First and foremost, five stars is not enough for a number of reasons. From the initial phone call I made to book an appointment to the moment we walked out, we were given the highest level of care. When I made that initial call, I was greeted by a warm and very friendly staff member. I was able to 'see' her smile throughout the entire call. For me - also working in the medical field - the initial call is most important as that is usually the first form of contact between a potential patient and the clinic. That call definitely exceeded my expectations and set the bar high for my daughter's initial exam. Between the initial call and the day of my daughter's scheduled appointment, they were extremely generous with the appointment reminders. An act I personally appreciated. Come the day of the appointment, we were greeted with the same warm and friendly attitude/demeanor. A beautiful, white and bright smile upon check-in, which was a breeze. Shortly after, the dental assistant called us back and was extremely patient with my very shy daughter (3 yo). The moment we walked into the exam room, she made it her mission to make my little one feel welcome and relaxed. She took her time showing my little one all of the tools - and the TV overhead - so she would sit in the chair on her own like the big, brave girl she is. She showered her with little trinkets in attempts to get her even more comfortable. A mission that was very much successful. She was extremely gentle when it came time to clean the teeth and floss. She even praised my little one for being brave and doing a tremendous job. Shortly after, Dr. Abraham came in. She, too, greeted us with a warm smile and was extremely polite. She was just as patient and gentle with my little one. She politely expressed her thoughts as well as took the time to listen and answer all of my questions and concerns both respectfully and professionally. Once the exam was complete, they provided my little one with a 'dental goody bag' and praised my daughter once more. I know she felt cared for and could feel how proud we were of her. Check-out was also a breeze. The receptionist (one of two) had a warm, welcoming smile on her face and confessed she was the one who took my initial call. She was politely reassuring on payment/billing, to which I personally don't give a second thought due to working in the medical field. I am fully aware of how insurance is and can be (eye roll). Every single staff member was polite and professional. All forms of communication were thorough. The clinic itself is extremely nice, clean and aesthetically pleasing both on the inside and outside. Needless to say (after all of this), Castle Hills Pediatric Dentistry is the preferred pediatric dentist for my family. Thank you Dr. Abraham and the amazing staff for the exceptional care we received.

I took my 6yo sons here this week and had great visits! One of my boys has some anxiety and I could tell they were being very intentional about his appt and how it would go. They were quick, they walked him through everything that was going to happen/was happening and kept him updated on where he was in that process. TONGUE TIE SUCCESS STORY! My newborn had a tongue tie, long story short he was eating well and had more serious medical issues to focus on first, so we left it alone for the first few years. As he grew older, of course it became more of an issue with eating tougher foods, speech, and tongue range of motion. We first went to an ENT (a really good and nice guy) and was shocked when they told us they’d have to book an OR and fully sedate him. The cost was insane and I wasn’t too thrilled about him going completely under. Then a friend told me about Dr. Abraham. I talked to our family dentist, reached out to her office and was shocked again…she could handle it quickly, with minimal medical interventions, correctly, all while keeping my kid still happy about seeing the dentist. He was on minimal pain meds and even returned to school the next day with minimal discomfort while eating. All in all, after getting the price with insurance from the ENT and then paying for the dentist fully out of pocket, the difference was $3,500 (probably more). I love Dr. Abraham and her whole staff. It was a great experience. My son’s tongue looks so excellent and it’s completely functional. His speech is rapidly getting better and he’s more comfortable than ever.

This was our first visit to the dentist, admittedly a little late for our older child. Upon arrival, Claudia greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. When we were called back by Ruth, she went over and beyond to make sure my 4yr old, was comfortable and walked him through the process very thoroughly. She was kind and patient and while he’s typically shy and nervous in new situations, he warmed up to her very quickly, which speaks to her skills. The cleaning was easy - again, with her walking him through every step to make sure he knew what was happening. Dr Abraham was kind and friendly, and even though we have some issues to address, didn’t make me feel guilty and embarrassed for the problems, just helped explain the options and walk me through the steps to rectify. I really appreciated that, as it can be so nerve racking to go to the dentist when you’re worried about being lectured. It was a 10/10 visit. So glad we found Castle Hills pediatric dentistry!

The dentist is fine. However the amount of communication I’ve received leading up to an appointment is insane. They called me DAILY 3-4 weeks before my appointment and said if I didn’t confirm at least by 3 weeks prior they would cancel my daughter’s appointment. I’m a working parent and my schedule is dynamic. I’m also busy in calls during the day and answering the phone isn’t always an option. I confirmed the appointment and now a week out I get now an email asking me to confirm the appointment. I guess there’s a 0% chance you’ll “forget” about the appointment. It’s an insane amount of spam/communication for a simple annual dentist appointment.

Because appointments are scheduled up to six months in advance, we do require confirmation several weeks prior and send reminders as the visit approaches to help avoid missed appointments. We understand this may not be ideal for every family, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

Our first visit to Castle Hills Pediatric Dentistry was such a great experience for my child. From the moment we walked in, they had a welcome message with my child’s name on it, which immediately made my child feel special and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and efficient, getting us in quickly without feeling rushed. During the appointment, all of my concerns were addressed, and the dentist provided helpful, personalized instructions specifically for my child. It’s clear their services are truly tailored to kids and their unique needs. Dr. Simi Abraham was patient, kind, and great at explaining everything. Ruth, the dental assistant, did an amazing job helping my child through the X-rays and kept everything calm and comfortable the entire time. Claudia at the front desk was also incredibly helpful, clearly explaining upcoming procedure costs and being very transparent about billing, insurance coverage, and what portion we would be responsible for. Another great touch is that kids get to choose a movie to watch during treatment, which really helps distract them and makes the visit much less stressful. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and are very happy to have found such a caring and kid-friendly dental office.

So happy we chose Castle Hills for our boys dental needs! My oldest son needed a lot of work done so we opted for the sedation dentistry. The experience has been great and everyone has been so kind and caring towards us and our sweet boy. He was extremely nervous but Dr Abraham and the Anesthesiologist were great with him and patient and it helped a lot as parents to be able to be with him while he was being put to sleep. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. We initially received a treatment plan for our child that was conservative and non-invasive. However, after couple of months—and with his condition worsening—we were suddenly presented with a much more invasive option involving nitrous oxide (for a 4 year old). Despite having concerns and asking for more time to consider the options, the office did not work with us to find a mutually agreeable solution. Instead, they decided to part ways with our child, effectively dismissing him from their care, while only offering limited support for emergencies over the next 30 days. I appreciate clear communication in healthcare, but I felt pressured into a treatment plan that did not reflect our concerns or comfort level. When a provider is unwilling to listen and collaborate on what is best for a patient, it leaves a lasting negative impression. I hoped for a more patient-centered and compassionate approach, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations.

My son took a tumble at a park on New Years Day that we needed to get checked out. I called first thing the next morning and they so kindly fit us into the schedule (as new patients) even though they were full because of Christmas break for kiddos! They had such genuine customer service at all levels from the front of house to the back, and did such a great job explaining everything to my first time dentist visiting toddler. I was expecting to have to wait knowing how busy they were, but they were true to time in getting us back for our appointment. They also were intentional and thorough with our time and didn’t make me feel like they were trying to rush us out. We were blown away by the exceptional care and tailored experience at Castle Hills Pediatric Dentistry! Our toddler's first and second dentist visits were a breeze, thanks to the amazing team and Dr. Abraham's expertise. We were worried about tantrums and non-cooperation, but the entire experience was designed to make our little one feel comfortable and excited. From the colorful waiting area to the fun, kid-friendly explanations, every detail was thoughtfully considered. Dr. Abraham was phenomenal! She connected with our toddler instantly, making him comfortable and feel at ease. She explained everything in a way he could understand, making the experience enjoyable and empowering. The best part? Our toddler left the dentist office beaming with pride, eager to show off his new toothbrush & goodie bag, and can't wait for his next visit! My husband and I were wanting information from a pediatric dentist regarding tongue tie for our 7 week old, who has a minor tongue tie. Castle Hills Pediatric Dentistry was one of the few pediatric dentistries I came across, versus family dentistries, when searching around and I’m so glad we found them! We were impressed by this place from the initial phone call to schedule a consult for information. The front office staff was friendly, personable, and went above and beyond to help make sure we had the information we were not only asking for but information regarding insurance and what to expect with the visit as well. They looked into my insurance and let me know that unfortunately my insurance wouldn’t cover the procedure if we did decide to have it done with them, but my husband and I felt so comfortable with them even just over the phone that we were ok paying on our own. Dr. Abraham took her time during our consult, answering any and all questions we had, providing more information for us to consider along with pamphlets regarding tongue tie and the correctional procedure, and made us feel so comfortable, heard, and confident that we scheduled the procedure with them before leaving the appointment. Our daughter had the procedure done today and we wish all medical experiences could be how it was today! We were welcomed by the friendly office staff and taken to the back on time to begin. Dr. Abraham made sure we were comfortable to begin by allowing us time to ask any other questions and she walked us through every part of the procedure so we knew what to expect. Once the procedure was done she had us practice the required stretching we will be needing to do for the next few weeks at home to ensure proper healing so we felt confident walking out of the office. My husband and I felt heard, welcomed, and confident throughout the whole experience! Love this place!!

Dr Abraham was the first doctor to inform us that our 3 kids had a tongue tie. Ages 13, 7 and 6. Once we had it done my oldest had better sleep and helped with his adhd. My 7yr old could pronounce words better and wouldn't sleep in weird positions. My youngest one stop wetting the bed immediately as well as better to understand while speaking. Easy procedure, fast healing and stretching video was provided for exercises at home. Best doctor in the are for this procedure.

I bring my three kids here for about a year now and the staff have been nothing but amazing! They are so welcoming and super sweet with the kiddos. My kids range from 3 to 15. We had some confusion with our insurance and they were able to look into it and figure it all out. They were very informative and went through each child in detail. They let us go in the back with my daughter (3 yr) and hold her hand. My daughter hates when people are near her mouth and barely lets me brush so I was really surprised she had her mouth open for the most part during her cleaning and exam. They were great at keeping her calm and getting her to open wide. Such a great experience for my little ones! Also the office itself is very clean and organized! TVs for each chair for the kids to watch.

We recently underwent a frenectomy here. My son felt very comfortable because the team communicated so clearly and patiently, and took extra measure to ensure he wasn’t confused or scared. I have had no issues at all here. I'm super pleased. My daughter has a disorder with several teeth that caused them to have no enamel. My son has been evaluated by multiple speech therapists, ENT, and other dentist… none stated he need to have the lingual frenectomy to relieve tongue restriction except for Dr. Abraham. We saw a huge difference within a few days. My sons’ speech increased the number of words spoken and clarity. She performed the procedure in office. I took my 3 year old son for his first dentist appointment. This place looked so amazing from the time we entered the office. They had a cute little waiting area with toys, tables and a big TV screen playing cartoons which would keep the kids entertained while waiting. The staff was welcoming and helpful. My son had an appointment today for treatment. From the beginning we were greeted by the manager and assistant. Ruth explained and showed everything to my son before doing anything. My son cooperated so well while taking the x-rays. Dr. Abraham did the exam and explained to me and showed me on the x-ray what she recommended and why. My sons first appointment was with oral sedation but was younger at another office. Now that he is older we tried it with just nitrous. I was a little nervous not knowing if it would be a successful visit for 2 fillings. The tv on the ceiling with his favorite Netflix show made him "forget" he was getting work done. This office is awesome and my kids love coming here.

After losing trust in a different pediatric dentist, a friend recommended Castle Hills Pediatric Dentistry. From the first phone call, I knew this practice cared for their patients and families. Our insurance was quickly verified, a call back was received as promised, and check in was seamless. It’s bright and cheery, but not just the decor, the staff all sported smiles. They were able to get a full set of X-rays without being pushy or upsetting my kiddo, bravo ladies! Both Ruth’s (forgive me for incorrect spelling) performed X-rays and cleaning. The cleaning was thorough and Ruth was beyond patient and kind. And Dr. Abraham…wow…I can’t speak her praises enough. She listened to my concerns, provided options, went over all images/X-rays and I never felt rushed. During checkout, we were provided documentation showing the cost of the procedure if we do not utilize our insurance. This is refreshing; no surprises, just facts to base decisions upon. We will be returning for a procedure and we have full confidence in Dr. Abraham and her practice. No need to research further just make an appointment for your children. You will not regret it.

I took my two year old son here for his first ever visit to the dentist. Unfortunately when I picked him up from daycare, he was mid-nap and hadn't eaten, so he was about as fussy as he gets. The staff members were all totally not phased by his non-stop screeching, continuing to smile and speak with sincerely polite tones. They managed to get an x-ray in spite of him flopping around. Took my 6yr old to the dentist for the first time in a while due to covid. I wasn't comfortable with the idea of a dentist visit and possible exposure, but Dr Abraham and staff were beyond precautions and professional. Only 1 parent and patient are allowed in, temperature checks are done when you walk in, then you're given hand sanitizer before being allowed back. Dr and hygienist wear a mask and face shield. My son was asked what show he wanted to watch on Netflix to make him feel more comfortable with the cleaning. They also explained what everything was and what they would do before doing it. Highly recommend this office for your children dentist visit.

It was my daughter's first time at the dentist, so I wanted to make sure my daughter's first visit was a pleasant one as to not make her anxious for future visits. While she played it off as being excited, she was still very nervous and unsure of what to expect. Everyone was extremely friendly and was very aware of what seemed to make her edgy, and gave positive reinforcement. The patient intake was simple and "modern" (i.e. all electronic forms online) and I was even able to text a photo of my insurance card for them to have on file since I did not have the physical card on me! My toddler had a traumatic accident over the weekend which resulted in her losing a front tooth. At the suggestion of the ER doctor, we called our pediatric dentist, Dr Abraham, and she responded quickly with her professional opinion. We felt we should book an appointment to be seen, just to give us piece of mind, and they were able to work us in on the next business day, even though their schedule was full. Grateful for the quick response and ability to work us in, we love Dr Abraham and staff!

Took my 2 year old daughter in for her very first dental visit. Dr Simi was so gentle and friendly that it went a lot smoother than I had anticipated. My daughter had stains on all her baby teeth, and we were referred to by our pediatrician. Dr Simi did an excellent job - my wife and I were just shocked at how great her teeth were looking after the visit. Dr Simi and all her staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was also fast and easy. They take Covid-19 seriously and take all precautions to make sure their patients are safe. I would highly recommend this facility for all your kids dental needs!

What a great experience! We recently switched dentists and I'm so glad we did. Dr. Abraham is wonderful. After the cleaning she explained the X-rays and any treatment that was needed. They checked with the insurance company and told be the cost upfront. She even offered three didn't treatment alternatives so I would be able to make an informed decision. The staff is extremely nice. They take extra care during Covid to only book one patient during a time slot so the office isn't crowded. I highly recommend Castle Hills Pediatric Dentistry!

This is a great place to go take care of your kids teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I consulted Castle hills pediatric dental clinic as an alternative sedation for my three-year-old. Dr. Abraham played with my son to prior to examining him, this calmed him down so that sedation was not even needed. Dr Abraham and her staff were professional, and courteous made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!!!

It’s a new, clean, and cute office which is child friendly. We took our 4 year old and infant this week and we received excellent care during our visit. Dr. Abraham and the staff gave complete attention to each of our children and made them feel very comfortable. She explained the aftercare and the treatment plan in great detail and ensured that we left with no questions. We did not feel rushed and was happy with the whole service. Our 4 year old wants to come back to see the dentist! We highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Castle Hills Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Abraham to any family looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly dentist for their children. Having a 4 year old daughter who gets anxious going to any medical appointment, I didn't know what to expect or how she will react. However, as soon as we entered the facility, the kid friendly atmosphere and the kind staff immediately made her feel comfortable. As a parent, any concerns I had were easily gone, as I saw the clean facility and the precautions the staff took to ensure everyones safety especially during this time from beginning to end of appointment. Once my daughter was called in for her appointment, Dr. Abraham was with her throughout the visit talking to her and making her feel comfortable throughout, all while meticulously doing her work. I was impressed with how knowledgeable she was and how at ease she put my daughter throughout the visit. At one point, my shy daughter forgot where she was and started singing "Let it Go" from Frozen...that's how comfortable Dr. Abraham made her feel. For two days, all my daughter could talk about was her dental visit. Afterwards, Dr. Abraham thoroughly explained to me her recommendations for my child. We left away feeling that Dr. Abraham and staff truly care about their patients and their well-being. I feel grateful that with Dr. Abraham, we have found the dentist for our children and I would recommend her to all my friends and family!

Would give more stars if I could. Dr. Abraham is absolutely wonderful. Our daughter has sensory sensitivities and the dentist has always been a struggle. We switched to Dr. Abraham when our insurance changed and my daughter has made such big improvements. She just turned six and had her first full cleaning and flossing, which she has never let anyone do before. Dr. Abraham is so kind and naturally patient. She recognizes when she can try to keep going, or if she needs to stop so my daughter will try again next time. Dr. Abraham takes her time, and doesn't get frustrated if it takes my daughter extra time to feel comfortable. They accommodate us with all flavorless products, which my daughter prefers. Last year we went in for cavities and had her put under sedation. While I was scared at first, Dr. Abraham and the anesthesiologist were amazing. The anesthesiologist was so good with kids, and just had that kind confidence that when he told my daughter to put on the mask, she did. I was actually shocked it went so easily. I would recommend them over and over again.
