I saw my hygienist, Megan today. She always does an excellent job at really cleaning my teeth and is very meticulous and knowledgeable about oral health. I always leave there with my mouth and teeth feeling very very clean.

I am SO impressed with Flourish Dental and the whole team! I have had issues with my mouth for years and a concern about a few prior root canal done elsewhere from years ago. I sought out help from my former dentist and even sought out a specialist. I didn’t receive true help or experience true healing till I came here. They are super kind and knowledgeable about the holistic side of things. They found that I had a horrible root canal infection which was hurting my health and they removed it. I felt really heard and truly seen for the first time in a dental office by Dr B. I’m so impressed by their level of care and professionalism. Premela has been great at helping me with all the paperwork with for my insurance. The staff is really incredible! We have been looking for a new dentist that would be as good as our old one since we moved and we defiantly found them. Everyone was so knowledgable and able to explain things in a way that we could understand. You can tell this isn't just a job for anyone there everyone was passionate about what they were doing.

Megan and Dr. B helped make our son feel so comfortable and at ease. They took the time to talk to him directly and include him in the whole process. They also sure to make sure my husband and I were well informed and did not rush us through even though we asked a ton of questions! Legos in the treasure chest ended the visit in the best way!

Our 5 year old had a frenectomy to release his severe tongue tie. Process and procedure was seamless. Almost zero pain or discomfort during procedure or after! Dr Engram is excellent as well as the entire staff. Highly recommend!

This place was disappointing. They heavily advertised the BOKA toothpaste that was like $9. It made my teeth so much worse. I did my own research to find out it had many bad reviews and didn’t have enough hydroappetite(not sure how to spell it). It was too mild and a lot of plaque grew on my teeth. Plus I paid hundreds out of pocket cuz they didn’t accept my insurance.

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to leave one for this dental office. My sweet child had a concerning tooth and it was her first dental experience which can either make or break a childs trust with dentists. This office was a drive for us, but I had been recommended to try it from a friend. I was VERY impressed with this dental office. We were warmly welcomed by the kind assistant at the front desk when we came in. The hygienist we met with initially for the first exam and images was so patient, so comforting, and so informative to my little one to ensure she knew what to expect with her exam. The dentist was just as great with patience, comfort and made me feel like he was giving me all of his honest options for the situation and his opinion for the best option with valid reasons why. When we settled on one of the options, they couldn't get us in an appropriate room in that moment to take care of it so made room for us to come back after lunch. Thankful for the kindness and honesty from this office. We hope to come back!

I’ve been a patient at Flourish Dental Boutique for quite some time, and the clinical care and overall environment have generally been positive. The office is well-designed, and appointments themselves have typically been professional and thorough. However, I’m leaving this review due to a serious issue with insurance verification and billing. Before a recent service, I specifically asked that my insurance be checked so I would know my financial responsibility in advance. Despite this, I later received a bill for over $200 due to incorrect insurance information. When I followed up, the response was limited to referencing the EOB, with little acknowledgement of the prior verification request or accountability for the error. While I understand insurance can be complex, patients should be able to rely on insurance checks—especially when they proactively ask before treatment is completed. Because of how this was handled, I no longer felt confident continuing care and asked to cancel my upcoming April appointment. I’m sharing this feedback so future patients are aware and so the practice can improve transparency and accuracy around insurance verification.

Today I had 4 amalgams removed and replaced with composite. I was amazed at how pleasant the experience was! She had so many nice little touches that I felt pampered, rather than having big dental work done. Dr Engram and all of her staff are all so kind and caring. She is also very knowledgeable about holistic dentistry and natural health. I live about 2 hours away, but coming here even for cleanings would be worth the drive. I will come back next month to have the rest done.

My son is 7 and has a brain injury from birth. He doesn’t like people standing over him, let alone touching his mouth. But flourish dental was so patient, kind, and caring. Had my first visit at Flourish and was super impressed. They made the whole experience very easy. Everything from scheduling my first appointment online to having my exam with Dr. Engram was super smooth. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Kristen, one of the hygienists, was super patient and answered all of my questions, especially when she showed me the live bacteria from my mouth under the microscope where I could comfortably see on the screen in the room. She took the time to explain and walk me through everything. Dr. Engram was great. She’s super knowledgeable and also answered my questions and educated me (I didn’t know there was a difference between a “cavitation” and a “cavity”). I love their holistic and biological approach. At the end of the visit, Sierra went over my treatment plan and I was super friendly and pleasant. What a delightfully positive experience I had yesterday at Flourish Dental Boutique! While I realize that sounds a bit ironic given the stereotypical mental image of going to the dentist is usually a dreadful one, I had an absolute blast at Flourish Dental Boutique. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with the welcoming face & attitude of Thassia who directed me to make myself comfortable in one of the reception chairs until one of the Patient Coordinators came out to guide me into one of the treatment rooms. Since it was my first visit, dental photographic documentation was needed then I had the pleasure of meeting THE BEST Dental Hygienist ever, Kristen, who cleaned & polished my teeth so well that my tongue slid across them as if they were made of glass! Then I had the pleasure of Dr. Toni Engram thoroughly examining my teeth & mouth to give me a thumbs-up for exemplary dental maintenance . . . which, for this 73-year-old who hadn’t been to a dentist in over 24 months, was truly rewarding. However, the best was yet to come when I was informed by sweet Premela, the Treatment Coordinator, that I did not need to have a crown on my lower back tooth! YAY!!!

I am so grateful to Dr. Toni because she has saved me from having to get a root canal. My previous dentist said that was the necessary next step, but I went to Dr. Toni for a second opinion. She did some ozone injections and I've been using red and near-infrared light treatments on it. I've held off successfully for 5 years and she says until it gets worse, we can wait. There is still no pain.

Dr Toni Engram is the best dentist in the DFW area. She is so gentle and kind and very knowledgeable. I appreciate that she is not aggressive or quick to drill teeth. Went to this dental practice and after seeing Dr. Engram I was referred to an oral surgeon for a tooth extraction and implant. The oral surgeon I was referred to place the implant and 5 weeks later it fell out. Prior to it falling out, I called Dr. Engram and Flourish Dental. Never received a return call from Dr. Engram for the problem I was experiencing with the implant. The oral surgeon was out of the e country for 6 weeks which I was unaware of prior to my elective implant. I was seen by Dr. Engram’s partner 2 weeks ago he said no problem. Two weeks later implant fell out.no help or assistance given.

When my kids were babies and got upset when I was getting a cleaning, the staff were so kind to carry my baby around. Very impressed - Loved having a very knowledgeable PA attend the dentist vs a medical assistant in other offices. She helped us narrow down the right treatment plan. Very clear delineation of fees and codes to ask insurance about to validate what our reimbursement will be. My 6 year old son needed a filling. He was very anxious and agitated going into the appointment. Dr. Badheka and Nayeli were incredible. They figured him out quickly and worked with him, answering his many many questions, giving him breaks as needed, even giving up the nitrous oxide when he was complaining that it was bothering him. They were patient, compassionate and so comforting. They put him at ease and were able to get that tooth filled! It was really touching for me to see a team work so well together and do such an incredible job in a tricky situation! It meant so much to me. The environment here is so calm and peaceful. Everyone we have met has been kind and warm. I am so glad we have this practice. It is the best feeling to know you’ve found providers you can trust!

I am very frustrated with the dental practice. Dr Engram doesn’t explain the treatment plan well enough to make parents feel safe and comfortable. So when I followed up with the questions no response was received. I waited for two days, then I followed up. After they heard about my questions, they cancelled my son’s original appointment and demanded the parents to pay $216 for another consultation with the doctor without regard to my son’s urgent need that the procedure needs to be done as soon as possible. It is too late to book another appointment during the time that my son has a break from his school. I explained and no accommodation was made and the receptionist was not helpful and responsive. From my opinion, this place only cares about charging high fees but don’t really care about their patients situation and needs. I will not go back to this place and won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Flourish dental gives a fresh relaxing impression from your first step inside the lobby with lots of national light high ceilings and overall white interior with a beautiful white granite reception desk. The accents of emerald colored seating reinforce the concept of being in a place of purity respecting all things green in life. The equipment is state of the art making the Xray part of the exam quicker and more tolerable. The dental hygienist took care in taking my blood pressure and testing my saliva PH levels. She was caring and thorough all the while taking time to respond to any questions or concerns I had. The computer compiled all the information from the Xrays and exam in an instant giving more time for treatment discussion and options. Dr B has a radiant smile and comforting bedside manner. When it was time to leave I met with an account genius who knew all the ins and outs of the dental accounting world and was able to advise me on a payment option that best suited my personal circumstances. Overall it was a fresh and comfortable experience unlike the traditional impressions of a dental visit.

Dr. Toni is the most honest dentist ? I have ever known. Another dentist was charging me thousands for dental work that I didn’t need. He also sent me to a Endodontic who was charging me thousands as well. She told me what I needed without expending all that unnecessary money ?, which I don't have. Besides, she is performing the work very gently, professionally, and to the highest standards. The so called “membership” ends up being a huge financial burden and isn’t explained upfront, they just tell you there’s an office fee and once you go to pay, is when you find out your paying either monthly for 12 months or a huge fee upfront plus you still end up paying for all these other expenses! . There are other really good biological/holistic dentists in the dfw that are way more wallet friendly and won’t hide these hidden fees prior to arrival! When questioned the lady that handles billing is beyond rude & isn’t helpful at all!

I had a scheduled cleaning and Tasha checked me in. Even as she was on the phone, she stil let me know after she greeted me that she knew who I was. Sweet personality and super professional. Mara took care of my cleaning for me. She had an excellent chairside manner and let me know exactly what she was going to do before she proceeded. She was gentle, encouraging and positive. There is no one to answer the phone. Even when you leave a voice message they never call back and when the voice machine says to get a booking on the website seems like a false direction. There is no available appointment on the website up until end of 2025? Is this still a functional clinic?

Flourish Dental! Where to begin. This is probably one of the best dental offices I have ever walked into. There are plenty of dental offices ranging from a corporate office or other dental practices in the area, but Flourish Dental really is fantastic. This office does a great job of teaching you about your oral health and the options that are out there for you. You could be the person that goes to the dentist and is nervous every time or feel like it’s just another doctor appointment. But if you are looking for an office that is ready to provide exceptional care and a staff that is extremely knowledgeable, this is a place I would recommend you check out. You will also get a wholistic approach presented to you so you learn how your oral health actually affects other health issues and how to better care for yourself. If you are anything like me you know that being reactive to health issues is very costly but they have a very proactive approach to really help you before things are too far beyond repair. Dr. Engram knows what is she doing and I respect her for that. But, there’s also hundreds more dentist that know what their doing and have high standards in billing practices. I had to drop Dr. Engram due to continuous errors in billing. I work too hard for my money. Clarification: I have spent thousands of dollars in addition to the insurance.

I haven’t been to a dentist in a very long time and did not want to pick a random person to work on my teeth. Coming from having terrible experiences from previous dentist offices, I was nervous coming in, but was immediately set as ease. Everyone was so kind and friendly and the dental hygienist was so great in explaining everything to me. She was gentle and thorough. Dr. Engram was the sweetest and did not rush her visit with me. I had the best visit to a dentists office in my entire life. I loved it so much, I just made appointments for my husband and kids!

I write this with a bit of conflict. We started off thinking this was a great office. our first visit was great. our visits were widely spread out as we went in on charity. The next time we went my daughter struggled and they did zero work (it is a 45 minute drive for us). To make up for it, they did 2 teeth the third time, but grew impatient and used some staining silver product to kill the cavity instead of finishing cleaning it out. Our last visit they canceled on us the day before with no reason and have no plans of continuing the charity to my knowledge. (We also had a paid visit with cleanings when we had insurance to be clear)It was nice to try to afford my daughter a more holistic dental opportunity and I'm disappointed in what a downhill experience it was. I hope they stick to their commitments in the future and have more patience.
