I actually received were dentures bolted into my mouth. As of 5/11/24 ... Your recent excuse is laughable. My photos are date stamped and coincide with dental appointment entries on my calendar. One way to hide bad reviews is to change the name of your business. The sad truth about implant dentistry is there is a lot of dishonesty. Check out Smile Masters Dental Implants on Yelp. I am now paying someone 15,000 $ to fix my regret. My teeth are just over priced dentures. This place puts in cheap teeth so you have to keep going back for expensive repairs. There are places on the internet where you can buy 5 star reviews. If you wish to eat soft food for the rest of your life then this is the place for you Smile Masters is the former name of this business. This office maybe under the same owner but not the same name check out Smile Masters on Yelp for the real truth. A long list of one star reviews. The owners response to my review is a load. Nobody with his personality gets that many 5 star reviews the ones on Yelp are real the ones on the new name are not remember Smile Masters on Yelp. First Dental and Smile Masters have the same address. I should get a refund for hiding all the bad reviews. This will prove that someone is a lier. Read the Yelp reviews then you will know what you know. The temperery teeth i now have from GPS are a 100 times stronger than the crap I got from 1st Dental. Update 10/18/24 Yesterday, I read doctor reply to my review, he encouraged me in his response to contact him and to come to office to resolve some issues (see Dr Kass reply below). I need a veneer and a bridge glued back on that had fallen in the last two weeks. I decided again to put my trust in this doctor to glue my veneer and bridge and take his offer to resolve my complaints. I also wanted to get cost to replace front veneers so the lengths are more similar. I made the appointment. Today I got a call from doctor Kass. I was thinking he was calling to work out a resolution before I came in. Instead he immediately asked why I made appointment to see him after I had left a negative review on Google. He said he would not see me unless I remove the negative review and sign letter that I will not write another negative review. I said I would remove my review if he can agree to fix some things. He wouldn't agree to fix anything and so I didn't agree to remove my review. When a "dental makeover" cost is more than a new car, it should look as nice as what many people have naturally. A "makeover" looks like the model I was shown and told I would get. A makeover is not what I received. I only expected the sample I was shown when I agreed to "makeover", or at least something closer to that than what I received. I was even willing to pay more for what I was promised just to have what I was sold and anticipated for a year while in treatment Before 10/18/24 * Didn’t get what I paid for and what I was shown to expect (see photos). Sadly, I paid for a new set of dental problems. * $30,000 full mouth makeover. Included implants, crowns, veneers. Came for implants and was talked into much more. Convinced I would have beautiful teeth and a perfect smile. I didn't smile much before and I still don't smile much now. * I was told it would take 4 months and took 1 year. * I have terrible wider gap on one side after "restoration/makeover". teeth are not evenly aligned on both sides like the model I was shown and I was told I would get. friends and family noticed when I show them my new teeth. They ask why the left and right side are not even * photos speak for themselves * from first day back teeth are shorter than model and my bite overlaps more than normal * Front veneers are all different length and no two line up in length * A veneer came off now on five occasions. Twice while using waterpik. When I waterpik I think I will lose a veneere in the sink, I close the drain first. * crown broke while eating nuts and chips. * I live with a night guard and day guard in mouth. * The temporary molding continuously cracked or broke while eating before finally getting my permanent teeth a year later. My new teeth now break. * A crown has been replaced twice from breakage * Today I came for a cleaning and to have my broken crown looked at (see photos). I scheduled appointment to allow for both things to be done. I left with a cleaning I paid for, and still have broken crown. My teeth were not looked at by the doctor. I will fill holes myself with dental cement from pharmacy * a lot of cash and two financial dental loans I took out for this and still making monthly payments * Any initial cost savings from coming here has disappeared from travel, time, repairs, and disappointment

I really love this place I can definitely tell the implant specialist, and nurses know what they are doing. Because I researched the procedure’s that I would need, which are three implants. And everything I researched, the dentist did. And so far I haven’t had any problems. Today March 21, 2022, I received my permanent crowns, and abutment. And everything Looks and feels great. These pictures are from today March 21, 2022 so may see a little blood because I’m literally just getting done. But overall, I would definitely recommend them.

The servers was rude after they found out I won't buy any of their "recommendation".Dr. Kass put profit before patient obviously. For the implant there is gap between crown and implant screw ,so it always has food stuck there, I need floss often ,The surround nerves was painful from time to time for one year since the implant. Dr. Kass said I should not feel pain coz he remove my root . This pain solved by another dentist later. Other than floss often Implant require teeth clean at dental shop every a few of mounths,so I suggest only do implant when the tooth root can't fix ,Do not do it because want pretty tooth,coz implant still require constant care and not as strong as nuture tooth . Dr.Kass told me my imlpant won't last one year if I don't buy nightguard from him ,Even though he knew I had nightguard (from somewhere else ). When I went back for adjust my crown ,Dr.kass scold nurse "why she is here"in front my room that I can hear it clear. This might be the worst purchase experience I ever had.Those 5 star review seems paid review to me .

I came here for Adult braces about 4 ish years ago and just got them off today. This office has been nothing but accommodating and understanding for the 4 years that I’ve seen them. I even went MIA for about 6 months during the COVID pandemic and all it took was a phone call for them to schedule me back in and with no questions asked, mind you. Above all , after coming back my original Ortho had left and passed the torch over to their new Ortho, Dr. Frisch. She not only took me in as her patient but made sure I knew what was going on every month I’d report in for my check up. It’s a shame I’ve forgot the name of my original Ortho but regardless I’m glad I got to have my final Orthodontist appointment under Dr. Frisch’s care. I’ve got some proper teeth now cause of her!

I went to Dr. Kass Nourishad for implants on the upper and lower right side of my mouth for $9500. Dr. Kass suggested to install Veneer teeth for the rest of my teeth and said this was the time to do it so that he can adjust the implants to match the rest of my teeth for $20000. He said my teeth are ugly against my personal opinion and he showed his full set of Veneer teeth for the way my teeth will look. I decided to go ahead with his suggestion. After spending $9500 for two implants and $20,000 for Veneer crowns, one of the front Veneer tooth broke few weeks after installing. I made an appointment and vent to Dr. Kass Nourishad office to get the tooth replaced. Dr. Kass was very disrespectful to me and said I was not careful and broke the tooth. He pointed to me as if I do not know any thing and it is my fault. When I said this was an accident and asked him if it happened with other customers, he said no, this never happened before. It takes 4 to 6 weeks to get Veneer crowns made not one day as they advertise. While waiting for the replacement tooth, I was eating a caramel lollypop that was sticky and one other Veneer crown came loose by sticking to the lollypop. I called Dr. Kass office and went there to have the tooth cement back in place. On this visit Dr. Kass was disrespectful and very angry that made me very uncomfortable for going to his office. Dr. Kass drop tools on the table with rude and loud angry voice while he glued my tooth back in place. I did not say any thing and left his office. One week later the other broken tooth was ready and I went to his office to install the new tooth. He charged me $700 and said it is the lab cost. I have a friend who has worked in a dentist’s office for 20 years and she told me it only cost $100 to get a crown made. I could not believe Dr. Kass attitude and customer service until I checked on internet reviews under their previous name and the same office address on Google at: Smile Masters Dental Implants & Orthodontics Group – Yelp Reviews. The reviews on Yelp with one or two starts is more like the experience I had at this dentist and I will never go back to them again. Check the link below before going there. That is an exceptional fee, and anyone would be very happy to receive a U.S.A made Implant, abutment and crown for such low fees. At least you admit you had received excellent treatment, and you fractured one cosmetic veneer by chewing a lollypop. Yes, popcorn and sticky Lollypop are the number one cause of tooth fracture in U.S. Pediatric dentists always advise kids to stay away from a sticky hard Lollypop.
Yes, it does take weeks to process cosmetic veneers, and there is NOWAY to manufacture a lab processed veneer in one day.
We feel there is a misunderstanding about comprehensive dental procedures, and fees, and we are being targeted unjustly. We hope that you would please consider facts.

1st, I must admit I'm not a huge fan of dentist (of any sort). But I am a huge fan of turning a negative into a positive, and I was able to do just that...with 1st Dental. I have been coming here for about 2 years now, and I must say it's been a positive experience. Dr. Kass and the entirety of his staff, are exceptional. They are masters of their craft, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, compassionate, caring, and understanding. I truly only have positive things to say. I can't begin to express how thankful I am for the staff at First Dental. I've gone over a decade never wanting to show my teeth because of how they looked. I came in on a Monday and had X-rays and treatment plan, and by Friday, I had my first extractions. The staff was exceptionally accommodating to my worries and needs, and they helped me through every step. I was terrified of the process, and I was dreading the pain that I was sure to endure. I think we can all say that most of us don't like dental procedures. From the start, with the first injection of numbing medicine, I was relieved at how painless it was. It went by quickly and without incident, and I had minimal soreness and swelling when I went home. After my procedure, I was handed a mirror, and I cried. For the first time in a long while, I saw my smile in the mirror and I wasn't disgusted. I thanked them with everything I had in me, and I walked out of that office showing my new smile to the world. I feel like a new person, and First Dental did amazing work. I can't recommend them enough.

My son went to Dr. Kass for evaluation and to have dental impressions for retainers. Dr. Kass's staff were very professional, and kind. They took the impressions and made the retainers on the same day because of their in-house lab. Dr. Kass has the state of the art equipment and state of the art expertise. They transformed a procedure which took up to one week in the past into a same day procedure with product delivered the same day. This was a fantastic experience. I almost started the process of full implant replacement with Clear Choice after viewing their (misleading) commercials, but am SO glad that events brought me here instead! Dr Kass has been amazing, and he really bent over backwards to make sure my short notice scheduling could be done, since I had out of state employment projects to work around. The specially designed new teeth replaced those worn down to mere nubs through grinding in my sleep. I now wear a night guard to prevent repeating that damage... My wife calls my new smile my "Hollywood Face", and says it even took years off my apparent age! Best dental decision I ever made!

I was going to go to Mexico for this extensive dental work, but after speaking with Dr. Kass, I decided to have the work done by him. The main reason why I am giving this place 5 stars is because of Dora (dental assistant) she honestly went above and beyond for me. I can not thank her enough for everything she has done for me, the dental world needs more people like her! Overall, this place is amazing and that is why I will remain a patient here.

I happened on this facility by accident. We were driving by and i saw the big sign out front of the building. I called and made an appointment for my daughter to have a consult for braces. I have purchased 4 different sets of braces for my family so i am familiar with the process. The office staff was very accommodating and helpful. After we agreed with the treatment plan and amount. They allowed me to make payments over a period of time which was helpful because i did not have the money to pay in full. It has been 7 months since we started treatment and they are still just as helpful as they were on the first day. Lets talk about the quality of work. As i said before, this is not my first rodeo. The orthodontist is extremely professional and listens to my recommendations. He is also gentle with my daughter and make sure she is comfortable. Last comment is to say this facility gets a five star from me because of the quality of service and easy payments. It is not easy to get five stars from me because i have a lot of experience.

I have been going to the First Dental Implant Center for many years, and I must say that Dr. Kass and his wonderful staff Have done a great job on my gums and teeth. When I first came to them I did not have such a great smile. I was wearing a partial, and my teeth needed a lot of work. I am a speech Professor, and the partial was making it hard to talk as precisely as I needed to. Dr. Kass introduced me to implants, as I was losing my chewing teeth. Care Credit came to my rescue and helped me with a payment plan without interest, and over the years I got new crowns and five implants, and intense work on my gums, and Dr. Kass also gave me a wonderful smile with four veneers in the front. I loved how I looked when he finished. Before Dr. Kass came to my rescue, I hated my smile in photos, and now at age 78, I look years younger. The office is more than clean; and he has all the latest tools in dental care, and so gentle Dr. Kass has made it almost painless. I say almost because I am a big baby when it comes to pain. I also want to mention that Irean Tam who takes care of cleaning my teeth and gums is wonderful as well and has taught me how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Also, the center has always rescued me in any emergency that comes up that would save me from having to face my students with a broken or missing tooth. Hard to love a trip to the dentist but Dr Kass and his staff did everything possible to make it a pleasant experience. Every aspect of the treatment was perfect. They worked with my insurance company and quoted a price that was very close to my actual bill. They pre-prescribed my post surgical meds so that I did not have any painful trips to the pharmacy on the day. Dr Kass kept me fully informed during the procedure. This was really helpful as I found that quite calming. He even called me later that night and the following day to make sure I was comfortable and recovering well. In a little while my procedure will be complete and I will have that Hollywood smile. Thanks

Dr. Kass is an amazing dentist as well as all his lovely staff members. The prices are very reasonable and its very efficient because he does just about everything so you do not have to go jumping around from one dentist to another. Furthermore he actually cares about the patients' teeth because I have had incidents in the past with other dentists where they have tried to turn dentistry into a nasty business by filling in cavities where there should be root canals (and getting charged extra a few years down the road where I had to get the root canal anyways). The only downside was sitting during a root canal despite being numb, but I guess everyone has to do that.
