Brought my 3 year old and my 13 month old (1st checkup for him) their first time here. Let me say everything well so smooth. As soon as we walked in front staff was so friendly got us checked in and made everything easy! We then went back and they had a cute sign with both my kids name on. They have an area where kids can feel safe and play. Dr. Jeong walked in and instantly acknowledge both my kids. My 3 year old unfortunately has had bad experiences before so she would always hate going in to the dentist. But today was sooo different she lay down and stayed still the whole time. So proud of her! While my 1 year old first time went smooth as well! Both kiddos where excited and did not cry one bit ha! Now my 3 year old is telling everyone she went to the dentist and has no cavities and she cant wait to be back. I'm glad we found a place where both my kids are loving so far.

We had an appointment yesterday with our kids, which one of them has autism and has a very hard time with fetal appointments due to his sensory issues! This was the best dentist office we have ever been to! The environment and staff were so friendly and helpful and made our autistic son want to come again! We as parents felt very welcome and that we could be a part or the visit from beginning to end! We all enjoyed the environment with the look and smells and toys for our son to play with! To walk into a room that was so inviting for all of us with our kids names on the cute little board is amazing customer service and shows they truly care and love their jobs to help kids!! They gave us a welcome gift of lavender hand sanitizer which was unexpected and thoughtful! It’s nice to come to a friendly environment especially since these days a lot of businesses do not understand what it means to have customer service!! I brought my 18 month daughter for a checkup. The office is kid friendly and my daughter was so excited to play with the bunny chairs in the lobby. The actual dental visit was quite nice. The dental room was setup with signs saying my daughter's first Dental visit, and had plenty of books and toys to keep her mind at ease. Dr. J was extremely patient and explained everything and answered all my questions. He is very professional and though my daughter cried during the checkup, he was quick and thorough. They also gave us a small book and dental floss picks. Would recommend to anyone that is looking to have their first visit for their child.

We recently started seeing Dr. Jeong Ho Seo at Spring Pediatric Dentistry, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we walked in the office staff gave us a warm welcome. Dr. Seo was personable, warm, and incredibly attentive. My daughter is 3 and was initially scared but he took his time to make sure she felt completely comfortable. He is soft-spoken, gentle, and truly tuned in to children’s needs and interests. I genuinely appreciated how thorough and reassuring he was throughout the visit. The office itself is perfect for little ones filled with toys, books, and even a TV so kids can watch their favorite shows during the appointment. Even though my insurance doesn’t cover this office our experience has been so positive that we don’t mind continuing to come here. I am very glad that I found this clinic) my son needed to have a large number of teeth treated at the same time and we decided that it would be anesthesia. I was still worried about how everything would go, but it was a wonderful experience. The child recovered very well and felt good. A month later we had a check-up and everything was fine with his teeth. I am very grateful to the Dr J for the quality work done as well as to the entire team and the anesthesiologist. Today was our first visit to this clinic. We used to take our child to the dentist in New Hampshire every six months starting at six months old, but after moving here, we had our first appointment at this clinic today. Our 32-month-old son has always been scared and cried every time we visited a dentist, and we would be so busy trying to comfort him. But today, we were truly moved by our experience here. From the beginning, the clinic provided a warm and cozy environment to help our child feel at ease. There was even a welcome sign with his name on it, which touched our hearts. Dr. J took plenty of time to let our son get comfortable with the space and new faces before starting. She gave age-appropriate, kind, and detailed explanations, and answered all our questions with such care. During the exam and treatment, her hands were so quick yet precise that my husband and I couldn’t help but be impressed. Every staff member we met clearly showed genuine affection for children. The entire visit felt less like a dental appointment and more like stepping into a little fairy-tale adventure. There are too many thoughtful details to list them all, but we sincerely want to thank everyone for making our visit such a comfortable, heart-warming experience.

My 2.5-year-old loves her visits with Dr. J. My little one is sensitive to new environments, especially medical checkups, and Dr. J made it so easy. I recently visited this dental clinic with my 5 years old daughter, and we had a wonderful experience. The bright and beautiful interior created a welcoming atmosphere, and the front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. We arrived just before lunch ended, and since there were still about five minutes left, they thoughtfully allowed my daughter to spend time in the play area so she wouldn’t get bored—something I really appreciated. I took my 11 month old to see Dr. J. She enjoyed meeting Dr. J, Dr. Hanna, and Danielle. The office was bright, colorful, and clean. Everyone was great at getting my little one to relax and she didn't even cry until the flossing. I didn't feel rushed with asking my questions and Dr. J spent time telling me about him and his wife's vision for their clinic and their role in the community as a pediatric dental office. PS - Google Maps showed this office facing towards HWY 99 next to Half Price Books and routed me that way. This is a two in one review: Took our son here for his first dental check up and loved the whole experience!! The staffs are welcoming and Dr J was so patience and thorough with my son’s first exam. Took my 15mo here for her first dentist visit after seeing a lot of great reviews online and the reviews were correct, this place is amazing and the staff are amazing! I took my daughter for an office visit the day before her appointment so she could acclimate to the space and Dr Hanna gave us a full tour and was extremely welcoming and kind. Dr. J performed the exam and was really focused on making sure my daughter had a good time and wasn't scared. He brought in a bunch of toys, music, and had a great attitude. He educated me on the dental healthcare pathway for my daughter and how to best maintain her dental health. Then he performed a quick examination and cleaning. This place is amazing and the people are amazing! Looking forward to bringing my daughter here in the future!

I highly recommend this place. I’ve been meaning to post a review on them, but haven’t had the time because I have a little toddler, but I highly recommend this place to any new moms that are nervous about their little ones first experience at the dentist. They went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable And gave me a walk-through of how everything was gonna go, which was really helpful. They are very much patient oriented and pay attention to even the smallest of details, which I really appreciate, they even sent my son a postcard on his first birthday and gave him a little book during his first appointment to congratulate him for his first visit. Dr. J and the entire staff were incredibly warm and friendly. We took our 17 month old son here for his first dentist appointment and were initially anxious as our son hates his mouth and teeth being touched, and is quite wary around new people. Dr. J managed to very quickly put him at ease and the visit felt very relaxed. He was very transparent about best practices in caring for our son’s teeth and spent a good amount of time making sure any questions or concerns my wife and I had were thoroughly addressed. The check up and cleaning itself was very quick and efficient with our son barely having enough time to realize someone already brushed and cleaned his teeth. We even got a goodie bag upon checking out. Would absolutely recommend this place to parents of younger kids especially if they’re on the shy side or are scared of dentists.

For my daughter’s first dental visit, I took her to see Dr. J! It was the best time and my daughter didn’t want to leave at the end of it. Upon entering the clinic, I was greeted by Jenna & Dr. J. They were both warm and welcoming. After checking in, I was given a tour and the entire space was beautiful, clean, large, and decorated so cute! All the staff were so accommodating. The room we were given had toys, books, and even a Tonies box! They personalized it for my daughter and she felt so comfortable, she started dancing! This was the most wonderful dental visit ever. This is what all pediatrics should strive to do. You can tell when doctors are passionate about their job. Dr. J really cares about oral health and he emphasized making teeth brushing & flossing fun for kids. They also had many different props for photo ops!

Clean and welcoming clinic. We are a holistic family seeking compassionate care and tried Spring Pediatric Dentistry after a traumatizing experience at our previous clinic. Wow!!! We absolutely loved our experience at Spring with Dr J! They really made Neville feel excited and comfortable down to the last little detail, from the personalized welcome sign to the hand packed goodie bag at the end of his visit. The toddler exam room was a play room complete with toys, books, and a little tent! Dr J got down on Neville's level to talk about his dental health, and the cleaning and assessment was quick and very collaborative. He even recommended a special light up dinosaur toothbrush that has been a big hit! I was impressed and grateful and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this practice.

Took my toddler 17 mo to visit this lovely office for the first time (upon friend mom recommendation). Place was bright inviting and fun! The environment/ setting and the staff cater to the kids audience and my kid really loved the visit. Highly recommend this family practice. Dr. J is very patient and accommodating to our kid with dental anxiety. Offered alternative procedures for crowns without laughing gas, anesthesia, buzzing tools etc. He explains the procedures before hand to the kids so they understand what will happen and takes his time, unlike the busy Lynnwood Kids Dentist by the mall where patients get short visits and are rushed in and out as if on conveyor belt where we were told our only option is to put the kid down under general anesthesia and do all teeth at once. The place is new, clean and very kid friendly with screens with kids shows, rewards at the end etc. They text you after the visit to see if your kid is doing well. I almost don’t want to brag about how great this place is, because I want to keep it all for myself and don’t want it to turn into a busy conveyor belt like other practices.

We took our two-year-old to her first dentist appointment with Dr. J, and I was amazed by how smoothly everything went! After checking in, we were brought to a room filled with toys where we played for a bit until Dr. J joined us. He sat down with us and provided a hands-on demonstration of how to properly brush and floss, using a stuffed animal with teeth. Our daughter was able to play and actively participate in the process, which made it fun and engaging for her. For the exam, they had her lie down on a portable mat while sitting on my lap. They gave her sunglasses to wear and conducted a quick, gentle examination. The entire appointment was incredibly efficient, and I’m so glad we chose this amazing office! Dr. J and his staff were so kind and thoughtful. They even had a personalized welcome sign with our daughter’s name and age made out of blocks, which was such a sweet touch. We also received a goodie bag on the way out with gifts for both our daughter and me. I highly recommend this office for your children’s dental needs—it was such a positive and memorable experience!

Our experience happened a few weeks ago. But they are just THAT GOOD to warrant a 5 star review. My son is incredibly shy and was having teeth pain for 3 days. I was very worried so I called his regular dental office, but they said that the soonest appt isn’t for another 4 more days. So, I immediately remembered Spring Pediatric Dentistry since it was down the street from our house and had great reviews. I called and they said they could squeeze me in within a half hour! So I rushed over there and even 5 mins late because I ended up tripping and falling in my driveway and having to deal with a newborn baby as well. They were so forgiving and didn’t rush us one bit. Dr. J gave my son all the time in the world to get acclimated (my son is super shy). They had welcome signs and their set up was so cute! Everything was so clean and new. There’s a little tent that my son loved and puzzles he could play with. Dr. J was very reassuring and never rushed my son, and when Isaac was ready he had all the latest and greatest digital technology to assure us that my toddler’s last molars had not fully erupted yet, it was 90% there. So it was just part of the growing pains. We were able to see where he could work on brushing his teeth better because he could offer us digital visualizations, and he educated us—Isaac really took to all the digital pictures/videos. As a parent, I loved the new technology. Our old pediatric dentist is awesome but he didn’t reinvest in the latest and greatest technology which is unfortunate. He loved Dr. J so much that I immediately knew we had to switch dentists for him. He came home excited to brush and kept talking about Dr. J. You can tell Dr. J genuinely cares for his little patients, and we had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Dr. Hanna who is the orthodontist there too and she’s very warm and friendly as well. This husband/wife duo is so welcoming and friendly that we just knew they were the “it” team to care for our children. If you’re looking for a new pediatric dentist, don’t hesitate to come here and support this local family dentistry. Just book an appt and you’ll see for yourself. They have over 100+ 5 star reviews for a reason. And Dr. J even texted us to check on Isaac a few days later, what dentist does that?! Oh and we also got a welcome gift too. My 18 months son had his first dental visit at the clinic. There were no dental chairs or other stuff that could scary my baby at the office, that was look like a play room with toys and books. It was so cute when I found a sign with my son’s name, so we could take a picture of this special day. Our doctor was very nice and gentle, he spent about 10 minutes with us before he started the dental part. This helped my baby fell comfortably with him. Also the clinic gave us many gifts.

This was our son’s first dentist visit and we were a little skeptical of how it would go with him being a wild one year old, but Spring dentistry made our first visit so memorable. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and gave us a tour of the clinic. They had a custom welcome sign out front when we first walked in. The exam room was filled with toys and books and my son had so much fun! Dr J was SO GOOD with him. He got down on his level and played with him and answered all of our questions. We took pictures with their props and backdrop after our visit - just the cherry on top! We are so thankful we chose this clinic and thankful for our new friends at Spring!

My son (11 months) had his first dentist appointment here! He did so well, and the Dentist and the staff were so nice. They even made a custom sign with his name to welcome him, and gave him a gift bag too. They gave us some time after checking in, for him to get used to the environment and there was a cute play room with kids toys and lots of options for books as well! The office and room were very clean and Dr. J was informative for at-home care and details for the teething phase-what we can do to help soothe his gums. He also was really friendly with my son and treated him with care. He was fast, yet gentle and efficient with his exam, and it was stress-free for both me and my son. My daughter had her first appointment with Dr. J yesterday and we felt so taken care of! Dr. Hanna greeted us with a big smile and got us all checked in. My daughter had x-rays done and pictures taken of her teeth before cleaning and the cleaning was “easy peasy lemon squeezy” ? It was such a non-traumatic appointment and my daughter felt so good and special when we were done. The whole office is set up to meet the needs of families with kids and they book appointments based on what works for your kiddo. My 3yo hasn’t been diagnosed with autism yet, but we’re pretty certain he’s on the spectrum and both Dr. J and Dr. Hanna said they can make his first exam a good one ♥️ We’ve got all 3 kids scheduled at this point and I’m so relieved to find a pediatric dentist that can handle them all!

If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist in the northern greater Seattle area, look no further!! This is without a doubt the best kids’ dental practice I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is clean, colorful, and modern, and they make your kid feel super special and comfortable. At my daughter’s very first dental appointment, they blocked out the entire place just for her, and even put up a sign with her name on it. The “baby room” looks just like a play room—books, toys, music, and not a dental chair or equipment in sight. They let us use the room for a whole hour so our daughter could play and get comfortable; the dentist chatted with her and us for a while and painlessly cleaned her teeth for about 60 seconds. All done! After the appointment, they handed out thoughtful gifts for both the child & the parents. My daughter actually likes going to the dentist and talks about Dr. J when she brushes her teeth at home. (Oh and did I mention they’re right next door to a delicious Korean beef soup restaurant?) Cannot recommend highly enough!!

To be short, Dr. J was phenomenal! Everyone in the office was also nice and welcoming. We moved to this area recently and so happy to find an awesome Korean dentist. As we entered the clinic, everything looked so new/clean/sanitized and kid-friendly. My 4 year old boy does take awhile to get used to strangers and new environments which I was worried but he did great with Dr. J. I think it’s amazing idea to set up a little play area in exam room, as he went straight into the room, he played with toys and got familiar with new environment. Dr. J also greeted us with genuine smile and got connected with my kid so well. While we kept our boy busy, we were able to talk with Dr.J about our concerns on his teeth etc. He was very attentive with active listening. While Dr. J checked his teeth thoroughly, my kid did so fine and seemed comfortable. Dr. J also explained and reviewed toothbrushing with my child and it was helpful. They also had impressive x-rays and machines which seemed easier to kids which my previous dental office didn’t have. After examination Dr. J went over all the options for the treatment with genuine kindness and we were all able to discuss what would be the best therapy for my child which was very appreciative. Overall my kid seemed so comfortable throughout whole session and I’m happy that now I don’t need to get stressed every time I go to dentist for my kid. Definitely be seeing Dr. J for years to come! My kid even took pictures with dr. J which was surprising to me as he usually says no to pics ;)I will highly recommend this office to everyone that I know especially who has kids:)

Spring Dentistry is the best dentistry ever. They are not only concerned with quality of service but also patients satisfaction. I went here with my 2 kids who were initially very scared when dealing with dentists, but now they are very excited to come here. Kids also feel like this place is their home. Once there, the children went straight into the treatment room without any guidance. Dr. J is very kind, humble and friendly. He treated my children not like patients, but like his own children. He examines every detail of the children's teeth and explains what needs to be corrected and good toothbrushing techniques to prevent decay. Making schedule is also very easy, we can do it online and by phone. Miss Rinny, she helped me making this schedule even easier for me. She reminded me a week before to make sure we can make it. And as soon as we get there, my kids will see her big smile welcoming them. Here, they have complete equipment and enough space for all treatments. Each room is super clean and looks like new. They really put extra care for cleanliness. Overall, we are very satisfied with all the professionalism of the team. They work together and help each other to provide the best service for my kids.

My kids and I love it here! The Doctors and front desk staff are so fun and friendly and the kids are always excited when we have an orthodontist appointment. There's a cute little room with a play area in the back so my 5 year old could play while my 7 year old was getting her teeth worked on. They have been so accommodating with my busy ever-changing schedule. And they've been accommodating when the kids have been sick. The whole place is decorated in such a welcoming, fun way, and its always so clean too. We just love it here and highly recommend it!

My son had his first visit here today and did sooo good! I was a little nervous about him crying or getting scared but since we walked in everybody was super welcoming and friendly. They even had a little backdrop set up with a welcome sign with his name on it, so cute! They walked us around the clinic and let my son play in the room with the toys to get a little familiar with being there rather than just going straight to the chair which I think helped a lot! My son got on the chair on his own and Dr J walked through everything before doing anything, showing him the tools and letting him decide on a selection of flavors for the paste/ fluoride. He had a great experience and even got a little goodie bag at the end of his visit :) I definitely would recommend this office for the kiddos!

From the moment my kids stepped through the door they were treated like rock stars! All of the personalized touches were incredibly thoughtful. My daughter loved seeing her name on the letter board and Rinny at the front desk remembered that her favorite animal are cats and surprised her with cat stickers at the end of the appointment. Dr. J is absolutely amazing with kids. He made my youngest feel at ease and knew how to interact with my teen as well. He noticed that my daughter’s sealants had worn down and offered to apply them to todays visit rather than scheduling to come back- it was very convenient. Dr Hana the orthodontist came over to say hello and gave us her recommendations for future orthodontics. My youngest is missing a permanent tooth and Dr Hana offered insight into when to start ortho and the different options available. She is very knowledgeable. I love knowing that when we do start ortho we will be able to schedule both a dental check up and the orthodontic appointments on the same day because with kids activities, our schedules get very busy. I didn't know where the children's dentist was, so I couldn't take my child there, but I found it when I came to eat nearby. I made a reservation and visited, and I felt good when I saw the doctor's name and the welcoming message. I felt so good because I saw that the doctor proceeded slowly so that my child wouldn't be nervous, and I thought that he had given my child a good experience. When I was young, there was no dental clinic like this, so I was so scared of going to the dentist, but thanks to the kind director, my child is not afraid of the dentist, so I'm so happy. I'm so grateful for the thoughtful consideration of taking that time entirely for my child.

Would give 6 stars if possible. Dr.J goes above and beyond with his level of care and attention for his patients. As a first time parent to twins, going to the dentist was nerve wracking, considering the personal anxiety I have with my own dentist. Dr. J removed all doubt with his bright smile and genuine kindness. The main room had a small section dedicated towards the babies and he even had a personal message made especially for them. Plenty of toys were available and he assured us that they had disinfected everything prior to each patient’s visit. The entire clinic was squeaky clean but did not have the sterile, uneasy hospital vibe that is paired with adult dentists’ offices. Dr.J gave a detailed and thorough exam for the babies. His explanations were kind, simple, and to the point, as he laid out the future plan for the twins. No obnoxious doctor verbiage was used and appreciated. Highly recommend this place for little ones and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Small clinic but big passion and heart for its guests.

Spring Dentistry and Orthodontist is AMAZING! We were looking for a new dentist for our kiddos and I'm so thankful we found them. We felt welcome and cared for from the first moment we called! The office staff is amazing. Scheduling and follow up was easy, thorough and SO friendly. Rinny even had a sign made for the kids for their first time visiting, and remembered (when she wasn't at her desk) from some online forms I had just filled out, that my son likes a certain name (Very impressed, and also was part of making him feel at ease there). The office is immaculate, fresh, and beautifully designed (I know this shouldn't necessarily matter - but you just feel "good" in every room :). It's extremely kid-friendly with awesome play areas (they even had a space ship, play tent and train set!) and toys/books for siblings who are waiting, as well as ceiling-mounted tvs for the kids so they can watch their favorite shows during exams and procedures. They even had cute little bags prepared for each of the kids with buzzy toothbrushes, dental goodies and even their own little water bottle. Dr. J (the pediatric dentist) goes really slow and helped each kid feel really safe and at ease with what was happening. X-rays went so smooth and beyond that - Dr J even has a little camera that he can show you & the patient real time what's going on in the child's mouth on the monitor. He gave us lots of information and helpful walkthroughs on each of their treatment plans, and the procedures they had done were over before the kids even knew they were happening! Dr Hanna (orthodontist) is also amazing - she came in to do a consultation on my son's mouth and having both dental and orthodontia in one place is so ideal for my dental-wary kids. Overall, the care is top of the line, and there's such a sense of being in extremely good care. My oldest (who had some serious dental trauma from his previous pediatric dentist and used to cry if he had to go to the dentist) turned to me and said "mom, I just can't tell you how much better this is. I really really like it here, especially Dr. J." Can't say enough to recommend this office. So grateful to be in their care.
